Analisis Orientasi Kewirausahaan Dan Diversifikasi Produk Pada Keberhasilan Usaha Melalui Proses Perkembangan Usaha: Studi Kasus UMKM Shahah Kabupaten Demak
Get PDFThis study used qualitative research methods using interviews and documentation. The informants in this interview are MSME actors, employees, and customers. Data processing is carried out using the balanced scorecard (BSC) method, which uses four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business, and growth mindsets, and learning as a measurement of MSME performance. The results of this study indicate that the MSME actors have a high entrepreneurial orientation marked by the implementation of entrepreneurial orientation indicators. In terms of product diversification, it has also diversified its products and produced eight new products within five years. Still, it could have been more optimal due to the constraints of the quality of human resources, tools or machines, and marketing strategies that need attention. This study also found the inhibiting factors for the development of MSMEs, including aspects of capital, aspects of human resources, aspects of production and equipment, aspects of governance and institutions, and aspects of product competitors, the factor of the Covid-19 pandemic. And the supporting factors for the development of MSMEs include easy access to raw materials, guidance and assistance for the Department of Trade and Industry and SMEs in Demak Regency, product quality that can compete, unique values, originality, and authenticity of products. Then the results of the study also found the potential development in the SMEs, including the prospect of developing innovation and product diversification, increasing the brand image of the SMEs as souvenirs typical of Demak, and expanding market share. Meanwhile, the results Ballance Scorecard measurement showed that six from a total of 9 instruments had 66% performance final calculation achievement in the excellent category.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunkana metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Narasumber dalam wawancara ini merupakan pelaku UMKM, karyawan, dan pelanggan. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode ballance scorecard (BSC). Merupakan metode yang menggunakan 4 perspektif meliputi perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, bisnis internal dan pertumbuhan serta pembelajaran sebagai pengukuran kinerja UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM Shahah ini memiliki orientasi kewirausahaan yang tinggi yang ditandai dengan telah di terapkanya indikator-indikator orientasi kewirausahaan. Dalam hal diversifikasi produk juga telah melakukan diversifikasi produk dan menghasilkan 8 produk baru dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun namun kurang optimal karena terkendala kualitas SDM, alat atau mesin dan strategi pemasaran yang kurang diperhatikan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan faktor penghambat perkembangan UMKM Shahah meliputi aspek permodalan, aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek produksi dan equimpent, aspek tata kelola dan kelembagaan, aspek kompetitor produk, faktor adanya pandemi covid-19. Dan faktor Pendukung Perkembangan UMKM Shahah meliputi kemudahan akses bahan Baku, Pembinaan Dan Pendampingan dari Dindagkop dan UMKM Kabupaten Demak, kualitas produk yang mampu bersaing, nilai keunikan, originalitas dan autentik produk. kemudian hasil penelitian juga menemukan potensi yang bisa dikembangkan dalam UMKM Shahah meliputi prosepek pengembangan inovasi dan difersivikasi produk, naiknya brand image UMKM Shahah sebagai oleh-oleh khas demak dan perluasan pangsa pasar. Sedangkan untuk pengukuran BSC ditemukan hasil dari pengukuran Ballance Scorecard yang menunjukan bahwa dari total 9 instrumen, 6 diantara tercapai dengan perhitungan akhir persentase pencapaiannya kinerjanya sebesar 66% dan tergolong dalam kategori baik.

This research aims to build E-Letter Notification System for the Start of Investigations (E-SPDP) at the Palembang Police Narcotics Unit Web-Based to make it easier for Administrative Officers to complete so that the information obtained is valid, effective and efficient. SPDP is submitted by the investigator to the public prosecutor in order to guarantee the implementation of the case oversight function owned by the Public Prosecutor. Through Decision Number 130/PUUXIII/2015 the Constitutional Court is conditionally unconstitutional that the SPDP must be submitted to the Public Prosecutor, the reported party and the victim/reporter no later than seven days after the investigation warrant was issued. The research method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) a model of the development cycle with a short emphasis on additional software development, although the development process is short, it does not reduce the quality of the product. Get PDFThe tendency of impulsive buying is the behavior of buying a product suddenly and without any planning beforehand. One of the factors that affect impulsive buying is self-control. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-control and the tendency of impulsive buying to purchase beauty products among members of the e-commerce user Discountfess community. Discountfess is a community formed on Twitter and Telegram. This community functions as a forum for people who look for a discount offer in an e-commerce shopping platform like to inform or just to show off the discounts they get. The instrument of this study used The Impulsive buying Tendency Scale (IBTS) developed by Verplanken & Herabadi to measure the scale of impulsive buying variables and The Brief Self-control Scale developed by Tangney to measure self-control variables. Participants in this study were 224 members of the Discountfess community both on Twitter and Telegram. The sampling technique used in this study was the convenience sampling technique. In order to determine the sample in this research, the researcher used a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. For hypothesis data analysis testing, the researcher relies on Spearman Rho product-moment correlation supported with SPSS version 26 program as the data processing. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship with a correlation coefficient value of 0,648 and significance value of 0.000 (p < 0,05) between self-control and impulsive buying tendencies in members of the Discountfess community who used e-commerce. Pengaruh Mutu Layanan, Persepsi Harga, Faktor Emosional Dan Kemudahan Terhadap Kepuasan Penumpang Kereta Api DAOP VI Yogyakarta
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the influence of service quality factors, price perception factors, emotional factors, and convenience factors on passenger satisfaction with the Yogyakarta DAOP VI Railway. Data collection in this study is using a questionnaire. The population used in this study are respondents who have used the Yogyakarta DAOP VI Railway services. The sample in this study is 100 respondents and the technique used is the Non- Probability Sampling technique with the Purposive Sampling approach. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data processing with regression analysis obtained the regression equation: Y = -1,020 + 0,059 X1 - 0,002 X2 + 0,402 X3 + 0,352 X4. Testing the partial effect of the independent variables used shows that the service quality factor, emotional factor, and convenience factor have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction with the Yogyakarta DAOP VI train, while the price perception factor has negative but not significant. Simultaneous testing shows that all these independent variables have a significant effect passenger satisfaction with the Yogyakarta DAOP VI Railway.

Abstrak
Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Faktor Mutu Layanan, faktor Persepsi tentang Harga, faktor emosional dan faktor kemudahan terhadap kepuasan penumpang Kereta Api DAOP VI Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dalam studi ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi yang dipakai dalam studi adalah responden yang pernah menggunakan jasa Kereta Api DAOP VI Yogyakarta. Sampel pada studi ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden dan teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Purposive Sampling. Studi ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengolahan data dengan analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y’ = -1,020 + 0,059 X1 - 0,002 X2 + 0,402 X3 + 0,352 X4. Pengujian pengaruh parsial dari variabel bebas yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa faktor Mutu Layanan, faktor emosional, dan faktor kemudahan berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang kereta Api DAOP VI Yogyakarta, sedangkan faktor Persepsi tentang Harga berpengaruh negatip tetapi tidak signifikan. Pengujian secara serentak diperoleh bahwa semua regresor tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan penumpang Kereta Api DAOP VI Yogyakarta.

Application of Anthocyanin Extracted from Purple Sweet Potato and Nata de Coco Film in The Smart Food Packaging Technology
Get PDFChicken liver is one of the products consumed by the majority of Indonesians. Chicken liver is in high demand by the public because it is cheap. To analyze the freshness of chicken liver in the package easily and practically, so analytical tools were needed. The purpose of this study was to develop an edible freshness sensor based on anthocyanin purple sweet potato with bacterial cellulose membrane from nata de coco. The edible freshness sensor can be applied as a freshness sensor to determine the freshness level of chicken liver by various parameters. The color change of an edible freshness sensor was observed visually. The results showed that a change in the color of the freshness sensor, namely light blue when chicken liver was fresh, and dark blue when chicken liver was no longer fresh
