HYBRID LEARNING DALAM PELATIHAN ASESOR DI BAN-PDM PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR
This study aims to analyze the application of hybrid learning in assessor training at BAN-PDM East Java Province with a focus on three aspects, namely the importance of hybrid learning in assessor training, the hybrid learning approach in assessor training, and the impact of applying hybrid learning in assessor training. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that hybrid learning is not only a solution to budget constraints but also effective in maintaining the continuity of the process of updating assessors' understanding. The training strategy was carried out through a combination of synchronous learning (virtual face-to-face sessions via Zoom) and asynchronous learning (independent assignments via LMS and the official website). The implementation of hybrid learning has been proven to increase cost efficiency, time flexibility, and participant accessibility, although there are still challenges in the form of participants' lack of focus during online sessions. Overall, the implementation of hybrid learning in assessor training at BAN-PDM provides significant benefits for improving assessor professionalism while supporting the quality of the accreditation process
BUHARAK LAMPUNG SAIBATIN SEBAGAI PELESTARIAN BUDAYA LAMPUNG PESISIR
This study aims to describe and analyze the Buharak tradition among the Lampung Saibatin community as a form of cultural preservation in the Lampung Pesisir region. Buharak is a wedding procession held after the marriage ceremony with the aim of introducing the couple to the community while affirming the honor of the family and social status in the Saibatin customary system. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation, and documentation studies of traditional leaders, ritual performers, and coastal communities. Data analysis is carried out through a thematic approach with stages of reduction, categorization, and interpretation of meaning. The results show that Buharak has three main functions: as a social glue that strengthens community solidarity and mutual cooperation (sakai sambayan); as a marker of status and customary legitimacy that reflects the hierarchical social structure of the Saibatin community; and as an arena for negotiating modernity, where the younger generation and religious leaders adapt traditional practices to align with Islamic norms and current socio-economic conditions. This adaptation is evident in the simplification of the duration of the procession, reduction of costs, integration of religious elements, and digital documentation that expands the scope of cultural preservation

PENGKAJIAN LANDASAN TEORI MANAJEMEN LINGKUNGAN DAN BUDAYA SERTA IMPLEMENTASINYA DALAM ORGANISASI MODERN
Environmental management and cultural management represent two strategic pillars in the development of modern organizations, particularly within the context of global changes characterized by climate crises, digital transformation, and shifting social values. This article provides a narrative review of the theoretical foundations of both fields by examining more than 60 relevant publications. The analysis indicates that systems ecology, sustainability theory, environmental adaptation, and stakeholder theory serve as strong foundations for implementing environmental management focused on ecological balance and resource efficiency. Meanwhile, organizational culture theory, Hofstede’s cultural dimensions, cross-cultural management, and cultural adaptation offer a comprehensive understanding of internal social dynamics influencing organizational behavior. The integration of both theoretical domains has been shown to enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen cultural identity, reduce environmental risks, and expand organizational social legitimacy. This article emphasizes that integrating environmental and cultural management is a key strategy for building organizations that are competitive, sustainable, adaptive, and culturally relevant. Future research is recommended to develop integrative empirical models and conduct cross-sector comparative studie

STRATEGI MANAJEMEN DALAM PENGUATAN BUDAYA BELAJAR BERKELANJUTAN PADA ORGANISASI MAHASISWA: STUDI PADA HMI KOMISARIAT TARBIYAH UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG
Objective: This study aims to analyze the POAC-based management strategy (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) in strengthening the continuous learning culture within the Islamic Students Association (HMI) Komisariat Tarbiyah at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that although each POAC function has been implemented, its execution remains suboptimal. In the planning aspect, the organization has established intellectual-oriented training programs; however, they are not fully supported by needs analysis and risk-based planning. The organizing aspect shows a structurally well-defined system, yet coordination among divisions is still weak. In the actuating aspect, participatory leadership has been applied, but member participation remains inconsistent and heavily influenced by individual motivation. Regarding the controlling aspect, evaluation mechanisms are not well documented, resulting in repetitive issues and the absence of structured recommendations. This study concludes that the POAC management strategy has substantial potential to strengthen a sustainable learning culture, but requires improvement in coordination, program implementation discipline, member motivation, and systematic evaluation mechanisms

INTEGRASI PRINSIP SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN DAN NILAI ISLAM DALAM AL-QUR’AN DAN HADIS
This study aims to comprehensively analyze the integration of educational supervision principles with Islamic values derived from the Qur’an and Hadith. Educational supervision plays a strategic role in improving learning quality, teacher performance, and professional development. However, in practice, supervision is often reduced to administrative and technical activities, thereby neglecting its moral and spiritual dimensions. From an Islamic perspective, supervision is understood as a continuous developmental process grounded in the values of amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, shūrā (consultation), muraqabah (self-awareness before God), amanah (responsibility), and iḥsān (continuous improvement). This research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, examining primary sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, and classical as well as contemporary tafsir, along with secondary sources including relevant books and scholarly articles. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method to explore the relationship between modern educational supervision concepts and Islamic values. The findings indicate a strong alignment between supervision principles such as guidance, participation, objectivity, and sustainability and Islamic values of justice, honesty, responsibility, and continuous improvement. This integration results in an Islamic educational supervision model that positions supervisors as both professional and spiritual mentors in fostering an educational work culture grounded in faith, knowledge, and ethical practice
