DEIKSIS SOSIAL PADA CERPEN REMBULAN DI MATA IBU KARYA ASMA NADIA
The result of a writer's creativity in expressing their imagination, ideas, and feelings to describe the reality of life around them is often referred to as literature. One form of literature that is concise yet rich in meaning is the short story. This study aims to describe the form and function of social deictics used by Asma Nadia in her short story Rembulan di Mata Ibu (The Moon in Mother's Eyes). The approach used is descriptive qualitative with the steps of reading the text in depth, recording relevant data, analyzing the linguistic context, and interpreting the social meaning of the characters' speech. The results show that there are six types of social deictics covering the aspects of gender, age, education, profession, greetings, and nicknames. Each form shows differences in social status and relationships between participants in society. These findings confirm that the use of social deictics not only functions as linguistic markers but also as a reflection of the social and cultural values that exist in society. The uniqueness of this study lies in its in-depth analysis of social relationships in Asma Nadia's short stories, which were examined from a stylistic and pragmatic perspective
MENIMBANG KEBIJAKAN NASIONAL DAN GLOBAL DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: KAJIAN LITERATUR REVIEW TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI DAN RELEVANSI UU SISDIKNAS DI ERA GLOBALISASI
This study aims to examine the relevance and implementation of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System (UU Sisdiknas) within the context of globalization in Islamic education in Indonesia. Using a critical literature review approach, this research analyzes national and international publications from the last five years to evaluate the relationship between national education policies and global demands. The findings reveal that globalization has significantly influenced the direction of Islamic education policies, particularly in adapting to technological, economic, and socio-cultural developments. Although the UU Sisdiknas provides a legal framework for integrating Islamic education into the national education system, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as the lack of alignment between Islamic spiritual values and global competencies, weak institutional coordination, and limited digital readiness. Therefore, the development of Islamic education policies should be directed toward achieving a balance between spirituality and modernity by emphasizing curriculum innovation, teacher professionalism, and adaptive governance so that Islamic education can remain competitive while preserving its foundational Islamic values
ANALISIS BAHASA ANAK BERDASARKAN TINDAK TUTUR ASERTIF DALAM LINGKUP KELUARGA
Language plays a crucial role in developing children's social skills from an early age. The family is the first and most influential environment for language acquisition and the development of children's pragmatic abilities. This study aims to describe the forms and functions of assertive speech acts used by children in family interactions and to understand the factors influencing their use. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method with a discourse analysis approach. Data were obtained through direct observation, recordings of natural conversations between children and their families, and informal interviews with family members. The analysis was based on the assertive speech act theory proposed by Searle (1979). The results show that children use assertive speech acts in various forms, such as expressing opinions, providing information directly, and politely refusing requests. These utterances reflect children's ability to convey thoughts, feelings, and facts clearly and logically. The primary factor influencing the use of assertive speech acts is open and supportive family communication patterns. Therefore, the family environment plays a crucial role in shaping children's assertive language skills

The themes of traditional folktales are extremely diverse. Some focus on the creation of the world, while others tell of heroes, gods, or mythological beasts. Overview of Traditional Folktales and Their Meanings (Folkloric Studies) discusses traditional folktales and their meanings. This article aims to provide a better understanding of folklore and its benefits to people's lives. This journal discusses the definition of folklore, types of folklore, characteristics of folklore, meanings in folklore, and functions of folklore. In addition, this article also discusses folklore studies, including the definition of folklore, the history of folklore development, theories of folklore, and folklore studies in Indonesia. This article uses the method of literature study, data analysis, and data presentation systematically and objectively. This article can provide benefits for readers, such as gaining a better understanding of folklore, finding truth values, getting exemplary examples, developing fantasy, sharpening intelligence, and fostering interest in reading. This article can also provide benefits for the development of science and community life, such as a source of information, reference material, and guidelines in decision making
PENGUATAN MODERASI BERAGAMA MELALUI SOLIDARITAS LOKAL PADA LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN
This study aims to analyze the implementation and implications of Religious Moderation in the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in State Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Tana Toraja Regency. Qualitative research using a pedagogical approach. The data sources in the study came from interviews, while the interviewed parties were, While secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The results of the study indicate that religious moderation in the environment of Tana Toraja State Vocational High Schools has been formed indirectly (implicitly) and firmly. This is evidenced by the existence of respect for individual rights in religion, where there is no coercion, as well as the existence of strong tolerance practices that are harmoniously interwoven across various lines, from the family, school, to the community. A key factor supporting the successful implementation of religious moderation in PAI learning at Tana Toraja State Vocational High Schools is the strong accommodation of local wisdom of the local community. This local wisdom significantly influences and is integrated into the curriculum of educational institutions. In addition, the high level of social solidarity between religious communities in Toraja is also a supporting pillar. Thus, religious moderation indirectly has positive implications for Islamic religious education at Tana Toraja Regency State Vocational High Schools, reinforcing inclusive and harmonious values in students' character development
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN
In an era of global competition and a commitment to continuous innovation, employee performance is the driving force behind the success of higher education institutions, demonstrating its relevance and widespread impact in meeting the demands of the times. This study aims to describe the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of educational staff at SMAN 3 Padang. Furthermore, this study uses a quantitative descriptive research method through distributing questionnaires to educational staff at SMAN 3 Padang. Based on the data analysis used in the SPSS application, the results of this study are that transformational leadership has a significant influence on improving employee performance. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that transformational leadership is in the good category with an average score of 82.67%. In other words, the higher the transformational leadership ability, the better the employee performance will be, and conversely, if employee lack good leadership qualities, their performance cannot be improved and may even worsen. Therefore, based on the above conclusion, it is believed that there is an influence of transformational leadership on employee performance
IMPLEMENTASI METODE TALAQQI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS HAFALAN HADIS ARBA’IN AN-NAWAWI SANTRI KELAS IX DI PONDOK PESANTREN BIN BAZ 4 WANGON
The talaqqi method is one of the instructional strategies implemented at Bin Baz 4 Wangon Islamic Boarding School. This method is applied in the teaching of Hadith Arba’in An-Nawawi, one of the core subjects for ninth-grade students. The main objective of this study is to examine the implementation of the talaqqi method in improving students’ memorization quality of Hadith Arba’in An-Nawawi. The research employs a descriptive approach that integrates both qualitative and quantitative data. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, memorization tests, and questionnaires distributed to ninth-grade students. The study involved 14 students as participants. The observation results revealed that the talaqqi method helped students focus more on accurate recitation and pronunciation during their memorization sessions. Based on the memorization test results, the average mastery rate reached 85%, categorized as good. Furthermore, 89% of students responded positively in the questionnaire, stating that this method facilitated their understanding and memorization of the hadith. The findings indicate that the talaqqi method is an effective pedagogical approach for enhancing students’ memorization abilities of Hadith Arba’in An-Nawawi. It not only improves accuracy and fluency in recitation but also fosters greater motivation and enthusiasm for learning among students
KEPEMIMPINAN DIGITAL 4.0: KAJIAN SISTEMATIS KONSEPTUALISASI DAN PRAKTIK DALAM PENDIDIKAN
This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the evolution of digital leadership in education, tracing its development from the initial concept of e-leadership to Leadership 4.0 amid the era of digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI). "A selection of relevant scientific publications from the period of 2010–2025 was systematically analyzed using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach were thematically analyzed to identify conceptual shifts, theoretical trends, practices, and implementation barriers. The findings reveal a paradigm transition from a technology-focused leadership to a strategic role emphasizing agility, data-driven innovation, and ethics. Modern digital leaders are no longer just technology managers but ecosystem orchestrators tasked with balancing technology, pedagogy, and equity to address infrastructural, capacity, and cultural challenges. Although theoretical frameworks like transformational and distributed leadership are widely used, longitudinal and comparative research remains limited. This review positions digital leadership as an adaptive, ethical, and systemic practice, proposing a future research agenda focused on theory integration, cultural diversification, human-centered ethics, and policy translation to build equitable and intelligent educational system
EFEKTIVITAS KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA ORGANISASI PADA PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS (SMA)
This study is a literature review that examines the effectiveness of transformational leadership by school principals in improving organisational performance related to the learning process in senior high schools. The objectives of this study are (1) to formulate the concept and dimensions of transformational leadership in the context of secondary schools, (2) to examine empirical evidence regarding the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance, school climate, and student learning outcomes, and (3) to identify mechanisms (mediators and moderators) that strengthen or weaken these influences. A systematic review of empirical literature and meta-reviews published in the last 10 years shows consistent findings: transformational leadership is positively correlated and often significantly influences teacher motivation and performance, collaborative culture, Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), and several indicators of learning process effectiveness. these effects are often mediated by teacher job satisfaction, professional learning communities (PLCs), and school climate, and moderated by contextual factors such as resource support and school culture. Practical implications are discussed for the development of headteacher capacity and educational leadership development policies
PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MERANGKAI BUNGA PAPAN MELALUI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VIDEO TUTORIAL PADA SISWA DISABILITAS INTELEKTUAL RINGAN
The study was motivated by low learning interest and limited independence achievement among students due to instructional practices that were predominantly based on verbal explanations and direct demonstrations without the support of varied learning media. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design using both qualitative and quantitative approaches and was conducted at SLB Aslam Kids Padang. The research subjects were Grade X students with mild intellectual disabilities. The study was implemented in two cycles, each consisting of four meetings and following the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through structured observations of students’ learning activities and assessments of flower board arrangement skills, while data analysis was conducted using percentage techniques. The results indicated that the use of video tutorial media significantly improved students’ learning activities and skill performance. The average percentage of students’ activity and skill achievement increased from 68.7% in Cycle I to 93% in Cycle II. The novelty of this study lies in the use of video tutorial media as a vocational learning intervention that is visually structured, step-by-step, and repeatable according to students’ needs, effectively supporting the learning characteristics of students with mild intellectual disabilities in achieving greater learning independence
