    Perancangan Model IoT untuk Keamanan Data Tamu Menggunakan Framework ISO 31000 pada Hotel Maximus Palembang

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model Internet of Things (IoT) guna meningkatkan keamanan data tamu di Hotel Maximus Palembang dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja manajemen risiko ISO 31000. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi risiko, menganalisis dampaknya, dan mengembangkan arsitektur IoT yang terintegrasi dengan kontrol keamanan. Hasilnya mencakup matriks risiko dan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk memperkuat perlindungan data. Model ini diharapkan dapat mendukung tata kelola berbasis risiko yang aman dan terstandarisasi di sektor perhotelan

    Paper ini membahas tentang pentingnya pelatihan layanan prima dan sertifikasi halal dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kualitas produk salak pada Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) yang juga merupakan  UMKM Lestari di Wonosalam, Jombang. Produk salak yang melimpah di daerah Wonosalam menyebabkan harga sangat murah, sehingga petani diarahkan untuk meakukan inovasi produk olahan salak seperti keripik salak, jus salak rempah, teh kulit salak. Untuk mendukung kesuksesan dalam memasarkan produk inovatif ini diperlukan ketrampilan layanan prima serta pelatihan sertifikasi halal untuk memastikan pelanggan akan kualitas kehalalan produk. Pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman KTH Lestari  tentang pentingnya layanan prima dan sertifikasi halal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan bagi kepada pelaku UMKM Salak. Pendampingan juga akan dilakukan pada saat KTH Lestari memulai produksi produk olahan salak.     Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi rekrutmen yang memudahkan dan mengoptimalkan proses seleksi pegawai dengan menggantikan sistem manual dengan solusi digital agar lebih efisien, cepat, dan terorganisir. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototyping dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, yang dirancang secara bertahap berdasarkan masukan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dihasilkan berhasil mendigitalisasi tahapan rekrutmen seperti pengisian formulir, verifikasi dokumen, dan pelaksanaan tes. Sistem ini mampu mengurangi keterlambatan verifikasi, menekan penumpukan berkas fisik, meminimalkan risiko kehilangan data, serta meningkatkan aksesibilitas bagi pelamar. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan aplikasi rekrutmen yang dirancang khusus untuk instansi pemerintah daerah dengan pendekatan digital berbasis pengguna, sehingga mendukung modernisasi dan meningkatkan efektivitas proses rekrutmen di sektor publi

    The Palembang Information and Communication Office is a government agency that leverages information technology to enhance its services. However, it faces several internal challenges that must be minimized to achieve good governance. These challenges include the rapid advancement of information technology, a shortage of human resources with expertise in communication and information, and insufficient employee numbers. To address these issues, optimizing IT resources is crucial. The Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) framework can serve as a reference to measure the effectiveness of IT usage at the Palembang Information and Communication Office. The IT services provided aim to support the Palembang Communication and Information Office in delivering efficient services to the public. For information technology to contribute effectively to organizational performance, its objectives must align with business goals. Therefore, evaluating IT governance using COBIT 5 is essential to improving service performance at the Palembang Information and Communication Office.

    Abstract : Attendance is a routine on a working day carried out by an employee of an agency or company to prove that he is present or not. Attendance plays a very important role as an attendance list that will be used as the basis for calculating employee wages in the Company. Global English Language Center (GELC) is an institution where English courses are held, where employee attendance activities are currently still carried out manually, such as making attendance summaries with signed paper. There are several problems faced by GELC such as the accumulation of attendance documents, as well as the large number of photo files on the WhatsApp Group admin, making it difficult for admin staff to recap attendance. The purpose of this study is to create a website-based employee attendance recapitulation system. With this system, it is hoped that it will help the Staff and Admin of the Global English Language Center. The method that will be used in this study uses the waterfall method as a software development method.

    The purpose of this study is to explore tardiness behavior. This study focuses on studies from the perspective of psychology, sociology and anthropology. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Three participants were involved in this study. The results of this study found that the main cause of tardiness behavior is the lack of dominance of rules or policies. From a psychological perspective, tardiness behavior can be explained using the theory of cognitive developmental psychology. This theory explains that tardiness behavior can be caused by several intrinsic elements in students. From a sociological perspective, tardiness behavior is analyzed using the affective dominance theory and the traditional rationality model. From an anthropological perspective, tardiness behavior is a type of polychronic time. This concept explains that individuals usually see time only as fluid and their main focus is on social relationships rather than efficiency to arrive on time

    This study aims to describe the questioning skills of elementary school teachers in the subject of Social Sciences and students\u27 responses to teachers\u27 questioning skills. This research was conducted at SDN 4 Kandangrejo. The implementation time is carried out when social studies subjects are ongoing. The data source of this study is grade IV teachers and 6 grade IV students with student ability categories, namely high, medium, and low. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection techniques used by the researcher are observation, anecdotal notes, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by the method of triangulation of sources, techniques, time, and member checks. The research instruments used were interview sheets, anecdotal notes, and observation sheets. The data analysis used in this study is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification (drawing conclusions). The results of this study can show that: a.) The teacher\u27s questioning skills can be categorized as good with a score of 129 out of 176. b.) Students\u27 responses to the teacher\u27s questioning skills showed significant variation

    Pelaksanaan administrasi di Kelurahan Gunung Ibu Kota Prabumulih Provinsi Sumatera Selatan masih dlakukan secara konvensional, di mana untuk mengurus administrasi penduduk setempat mesti datang langsung ke kelurahan. Sehingga birokrasi yang lama dapat menghambat layanan kelurahan. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk membantu pelayanan administrasi.     Sistem Kendali Suhu Greenhouse Berbasis Arduino dengan Metode Histeresis dan Override Kelembaban Tanah

    This study develops an automatic temperature control system for a mustard plant greenhouse in Madukoro Village using an Arduino-based controller implementing hysteresis temperature control and a soil-moisture override mechanism. The system integrates a DHT11 temperature–humidity sensor, an analog soil moisture sensor, an exhaust fan, and an active-LOW relay–driven sprinkler valve. The novelty of this research lies in the combined logic of a 27°C–26°C temperature hysteresis and an override mechanism that forces cooling to remain active when the soil is critically dry, even when the ambient temperature has not yet exceeded the 30°C upper threshold. The system was tested five times under varying environmental conditions. Experimental results show that the system successfully maintains greenhouse temperature within the 26°C–28°C range, reduces relay switching frequency by 86%, and significantly improves environmental stability. The test tables and temperature trend graphs demonstrate a consistent and adaptive system response to changes in both air temperature and soil moisture levels.

    Work Engagement sebagai Prediktor Kinerja pada Kurir di Bujang Kurir Pontianak

    The success of a company depends heavily on the performance of its human resources. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that employees have a sense of connection to their work and the company, often referred to as work engagement. Work engagement plays a role in encouraging employees to contribute their best to their work, as employees who are engaged tend to be passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to achieving company goals. The primary objective of this study is to determine how work engagement affects the performance of couriers at Bujang Kurir Pontianak. Using quantitative methods, this study collected data through a psychological scale that measures the performance and work engagement of couriers in the workplace. The research subjects consisted of 30 respondents, representing the entire population. They were selected by employing a saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population were the subjects of the study. The analysis results based on a simple linear regression test indicate that work engagement has a significant effect on performance. The significance value is 0.001 (p <0.05) indicates that work engagement significantly improves performance. With a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.617, work engagement contributes 61.7% to performance, while the remainder is affected by other contributing factors. Thus, increasing work engagement can directly improve performance
