Microbial fungi are one of the main ingredients used for both practicum and research in the laboratory. The methods used in this study were experimental methods, documentation and data analysis. The treatments used were three isolates of microbial fungi, namely Aspergillus sp, Trichoderma sp and Penicillium sp as a comparison, and each replicate per isolate was carried out in five replicates which were then stored in a storage device, the observation time was carried out for five months with an interval of one month of observation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of storage on the growth of microbial fungi Aspgillus sp, Trichoderma sp and Penicillium sp stored in Incubators, Ice cabinet, and Germinators both in the short and long term. The results showed that the best place for fungi based on morphological texture, color, thickness of mycelium, diameter of hyphal growth and physiological fungi was stored in an incubator, we can see this based on research data where the percentage of hyphal growth is the fastest stored in the incubator, and the growth of hyphae is the fastest. the slowest being stored in the ice cabinet, not only hyphae growth, the fungal media in the incubator is more humid, the mycelium is thicker, and the color of the spores/conidia is lighter, the physiological shape of the conidia is also larger, because the nature of the media is more humid so the shelf life of mushrooms can also be higher. long. The understanding that insects are plant-disturbing organisms (OPT) has led to the development of synthetic chemical pesticides that are very damaging to the environment. In fact, insects have many roles to support sustainable agricultural systems. This article aimed to study the role of insects in supporting a sustainable agriculture system. This article was compiled from a study of scientific literature. It has been resulted that the review shows the success of a sustainable agricultural system can be done by utilizing the roles of insects. Such as the role of insects as pollinators of the order Hymenoptera, Lepidoptera and Diptera, and also the role of insects as decomposers of the order Hymenoptera. Then, the role of insects as bioindicators of the orders Hemiptera, Coleoptera, Ephemeroptera, Trichoptera, and Odanata. As well as the role of insects as parasitoids of the order Hymenoptera, and the role of insects as predators of the orders Coleoptera, Hemiptera, and Odonata. The conclusion, the insects do not always have a negative impact, because some of the roles of insects can be utilized to support sustainable agricultural systems

Chili (Capsicum frutescens sp.)is a type of plant organiting from the Americas. Chili plants in Indonesia are reported to have been attacked by many diseases caused by insect such as aphids. The research was conducted in Tanjung Pering, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir, and Indralaya Indah District , Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir District, South Sumatra. The purpose of this research was to indentify the characteristics of chilli crop and to know the influence of the population of aphids on Chili with different location and treatment. The method used in making this scientific paper were literature study and observation. The results showed that the plants in Indralaya Indah location (land B) more pest aphids than in Tanjung Pering (land A). On land A there was pest of species aphids (Myzus persicae). On land B there were aphid pests of Aphis gossypii species, Myzus persiciae, and whitefly pest Bemisia tabacispecies. In conclusion, the presence oh whitefly population on land A is caused by the presence of papaya plants around the land. Aphid pests attack many chili plants in land B because the amount of weeds is too high than in land A

Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is one of the plants with a wide distribution because it is include in the food ingredients of daily life. Fruitflies are small insects that are one of the pests on eggplant plants. The existence of this fruitfly was usually left alone by farmers because it could help pollinate eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). This observation aimed to determined the symptoms of fruit fly attacks and determine the proper installation of pheromone traps on eggplant plants (Solanum melongena L.). This research methodology was based on a literature study of scientific articles. Symptoms of attacks caused by fruitflies were in the form of puncture marks from the ovipositor. Fruitfly attacks were found on eggplants that were almost ripe so that the impact of these attacks on eggplants becomes rotten. The use of pheromones can reduced the use of insectisides. The proper installation of pheromone traps were placed the trap at distance of ±1.5 meters. The results of the pheromone trap obtained a ratio of 3:1 in the first bottle, 1:1 in the second bottle, and 1:1. This shows that there were more male fruit flies than female fruit flies. The conclusion of this observation shows that the symptoms of fruit fly attack such as the presence of puncture marks on almost ripe fruit, then the right strategy for applying pheromone traps with a distance of ±1.5 meters

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Sorghum is one of the plants that produces allelopathic chemicals with bioherbicide potential. Water extract can be used to suppress weeds around planted plants. The water extract material's source has the potential to be used as a variety of bioherbicides. The goal of the study was to see if water extract of sorghum obtained from the main plant and ratoon growing in swampland with different test plants could hinder germination. A randomized block design was adopted in this investigation. The first factor is the extract's source, which is made up of the primary plant and ratoon. The second component was the test plants, which were Numbu and Suri 3 types. Experiments on Petri dishes used the bioassay method. Each petri dish received 10 mL of aqueous extract, 25 sorghum seeds, and was cultured for five days. The main plant had the largest germination inhibition, as evidenced by normal germination (33.78%), shorter radicle length (5.55 cm), and a higher number of non-growing seeds (47.12%). Furthermore, the Suri 3 variety had the maximum germination inhibition, with normal sprouts (34.65%), radicle length (5.10 cm), sprout wet weight (0.118 g), and radicle dry weight (0.118 g) in the test plant (0.0012 g). low, and seeds did not develop any faster (43.57 percent). These data suggest that the most allelopathic chemicals are produced by sorghum extract taken from the primary plant. Furthermore, the maximum inhibition was achieved using sorghum extract from the Numbu variety in combination with the Suri 3 test plant. As a result, the primary crop has the greatest potential as a bioherbicide source

The objectives of this study were, 1) Knowing the marketing channels for independent smallholders of oil palm in Sidomulyo, Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency, 2) Calculating marketing margins, farmer shares and marketing efficiency of oil palm Fresh Bauh (FFB) for independent smallholders in Sidomulyo, Air District. Kumbang, Banyuasin Regency. The location was determined deliberately. Data collection in this study was conducted in November. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method uses the Snowball Sampling method. The research method used is a survey method. The results of the research that have been carried out can be concluded, 1) There are two marketing channels in Sidomulyo Village, Banyuasin District, namely channel 1 covering, farmers-merchant collectors-big traders-palm oil factories, and, 2 marketing channels covering, farmers-largescale- palm oil mill, 2) Marketing channel 1 has a marketing margin of 500 IDR/kg, farmer share of 64.2% and an efficiency figure of 17.85%, which means that it is efficient because the number shows less than 50 %, as well as marketing channel 2 with a marketing margin of 300 IDR/kg, farmer share 78.5% and efficiency value 10.71% indicate that marketing channel 2 is efficient, because the smaller the percentage of marketing efficiency, the more efficient the marketing channel. It can be concluded that marketing channel 2 is more efficient than marketing channel 1 which is the results in lower efficiency values because the total marketing costs are not high and the marketing channel 2 is shorter than marketing channel 1
PENGGUNAAN MATERI AJAR ELEKTRONIK GERAK HARMONIK SEDERHANA BERMUATAN AUTHENTIC LEARNING UNTUK MELATIHKAN KETERAMPILAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH : ANALISIS PERSEPSI PESERTA DIDIK
Belum adanya materi ajar yang dapat melatihkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik secara optimal melatar belakangi dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepraktisan materi ajar elektronik gerak harmonik sederhana bermuatan authentic learning untuk melatihkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ASSURE. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket respon peserta didik. Kepraktisan dinilai dari 3 aspek yaitu kemudahan penggunaan materi ajar elektronik, manfaat materi ajar elektronik, dan efisiensi waktu pembelajaran ketika menggunakan materi ajar elektronik yang dikembangkan. Angket diisi oleh Peserta Didik berujumlah 31 orang dengan memberikan tanda centang untuk penilaian setiap aspek dengan rentang skala 1-4 .Kepraktisan dinyatakan dalam kategori sangat baik, baik, cukup baik, kurang baik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepraktisan materi ajar dengan skor rata-rata 2,81 berkategori baik. Simpulan penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu materi ajar elektronik gerak harmonik sederhana bermuatan authentic learning untuk melatihkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik dinyatakan baik atau mudah digunakan untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk melatihkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah Peserta Didik

PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTIPE COURSEWARE DALAM PERKULIAHAN FISIOLOGI VERTEBRATAMATERI SISTEM EKSKRESI OlehAdeng SlametProdi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya,Email: [email protected] AbstrakTelah dilakukan pengembangan berupa produk courseware (educational software) untuk perkuliahan fisiologi vertebrata di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode dalam penelitian ini mengacu kepada penelitian pengembangan pendidikan. Dalam desain pengembangan ini hanya terbatas dalam tahap pengembangan produk hingga dihasilkan prototipe courseware dalam materi sistem ekskresi. Hasil pengembangan berupa: a) Flowchart program, yaitu untuk menggambarkan diagram alur jalannya program pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Bagaimana program itu akan berlangsung sejak awal sampai akhir program. b) Storyboard memuat gambaran materi pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan berpijak kepada flowchart yang telah disusun; dan c) Prototipe produk courseware, berupa hasil pengembangan memuat penyajian materi sistem ekskresi yang ditampilkan melalui uraian teks, gambar diam, animasi, simulasi, serta video. Penyajian informasi yang beragam dalam perkuliahan fisiologi vertebrata ini diharapkan mampu memfasilitasi kebutuhan belajar mahasiswa demi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. STUDI KOMPARATIF: DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DALAM MERAWAT PASIEN KANKER PAYUDARA YANG MENJALANI KEMOTERAPI
Sebagian besar pasien kanker payudara menjalani pengobatan kemoterapi. Kemoterapi dapat menyebabkan efek samping bagi pasien secara fisik dan psikologis oleh karena itu pasien sangat membutuhkan bantuan keluarga untuk mengatasi efek samping kemoterapi yang dialaminya. Namun keluarga seringkali tidak mengetahui efek samping kemoterapi dan bagaimana cara untuk mengatasi efek samping tersebut oleh karena itu, hal tersebut perlu dikomunikasi dengan baik. Sebagai perawat yang berperan sebagai edukator masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan memberikan edukasi kesehatan kepada keluarga pasien. Edukasi tentang efek samping kemoterapi dapat diberikan menggunakan metode video edukasi. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest. Penentuan sampel dengan metode non random sampling sebanyak 48 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dukungan keluarga. Hasil analisis data untuk variabel dukungan keluarga menggunakan uji McNemar didapatkan nilai p value = 0,002 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan antara dukungan keluarga sebelum dan setelah diberikan edukasi tentang efek samping kemoterapi.Kata Kunci: Edukasi kesehatan, kanker payudara, kemoterapi, dukungan keluarg
