Tindak Pidana Pembakaran Hutan dan Lahan oleh Korporasi untuk Membuka Usaha Perkebunan

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Corporations starting new arable land by burning forests is the easiest and cheapest way to do. If there occurs a forest fire as the result of plantation clearing, it can cause environmental damage, disruption of public health, educational activities, economy, and transportation. The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of the prevailing laws and regulations on forest burning behavior conducted by corporations in opening new arable land. The method used in this study was normative juridical, descriptive analytical, using the Legislation approach. To live and have a good and healthy living environment is the right of the community, as stated in the Article 28 h paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, the perpetrators of the crime of forest burning are regulated in: the Law Number 41 of 1999 in conjunction with the Law Number 19 of 2004 concerning forestry, The Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, The Law No. 39 of 2014 concerning Plantations, The Criminal Code and Supreme Court Regulation Number 13 of 2016, apparently have not been able to provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators of corporate crimes to burn forests and land. In addition, the application of selective slashing law still often occurs in the Indonesian legal community. The perpetrators of corporate crimes repeatedly burning forests should be carried out through a criminal law approach, civil law in the form of compensation in totality and administrative law in the form of revocation of business licenses. The application of the law that is not selective should be a guide in enforcing the laws and regulations
Penambahan Pupuk Organik Cair Dari Ampas Kopi Sebagai Nutrisi Pada Sistem Hidroponik terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Selada (Lactuca sativa L)

Hydroponics is a way of growing without using soil media which generally uses AB mix nutrients as inorganic fertilizer for plants. In order to reduce the use of sustainable hydroponic basic nutrients, an alternative nutrient source is added in the form ofPOC (Liquid Organic Fertilizer). One of the ingredients used in making POC is coffee grounds. The purpose of this study was to identify the potential of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) from coffee grounds as a nutrient enhancer in a hydroponic system for the growth of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). It is suspected that the use of POC coffee grounds contains nitrogen and phosphorus which can help your plants grow faster and fertile. This study used coffee grounds fermentation which was used as POC according to the composition contained in the literature journal as a nutritional enhancer on lettuce growth, as well as the effect given by the POC. Coffee grounds contained 2.28% nitrogen, 0.06% phosphorus and 0.6 potassium. The pH of coffee grounds was slightly acidic, around 6.2 on the pH scale. In addition, coffee grounds also contained magnesium, sulfur, and calcium which were useful for plant growth. The treatment of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from coffee grounds had an effect on the growth of lettuce plants on all variables, namely the number of leaves (strands), leaf length (cm), leaf width (cm), plant height (cm), and root length (cm). Giving POC with the same concentration in each plant gave significant results in plant height. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that coffee grounds can be used as a nutrient enhancer for the growth of lettuce (Lactuca sativa) with hydroponic media
Tinjauan Umum terhadap Kebijakan dan Peran Pemerintah dalam Penyelesaian Sengketa Kepemilikan Atas Tanah

The government has policy and role in resolving disputes over the land rights and how the disputes are resolved. This study aimed to find out the policies and role of the government in resolving the disputes over the land rights and the efforts to resolve the disputes. The research method used normative methods to analyze legal materials with reference to legal norms as outlined in the legislation. The result of this study showed that the resolution of conflicts over the land ownership was carried out by the National Land Agency (BPN) which was a forum for mediating parties to resolve the land ownership disputes. If the mediation carried out by BPN does not find any solution, it can be resolved with the help of the General Court and the Arbitration Board to obtain legal certainty over the status of the land that is the object of the dispute while still fulfilling the principles of justice and legal certainty of the disputing parties. It is suggested that the resolution of conflicts over the land be carried out by negotiation and deliberation first, in this case the government acts as a facilitator, not a mediator. The choice of the dispute resolution path depends on the disputing parties, of course, with all considerations of time, cost and efficiency factors, the arbitration can be a solution in resolving the land disputes
PEMBELAJARAN IPA DENGAN MODEL PREDICTION-OBSERVATION-EXPLANATION DALAM SETTING GURU KUNJUNG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada-tidaknya peningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada topik pesawat sederhana (tuas dan katrol) setelah diterapkan pembelajaran predicition-observation-explanation (POE). Pembelajaran ini dilaksanakan dalam setting guru kunjung dimana guru mengunjungi tempat tinggal peserta didik untuk memberikan pembelajaran mengingat Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest design. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Kristen Katingan Hilir pada semester gasal tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yaitu berjumlah 8 peserta didik. Instrumen menggunakan tes pemahaman konsep. Analisis data menggunakan uji sampel berpasangan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon (Wilcoxon signed rank test) dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada topik pesawat sederhana setelah diterapkan pembelajaran POE melalui program guru kunjung. Selain itu, pembelajaran POE dalam setting guru kunjung berhasil mereduksi pemahaman konsep yang salah.Kata kunci: guru kunjung, predict observe explain, pemahaman konsep, pesawat sederhana
PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN NUMBER HEAD TOGETHER BERBASIS PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI MIPA SMAN 4 PALEMBANG PADA MATERI LARUTAN PENYANGGA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran number head together berbasis pendekatan saintifik terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA SMAN 4 Palembang pada materi larutan penyangga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian quasi experimental tipe nonequivalent control grup design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI jurusan MIPA di SMAN 4 Palembang. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan kelas XI MIPA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA 5 sebagai kelas kontrol. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest untuk kelas eksperimen masing-masing sebesar 39,14 dan 81,00. Sedangkan, nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest untuk kelas kontrol masing-masing sebesar 37,29 dan 75,29. Hasil independent sample t-test menunjukkan nilai thitung = 2,602 > ttabel (0,05; db= 68)= 2,000, sehingga dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran number head together berbasis pendekatan saintifik terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA SMAN 4 Palembang pada materi larutan penyangga (H0 ditolak, Ha diterima). Persamaan garis regresi linier sederhana: = 0,234 + 1,044X menunjukkan model pembelajaran number head together berbasis pendekatan saintifik berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA pada materi larutan penyangga dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 92,1% sedangkan sisanya 7,9% nilai hasil belajar siswa ditentukan oleh faktor lain.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Number Head Together, Pendekatan Saintifik, Hasil Belajar, Larutan Penyangg
PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA MAHASISWA (LKM) TERMOKIMIA BERBASIS TUGAS DIMASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DALAM MATA KULIAH KIMIA FISIKA FKIP KIMIA UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa yang berbasis tugas pada mata Kuliah Kimia Fisika yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation dan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metode evaluasi formatif Tessmer. Tahapan dari evaluasi formatif Tessmer dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one dan small group. Uji Validitas produk LKM dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data dari dosen ahli (validator) dan mahasiswa- mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah Kimia Fisika dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Berdasarkan analisa data hasil tahap expert review dengan skor rata-rata kevalidan sebesar 0,80 dengan kategori sangat valid. Untuk skor akhir kepraktisan didapatkan dari uji coba one-to-one sebesar 0,87 (sangat praktis) dan uji coba small group 0,87 (sangat praktis). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa lembar kerja mahasiswa Termokimia berbasis tugas yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi kategori valid dan praktis. PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE PISA (PROGRAMME FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ASSESMENT) PADA LITERASI SAINS UNTUK GURU IPA
Sistem layanan informasi Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Website yang valid dan praktis. Pengembangan produk dilakukan menggunakan model pengembangan Alessi dan Trolip yang terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu (1) perencanaan, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan. Subjek penelitian adalah guru IPA SMP dan SMA di Kota Palembang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem layanan informasi PISA dikategorikan valid karena telah divalidasi oleh tiga orang ahli dan didapatkan komentar serta saran yang telah diperbaiki sebagai acuan dalam memperbaiki Website. Website juga dikategorikan praktis karena telah dilakukan uji kepraktisan pada guru melalui wawancara dan angket serta dapat disimpulkan bahwa Website yang digunakan bersifat praktis karena bisa digunakan kapan saja dan dimana saja melalui smartphone, komputer dan laptop serta didapatkan hasil 87.49% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Menu yang dihasilkan dari Website tersebut yaitu menu home, kumpulan soal, publikasi, angket, FAQ dan video PISA
PENGEMBANGAN MODUL ELEKTRONIK BERBASIS MULTI REPRESENTASI PADA MATERI SUHU DAN KALOR UNTUK SMA
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul elektronik berbasis multi representasi pada materi suhu dan kalor untuk SMA yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan Rowntree, yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap evaluasi menggunakan evaluasi fomatif Tessmer, yaitu self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation dan small group evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah walkthrough dan lembar angket tanggapan peserta didik. Hasil expert review diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 95% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil tahap one-to-one evaluation diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 89,4% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Pada tahap small group evaluation diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 95% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli modul elektronik yang dikembangkan “layak” untuk digunakan. Secara praktikalitas, modul elektronik yang dikembangkan menarik, efisien dan mudah untuk dipahami sebagai bahan belajar mandiri.Kata kunci: penelitian pengembangan, modul elektronik, multi representasi, suhu dan kalo
Sustainable Urban Farming: Budidaya Lalat Tentara Hitam (Hermetia illucens) untuk Menghasilkan Pupuk, dan Pakan Ikan dan Unggas

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Urban farming in this pandemic era is a necessity for the community because in addition to entertainment, it can also increase income if it is done professionally. Manure and fish and poultry feedstuff can be produced by cultivating black soldier fly (BSF) or Hermetia illucens in the yard using municipal organic waste. This paper aimed to review and come up with ideas on how to cultivate BSF to produce the manure, and fish and poultry feedstuff. Cultivation of BSF was carried out using organic materials or municipal organic waste. BSF has life stages starting from egg, larvae, pupae, and adult stage or fly. In the adult stage, the fly lays eggs next to a food source or organic waste that has pungent smell, then the eggs hatched into larvae. The larvae consumed and decomposed the organic material waste or the municipal organic waste or livestock feces into a final product in the form of organic fertilizer or “kasgot” (=BSF manure). The BSF manure contained nutrients for plants, such as NPK elements. BSF larvae and pupae contained a lot of protein and could be directly used for poultry and fish feedstuff which had high selling value. BSF cultivation was also useful in overcoming the municipal organic waste problems, such as food waste, livestock feces, and other organic wastes. BSF cultivation did not require a large area for farming and could be carried out in the house yard so it was very suitable for urban farming. Thus, this BSF has the potential to be developed to producing the organic fertilizer, it can also produce the fish and poultry feedstuff
Penyerapan Logam Kadmium Menggunakan Batubara Lignit yang Diekstraksi dan Tanpa Diekstraksi dengan Pelarut Organik

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Lignite coal with a large surface area, having carboxylate and phenol functional groups can be used as cadmium metal adsorbent, but the impact of lignite coal extraction on the absorption of cadmium metal content using organic solvents needs to be investigated. This study aimed to find out the adsorption power of cadmium metal ions by lignite coal extracted using the best organic solvents and without extraction at optimum absorption conditions.The extraction method was soxhletation using n-hexane, chloroform, and ethanol as solvents. The measurement of cadmium metal content was determined by the Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS) method, where the optimum conditions for the absorption of cadmium metal ions were determined by varying the stirring time (3, 8, 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes), pH (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7), and metal ion concentration of cadmium (1, 3, 5, 7, 9 ppm). The results of the study showed that the adsorption ability of lignite coal extracted with ethanol was higher than the other solvents used. The optimum conditions for absorption by the extracted adsorbent were reached at 60 minutes, pH 7, and a concentration of 9 ppm while the adsorbent without extraction was reached at 60 minutes, pH 5, and a concentration of 9 ppm. The absorption of cadmium metal ions produced by each adsorbent extracted and without extraction was 0.1668 mg/g and 0.1674 mg/g.Thus, the lignite coal without extraction is the most suitable as cadmium metal adsorbent. Further research is needed on the pore size of the extracted lignite coal and the functional groups present in the lignite coal in the adsorption process
