KETERAMPILAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU SMA NEGERI 1 SUKOREJO KABUPATEN KENDAL: KETERAMPILAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU SMA NEGERI 1 SUKOREJO KABUPATEN KENDAL
This study discusses the principal's managerial skills in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo, Kendal Regency. The background of the research is the continuous improvement of teacher pedagogical competence in the Education Report at SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo from 2022 to 2024. This achievement is estimated to be due to the principal's managerial skills. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection uses interviews, observations and documentation. Informants are determined purposively, data was obtained through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is tested through triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo uses conceptual skills to improve teacher competence by understanding the concept of pedagogical competence. The principal develops strategies, through training, workshops, monitoring, observation, and involving competent resource persons. The policies taken include providing facilities, giving awards, and collaborating with other educational institutions. The principal recognizes opportunities and problems related to teacher pedagogical competence through needs analysis and routine evaluation. The principal improves teacher competence by applying human relations skills, such as building good communication, providing assistance and guidance as needed, motivating and inspiring teachers, and involving various parties in decision making related to training. In addition, the principal also uses technical skills by directing teachers in preparing learning designs, creating a comfortable and conducive classroom environment, conducting learning evaluations appropriately, and managing facilities and infrastructure in a structured manner. Teacher direction and coaching through mentoring are also carried out to ensure that the quality of learning is maintained. The conclusion of this study, the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Sukorejo applies conceptual skills, human relations skills and technical skills in improving teacher pedagogical competence. The author provides suggestions for the principal to improve monitoring and observation of the implementation of teacher pedagogical competence through academic supervision at least twice in each semester
PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN, PENDAPATAN, DAN TOLERANSI RISIKO TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI EMAS
Rapid developments in the era of globalization encourage the importance of a strong understanding of finance and the ability to manage money resources. Good financial management helps individuals make better decisions, especially in investment. Gold investment is a popular choice because of its safe and liquid nature, especially amidst global economic uncertainty. Although investment in Indonesia is still relatively low, good financial literacy can increase the interest and ability of the community, especially students to invest in gold. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of financial literacy, income, and risk tolerance on gold investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative research type with associative analysis. The sample used is active students of Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta who have or are currently using gold investment. The data collection method in this study uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires online to all students of Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. The results of this study explain that Financial Literacy (X1), Income (X2), and Risk Tolerance (X3) have a significant effect on gold investment decisions
PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KERJASAMA, LOYALITAS DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KOORDINATOR LAYANAN ADMINISTRASI SATUAN PENDIDIKAN (KORMIN) KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO
The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture, cooperation, loyalty, and competence on the performance of the coordinators of administrative services for educational units (Kormin) in Sukoharjo Regency.
This study was conducted at the Department of Education and Culture of Sukoharjo Regency. It is a correlational study aimed at explaining the asymmetric relationships among the researched variables. The sample consisted of 55 employees working as coordinators of administrative services for educational units (Kormin) in Sukoharjo Regency. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were multiple regression tests, F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) test.
The results of the study indicate that organizational culture, cooperation, loyalty, and competence have both partial and simultaneous effects on the performance of the coordinators of administrative services for educational units (Kormin) in Sukoharjo Regency. The Adjusted R Square (R²) value is 0.739 or 73.9%, which means that collectively, the independent variables—Organizational Culture (X1), Cooperation (X2), Loyalty (X3), and Competence (X4)—influence the performance (Y) of the coordinators by 73.9%, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as work environment, organizational culture, rewards, and others.

PENGARUH PROMOSI, HARGA, KEPUASAAN, DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN E-COMMERCE TOKOPEDIA DI PT. MITRA ANDA SURAKARTA
the purpose of the study was to determine the effect of promotion, price, satisfaction, and product quality on customer loyalty of tokopedia e-commerce at pt. Mitra anda surakarta. the type of research that the author uses in the study is a quantitative descriptive method. the population of this study is all tokopedia e-commerce customers at pt. mitra anda surakarta. the sampling method used in this study uses non-probability sampling with accidental sampling techniques. the sample obtained was 96 people. data collection used in this study was using documentation and personal questionnaires. data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical tests, research instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. the software used in this analysis is spss 23. this study can be concluded as follows: there is no effect of promotion on tokopedia e-commerce customer loyalty at pt. mitra anda surakarta. there is an effect of price on tokopedia e-commerce customer loyalty at pt. mitra anda surakarta. there is an influence of satisfaction on the loyalty of tokopedia e-commerce customers at pt. mitra anda surakarta. there is an influence of product quality on the loyalty of tokopedia e-commerce customers at pt. mitra anda surakarta.there is a joint influence of promotion, price, and satisfaction on the loyalty of tokopedia e-commerce customers at pt. mitra anda surakarta.

PEMANFAATAN MEDIA KARTU KUARTET DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KERAGAMAN BUDAYA SISWA KELAS 5 SEKOLAH DASAR
Learning in the era of globalization today demands mastery of effective communication skills as part of 21st-century competencies, especially in the context of multicultural education. The use of innovative media such as quartet cards is expected to increase student participation, especially among previously passive students, and to develop effective communication skills. This study aims to describe the use of quartet cards as a medium to enhance the effective communication skills of fifth-grade elementary school students in cultural diversity learning. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach that involves observing students and using an observation sheet with eight indicators of effective communication, which have been checked for accuracy and consistency through Corrected Item-Total Correlation and Cronbach’s Alpha analysis. The subjects of the study were 30 fifth-grade students from SDN Tonjong, Rongga District. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and descriptive statistics to assess the improvement in students' communication skills. The research results show that all indicators have a correlation value > 0.3 and reliable instruments (α > 0.7). The implementation of kuartet card media can encourage students to actively discuss, express opinions, listen effectively, and collaborate in groups, which makes the classroom atmosphere more interactive and inclusive and increases student participation, especially those who were initially passive. The conclusion of this research states that the quartets card media is an effective innovation in developing the effective communication skills of fifth-grade elementary school students in cultural diversity learning while also supporting the achievement of 21st-century competencies
THE EFFECT OF TAX FINES, IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SAKPOLE SYSTEM , QUALITY OF FISCAL SERVICES ON TAXPAYER COMPLIANCE AT THE SUKOHARJO SAMSAT OFFICE
This study aims to analyze Tax Fines, Implementation of the Sakpole System, and the Quality of Tax Service on Taxpayer Compliance. The population in this study were motor vehicle taxpayers registered at the Sukoharjo Samsat Office with an accidental sampling method of 100 people. Based on the Slovin formula, with an error rate of 10%. The analysis techniques in this study consisted of descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove the regression results in the regression equation that Tax Fines, Implementation of the Sakpole System, and Quality of Tax Service have a positive effect on Taxpayer Compliance. The results of the F test and t test indicate that Tax Fines, Implementation of the Sakpole System, and Quality of Tax Service have a positive and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. Based on the results of the R2 test (coefficient of determination), it is known that Tax Fines, Implementation of the Sakpole System, and Quality of Tax Service are able to explain 49.8% of the variable of Taxpayer Compliance registered at the Sukoharjo Samsat Office , while 50.2% is influenced by other variables that were not studied, such as tax socialization, tax system, tax reform and others .

PENDAMPINGAN PEMBUATAN KEMASAN PADA USAHA GULA AREN DI DESA RAPPANG
Packaging is a crucial aspect that consumers consider when selecting a product to consume. Therefore, as an entrepreneur, it is essential to prioritize this aspect in business management. Based on a survey conducted, it was found that in Rapang Village, several people engage in the production of palm sugar, but none of the entrepreneurs have unique packaging. Hence, assistance was provided in packaging design, followed by socialization, with the aim of increasing product recognition within the community and attracting consumer interest in choosing the product for consumption. The method used in the assistance process involved direct support to entrepreneurs in determining the brand and label for the packaging. Furthermore, the assistance extended to the installation of a signboard in front of the house of one of the palm sugar entrepreneurs in Rapang Village, Tapango District.The results of this activity led to the creation of a new product with more attractive packaging than before. Additionally, this initiative had a positive impact by raising awareness about the importance of product packaging and motivating entrepreneurs to further develop their businesses
PEMANFAATAN WHATSAPP BUSINESS DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DAN PELAYANAN PADA UMKM JACRENTAL
Penelitian ini membahas pemanfaatan WhatsApp Business dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pelayanan pada UMKM JacRental. JacRental merupakan usaha penyewaan sepeda motor yang melawan tantangan dalam merespons permintaan pelanggan, mengelola pesanan, dan menjaga komunikasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana WhatsApp Business dapat membantu JacRental dalam mempercepat layanan, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, implementasi fitur WhatsApp Business seperti pesan otomatis dan label pesanan, serta evaluasi melalui survei dan analisis data pemesanan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan WhatsApp Business mampu mengurangi waktu respon dari 10–15 menit menjadi 2–3 menit, menurunkan kesalahan pencatatan pesanan dari 20% menjadi 5%, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dalam hal kecepatan layanan, kemudahan pemesanan, dan rekomendasi pelanggan. Dengan demikian, WhatsApp Business terbukti menjadi solusi efektif bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pelayanan pelanggan.
 
Dampak Kenaikan PPN 12% terhadap Pengeluaran Rumah Tangga: Perspektif Ekonomi Islam
Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak kenaikan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) sebesar 12% terhadap indikator-indikator makroekonomi serta mengevaluasi efektivitas instrumen syariah sebagai alat mitigasi. Temuan menunjukkan penurunan signifikan pada konsumsi rumah tangga (-1,6%) dan investasi (-2,7%) akibat tekanan ekonomi yang meningkat. Data dari kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden merasakan penurunan daya beli yang cukup parah. Namun, penerapan instrumen syariah, termasuk zakat dan wakaf produktif, menunjukkan potensi dalam menstabilkan perekonomian. Hasil simulasi memperlihatkan peningkatan konsumsi rumah tangga sebesar 0,8%, investasi sebesar 0,9%, dan belanja pemerintah sebesar 1%, yang mencerminkan kemampuan instrumen syariah dalam meredam dampak kebijakan fiskal. Studi ini memperkenalkan integrasi inovatif antara kebijakan fiskal dan solusi berbasis syariah, yang menawarkan strategi ekonomi yang berkeadilan sosial dan berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi menekankan pentingnya dukungan regulasi untuk mengoptimalkan peran zakat dan wakaf dalam memperkuat pemulihan ekonomi
Fraud Triangel: Menggali Akar Kecurangan dalam Etika Islam
The Fraud Triangle theory consists of three elements, namely Pressure, Opportunity, and Rationalization, which are integrated with the concept of human vices, according to Imam Al-Ghazali's book Ihya Ulumuddin. This research aims to understand the factors that drive a person to commit fraud, focusing on how vices such as Sabu'iyah, Bahimiyyah, and Syaithaniyah contribute to cheating behaviour. This research uses a qualitative method with semi-structured interviews with informants from manufacturing companies and tax consulting services in Indonesia. The results showed that the three elements of the Fraud Triangle, namely Opportunity, Rationalization, and Pressure, which are integrated with the book of Ihya Ulumuddin Imam Al-Ghazali that a person will commit fraud because of his nature, does not have a firm stance and faith. The weakness of an internal control system that causes a person to bring up his greed (Sabu'iyah), impulsive actions (Bahimiyah), and Mand guidance (Syaithaniyah) sees an opportunity. This pressure exists so that it rationalizes what is not good. The research results can strengthen a good internal control system for the company, employee ethics and morals, and a positive organizational culture. Novelty This research approach offers a new perspective on understanding the causes of fraud in financial statements through spiritual and ethical lenses that are rarely raised in the literature on fraud
