Levantamento de teses e dissertações sobre a Pedagogia Empresarial no Brasil
Este artigo apresenta um levantamento de Dissertações e Teses sobre a Pedagogia Empresarial no contexto brasileiro, no período de 1988 a 2018. A metodologia adotada pauta-se por um mapeamento bibliográfico das produções científicas disponibilizadas pelo Banco de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES e da Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD). A análise das dissertações e tese permitiu enxergar as correlações em cada estudo, identificando questões convergentes e divergentes que explicitam como, no Brasil, estão se delineando as discussões sobre Pedagogia Empresarial. Assim, a pesquisa possibilita olhar com mais criticidade para este campo, partindo da representatividade dos(as) pedagogos(as) que atuam no espaço organizacional
Psicologia e o cuidado hospitalar: explorando as subjetividades no território da alta complexidade
Este relato de experiência busca expressar alguns aspectos do trabalho da Psicologia em um hospital que resultaram da vivência como residente multiprofissional em uma unidade de internação adulto. O objetivo deste trabalho foi provocar uma reflexão entre as possibilidades e limites encontrados no trabalho vivo na área da saúde que ocorre nos territórios da alta complexidade. Para tanto, trago neste artigo um pouco do vivido nesta instituição, referenciando algumas falas que cruzaram este caminho durante os atendimentos realizados. Utilizo, dessa forma, como metodologia, o diário de campo, através de minhas narrativas e destaco alguns fragmentos de diálogos que ocorreram a partir das percepções, encontros e movimentos, permitindo vislumbrar a indissociabilidade entre trabalho em saúde e a dimensão subjetiva presente nos atos produtivos do cuidado
The role of dental surgeon in early oral cancer diagnosis
Oral cancer appears as a public health problem, late diagnosis often leads to mutilating surgeries and bleak prognosis. Most of the cases are diagnosed late, and the prognosis and survival improves considerably when the patient has an early diagnosis. In Brazil, the neoplasia still presents high levels of incidence and mortality, mainly affecting males sex. The oral cavity is an anatomical site that is easy to access for the examination and allows direct vision of the structures, which facilitates the identification of initial lesions, making possible the early diagnosis of oral pathological conditions. This paper describes a case of Epidermoid Carcinoma affecting the ventral of the tongue, classified as T2N0M0, in a male patient, feoderma , 57 years old, smoker and alcoholic. Etiological factors, clinical features and prognosis are discussed, as well as the role of the dental surgeon in the early diagnosis of oral cancer, suggesting the need for population education programs and professionals to identify early symptoms of the disease
In-service Teachers’ Didactic-Mathematical Knowledge on Elementary Algebraic Reasoning. The Case of the Shanxi Province of China
In this study, the Chinese in-service teachers’ didactic-mathematical knowledge on elementary algebraic reasoning is assessed using a questionnaire developed in Spain. The first aim is to diagnose current situation in China of in-service primary school teachers’ knowledge regarding elementary algebra and its teaching. The second aim is to provide enlightenment to teacher training so as to make the concept of early algebra popularized among Chinese primary school teachers. The sample included 264 primary school teachers from Shanxi province in China. The questionnaire is made up of two parts: part 1 comprises 5 items about teachers’ gender, teaching experience, professional title, educational background, and region; part 2 comprises 25 items from the original version in English. The difficulty, discrimination indexes as well as reliability of the instrument have been determined, reflecting the psychometric properties of the instrument. The dependent variables include 7 aspects divided in 2 dimensionalities apart from the total score. The results reveal Chinese primary school teachers have solid algebra knowledge but lack pedagogical knowledge in early algebra. This suggests that it would be necessary to set clear training objectives on the core idea of the algebra in national teacher education programs; in addition, our findings emphasize more attention should be given to teachers who have less than 10 years of teaching experience. Finally, we conclude teacher training would be more effective if highly experienced teachers––more than 20 years, become trainers to teach the practical modules
Engineering students' algebra difficulties: an experiment with computer-aided diagnostic assessment
Context: Engineering students have difficulties in solving problems involving Differential Calculus and this is attributed to the epistemological difficulties of Calculus and the lack of mastery of algebraic manipulations. Objectives: The study investigates the problems with the basic mathematics of Engineering students through the analysis of error, making this error an observable object so that, in the self-management of knowledge, students take the necessary actions, if they wish, to develop the mathematical skills necessary to exercise the profession of Engineer. Design: For the study, qualitative research was carried out to investigate the difficulties in potentiation, radication, factorization, simplification, distributive property of multiplication in relation to addition, order of operations, algebraic fractions, polynomials, and solution of polynomial and non-polynomial equations of a group of students from Engineering courses. Setting and participants: Students regularly enrolled in Engineering courses at Universidade Luterana do Brasil. Data collection and analysis: Data were extracted from the database of the computer-aided diagnostic assessment system (ADAC) after students performed their self-assessment. Results: In general, all students in the group had some difficulty with at least one of the evaluated contents. Even considering that the error can happen due to distraction, the number of students who answered incorrectly to two or more items by evaluated content was high, suggesting that the group has greater mathematical difficulties related to Algebra, in particular: simplifications, potentiation, operations with fractions, with roots and solving non-polynomial equations. Conclusion: For graduates of engineering courses, the use of mathematics to solve engineering problems is one of the skills to be developed during their training. For an undistorted view of Newton's Second Law
Context: In general, teachers and students have distorted views about the functioning of a scientific work. This research uses the episode of the historical construction of the Second Law of Movement and seven distorted views on the subject. Objectives: This work aims to exemplify the distorted views students can construct about scientific endeavour if a didactic approach that does not consider the history and philosophy of science is used. Design: Seven distorted views regarding scientific work are explained and, subsequently, exemplified from the episode in question, showing how this history is seen, in general, in textbooks, and by most teachers. Environment and participants: This is a theoretical analysis, not including participants. The materials used were primary and secondary bibliographic sources. Data collection and analysis: Seven distorted views on science, from the episode of the historical construction of the Second Law of Movement, were collected, and a historical-philosophical reflection was carried out on them. Results: Following the presentation of the views and examples, criticism and allusion to how this episode should be treated are offered. Conclusions: Throughout the text, as well as in its final considerations, relevant aspects to be worked on in the classroom are discussed, for a critical view of the construction of scientific knowledge
Idoso no Brasil: agressões, políticas e programas públicos - revisão de literatura - DOI 10.29327/226091.53.2-9
Estudo sobre violência contra o idoso. Método: revisão sistemática de literatura nas bases de dados PubMed e Scielo a partir de artigos completos publicados entre os anos 2014 e 2018, em língua portuguesa e inglesa. Os descritores utilizados para pesquisa foram “violência”, “idoso” e “maus-tratos”no título e/ou resumo. Resultados: Dos 138 artigos encontrados, 17 atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Após a leitura na integra, evidenciou-se que o principal agressor é um membro da família do idoso e que os tipos de violências são variados, dificultando a identificação dos casos. Também ficou evidenciado que o aliado fundamental na identificação e combate à violência é o profissional da saúde. Conclusões. Envelhecer com qualidade de vida tem sido um desafio para os indivíduos e sociedade ainda em função dos altos índices de violências contra o idoso
Espanhol, presente! Discussão sobre o apagamento e a resistência do idioma em documentos oficiais
Este artigo tem por objetivo debater a importância das línguas adicionais na educação básica e o apagamento do Espanhol em vários documentos nacionais que regulam o ensino, como na Base Nacional Comum Curricular - BNCC (BRASIL, 2018). O Currículo de Referência de Mato Grosso do Sul (MATO GROSSO DO SUL, 2019), por sua vez, contempla o ensino desse idioma do 1º ao 9º ano. Nesta pesquisa, de natureza documental, evidenciamos as contradições presentes na BNCC (BRASIL, 2018), no que tange a uma educação que favoreça o plurilinguismo, a interculturalidade e o respeito à diversidade, bem como ressaltamos os avanços do referido documento estadual (MATO GROSSO DO SUL, 2019) relacionados ao ensino de Espanhol
Cidadania da criança: um estudo etnográfico do trajeto casa-escola
As crianças têm seus direitos definidos pela Convenção dos Direitos das Crianças, a qual garante que elas se beneficiem de medidas de proteção e atenção especiais. Mobilidade e circulação são partes da expressão destes direitos. Porém, os processos contemporâneos de transformação urbana não atenderam à infância. A vivência de transitar pelas ruas é cada vez mais difícil às crianças dos centros urbanos. Com base nisto, questionou-se se as crianças realmente são cidadãs? Mediante abordagem etnográfica, estudou-se os direitos delas à mobilidade e à circulação no trajeto casa-escola, em Recife. Constatou-se, então, que a cidadania das crianças, tendo-se por referência o eixo temático “mobilidade e circulação”, é ilusória
