Biomass Stove Training to Improve Ingkung Cooking Productivity at Kampung Emas Culinary Tourism, Gunungkidul
No full textKampung Emas Culinary Tourism is one of the leading destinations offering the traditional dish ingkung. However, the limited production capacity due to using traditional kitchens has decreased the number of tourist visits. This community service program aims to improve ingkung production efficiency by training local culinary practitioners within the Pokdarwis Putat Mandiri community on using biomass stoves. The implementation methods included a needs assessment survey, training in biomass stove technology, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test assessments. The results indicated a 10% increase in participants' understanding of cooking efficiency, from 70% to 80%, and a 50% improvement in their understanding of biomass stove technology, from 13% to 63%. Qualitative findings also revealed enhanced motivation, confidence, and willingness among participants to adopt biomass stove technology in their culinary practices
Suspension System Analysis on MBA Brand Truck Vehicles at PT SLA
No full textTo ensure safety and efficiency in commercial vehicle operations, the suspension system plays an important role in absorbing loads and vibrations. This study aims to analyze the suspension system in MBA brand trucks as a whole, focusing on the identification of the main components, the types of breakdowns that commonly occur, and the dominant causes. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through field observations, in-depth interviews with senior mechanics, and technical documentation studies. The results showed that the suspension system used parabolic type leaf springs, and the most common type of damage was fatigue failure in the form of a broken spring blade. The main factors causing damage come from a combination of overloading, poor road conditions that cause extreme dynamic loads, and lack of preventive maintenance. The study concludes that improving the reliability of suspension systems is not enough through technical improvements alone, but also requires disciplined operational management, including compliance with load limits and the implementation of periodic maintenance schedules. Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Game Edukasi Wordwall terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa
No full textThis study is a quasi-experimental design aimed at determining the effect of Wordwall Educational Games on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students in Social Studies (IPS). The design of this study is a nonequivalent control group using a pretest and posttest. The sample consists of two classes, namely the experimental class using Wordwall media and the control class using conventional learning. The test instrument used has been shown to be valid and reliable. Data were collected through tests and analyzed with normality tests, homogeneity, and t-tests to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the average posttest score of the experimental class increased significantly compared to the control class, with a t count (4.665) > t table (1.680) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. IPS learning using Wordwall media is proven to be better than conventional learning in improving students' learning outcomes

No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the difficulties experienced by students in making collars (2) the difficulties experienced by students in making buttonholes (3) the sollutions taken to overcome the learning difficulties of fashion design students in the process of making shirts at SMK Negeri 2 Godean. This research includes the type of qualitatif descriptive research. Methods of data collection using observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that (1) there are still students in grade XI fashion design who experience difficulties in the process of making collars (2) there are still students who experience difficulties in the process of making buttoholes (3) the solutions taken to overcome the difficulties experienced by students have been implemented but are still lacking, because there are still students who still have difficulties when practicing making shirts such as making patterns, collar and buttonhole, so teacher still need to accompany students extra.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) kesulitan yang dialami siswa dalam membuat kerah (2) kesulitan yang dialami siswa dalam membuat lubang kancing (3) solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa tata busana dalam proses pembuatan kemeja di SMK Negeri 2 Godean. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) siswa kelas XI tata busana masih ada yang mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pembuatan kerah (2) masih ada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan pada proses pembuatan lubang kancing; (3) Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kesulitan yang dialami siswa telah terlaksana namun masih kurang, dikarenakan masih ada siswa yang masih mengalami kesulitan pada saat praktik membuat kemeja seperti membuat pola, kerah dan lubang kancing, sehingga guru masih perlu mendampingi siswa secara ekstra
The Implementation of Communicative Language Teaching: Does It Statistically Enhance Students’ Speaking Skills?
No full textAbstract This study investigates speaking challenges among students and evaluates the effectiveness of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) in addressing these issues. Conducted at Andalusia Islamic School, the study involved 20 junior high school students. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected through direct observation and analyzed using SPSS version 20. The research identified key problems, including insufficient vocabulary, low self-confidence, and inadequate practice. Following the application of CLT, there was a notable improvement in students' speaking abilities, with average scores rising from 63 to 70. Significant enhancements were observed in pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency. This study highlights the effectiveness of CLT in improving speaking skills and offers recommendations for additional support to further enhance student performance.

PERAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI AKADEMIK DI SDN JETISHARJO : PERSPEKTIF ORANG TUA DAN GURU DALAM KONTEKS DEEP LEARNING
No full textAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis definisi kedisiplinan menurut orang tua dan guru, implementasinya di rumah dan sekolah, dampaknya terhadap proses pembelajaran, serta hubungan antara kedisiplinan dengan prestasi akademik siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi pada orang tua dan guru di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan diartikan oleh orang tua sebagai kebiasaan anak dalam menjalani rutinitas belajar dan tugas tanpa paksaan, sedangkan guru lebih menekankan pada ketepatan waktu, ketaatan terhadap aturan di kelas, serta penyelesaian tugas dengan tertib. Implementasi kedisiplinan di rumah melibatkan pengaturan waktu belajar, pembatasan penggunaan gadget, dan pembagian tugas rumah, sementara di sekolah diterapkan sistem poin dan penguatan karakter setiap pagi. Dampak kedisiplinan terhadap proses pembelajaran tercermin pada meningkatnya fokus siswa, keterlibatan aktif dalam kelas, dan ketekunan dalam mengerjakan soal sulit. Siswa yang disiplin juga menunjukkan prestasi akademik yang lebih baik, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Matematika dan Bahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, orang tua dan guru berperan penting dalam menguatkan nilai kedisiplinan melalui teladan dan pengawasan, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam hal waktu dan perhatian. Penerapan metode pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam (deep learning) juga terbukti lebih efektif bagi siswa yang memiliki kedisiplinan tinggi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan prestasi akademik siswa, serta mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter mereka.

Abstract: This study aims to identify and analyze the definition of discipline according to parents and teachers, its implementation at home and school, its impact on the learning process, and the relationship between discipline and students' academic achievements. The research method used is interviews and observations with parents and teachers in a primary school setting. The results of the study show that parents define discipline as the habit of children following their learning routine and completing tasks without being forced, while teachers emphasize punctuality, adherence to classroom rules, and orderly completion of tasks. The implementation of discipline at home involves setting a study schedule, limiting gadget usage, and assigning household chores, while at school, a point system and character reinforcement every morning are applied. The impact of discipline on the learning process is reflected in the increased focus of students, active involvement in class, and perseverance in solving difficult problems. Disciplinary students also show better academic performance, particularly in Mathematics and Indonesian language subjects. Furthermore, both parents and teachers play an important role in reinforcing discipline through example and supervision, although challenges such as time constraints and limited attention are present. The application of deeper learning methods (deep learning) has also been proven to be more effective for disciplined students. This study concludes that discipline plays a significant role in improving the quality of learning and academic achievement, as well as influencing the development of students' character.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NIAT DAN PERILAKU PENGGUNAAN SISTEM PEMBAYARAN DIGITAL: SEBUAH STUDI LITERATUR
No full textThe use of information technology (IT) has become essential in modern society, facilitating digital transactions and promoting a cashless society that offers efficiency and convenience for users. Analyze the factors influencing customer intention and behavior toward digital payments..This study reviews 33 previous studies on factors affecting customer intention and behavior toward digital payments, and summarizing the results. The reviewed articles include publications from both within and outside Indonesia. Domestic articles indexed in Sinta and international articles indexed in Scopus and/or Google Scholar were selected. The analysis shows that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, are the main factors influencing the intention and behavior toward digital payment systems. These findings provide crucial insights for developing strategies to enhance digital payment adoption, including improving infrastructure, educating the public, and developing products that meet user expectation. Adding complexity to previous research by enriching the theoretical understanding of the factors that can influence consumer intentions and behaviors in using digital payment.Penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI) telah menjadi hal yang penting dalam masyarakat modern, memfasilitasi transaksi digital dan mendorong masyarakat non-tunai yang menawarkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan bagi penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai artikel yang berkaitan dengan determinan niat dan perilaku pelanggan terhadap pembayaran digital, menjadi sebuah pemetaan literatur. Penelitian ini mengulas 33 penelitian sebelumnya tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat dan perilaku pelanggan terhadap pembayaran digital, dan merangkum hasilnya. Artikel yang direview meliputi publikasi baik dari dalam maupun luar Indonesia. Artikel dalam negeri yang terindeks Sinta dan artikel internasional yang terindeks Scopus dan/atau Google Scholar dipilih. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi upaya, pengaruh sosial, kondisi yang memfasilitasi, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan persepsi kegunaan, merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi niat dan perilaku terhadap sistem pembayaran digital. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting untuk mengembangkan strategi guna meningkatkan adopsi pembayaran digital, termasuk meningkatkan infrastruktur, mengedukasi masyarakat, dan mengembangkan produk yang memenuhi harapan pengguna. PERAN MEDIASI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PENGARUH KETERIKATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA SUPERVISOR HERBALIFE GRESIK
No full textThis study aims to analyze the effect of work engagement on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among Herbalife supervisors in Gresik. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Data were collected from 93 supervisors selected through simple random sampling, using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire to measure work engagement, job satisfaction, and employee performance.
The results show that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction significantly strengthens the relationship between work engagement and employee performance. These findings suggest that supervisors with high levels of work engagement tend to experience greater job satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts their performance. This study recommends that direct selling companies enhance programs that support work engagement and job satisfaction to help achieve business goals

No full textPenelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh spiritualitas tempat kerja (WPS) terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (OCB) melalui peran mediasi komitmen organisasi (OC) di antara perawat yang bekerja di Unit Gawat Darurat dan Perawatan Intensif Rumah Sakit Antonius Pontianak .
Survei kuantitatif potong lintang dilakukan dengan sampel sensus 92 perawat, menggunakan skala Likert yang tervalidasi untuk mengukur WPS, OC, dan OCB. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0 , dengan evaluasi model pengukuran dan struktural, termasuk pengujian mediasi melalui bootstrapping.
Berdasarkan Teori Peristiwa Afektif dan Teori Pertukaran Sosial, studi ini mengantisipasi bahwa WPS akan memengaruhi OC dan OCB secara positif, bahwa OC akan meningkatkan OCB, dan bahwa OC akan memediasi sebagian hubungan WPS-OCB. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi secara teoritis dengan memperluas penelitian spiritualitas di tempat kerja ke konteks keperawatan perawatan kritis dan secara praktis dengan memandu para pemimpin rumah sakit dalam mengembangkan lingkungan yang mendukung secara spiritual yang memperkuat komitmen dan perilaku kewarganegaraan perawat untuk meningkatkan kualitas perawatan pasien

This study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, where all store employees are used as a sample with a total of 46 store employees. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method.
