Pendampingan Pengelolaan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia Bagi Komunitas Sahabat Berdikari Mandiri (SBM) Jambi Sebagai Usaha Ekonomi Kreatif
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam aspek pengembangan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas program pendampingan dalam optimalisasi pengembangan kompetensi SDM UMKM guna meningkatkan daya saing di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan dan workshop, pendampingan intensif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan digital, di mana 75% peserta mampu memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pemasaran produk. Dalam aspek manajemen keuangan, 70% peserta berhasil menerapkan sistem pembukuan dasar dan memisahkan keuangan pribadi dengan bisnis. Di bidang inovasi produk, 60% peserta mampu menciptakan produk baru yang lebih kreatif dan sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Secara keseluruhan, pendapatan rata-rata UMKM mengalami peningkatan sebesar 30% dalam tiga bulan pasca-pendampingan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan dalam pengembangan kompetensi SDM efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Diperlukan keberlanjutan program melalui sinergi antara akademisi, pemerintah, dan pelaku usaha untuk memastikan dampak jangka panjang
Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Keselamatan Konstruksi untuk Pekerja di Sektor Bangunan Gedung Di Desa Labuan Panimba Kabupaten Donggala
Keselamatan di tempat kerja, khususnya dalam industri jasa konstruksi, memerlukan perhatian yang serius. Keselamatan konstruksi mencakup berbagai kegiatan teknik yang dirancang untuk mendukung proses pembangunan, dengan tujuan mencapai standar keselamatan, kesehatan, dan keberlanjutan yang baik. Di Desa Labuan Panimba, terdapat sejumlah besar pekerja konstruksi, sehingga hal ini semakin penting untuk diperhatikan.Pelaksanaan kegiatan peningkatan kesadaran akan keselamatan dilakukan melalui pengarahan dan simulasi penerapan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) serta alat pelindung kerja lainnya. Sebanyak 30 peserta terlibat dalam pelatihan ini, di mana mereka juga diajarkan mengenai berbagai risiko yang mungkin dihadapi saat bekerja di lapangan. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini, diharapkan para pekerja konstruksi dapat menerapkan pengetahuan yang telah diperoleh dengan baik di lapangan terkait keselamatan konstruksi
Mengajarkan Literasi dan Numerasi melalui Pembuatan Poster Berita Anti-Hoax Menggunakan Canva
Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi yang sangat pesat membawa dampak yang besar dalam peradaban manusia. Kemajuan Digitalisasi ini memberikan pengaruh yang postif dan juga negatif terutama dalam berita dan informasi salah satu contohnya adalah berita hoax. Artikel jurnal ini akan memberikan pengajaran literasi dan numerasi kepada peserta didik dalam menyikapi berita hoax dalam sebuah karya berupa poster. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah partisifatif, diskusi, dan praktek langsung dalam pembuatan poters anti berita hoax. Dalam membuat poster siswa diberikan arahan dalam penggunaan aplikasi canva sebagai platform pembuatan poster dan siswa diberikan kebebasan dalam mengekpresikan imajinasi mereka dalam membuat poster berita anti hoax. Dampak dari pengajaran pembuatan poster anti hoax ini meningkatkan kreativitas dan daya pikir peserta didik dalam mendesain suatu poster selain itu, peserta didik jiuga mendapatkan pengetahuan bagaimana menyikapi berita hoax dalam situasi kemajuan teknologi dan informasi sekarang ini
Prototipe Sistem Tiket Layanan Digital Di PLN UP 3 Ampera Palembang
Digital transformation has become a crucial strategy in improving public service quality across various sectors, including the energy and electricity industry. This article describes the creation of a prototype digital service ticket system at PLN UP 3 Ampera Palembang, which aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of customer service administration. The current manual procedure frequently resulted in delays, data discrepancies, and issues monitoring service requests. In this regard, PT PLN (Persero) S2JB Ampera Branch in Jakabaring has taken an innovative step by designing and implementing a digital ticketing system. This system was specifically developed to replace the previously manual service process, which was often slow, inefficient, and lacked transparency. Using a prototype development method, the system was built in an iterative manner, involving end users directly during the testing phase. The implementation results demonstrate that the digital ticketing system successfully streamlines customer service workflows, enhances customer satisfaction, and simplifies the tasks of field officers in recording and responding to reports or complaints
AI Awareness dan Perceived Job Insecurity: Sebuah Studi Kuantitatif pada Karyawan Aktif
The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has significantly transformed organizational structures and work dynamics, introducing new challenges for employees in adapting to digital transformation. AI is increasingly integrated into various workplace systems and is influencing the role of human labor in organizations. This study aims to examine the relationship between AI awareness and perceived job insecurity among active employees from various professional fields. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design, data were collected from 130 participants through an online questionnaire that included validated scales measuring AI Awareness and Job Insecurity. Normality tests showed that the data were not normally distributed; therefore, the hypothesis was tested using Spearman’s correlation analysis. The results revealed a strong and significant positive relationship between AI awareness and perceived job insecurity (r = 0.714, p < 0.001). These findings suggest that higher awareness of AI’s roles and impacts is associated with a greater sense of job insecurity, both in quantitative and qualitative aspects. Theoretically, this research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the psychological effects of technological developments. Practically, the findings highlight the importance of implementing more human-centered change management strategies, including transparent communication and psychological support for employees. The study’s limitations include the use of non-probability sampling and a relatively small sample size, which restrict generalizability. Future research is recommended to broaden the sample scope across work sectors and to explore potential mediating or moderating variables in the relationship between AI awareness and job insecurity
Kepo di Media Sosial: Studi Psikologi Komunikasi tentang Efek Stalking Digital terhadap Emosi dan Relasi Sosial
The development of social media has changed the way individuals form social relationships, but has also given rise to the phenomenon of digital stalking the unobtrusive observation of others\u27 lives without direct interaction. This study aims to identify the forms, psychological motives, and impacts of digital stalking behavior in the context of one-way communication. Using a quantitative correlational approach, data were collected from 250 respondents aged 18–35 years through an online questionnaire. The results indicate that the primary motives for stalking behavior are curiosity, the need for connectedness, and self-validation. The intensity of digital stalking is significantly positively correlated with anxiety, envy, and overthinking, and negatively correlated with the quality of social relationships. These findings are supported by a regression model, which shows that psychological motives significantly influence stalking behavior (R² = 0.412). This study confirms that digital stalking is not simply a passive activity, but rather a form of emotionally charged symbolic communication with psychosocial impacts. The main contribution of this study lies in the integration of parasocial, uses and gratifications, and social comparison theories in understanding the dynamics of non-romantic interactions on social media. These results are relevant for the development of psychological interventions and digital literacy strategies
Corporate Governance sebagai Penyeimbang Pengaruh CSR dan Kinerja Lingkungan terhadap Praktik Earnings Management pada Sektor Manufaktur
Abstract
Company profit refers to the income earned from business activities over a specific period. Companies that report high profits appear more attractive to stakeholders. Consequently, management may be inclined to manipulate financial statements—such as by delaying revenue recognition or managing expenses—to present a more favorable financial position. This practice, known as Earnings Management (EM), artificially enhances the company\u27s performance. This study aims to examine whether board independence and board size, as elements of Corporate Governance (CG), moderate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on EM. The research focuses on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between mid-2020 and 2022. A purposive sampling method was employed, yielding a sample of 54 manufacturing firms that met the specified selection criteria. Data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The findings reveal that CSR does not have a significant relationship with EM. Furthermore, neither board size nor board independence significantly moderates the relationship between CSR and EM, suggesting that these corporate governance mechanisms may not effectively mitigate earnings management practices related to CSR engagement in the observed firms.

Abstrak
Laba perusahaan ialah keuntungan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan usahanya dalam periode tertentu. Perusahaan dengan laba yang tinggi akan terlihat lebih menarik bagi para pemangku kepentingan. Maka dari itu, pihak manajemen berkehendak melangsungkan penundaan pengakuan pendapatan, manajemen beban, ataupun manipulasi laporan keuangan untuk tampil lebih menguntungkan. Tindakan yang meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara tidak realistis ini disebut Earnings Management (EM). Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yakni memahami dan menganalisis apakah board size (ukuran dewan) dan board independence (ukuran direktur independen) sebagai perwakilan dari Corporate Governance (CG), dapat memoderasi pengaruh Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) terhadap EM. Perusahaan manufaktur yang terekam sebagai perusahaan terbuka pada BEI, yakni Bursa Efek Indonesia dari periode 2020 sampai 2022 menjadi populasi penelitian. Metode purposive sampling yakni metodologi penentuan sampel yang diaplikasikan di penelitian ini, dengan 54 perusahaan manufaktur yang memenuhi persyaratan spesifik. Analisis statistik deskriptif serta analisis statistik inferensial ialah metode analisis yang dimanfaatkan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menandakan bahwasanya (a) TJSL tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap EM; (b) board size tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh TJSL terhadap EM; dan (c) board independence tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh TJSL terhadap EM.

Prediksi Turnover Karyawan Berbasis Data Perilaku Kerja pada Karyawan Freelance
This study aims to develop a predictive model of freelance employee turnover by integrating digital work behavior data and psychological perceptions, as the high turnover rate in the freelance sector has a significant impact on the sustainability of digital platforms. A total of 150 freelance respondents from various fields in South Sumatra participated in this research. Data were collected through digital activity logs and perception surveys, including measures of job satisfaction, work stress, and affective commitment. Quantitative analysis was conducted using logistic regression and the Decision Tree (C4.5) algorithm to construct a predictive model of turnover intention. The findings indicate that work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, while job satisfaction, affective commitment, and digital communication frequency have significant negative effects. The Decision Tree model demonstrated strong performance with an accuracy of 82% and an AUC of 0.85, identifying work stress and communication frequency as dominant factors in turnover prediction. These results support the Affective Events Theory and Perceived Organizational Support, showing that the combination of psychological and data-analytic approaches can serve as a foundation for developing early-warning systems for turnover in digital workforces. This study contributes to the advancement of psychology-based HR analytics within the growing gig economy in the digital era
THE HUMANITARIAN MEANING IN HAYYA THE POWER OF LOVE 2: A BARTHESIAN VISUAL SEMIOTICS APPROACH
Despite growing interest in visual emotion in Indonesian cinema, limited attention has been paid to how religious–humanist films visualize humanitarian meaning; this study addresses that gap through an analysis of Hayya: The Power of Love 2. Narratively, this film is rooted in the real-world issue of Palestine, providing an empirical context for visually examining the humanitarian dimension. This study analyzes how mise-en-scène generates humanitarian meaning in Hayya: The Power of Love 2 (2019). A qualitative–descriptive approach is applied within Roland Barthes’s semiotic framework at the levels of denotation and connotation. Data were collected through shot-by-shot observation and visual note-taking, analyzed using denotative–connotative coding and occurrence mapping to identify patterns of meaning. The unit of analysis consists of shots or frames from purposively selected key scenes. Overall, the findings show that in-frame arrangements consistently guide interpretations toward humanitarian themes—especially vulnerability, solidarity, and an ethics of care—through relations among visual signs rather than reliance on dialogue. The study contributes to visual semiotics and humanitarian representation by demonstrating how recurring spatial, chromatic, and embodied cues organize and naturalize humanitarian concern in Indonesian religious–humanist cinema
