PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN QUALITY OF WORK LIFE TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA
The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of competence and QWL on performance by mediating job satisfaction (Study on Employees of the Kendal Education and Culture Office). The sample in this study were 101 respondents. This research test consists of descriptive statistics, instrument test (validity test with KMO>0.5 and Loading Factor>0.4 and reliability test with Cronbach alpha>0.7), model test (Adj R2 Test (Coefficient of Determination) and F Test (Goodness of Fit) with sig level <0.05), hypothesis testing using regression analysis with sig level <0.05 and test mediation effect with sobel test.
The results of this study indicate that competence and QWL affect job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, competence, QWL and job satisfaction have a positive and significant relationship to performance
THE ROLE OF ATTITUDES AND INTENTIONS IN SHARIA FINANCIAL BEHAVIOR OF MSMES: A THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR APPROACH
The objective of this research is to examine how attitudes and intentions influence the sharia-compliant financial behavior of MSME practitioners, employing the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical framework. TPB explains that actual behavior is influenced by intention, which is formed by attitudes and control of perceptual behavior. The research adopts a quantitative explanatory approach and applies the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method for data analysis. The sample consisted of 35 micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) actors located in Toboali District, South Bangka, selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale, measuring four main constructs: attitude (ATT), perceived behavioral control (PBC), intention (INT), and actual behavior (BEH). The results of the study show that attitude has a significant effect on actual intentions and behaviors. Intention also plays a key role as a key predictor of actual behavior, strengthening the SDG framework. However, perceptual behavior control did not show a significant effect on intentions or behavior. These findings affirm the importance of forming a positive attitude and strengthening intentions in encouraging the adoption of Islamic finance practices among MSMEs. Strategic interventions need to be directed at increasing literacy, understanding sharia values, and strengthening the internal motivation of business actors so that Islamic financial transformation can run sustainably and equivocally
PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN MELALUI KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK SAYUR DI GREENHOUSE DEWAPONIK
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction through vegetable product purchasing decisions. Greenhouse Dewaponik is located in Rejowinangun, Kotagede, Yogyakarta. Samples were taken by purposive sampling of 100 consumers who visited and bought Dewaponik products which were then analyzed using path analysis. The results of the analysis stated that product quality had a direct and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality had a direct and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, purchasing decisions had a direct and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. However, product quality had an indirect and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. Meanwhile, together, product quality had an indirect and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The results of the path analysis of product quality had an indirect effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions or purchasing decisions could be an intervening variable for product quality and consumer satisfaction
The Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Flipbook Matematika berbasis Problem Based Learning pada Siswa Kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar
Conventional learning using limited teaching materials is still a problem that occurs in elementary school teachers today. The purpose of this development research is to produce interesting teaching material products, especially in mathematics lessons on processing and presenting data. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model, which consists of (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation.The data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The data obtained in the study were then analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The subjects of this study were 19 fifth grade students of SDN Jarakan. Based on the results of the study, the validation test from material experts scored 85.33% and media experts 93.33%. Meanwhile, the results of the trial from students received a score of 89% and teachers 98%. Thus, it can be concluded that this flipbook teaching material is very feasible to use to support the learning process of student.Pembelajaran secara konvensional dengan menggunakan bahan ajar yang terbatas masih menjadi permasalahan yang terjadi pada guru sekolah dasar hingga saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu menghasilkan produk bahan ajar yang menarik, khususnya dalam pelajaran matematika materi pengolahan dan penyajian data. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE, yang terdiri dari (1) Analisys, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, dan (5) Evaluation.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 19 peserta didik kelas V SDN Jarakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, uji validasi dari ahli materi mendapatkan skor sebesar 85,33% dan ahli media sebesar 93,33%. Sedangkan, hasil uji coba dari peserta didik mendapatkan skor sebesar 89% dan guru 98%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar flipbook ini sangat layak digunakan untuk menunjang proses belajar peserta didik
Peran Pendidikan Seni dalam Pengembangan Kompetensi 4C Abad 21 pada Sekolah Dasar
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran pendidikan seni dalam pengembangan kompetensi 4C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication) pada siswa sekolah dasar serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilannya melalui kajian literatur terkini (2020–2024). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pendidikan seni dalam kurikulum interdisipliner, terutama melalui pendekatan STEAM, pemanfaatan teknologi modern, serta penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang kreatif, efektif meningkatkan kompetensi 4C siswa. Meski demikian, tantangan seperti kompetensi guru yang belum optimal, keterbatasan dukungan kelembagaan dan sumber daya, serta resistensi terhadap perubahan masih perlu diatasi. Pemetaan kemampuan siswa dan kualitas butir soal aqidah di madrasah aliyah
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas soal aqidah, kemampuan siswa dalam mengerjakannya, serta memetakan tingkat kesulitan soal terhadap kemampuan siswa di MAN 1 Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah evaluatif dengan subjek 332 siswa kelas XII, data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi hasil ujian akhir sekolah tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dan dianalisis menggunakan Teori Model Rasch dengan bantuan program Winstep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 5 soal tidak akurat (S4, S23, S25, S5, S6) dan 10 soal mengalami bias (S12, S14, S15, S17, S19, S21, S26, S30, S34, S35). Tingkat kesulitan soal terbagi menjadi sangat sulit (2%), sulit (58%), mudah (25%), dan sangat mudah (15%) serta instrumen soal dinyatakan reliabel. Kemampuan siswa terbagi menjadi rendah (13%), sedang (73%), dan tinggi (14%), dengan kemampuan rata-rata siswa berada di atas tingkat kesulitan soal. Soal yang valid direkomendasikan untuk dimasukan dalam bank soal, sementara soal tidak akurat perlu diperbaiki.
Mapping person's ability and the quality of aqidah question items in madrasah aliyah
Abstract: This study aims to describe the quality of aqidah test items, students' ability to answer them, and to map the difficulty level of the items in relation to student ability at MAN 1 Surakarta. This is an evaluative study involving 332 twelfth-grade students. Data were collected through documentation of the final school exam results for the 2022/2023 academic year and analyzed using the Rasch Model Theory with the assistance of the Winstep program. The results showed that five items were inaccurate (S4, S23, S25, S5, S6) and ten items were biased (S12, S14, S15, S17, S19, S21, S26, S30, S34, S35). The difficulty levels of the items were classified as very difficult (2%), difficult (58%), easy (25%), and very easy (15%), and the test instrument was deemed reliable. Student ability was categorized as low (13%), medium (73%), and high (14%), with the average student ability exceeding the average item difficulty. Valid items are recommended for inclusion in the item bank, while inaccurate items need revision
Evaluasi layanan dasar bidang pengumpulan data di sekolah menngah atas berdasarkan discrepancy model
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyelenggaraan bimbingan dan konseling, khususnya layanan dasar bidang pengumpulan data di SMA Brawijaya Smart School Malang. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi instrumen evaluasi pengumpulan data, pedoman wawancara, dan diskusi terarah melalui focus group discussion bersama guru BK/konselor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran (mixed-method approach) dengan jenis evaluasi model kesenjangan (discrepancy model). Analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan triangulasi data untuk memastikan validitas hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan pengumpulan data berada pada kategori tinggi, yang mengindikasikan program berjalan sesuai standar yang diharapkan. Meski demikian, ditemukan beberapa area yang memerlukan peningkatan, terutama terkait evaluasi proses pelaksanaan dan penilaian hasil program. Untuk mendukung efektivitas dan keberlanjutan layanan, disarankan agar guru bimbingan dan konseling lebih memperkuat praktik evaluasi dan penilaian. Hal ini penting guna memastikan layanan yang lebih optimal dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa, serta meningkatkan kualitas program secara keseluruhan.
Evaluation of basic services in data collection at a high school based on the discrepancy model
Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of guidance and counseling, especially basic services in the field of data collection, in SMA Brawijaya Smart School, Malang. The instruments used include data collection evaluation instruments, interview guidelines, and focus group discussions with counseling teachers. This research uses a mixed-methods approach with the type of discrepancy model evaluation. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistical analysis techniques and data triangulation to ensure the validity of the results. The results showed that the implementation of data collection services was in the high category, which indicated that the program was running according to the expected standards. However, there are some areas that require improvement, especially related to the evaluation of the implementation process and assessment of program results. To support the effectiveness and sustainability of the service, it is recommended that guidance and counseling teachers further strengthen evaluation and assessment practices. This is important to ensure that services are more optimal and relevant to students' needs, as well as to improve the overall quality of the program
Peran permainan tradisional dalam membangun nilai-nilai kehidupan: Perspektif pendidikan karakter anak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan manfaat permainan tradisional dalam mengembangkan karakter anak terhadap nilai-nilai kehidupan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif, mengumpulkan data dari berbagai artikel nasional dan internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kehidupan seperti kejujuran, sportivitas, disiplin, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, permainan tradisional juga mampu meningkatkan kemampuan motorik, mengasah kreativitas, dan memperkuat hubungan sosial anak yang mulai berkurang akibat pengaruh permainan digital. Kesimpulannya, Permainan tradisional berperan penting dalam mengembangkan karakter anak terhadap nilai-nilai kehidupan, terutama dalam aspek sosial, emosional, dan motorik. Studi menunjukkan bahwa anak yang aktif bermain permainan tradisional lebih mudah menerapkan nilai-nilai kehidupan seperti kejujuran, disiplin, sportivitas, kolaborasi dan tanggung jawab dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Permainan tradisional perlu terus dilestarikan karena memberikan kontribusi besar dalam membangun karakter anak sekaligus menjaga kekayaan budaya bangsa di tengah perkembangan zaman.
The role of traditional games in building life values: A child character education perspective
Abstract: This research aims to analyze the role and benefits of traditional games in developing children's character towards life values. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach, collecting data from various national and international articles. The results of the study show that traditional games not only function as entertainment, but also as an effective learning medium in instilling life values such as honesty, sportsmanship, discipline, cooperation, and responsibility. In addition, traditional games are also able to improve motor skills, hone creativity, and strengthen children's social relationships, which are starting to decrease due to the influence of digital games. In conclusion, traditional games play an important role in developing children's character towards life values, especially in social, emotional, and motor aspects. Studies show that children who actively play traditional games are more likely to apply life values such as honesty, discipline, sportsmanship, collaboration, and responsibility in daily life. Traditional games need to be preserved because they make a great contribution to building children's character while maintaining the nation's cultural wealth in the midst of these times
Philosophy of Education and Technology to Achieve a Balance between Tradition and Innovation
The philosophy of education provides a theoretical foundation for integrating traditional moral, ethical, and cultural values with the demands of innovation in the digital age. Educational technologies, such as online learning and artificial intelligence, offer excellent opportunities to expand access to learning and improve efficiency. However, reliance on technology may reduce education's personal and emotional aspects. This research aims to discuss the role of educational philosophy in bridging the balance between tradition and innovation in the era of rapidly developing technology. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study approach. The study results show that educational philosophy plays a vital role in maintaining the relevance of traditional education through the wise utilization of technology. One example of the application of this concept is blended learning, which allows technology to complement learning without eliminating direct interaction between teachers and students. In addition, educational philosophy emphasizes the importance of character development, social responsibility, and morality of students as essential aspects of education. This research concludes that the integration of tradition and technology must be balanced so that innovation does not come at the expense of the fundamental values of education. Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Website Menggunakan Blogger Pada Mata Pelajaran Sistem Rem Sepeda Motor Kelas XI
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran dan menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis website di SMK Piri Sleman. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D. Subjek penelitiannya adalah 15 peserta didik kelas XI juruan Teknik Sepeda Motor di SMK Piri Sleman. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian didapatkan diantaranya: (1) Penelitian yang dilakukan pembelajaran berbasis website menggunakan blogger pada mata pelajaran sistem rem sepeda motor bagi peserta didik kelas XI TSM dengan proses pengembangan melalui beberapa tahapan, diantaranya : (a) define; (b) design; (c) development; (d) disseminate; dan (2) Media pembelajaran berbasis website masuk dalam kategori layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran dengan hasil penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 71,67%, ahli media sebesar 70,76%, uji coba terhadap peserta didik sebesar 77,8%
