Evaluasi Pengolahan Air Asam Tambang PT Bukit Asam Tbk Unit Dermaga Kertapati
Dermaga transit batu bara merupakan salah satu unit penting dalam sistem produksi perusahaan tambang batu bara. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan, area stockpile yang berada di dermaga menghasilkan limbah cair berupa air asam tambang yang berasal dari kegiatan operasional dan air hujan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi sistem pengolahan air asam tambang pada unit Dermaga Kertapati PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Evaluasi dilaksanakan pada periode Mei 2020 berdasarkan Per Men LHK No. 68 Tahun 2016 tentang Baku Mutu Air Limbah Domestik. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pengolahan air asam tambang di lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode fisika, biologi dan kimiawi. Pengolahan pertama dengan metode fisika melalui kolam pengendapan lumpur, dilanjutkan dengan metode biologi dengan bantuan tanaman eceng gondok (Eichhornia crassipes), dan yang berikutnya secara kimiawi dengan pemberian koagulan berupa kapur toho (CaO) dan tawas pada kolam penampungan air limbah. Pengolahan yang dilakukan terhadap air asam tambang sudah efektif dan memenuhi baku mutu yang disebutkan pada Per Men LHK No. 68 Tahun 2016
Sistem Pengolahan Limbah Cair di Rumah Sakit X Sumatera Selatan

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Liquid waste generated by hospital activities is a problem that must be faced by the hospital because the waste produced is infectious and toxic containing microorganisms, toxic chemicals, and radioactivity. If it is not carried out through a good management process, it will increase the risk of disease transmission, so that it can cause pollution to the surrounding environment and interfere with health. This study aimed to find out the characteristics of the liquid waste generated, and to examine the liquid waste management system carried out at the X Hospital in South of Sumatera. The research methodology used field surveys, literature studies, interviews and test analysis of the characteristics of liquid waste in the laboratory. The waste of the X Hospital in South of Sumatera comes from the activities of hospitals, outpatients, inpatients, emergency rooms, laboratories, laundry, nutrition, operating rooms, and offices. The liquid waste was processed through several stages, namely equalization tank, aeration tank, sedimentation tank, bioindicator tank, UV pool, and finally it was channeled at the outlet. The results of the water analysis showed that the parameters of temperature, PH, BOD, COD, TSS, and NH3, have met the Quality Standards of Hospital Liquid Waste that have been stipulated by the government. The process of managing liquid waste at the X Hospital in South of Sumatera has been carried out properly and in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 1204/MENKES/SK/X/2004, namely the hospital has carried out its own wastewater treatment using a Wastewater Treatment Plant. It is suggested that the WWTP facilities and infrastructure be always properly maintained to avoid occupational diseases caused by occupational illness
Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Sayuran Daun Sistem Hidroponik Dengan Nutrisi Pupuk Organik Cair Berbagai Sisa Buahan

Liquid organic fertilizer is the result of overhaul or decomposition of organic matter, can come from animals or plants. Liquid organic fertilizer is made from damaged or rotten fruit and skin fruit (bananas, papayas, pineapples and a mixture of all three). So far, the hydroponic system uses inorganic nutrients or fertilizers (for example AB mix). This study aims to find out the effect of liquid organic fertilizers (POC) on the growth and yield of leaf vegetables (kale, spinach and caisim).This research used a hydroponic system, carried out from July to September 2021. This study used completely randomized design, with 8 treatments and 4 replications? The treatments were A = AB mix, B = liquid organic fertilizer from bananas, C = liquid organic fertilizer from pineapples, D = liquid organic fertilizer from papaya, E = liquid organic fertilizer from bananas and pineapples, F = liquid organic fertilizer from bananas and papayas, G = liquid organic fertilizer from pineapple and papayas, H = liquid organic fertilizer from bananas, pineapples and papayas. The results showed that liquid organic fertilizer had not been able to replace the AB mix solution, but there was hope liquid organic fertilizer could replace AB mix solution although the growth of spinach plants given POC leftover papaya fruit and POC fruit mixture (Pineapple + Papaya) shows growth, while caisim and kale plants show better growth than spinach plants. The remaining POC of pineapple fruit encourages the growth of caisim plants while poc of papaya fruit remains encourage the growth of kale plants

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The attack of fruitflies (Bactrocera spp.) on red chili plants is one of the most important problem in the red chili production process. Usually, farmers prefer the synthetic pesticides in controlling fruitflies. However, this method has a negative impact, such as resistance and resurgence of the target pest. This review aimed to provide information about the benefits of clove leaf residue's compounds as an innovation by the combined bioattractants through the application of botanical traps in controlling fruitflies. This writing method used an analyzed literature which developed into an understandable review. Clove leaf residue's extraction contained about 70-96 % methyl eugenol. Clove leaf residue's bioattractants could release volatile compounds containing methyl eugenol that was able to attract male fruitflies. The botanical traps system had the ability to attract fruitflies and could be used for a long time. The application of botanical traps caused disruption of sexual communication so that mating disorders occured in fruitflies. The conclusion is that methyl eugenol compound in clove leaf residue could be used as a bioattractant to replace synthetic attractants which combined with botanical traps
Analisis Respon Hidrologi dan Simulasi Konservasi Tanah-Air di Sub Das Cicatih Menggunakan Model Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT)
A good ecosystem of the watershed could provide many benefits to living organisms around it. This study is to analyze various scenarios of land use to repair baseflow and lateral flow. The research was conducted in the Cicatih sub-watershed, Cimandiri watershed with an area of 562.37 km2. Hydrology modeling used for soil and water conservation simulation is the SWAT model. The result of this study show that the NSE is 0.75 and 0.65 and the R2 is 0.56 and 0.8 respectively. There are four scenarios to be analyzed. The best result of baseflow, runoff, and lateral flow analyses is the fourth scenario that uses soil and water conservation techniques combination. The scenario could reduce direct runoff by 381.35 mm ,increase lateral by 301.19 mm, and increase baseflow by 349.96 mm

Acid dry land has the potential to develop sweet corn because it covers 29% of the total land area in Indonesia. The challenges faced in acid dry land are soil fertility and lumpy soil structure, therefore to increase sweet corn yields can be through the application of solid and liquid organic fertilizers and tillage settings. The purpose of the study was to determine the right type of organic fertilizer and appropriate tillage settings for sweet corn cultivation in the acid dry land. This research was conducted in 2 Prajen Hamlet, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra from December 2018 to March 2019. The layout in the field was arranged based on the Split Plot Design with 6 treatment combinations repeated 4 times. The main plots are tillage (O): no tillage (O0), minimum tillage (O1), and maximum tillage (O2). Sub-plots are types of Organic fertilizers (P): liquid organic fertilizer (P1) and solid organic fertilizer (P2). The results showed that minimum tillage with solid organic fertilizer was able to increase sweet corn yield by 146% when compared to treatment without tillage with liquid organic fertilizer, increasing by 120% when compared to treatment without tillage with solid organic fertilizer

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The application of inorganic fertilizers with high doses which are usually applied intensively by farmers can inhibit the development of mycorrhizae in the soil. Therefore, in its application it is necessary to set the appropriate dose for the development of mycorrhizae. Likewise, the addition of organic matter can stimulate the development of mycorrhizae in the soil. This study aims to determine the nutrient concentration, nutrient uptake, and growth of several soybean varieties with the application of inorganic fertilizer packages and organic matter and mycorrhizal biological fertilizers in dry land. This experiment used a Randomized Block Design with three replications. The treatment of soybean varieties tested were V1: Anjasmoro variety, V2: Biosoy II variety, V3: Detap variety I, V4: Dega variety I, V5: Dena variety I. The variables observed in this study were: (1) nutrient concentration variables soil (N and P) at 40 days after planting, (2) growth variables included: plant height, number of leaves, dry weight of shoots and roots, plant nutrient uptake at 40 days after planting (N and P), and (3) mycorrhizal population variables included : number of spores and percentage of root infection at 40 days after planting. Observational data were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by the Least Significant Difference test at a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the Anjasmoro (V1) variety showed the best growth in the application of organic, inorganic, and mycorrhizal fertilizers on dry land in North Lombok

This study aims to analyze the potential for developing an integrated farming model of Citronella into essential oils and cattle, by looking at Internal and External factors in Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used in this research is the Case Study method, the data processing method used is EFE and IFE analysis. This analysis is a systematic identification of various factors in order to maximize strengths and opportunities but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. The score obtained from the matrix (IFE) is 3.50 and the score (EFE) is 3.153, thus what is the position of the business in cell 1 of the Internal External (IE) matrix which means Growth and build. The suggested strategy under these conditions is an intensive strategy (market penetration, market development and product development)

This study aims was to determine the degradation pattern of crude protein content of Kumpai minyak (Hymenachne amplexicaulis), Kumpai tembaga (Hymenachne acutigluma), Sendayan (Rhinchospora corymbosa) and Bento rayap This research was conducted from February to July 2020 at the Animal Nutrition and Forage Laboratory, Department of Animal Technology and Industry, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This research was conducted by in sacco method using a completely randomized design (CRD) method with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The parameter observed was the degradation of crude protein by in sacco using a fistulated Pampangan swamp buffalo. Based on the results of the study showed that the value of crude protein degradability was significantly different (P<0.05) on each grass evaluated. The value of fraction a was the fraction easily degraded with the highest value of crude protein degradability found on Kumpai minyak (37.15%); the value of fraction b was the slow degraded fraction, the lowest value was on Sendayan (17.12%) and the value of c was the rate degradation fraction b with the highest value found on Bento rayap (0.13%).The highest degradation value during 48 hour incubation period was found on Kumpai Minyak grass (60.04%)
