Many warnet that exist in the city of Palembang just a few warnet that use Linux operating system and operating system Mikrotik, this is due to the cafe just rely on the facilities provided without considering connections and needs of each client. The research will be carried out analysis implementation server operating system that has been used several internet cafés in the city of Palembang to see speed internet access. With the research is expected to see how much influence the linux operating system and a proxy server for internet access speeds at every cafe that uses server operating system and taken consideration for each Internet cafe to use Linux operating system and a proxy server in managing the Internet network
Analisis Framing Berita Calon Bupati Bangka Barat Pada Surat Kabar Harian Bangka Pos (Studi Analisis Framing Robert N Entman)
Full text linkMetodologi purpose of this study are ; to fine news framing candidates regent Bangka Barat on a daily newspaper Bangka Pos. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative approach. The method used in in this research is framing method by using models Robert .N. Entman, this model is used to determine how the mass media build the reality with four elements, namely: define problem, diagnose causes, make moral judgement dan treatment recommendation. The results showed that based on the results of research and discussion can be drawn the conclusion that news framing candidates in Bangka Pos daily newspaper, daily news show genitalia Bangka Pos can describe what is considered important by the community, maintaining similarity agenda between what the media issues and what became a public issue as well asthe media agenda influence the public agenda, especially regarding the proclamation candidates (elections) Bangka Barat, meaning that in agenda setting daily newspapers Bangka Pos that determines the strength of the media to influence public audiences with specific purpose

In the educational use of Information and Communication is one of the factors in improving the quality of education. One form of the development of information technology and communication is e-learning. This study aimed to test the model acceptance of the use of E-Learning system at several universities in the city of Palembang by using a model of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Tests will be carried out by using a calculation sttistik with tools SPPS application. Full text linkThe year 2014 is a historic year for Indonesian leadership. In this year, Indonesian people celebrate the democracy party. It is at this feast that the fate of the people and the government of Indonesia is determined through elections. Beginner voters are among the voters who often do not count their prospects as pockets of votes in the previous general election. Along with the development of information technology and its equipment, the novice voters as the biggest users of information technology began to show the stretching to get involved in the arena of Indonesian politics. In 2014 the number of beginner voters in Indonesia is estimated to amount to 40,749,503, a very potential amount. So this study aims to see how the influence of social media as a means of popular interaction among young people affect the political attitude of these beginner voters. The beginner population of voters in Palembang is 20% of the total voters about 200 thousand more beginner voters, the sample obtained from the formula slovin as many as 99 people and rounded up to 100 orang.hasil this research is social media, especially twitter effect on behavior and political attitude beginners
