Personal Branding di Media Sosial Tiktok: Studi Kasus Fenomenologi President Oriflame
Get PDFThis research finds out the personal branding President of Oriflame on social media tiktok seen from what does, what makes it different, and scores what to get when the public intertwines a connection with him. The study is conducted with a method qualitative with an approach to studies phenomenology for knowing more about somebody seen from professional experience in a manner that is aware and capable of giving meaning to every phenomenon experienced. Results findings in a study this is the President of Oriflame does not yet take advantage of social media tiktok with good because the target market no there, however, should as someone who has become a highlight and occupies ranking highest in Oriflame must permanently share content-related medium business on this with consistency across all social media, wrong only one tiktok as the most popular social media public moment this.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui personal branding President Oriflame di media sosial tiktok dilihat dari apa yang dilakukan, apa yang membuatnya berbeda dan nilai apa yang didapat ketika masyarakat menjalin hubungan dengannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi untuk bisa mengetahui lebih dalam tentang seseorang dilihat dari pengalaman yang dialami secara sadar dan mampu memberikan makna dari setiap fenomena yang dialami. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah President Oriflame belum memanfaatkan media sosial tiktok dengan baik karena pasaran yang dituju bukan disana, namun semestinya sebagai orang yang sudah menjadi sorotan dan menduduki peringkat tertinggi di Oriflame harus tetap membagikan konten terkait bisnis yang sedang dijalani dengan konsisten di semua media sosial, salah satunya tiktok sebagai media sosial paling diminati masyarakat saat ini.

Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Financial Management Behavior: Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Kristen Maranatha
Get PDFThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of factors such as financial knowledge, locus of control and income on financial management behavior in students of the Management Study Program, Maranatha Christian University. The number of samples in this study amounted to 240 respondents and the sampling technique was probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The data was processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The obtained result showed that financial knowledge has an effect on financial management behavior, while locus of control and income have no effect on financial management behavior.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti financial knowledge, locus of control dan income terhadap financial management behavior pada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Kristen Maranatha. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 240 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan probability sampling dengan Teknik simple random sampling. Data diolah dan dilakukan analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Didapatkan hasil yaitu financial knowledge berpengaruh terhadap financial management behavior sedangkan locus of control serta income tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial management behavior.

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai puskesmas dalam memanfaatkan sebuah aplikasi rekam medis berbasis web. Dengan pelatihan ini maka akan memudahkan petugas Puskesmas Nagaswidak dalam bekerja khususnya dalam mengelola data rekam medis pasien. Dalam merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi rekam medis pasien menggunakan metode waterfall. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik kualitatif, mengutamakan data atau gambar yang didapat pada lapangan atau tempat penelitian. Untuk pengambilan data melalui observasi dan wawancara agar aplikasi yang dibuat sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. By paying attention to the weight and each criterion for the specialization major, then calculate with the tight capacity of the specialization department on each state campus so that the results issued by the calculation have provided decision support for students to determine specialization and state campuses more precisely. This study aims to analyze the movie script through intrinsic and extrinsic approaches. The object of this research is the Just Mercy movie script. Through an intrinsic approach, the elements described focus on characterization, plot, and background. Meanwhile, for the extrinsic approach, I analyze racial discrimination through the theory of genetic structuralism. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Furthermore, research on the main character is carried out by elaborating between intrinsic and extrinsic elements, as well as looking at the various types of acts of racial discrimination obtained by the main character through a genetic structuralism theory approach. The result of this study is that there are acts of racial discrimination such as verbal, non-verbal, and intimidation in the Just Mercy movie script. apart from that all these acts of racial discrimination are like bad history that keeps repeating itself.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis naskah film melalui pendekatan intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Objek penelitian ini adalah naskah film Just Mercy. Melalui pendekatan intrinsic, unsur – unsur yang diuraikan berfokus pada penokohan, plot, dan latarbelakang. Sementara itu untuk pendekatan ekstrinsik saya menganalisis diskriminasi ras melalui teori strukturalisme genetic. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Selanjutnya, penelitian pada karakter utama dilakukan dengan melakukan elaborasi antara unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik, serta melihat berbagai jenis tindakan diskriminasi rasial yang didapatkan oleh karakter utama melalui pendekatan teori strukturalism genetik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapatnya tindakan diskriminasi ras seperti verbal, non-verbal, dan intimidasi pada naskah film Just Mercy. selain itu semua tindakan diskriminasi ras tersebut seperti sejarah buruk yang terus berulang.

Design of i-LOCA (Innovative Lobster Catcher) With Theoriya Resh-eniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch (TRIZ) and Business Model Canvas (BMC) (Case Study: Gresik And Lamongan Fisherman Communities)

The problems of fishermen catching technology is one of the main factors causing the lack of competitiveness of nations in the world\u27s fisheries. Lobster has a high sales value, but exploration is still minimal due to the absence of specific fishing gear. Lamongan and Gresik are the coastal areas in Java Sea with the lobster fishing commodities. At the time of the lobster season arrives, limited fishing gear is used in fishing gear such as fish traps and nets that are not a lobster fishing gear. Use the problem-solving process stages: literature studies and field studies. The study of literature used is overall product design, TRIZ and BMC. While field studies conducted in Gresik and Lamongan to seek consumer needs. In this data collection using interviews, FGD and giving questionnaires to fishermen. Perilaku Ghosting Pengguna Aplikasi Kecan: Harga Diri dan Kecemasan Sosial Sebagai Prediktor
Get PDFAbstrak : Harga diri dan kecemasan sosial menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku ghosting. Individu dengan harga diri rendah cenderung akan mengakhiri hubungan karena penghindaraan dan tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan keterikatan. Sementara individu dengan kecemasan sosial tinggi tidak dapat mempertahankan hubungan karena individu cenderung tidak dapat menerima evaluasi dari orang lain. Hal tersebut menyebabkan berakhirnya hubungan yang mengarah kepada perilaku ghosting. Perilaku ghosting umumnya terjadi pada pengguna aplikasi kencan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran harga diri dan kecemasan sosial terhadap perilaku ghosting pengguna aplikasi kencan. Partisipan penelitian sebanyak 203 emerging adults (18-25 tahun), melakukan ghosting 6 bulan sebelum penelitian dilakukan, pengguna aplikasi kencan. Metode penelitian yaitu kuantitatif korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pada uji korelasi variabel harga diri dan perilaku ghosting menghasilkan r(203)= -0.356, p= 0.000 < 0.05 artinya terdapat hubungan negatif. Namun pada variabel kecemasan sosial terhadap perilaku ghosting menghasilkan r(203)= 0.068, p= 0.334 > 0.05 artinya tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan. Uji regresi berganda dilakukan untuk melihat peran harga diri dan kecemasan sosial terhadap perilaku ghosting, menghasilkan p= 0.286, R= 0.363, R 2 = 0.132. Hasil menunjukan bahwa harga diri dan kecemasan sosial berperan sebesar 13.2%. Implikasi penelitian untuk membuat kesadaran atas perilaku ghosting sehingga dapat mencegah.

Abstract : Increasing self-esteem and social anxiety are factors influencing ghosting behavior. Individuals with low self-esteem tend to end relationship due to avoidance and unfulfilled attachment needs. Meanwhile, individuals with high social anxiety cannot sustain relationship because they tend to struggle with accepting evaluation from other. This leads to the termination of relationships that culminate in ghosting behavior. Ghosting behavior is commonly observed among user of dating app. This study aims to examine the roles of self-esteem and social anxiety in the ghosting behavior of dating app users. The participants in the study were 203 emerging adults (18 – 25 years old) who had engaged in ghosting 6 month prior to the study and were users of dating apps. The research method employed was quantitative correlational analysis. The analysis of the correlation between self-esteem and ghosting behavior yielded r(203)= -0.356, p= 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a negative. However, the correlation between social anxiety and ghosting behavior resulted in r(203)= 0.068, p = 0.334 > 0.05, suggesting no significant correlation. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to explore the roles of self-esteem and social anxiety in ghosting behavior, yielding p= 0.286, R = 0.363, R 2 = 0.132. The findings indicate that self-esteem and social anxiety collectively account for 13.2% of variance in ghosting behavior. The remaining 86.8% is influenced by factors beyond the predictor variables. The implication of this research including raising awareness of ghosting behavior to facilitating preventive measures.

No full textLack of public understanding of endemic diseases can increase the number of sufferers. This study aims to build an e-diagnosis application to determine the type of endemic disease using the Naïve Bayes Optimization method. This application will be able to provide information about the disease suffered by the patient based on the symptoms entered in the application. The information provided includes a description of the disease, its causes and solutions. The application development stage adopts the stages in the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) which includes project initialization, knowledge engineering process and implementation. The application of the Naïve Bayes Oprimization method produces a diagnosis result in the form of the type of disease dan its opportunities. The application can accessed by the public anywhere and anytime because this application is based on Android. Utilization of android can optimze the use of this application
