ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF ADVERTISING, SALES PROMOTION, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS ON SAVING DECISIONS AT PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk. SURAKARTA OFFICE
This study aims to analyze the influence of advertising, sales promotion, and public relations on customers’ saving decisions for BNI Taplus at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Surakarta Branch Office. The research method employed is a quantitative approach with a survey technique using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, as well as F-tests and t-tests. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, advertising, sales promotion, and public relations have a significant effect on saving decisions. Partially, each of these variables also has a positive and significant influence. These findings demonstrate that integrated marketing communication activities play an important role in influencing customers' decisions in the banking sector. This research is expected to serve as a reference for bank management in formulating more effective marketing strategies in the future.

Analisa Kelayakan Usaha Konveksi Kaos (T-Shirt) Dengan Menggunakan Metode SWOT Di UMKM Kabupaten Sidoarjo Kecamatan Taman, Menanggal
The fashion shopping trend in Indonesia has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. This has led many business owners to capitalize on online business opportunities, transforming them into a trend in the current business world. This study describes how to analyze business feasibility using the SWOT method and the factors that influence business feasibility based on SWOT. A SWOT analysis includes an internal environmental analysis, namely strengths and weaknesses, as well as an external environmental analysis, namely opportunities and threats. To overcome these difficulties, the data analysis techniques used in this study were SWOT analysis, the IFAS Matrix, the EFAS Matrix, and the SWOT Matrix. This study used primary data, through observation and interviews. The results of the study showed that strengths include good quality, affordable prices, excellent service, strategic location and environment, and product variety. The strength matrix calculation results in a value of 3.8. Weaknesses obtained a value of 3.58. Opportunities obtained a value of 3.04. The Threats score was 2.94. Therefore, the overall strategy can be identified by maximizing opportunities, minimizing weaknesses, using strengths as a fundamental element in business planning, and suppressing existing threats to the t-shirt convection company for the company's future sustainability.Trend belanja fashion di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan selama pandemi covid. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak dari pelaku usaha memanfaatkan peluang bisnis online berubah menjadi trend di dunia usaha saat ini. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana cara menganalisa kelayakan usaha menggunakan metode SWOT dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kelayakan usaha berdasarkan SWOT. Dalam analisis SWOT, terdapat analisa lingkungan internal yaitu kekuatan (Strength) dan kelemahan (Weakness) serta analisa lingkungan eksternal yaitu peluang (Opportunity) dan ancaman (Threat). Untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SWOT, Matriks IFAS, Matriks EFAS dan Matriks SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan Streght (kekuatan) yaitu kualitas yang baik, harga yang terjangkau, excellent servis, lokasi dan lingkungan yang strategis dan variant produk. Dari hasil perhitungan matriks kekuatan 3,8. Weakness (kelemahan) didapatkan hasil nilai 3,58. Opportunity (peluang) didapatkan hasil nilai 3.04. Threats (ancaman) didapatkan hasil nilai 2,94. Maka strategi keseluruhan dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan peluang sebaik-baiknya, meminimalisis kelemahan, menggunakan tingkat kekuatan sebagai unsur dasar dalam perencanaan usaha dan menekan ancaman yang ada pada perusahaan konveksi kaos demi keberlangsungan perusahaan di masa datang
THE STRATEGIES TO PREVENT CASH RECEIPT FRAUD PREVENTION STRATEGY AT CV ARTA TRISNA (ELECTROPLATING AND CHEMICAL DISTRIBUTOR)
This study aims to analyze internal control procedures and strategies in cash receipts to prevent fraud at CV Arta Trisna Sidoarjo Branch. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the procedure for receiving cash in the company has been implemented in accordance with the theory and standards of internal control, including payments, daily reconciliation, deposits to banks, as well as supervision and separation of duties. Fraud prevention strategies are implemented through cash and giro system, CCTV monitoring, periodic audits, employee training, and separation of work functions. Comparative analysis of theory and practice shows that the elements and components of internal control in CV Arta Trisna have been effective in minimizing the risk of fraud. However, it was found that one aspect of the anti-fraud program has not been implemented, namely the consultation assistance program for employees. Overall, the company's cash internal control system is considered quite good and able to support the company's financial integrity.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur dan strategi pengendalian internal dalam penerimaan kas untuk mencegah penipuan di CV Arta Trisna Cabang Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur penerimaan uang tunai di perusahaan telah diterapkan sesuai dengan teori dan standar pengendalian internal, termasuk pembayaran, rekonsiliasi harian, deposito ke bank, serta pengawasan dan pemisahan tugas. Strategi pencegahan penipuan diterapkan melalui sistem tunai dan giro, pemantauan CCTV, audit berkala, pelatihan karyawan, dan pemisahan fungsi kerja. Analisis komparatif teori dan praktik menunjukkan bahwa unsur dan komponen pengendalian internal dalam CV Arta Trisna telah efektif dalam meminimalisir risiko kecurangan. Namun, ditemukan bahwa salah satu aspek dari program anti penipuan belum dilaksanakan, yakni program bantuan konsultasi bagi karyawan. Secara keseluruhan, sistem pengendalian internal kas perusahaan dinilai cukup baik dan mampu mendukung integritas keuangan perusahaan
ANALISIS PROSES SUKSESI DAN TANTANGAN GENERASI KEDUA DI PT ALFA VIKTORI FAMILIA
This study analyzes the succession process and challenges faced by the second generation in PT Alfa Viktori Familia, a family-owned company in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods with the main informant sources, namely the founder as the first and second generation successor, managerial staff, and experts in the family business. The research results show that commitment and trust are factors in the succession process, with family values having a big role and also helping in shaping the successor's readiness to continue the business. The analytical framework uses the Seven-Pointed Star Model by Rothwell, which covers seven aspects of succession planning. The research results show that aspects of intergenerational commitment and trust have been implemented strongly. However, most other aspects such as assessing potential successors and development programs have not been carried out systematically. The challenges faced include difference in leadership styles, adaptation to technological and market changes, and gaps between generations. This study suggests the need for a more professional succession system, including the use of performance indicators (KPI), mentoring programs, and ongoing evaluation to ensure business continuity across generations. These findings contribute to the business literature and become a practical reference for family companies in Indonesia.Penelitian ini menganalisis proses suksesi dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh generasi kedua di PT Alfa Viktori Familia, sebuah perusahaan keluarga di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dengan sumber informasi utama, yaitu pendiri sebagai penerus generasi pertama dan kedua, staf manajemen, serta ahli dalam bisnis keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen dan kepercayaan merupakan faktor dalam proses suksesi, dengan nilai-nilai keluarga memainkan peran besar dan juga membantu dalam membentuk kesiapan penerus untuk melanjutkan bisnis. Kerangka analitis menggunakan Model Bintang Tujuh oleh Rothwell, yang mencakup tujuh aspek perencanaan suksesi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek komitmen dan kepercayaan antar generasi telah diterapkan dengan kuat. Namun, sebagian besar aspek lain seperti penilaian calon penerus dan program pengembangan belum dilaksanakan secara sistematis. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi perbedaan gaya kepemimpinan, adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi dan pasar, serta kesenjangan antar generasi. Studi ini menyarankan perlunya sistem suksesi yang lebih profesional, termasuk penggunaan indikator kinerja (KPI), program mentoring, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk memastikan kelangsungan bisnis antar generasi. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada literatur bisnis dan menjadi acuan praktis bagi perusahaan keluarga di Indonesia
Deep Learning Approach in English Language Teaching: Does It Matter a Lot?
This paper reports the outcomes of a ‘Community Service’ activity related to the implementation of the Deep Learning (DL) approach in English language teaching in Indonesia. The activity was conducted for junior high school English language teachers in Bogor regency, Indonesia. It outlines the design, implementation, and evaluation of a structured professional development program aimed at equipping teachers with the knowledge, skills, and reflective capacity needed to adopt Deep Learning within the framework of Indonesia’s Merdeka Belajar curriculum. Drawing on Michael Fullan’s 6Cs framework (i.e., character, citizenship, collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking), the activity emphasized pedagogical transformation that moves beyond traditional content delivery toward student-centered, inquiry-based learning. The program adopted a four-stage model: observation, socialization, training and mentoring, and evaluation. These stages allowed facilitators to map the instructional realities of the participants, co-construct relevant training content, and evaluate the impact through both qualitative and quantitative measures. The results indicated a significant increase in teachers’ awareness of DL principles, improved pedagogical confidence, and willingness to implement more meaningful and contextualized English Language Teaching (EFL) practices. Key themes explored included the coherence between DL and the national Profil Pelajar Pancasila, strategies to overcome implementation challenges, and the integration of AI tools to enhance 21st-century competencies. The findings suggest that DL offers a transformative avenue for revitalizing ELT in Indonesia by aligning global educational innovations with local policy goals. This paper recommends sustained investment in teacher training, digital infrastructure, and curricular alignment to ensure scalable and equitable adoption of DL nationwide
Penguatan Kapasitas Usaha Mikro Pengrajin Gerabah Desa Wedi Klaten, Melalui Diversifikasi Produk dan Branding Lokal
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha mikro para pengrajin gerabah di Desa Wedi, Klaten, melalui strategi diversifikasi produk dan penguatan branding lokal. Para pengrajin selama ini menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan inovasi produk, kurangnya pemahaman tentang tren pasar, serta lemahnya identitas merek lokal yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan observasi awal, pemetaan kebutuhan, pelatihan teknis diversifikasi desain produk, pendampingan pemasaran digital, serta workshop branding lokal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengrajin dalam mengembangkan variasi produk yang lebih modern dan fungsional, serta mampu membangun identitas visual usaha melalui kemasan dan media promosi digital. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan nilai tambah produk, perluasan pasar, serta memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha mikro kerajinan gerabah di wilayah tersebut.

PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DESA MELAUI PELATIHAN MANAJEMEN UNTUK UMKM DAN PENGENALAN TEKNOLOGI DENGAN PELATIHAN ECOPRINT DI DESA NGEMPLAK, SUKOHARJO
Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah program akademik yang wajib diikuti oleh mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari kurikulum pendididkan tinggi. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang nyata dan aplikatif bagi mahasiswa dalam menerapkan teori dan konsep yang telah dipelajari di bangku kuliah. Salah satu kegiatan dalam KKN ini ialah memberikan pelatihan ecoprint di desa Ngemplak, Kecamatan Kartosuro, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pelatihan ecoprint ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM dalam menghasilkan produk yang ramah lingkungan dan memiliki nilai ekonomis. Metode yang dilakukan pada pelatihan berupa metode pendampingan. Analisis permasalahan dari pelaku UMKM di desa Ngemplak belum dikenalkan ecoprint yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat Pendidikan untuk mengajarkan konsep-konsep alam dan kreativitas. Hasil dari pelatihan ecoprint dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah dalam peningkatan pendapatan, mengurangi biaya produksi, mengurangi limbah dan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan
EDUKASI KESEHATAN IBU HAMIL DAN PEMBAGIAN TABLET TAMBAH DARAH SEBAGAI UPAYA PREVENTIF TERJADINYA ANEMIA
Anemia pada ibu hamil merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang berdampak serius terhadap ibu dan janin, terutama di Indonesia yang prevalensinya masih tinggi. Upaya preventif melalui edukasi dan intervensi langsung menjadi langkah penting dalam menurunkan risiko anemia. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil terkait anemia melalui penyuluhan dan pembagian tablet tambah darah (TTD). Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Posyandu Desa Klodran, Colomadu, Karanganyar, dengan peserta sebanyak 10 ibu hamil peserta posyandu. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, pembagian leaflet, dan tablet tambah darah, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan peserta, dari 0% yang mencapai skor ≥70 pada pre-test menjadi 80% pada post-test. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi terhadap materi yang diberikan, terutama tentang sumber makanan kaya zat besi dan cara konsumsi TTD yang tepat. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman ibu hamil tentang anemia, sehingga diharapkan dapat mendorong perubahan perilaku menuju kehamilan yang lebih sehat

PERAN LEMBAGA KEUANGAN SYARIAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN LITERASI KEUANGAN SYARIAH DALAM MELINDUNGI MASYARAKAT DARI PINJAMAN ONLINE ILLEGAL
This research aims to investigate and analyze the role of Islamic financial institutions in enhancing community financial literacy; identify the strategies of Islamic financial institutions in protecting the community from illegal online loans, and evaluate the challenges faced by Islamic financial institutions in increasing financial literacy and protecting the community from illegal online loans. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are secondary data such as references, journals, books, or documentation data related to the research. Data collection techniques include literature study. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis with a literature study conducted through several stages, including formulating research questions, searching for literature sources, and evaluating literature sources. The research results show that Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS), especially BMT and Islamic cooperatives, play an important role in increasing Islamic financial literacy through product education, providing products according to needs, community economic empowerment, financial inclusion, and collaboration. LKS needs to implement proactive strategies to protect the community from illegal online loans, including education, providing alternative Islamic financing, collaborating with OJK, increasing Islamic financial literacy, and community economic empowerment. LKS faces challenges in increasing financial literacy and protecting the community from illegal online loans, such as lack of public understanding, limited access to information, and competition with conventional financial institutions. To overcome these challenges, LKS needs to increase education, expand service reach, improve HR quality, strengthen collaboration, develop innovative products, and utilize digital technology. With comprehensive efforts, LKS can increase community financial literacy and protect them from the dangers of illegal online loans. This research shows that financial education, both formal and informal, is effective in increasing financial literacy
ANALISIS PROSES REKRUTMEN DAN SELEKSI PT. UNGARAN SARI GARMEN
This research examines the employee recruitment and selection process at PT Ungaran Sari Garmen, one of Indonesia's largest export-oriented garment manufacturers. The study aims to analyze the implementation procedures of recruitment and selection, identify the challenges faced, and examine the solutions applied in addressing these challenges. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews and direct observation of the recruitment and selection process, as well as documentation studies related to company profiles and employee training archives.PT Ungaran Sari Garmen implements a recruitment system that begins with workforce needs identification through a bottom-up mechanism, followed by candidate search processes through formal announcements and informal recommendation systems. A comprehensive three-week training program becomes an integral part of the selection process, with a primary focus on developing sewing skills. In its implementation, the company faces several challenges such as incomplete applicant documentation, candidate disciplinary issues during the interview process, and low interest in sewing training.To overcome these challenges, the company has developed strategic solutions including improving communication quality in requirement delivery, initial verification of candidate availability before interview scheduling, and implementing transparency in training program information. Research findings indicate that a systematic approach to recruitment and selection, supported by structured training programs and effective communication, contributes significantly to building a competent team to support company operations in the export-oriented garment industry
