    This research was conducted to identify how the influence of brand image, brand awareness, and relational marketing on customer loyalty. The research took place at Ana Demak Outlet involving 100 respondents. These respondents are customers of Wardah products. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. This research method is quantitative, which includes: validity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test with SPSS application.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Kabupaten Luwu. Kinerja karyawan merupakan elemen penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan, di mana pemberian insentif dan penerapan disiplin kerja yang baik diyakini dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 responden yang merupakan karyawan PDAM Kab. Luwu, dengan teknik sampling menggunakan metode full sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, insentif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen PDAM Kab. Luwu untuk lebih memperhatikan kebijakan insentif dan menegakkan disiplin kerja guna meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan

    The advancement of digital technology has transformed the landscape of financial services globally, including in the Islamic finance sector. Amid the rapid pace of digitalization, Islamic financial inclusion has become a strategic agenda to promote public access to financial products and services based on Sharia principles. However, the low level of Islamic financial literacy remains a significant obstacle in achieving optimal inclusion. This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic financial literacy on Islamic financial inclusion in the digital era, with a case study in Pringsewu Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach through a survey of 400 purposively selected respondents. Regression analysis results indicate that Islamic financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the level of digital Islamic financial inclusion, with a regression coefficient value of 0.705 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings suggest that improving literacy regarding Islamic financial products, contracts (akad), and fundamental values can strengthen public participation in the digital Islamic finance ecosystem. Therefore, collaboration among regulators, financial institutions, and educational institutions is essential to expand Sharia-based financial education through technology to achieve equitable and sustainable financial inclusion

    AUTONOMOUS SUSTAINABLE MARITIME BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND PORT MANAGEMENT IN INDONESIA

    Indonesia, as the world’s largest archipelagic state, is facing increasing pressure to modernize and decarbonize its maritime logistics and port operations. With the exponential advancement in automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and sustainable business frameworks, the maritime sector in Indonesia stands at a critical juncture. This paper explores the potential integration of autonomous technologies in maritime business and port management, with a focus on aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and blue economy principles. It critically analyses current regulatory, infrastructural, and operational limitations while proposing a framework for autonomous sustainable maritime business models. Empirical observations and recent policy developments are examined to highlight gaps and opportunities. This study contributes novel insights by combining technological, regulatory, and sustainability dimensions into a holistic port and maritime management strategy suitable for the Indonesian context

    Memahami penggunaan kontinu mobile wallet di Indonesia: Integrasi Technology Acceptance Model dengan interaksi sosial

    While the use of mobile wallets in Indonesia has increased, the country remains behind other ASEAN nations, notably Thailand and Vietnam. This study seeks to investigate the factors influencing Indonesians’ intention to continue using mobile wallets by incorporating the Technology Acceptance Model with social interactions, particularly social connectedness and social influence. This study aims to offer a theoretical contribution by exploring the role of the social interactions, specifically social connectedness, which has not been previously investigated in mobile wallets adoption research. The data collection process involved surveying mobile wallet users in key urban areas in Indonesia, yielding a total of 228 data. The research model underwent testing through the PLS-SEM methodology, revealing that the intention of Indonesians to continue utilizing mobile wallets is influenced by ease of use, benefits, and social connectedness. This study also presents recommendations for relevant stakeholders to persuade users to maintain their use of mobile wallets.Indonesia tertinggal dibandingkan dengan negara-negara ASEAN lainnya, terutama Thailand dan Vietnam, meskipun penggunaan mobile wallet telah meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor yang memengaruhi keinginan untuk terus menggunakan mobile wallet di Indonesia, dengan menggabungkan Technology Acceptance Model dengan interaksi sosial—khususnya konektivitas sosial dan pengaruh sosial Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan menyelidiki peran interaksi sosial, khususnya konektivitas sosial, yang belum pernah diteliti sebelumnya dalam penelitian adopsi mobile wallet. Sebanyak 228 data empiris dikumpulkan melalui survei yang melibatkan pengguna mobile wallet di area kota besar di Indonesia. Model penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan metodologi PLS-SEM dan menemukan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat, dan konektivitas sosial memengaruhi keinginan orang Indonesia untuk terus menggunakan mobile wallet. Penelitian ini juga menyusun sejumlah rekomendasi bagi para pemangku kepentingan yang tertarik untuk mendorong pengguna untuk terus menggunakan mobile wallet

    This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation and environmental product innovation on business performance in MSMEs, with competitive advantage as a mediating variable. Market orientation is a factor that allows MSMEs to survive and thrive in increasingly fierce competition. In addition, environmentally based product innovation focuses on developing environmentally friendly products. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach to a number of MSME actors. The targets of this research were MSME actors in Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap and Kebumen Regencies. The data used uses primary data and used a sample of 200 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is Smart-PLS by using the inner model, outer model, and hypothesis testing. Outer model is used for validity and reliability tests. Inner model is used for R-square and F-square tests and hypothesis testing using Bootstrapping testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Market Orientation, Environmental Product Innovation, and Competitive Advantage have a positive effect on Business Performance. The practical implication of this study is that MSMEs must pay attention to and optimize business potential by considering Market Orientation, Environmental Product Innovation, Competitive Advantage to improve business performance.     This study seeks to investigate how community involvement, transparency, accountability, and the function of village officers affect the management of village revenue and expenditure budgets in villages across the Boyolali Regency's Sawit District. This investigation employs a quantitative data analysis approach with testing utilizing the Multiple Linear Regression Model. In this study, Village Heads, Village Officials, and Village Consultative Bodies (as community representatives) in villages across the Sawit District, Boyolali Regency, were the populations used. The research sample of 86 individuals was selected using purposive sampling in this study. The findings of this research show that in villages across the Boyolali Regency's Sawit District, the Management of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budgets (APB Desa) is significantly impacted by partial community involvement, transparency, accountability, and the function of village officials

    This study aims to analyze the feasibility of expanding Somiprek Chicken & Steak by examining market and marketing aspects, legal compliance, technical and operational elements, human resource management, financial viability, and environmental considerations. A quasi-qualitative approach was adopted, employing triangulation methods including interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data was collected from various sources, such as owners, employees, and relevant experts. The results indicate that Somiprek Restaurant has significant market potential in Surabaya with a strategic market segment and promising growth prospects. On the technical aspect, the proposed location is strategically positioned, with infrastructure and layout supporting operational efficiency. From a management perspective, the organizational structure has been designed to support business expansion, including recruitment strategies, training, and competitive compensation plans. Financial analysis revealed positive outcomes, with Payback Period, NPV, IRR, and ROI values indicating investment feasibility. Additionally, Somiprek Restaurant has complied with environmental standards through adherence to SPPL regulations for restaurant operations. In conclusion, the business expansion of Somiprek Restaurant to Surabaya is deemed feasible. Strategic recommendations are provided to optimize market potential, operational efficiency, and business sustainability

The Community Service Activity of ITB AAS Indonesia was carried out at Bank Jateng, Sragen Branch Office. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide an understanding to Bank Jateng employees about the definition of Income Tax Article 21 (PPh21), income tax subjects, tax obligations, types of taxes, tax withholding rates, tax withholding flows and tax reporting. The method of community service activities is a qualitative method involving three stages including the observation method, interview method and counseling method. The target of the community service is the employees of Bank Jateng, Sragen Branch Office who are subjects of Income Tax Article 21 (PPh21). In conclusion, the community service activities carried out at Bank Jateng, Sragen Branch Office can provide positive results to employees regarding information on Income Tax Article 21 (PPh21).     Perkembangan sains dan teknologi yang cepat tidak dapat dihindari oleh siapa pun termasuk siswa sekolah. Era teknologi menuntut individu untuk mampu mengembangkan potensi diri. Aspek dalam mengembangkan potensi diri merupakan soft skills. Soft skills merujuk salah satunya pada keterampilan mengelola waktu, Siswa merupakan individu yang cenderung aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan sehingga akan membuat siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola waktu. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman dengan metode psikoedukasi siswa juga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk mengelola waktu mereka dan bertanggung jawab atas tugas mereka. Kegiatan psikoedukasi ini dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap, yakni tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hasil, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah siswa SMK AL-ISLAM Surakarta. Para peserta memberikan tanggapan yang positif dan kegiatan ini berhasil dalam meningkatkan pemahaman serta penerapan manajemen waktu melalui psikoedukasi. &nbsp
