Proses Perubahan Diri Seorang Teroris menjadi Aktivis Perdamaian
Get PDFThis qualitative study was aimed at exploring the experience of a former member of a terrorist organization in Indonesia who have left his terrorist group and abandoned the extremist ideology. A life history method which focuses on the process of self-change and life transition of the former member of the terrorist group was employed A participant whose age is 40 years old and was a former active member of Jamaah Islamiyah (JI), a terrorist group, was recruited. He was captured in 2014 and served a sentence in prison for almost 4 years. He has been involved in counter-terrorism campaign organized by a non-government organization (NGO) since his release from prison until recently. Interviews were conducted to collect data which were then analyzed using a narrative analysis. Some written documents in the forms of articles and a published book produced by the participant as well as online news covering the participant’ stories were also examined. The findings inform how he became involved in the terrorist networks. The need for self-significance and adventurous experience seems to be the main drivers. After his capture, and during his imprisonment, he contemplated his participation in the terrorist networks. His meetings with religious experts and academicians facilitated by prison officers, and his awareness of burden he had inflicted on his family because of his terrorism case had opened his mind. He experienced a turning life moment which made him keeping distance from other terrorist inmates with the risk of receiving negative view from them. After his release, he found passion in writing and eventually reached a NGO and joined it as a credible voice in the campaigns of counter violent extremism through writing and public speaking

Get PDFTujuan kegiatan ini diselenggarakan untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada para pemilik usaha disekitar Danau Sipin dan memberi pemahaman pengelolaan wisata Olahraga pada kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) pada kelurahan Legok. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan melakukan Sosialisasi kepada masyarakat yang tergabung pada Kelompok Sadar Wisata “WISATA KITO” dan Kelompok Sadar Wisata “KETEK WISATA” yang ada di kelurahan Legok Kota Jambi. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini memberi motivasi kepada para penggiat wisata untuk lebih mengembangkan wisata diwilayahnya masing-masing. Dengan pengelolaan wisata olahraga (sport torism) sebagai daya tarik Pariwisata di Kawasan Wisata Danau Sipin dapat berdampak positif pada peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan. Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini merubah pola pikir masyarakat dan pelaku wisata untuk selalu mencari peluang-peluang dan berinovasi menambah daya tarik wisata sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing dengan obyek wisata-wisata yang lai

Get PDFThis study aims to explain the use of online applications in distance learning and its impact on the achievement of multimedia competencies at SMKN 1 Jambi City. This study uses a qualitative method with phenomenological research. For data collection conducted, interviews and documentation. To analyze the data consists of three activity lines simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of observing can be concluded in class X-1 and X-2 are able to adapt using online applications in online learning. Meanwhile, grades XII-1, XII-2, and XII-3 have gotten used to online applications provided by schools in online learning. Furthermore, the results of interviews from 10 informants and 15 questions became the basis for in-depth data sources on the phenomena that occurred based on experts that distance learning was learning independently by utilizing online applications as a medium in honing skills and communication tools online learning
Penerapan Good Governance Dalam Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LKjIP) Pada Pemerintahan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan
Get PDFThe South Sumatra Provincial Government Agency Performance Report is a report on the implementation of the South Sumatra Provincial Government in fulfilling the obligation to be accountable for the success of the organization\u27s vision and mission in achieving the goals and objectives set out in the performance determination document and other planning documents as material for measuring and evaluating performance accountability for can be used in continuous improvement efforts (continues improvement) towards good local governance (Good Local Governance). This study is to analyze the role of Government Agency Performance Reports in improving Good Governance in the regional government of South Sumatra province. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained are then interpreted and analyzed, so as to provide information that can be used to solve the problems at hand. The role of the Government Agency Performance Report (LKJiP) in the 2015-2019 period in improving Good Governance in South Sumatra Province, the results can be seen from the Achievement of the Value of Government Agency Performance Reports (LKJiP) 2015-2019 averaging 76.59 with Very Good results and Targets. - targets that have been implemented effectively and efficiently are seen from the average achievement of targets reaching 100%. LKJiP is expected to consistently encourage the improvement of management processes in various government agencies so that it can be seen whether the performance achievements are as planned or not.
Abstrak
Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan merupakan laporan penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dalam memenuhi kewajiban untuk mempertanggung-jawabkan keberhasilan visi dan misi organisasi dalam mencapai sasaran dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam dokumen penetapan kinerja dan dokumen perencanaan lain sebagai bahan pengukuran dan evaluasi akuntabilitas kinerja untuk dapat digunakan dalam upaya perbaikan secara terus menerus (continues improvement) menuju tata kelola pemerintahan daerah yang baik (Good Local Governance). Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peranan Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah dalam meningkatkan Good Governance pada Pemerintahan daerah provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh, kemudian diinterpretasikan dan dianalisis, sehingga dapat memberikan informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi. Peran Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LKJiP) pada periode tahun 2015 – 2019 dalam meningkatkan Good Governance di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan hasilnya dapat dilihat dari Capaian Nilai Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LKJiP) tahun 2015-2019 rata-rata 76.59 dengan hasil yang Sangat Baik dan Sasaran-sasaran yang telah dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien dilihat dari pencapaian rata-rata sasaran-sasaran mencapai 100%. LKJiP diharapkan secara konsisten mendorong perbaikan proses manajemen di berbagai instansi pemerintah sehingga dapat dilihat capaian kinerja apakah sesuai dengan yang direncanakan atau tidak.

Remaja Yang Dilihat Dari Kelekatan Orang Tua Terhadap Kecerdasan Emosi
Get PDFAbstract : This study aims to determine how big the relationship between parental attachment to emotional intelligence in IBA Palembang high school teenagers. While the research hypothesis is that there is a significant relationship between Parental Attachment to Emotional Intelligence in adolescents. This study uses a quantitative approach with a product moment correlation design. This research was conducted in Palembang City which consisted of 60 women and 70 men. The sampling technique used in this study is a random sampling technique because the sampling of population members is done randomly by selecting the criteria that have been set by the researcher. Data were collected through a parental attachment scale with 40 items referred to from the theory of Armsden and Greenbreg (2009). Emotional Intelligence Scale with 40 items from Goleman (2009). The category of adolescents who have parental attachment is included in the high category. The instrument validation technique uses content validity and Cronbach\u27s Alpha coefficient reliability. The results showed that there was a relationship between parental attachment to emotional intelligence in adolescents with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). Data were analyzed using Product Moment Person correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a very significant relationship between Parental Attachment to Emotional Intelligence in Adolescents at SMA IBA Palembang rxy > rtable : 0.736 > 0.266, a significant level of 0.01, which means that the higher the attachment, the higher the Emotional Intelligence. It can be concluded that parental attachment has a relationship with emotional intelligence in adolescents.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara kelekatan orangtua terhadap kecerdasan emosi pada remaja SMA IBA Palembang. Sedangkan hipotesis penelitian adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Kelekatan Orang Tua Terhadap Kecerdasan Emosi pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional product moment. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Palembang yang terdiri dari 60 wanita dan 70 pria. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling karena pengambilan sampel anggota populasi dilakukan secara acak dengan memilih kriteria yang telah ditetapkan peneliti. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala kelekatan orangtua dengan 40 item yang diacu dari teori Armsden dan Greenbreg (2009). Skala Kecerdasan Emosi dengan 40 item dari Goleman (2009). Kategori remaja yang memiliki kelekatan orang tua termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Teknik validasi instrumen menggunakan validitas konten dan reliabilitas koefisien Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kelekatan orangtua terhadap kecerdasan emosi pada remaja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p <0,01). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Product Moment Person. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara Kelekatan Orang Tua Terhadap Kecerdasan Emosi Pada Remaja SMA IBA Palembang rxy > rtabel : 0,736 > 0,266 taraf signifikan 0,01 yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi Kelekatan maka semakin tinggi Kecerdasan Emosi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelekatan orangtua ada hubungan terhadap kecerdasan emosi pada remaja.

ANALISIS PENERAPAN GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PADA PERUSAHAAN TEKSTIL
Get PDFCompanies that want to grow and progress rapidly need strategies and take care of their employees. Nowadays, the concept of an environmentally friendly company is able to provide benefits. The advantage that will be obtained is that the company is able to reduce costs because it is replaced by an online system, reduce emissions or waste, and the company can also seek to recycle waste into other finished goods. This study aims to analyze the application of the concept of go green company the textile industry in Bandung. The respondents studied were 22 supervisors/ managers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results obtained, the implementation of Green HRM has been carried out well.

Abstrak
Perusahaan yang ingin berkembang dan maju pesat perlu strategi dan menjaga para karyawan. Di masa sekarang konsep perusahaan ramah lingkungan mampu memberikan keuntungan. Keuntungan yang akan diperoleh adalah perusahaan mampu mengurangi biaya karena tergantikan oleh sistem online, mengurangi emisi atau sampah, dan perusahaan juga bisa mengupayakan untuk mendaur ulang limbah menjadi barang jadi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep perusahaan ramah lingkungan di industri tekstil di kota Bandung. Responden yang diteliti sebanyak 22 supervisor / manajer. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deksriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh, penerapan Green HRM sudah terlaksana dengan baik.

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to find out the significant effect of the use of learning videos on the learning outcomes of students in soccer at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kader Bangsa Palembang. This type of research is experimental with the research design used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects in this study were students of class XI Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kader Bangsa Palembang, totaling 22 people who were all female students. From the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ha can be accepted or tcount > ttable (30.53 > 1.721). Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the use of learning videos on the learning outcomes of students in football material at Kader Bangsa Palemban
JIGSAW TECHNIQUE AND STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION
No full textThe aim of this study is to find out whether or not there is significant effect of using Jigsaw technique on the eighth-grade students’ reading comprehension at Islamic Junior High School Al-Jauharen. The design of the experiment research is a quasi-experimental research with pre-test post-test control group design. There were 64 students involved as the samples in this study. The results indicated that there was significant difference on the students’ comprehension before (M=60.80, SD= 19.69) and after being taught by using Jigsaw Technique (M=78.62, SD=10.08), t(29)=3.926, p= 0.000< 0.05. The results of independent sample t-test also indicated that there was significant difference on the comprehension of the students in experimental group and in control group (p>0.05). In brief, the results implied that there were there was significant effect of using Jigsaw Technique on the students’ reading comprehension.
