Aplikadi Pintu Sorong di Saluran Tersier Daerah Reklamasi Rawa Pasang Surut Tipe Luapan B Untuk Budidaya Tanaman Padi (Studi Kasus Desa Mulyasari Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan)
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengelolaan air pada budidaya padi di lahan rawa pasang surut tipe luapan B, dimana lahan hanya menerima air pasang pada saat musim penghujan. Operasi pengendalian muka air dilakukan pada periode tanam November-Februari. Metode penelitian adalah percobaan lapangan. Perlakuan dibedakan pada sistem bangunan air yaitu pintu air tipe kelep (Tersier 5) dan tipe sorong (Tersier 4). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tekstur tanah di lapisan atas umumnya lempung dan lempung berliat, dengan tingkat kemasaman tanah masam. Manajemen operasi pintu kelep lebih mudah karena selama pertumbuhan petani mengoperasikan sebagai pembuangan (drainase) sehingga cukup meletakan di depan, Sementara pintu sorong petani harus membuka pada saat surut dan memasukan kembali pada saat pasang. Muka air tanah pada lahan menggunakan pintu sorong menunjukan level yang lebih dangkal (-1 sd -5 cm) sementara pada lahan dengan operasi pintu kelep muka air tanah lebih dalam yaitu pada kisaran (-5 sd -15 cm). Pintu sorong yang terbuat dari papan terbukti bisa menggantikan fungsi pintu kelep bahan fiber. Produksi padi yang dicapai dengan penggunaan pintu sorong mencapai 8,0 ton/ha GKP dan pada lahan dengan menggunakan pintu kelep viber adalah 6,8 ton/ha. Analisis terhadap kelebihan air di zona 20 cm menunjukan pada tersier 4 terjadi defisit air sebesar -728 cm dan pada tersier 5 sebesar -1274 cm. Ini berarti pada operasi pintu kelep telah terjadi kesalahan operasi di periode generatif padi, petani masih mengoperasikan sebagai drainase, sehingga tidak ada pengisian air, sehingga kehilangan air di petak tersier tinggi
Simulation of Water Losses Control in Dam From the Evaporation by Aquatic Plants Application (Case Study Wonogiri Dam)
Indonesia’s Economic and population growth increase the demand of the water supply especially for drinking water, industry, irrigation, and energy. The water conflict regard to the supply will affect the dam operation in order to fill the demand. Based on that problem, study about efficiency of the water losses in the dam need consider about evaporation beside the others. This study aim is to evaluate the aquatic plants such as (Hyacinth, torpedo grass, and duckweed) ability to reduce water losses through evaporation. Crop Coefficients (Kc) were obtained and water loss from evaporation was calculated by evapotranspiration (ETc). Results presented the aquatic plants able to reduce the water losses from the evaporation in the dam. The duckweed can reduced the water losses by around 40% meanwhile Hyacinth and torpedo grass can reduced the water losses by around 27% and 29% respectively. Total water losses that duckweed can reduced is 1.319.354 m3, Hyacinth is 883.388 m3 and torpedo grass is 938.661 m
PENGEMBANGAN MODUL KIMIA BERBASIS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING PADA MATERI TATA NAMA SENYAWA DAN PERSAMAAN REAKSI
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan respon dari modul berbasis problem based learning pada materi tata nama senyawa dan persamaan reaksi yang dikembangkan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan 4D yang dibatasi pada 3 tahapan yaitu define, design, dan development. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 3 orang guru kimia dan 30 orang peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Lhoksukon Aceh Utara serta 3 orang guru kimia dan 30 orang peserta didik di SMA 3 Putra Bangsa Aceh Utara. Hasil penellitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata validator ahli materi mendapatkan kategori sangat valid dengan nilai 85,14%, sedangkan nilai rata-rata validator ahli media mendapatkan kategori valid dengan nilai 72,57%. Nilai rata-rata dari kelayakan yang dilakukan oleh 6 orang guru kimia didapatkan sebesar 91,87% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan untuk nilai rata-rata dari 60 orang peserta didik didapatkan sebesar 91,47% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan nilai yang telah didapatkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul berbasis problem based learning yang dikembangkan sangat layak dan sangat baik sehingga dapat digunakan pada proses pembelajaran
Keragaman Jamur Tanah pada Pertanaman Ubi Kayu (Manihot Esculenta) di Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang

Soil fungi are commonly found around the rhizosphere in plantations. This study aims to determine the diversity of soil fungi on cassava plants in Sematang Borang District, Palembang City. The research started from March to May 2020 at the Pest and Disease Plants Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Palembang. The implementation of the research began with purposive sampling of soil samples on the rhizosphere of cassava plantations. The insect bait method uses Omphisa fuscidentalis larvae as bait to get soil fungi in the rhizosphere of cassava plants. Observations were made macroscopically and microscopically on infected bait insect larvae and on culture on PDA media. The soil fungi found were then identified. The results found 5 genera of soil fungi, namely Aspergillus sp, Penicillium sp, Beauveria sp, Trichoderma sp, and Fusarium sp. The soil fungi found were entomopathogenic fungi and pathogenic fungi

Nutrients N, P, K are nutrients needed by plants in large amounts because these elements affect the growth and production of plants. N, P, K deficiencies are often found, especially in sandy soil types. Sandy soil has a low content of organik matter and nutrients. In sandy soil, the sand fraction content is high so that the nutrients are not easily bound, it is easy to pass water, and the total number of microorganisms is relatively low. The existence of these obstacles makes sandy soils need further management so that they can be used optimally. Ways that can be done to improve and increase the status of soil fertility are by giving manure and biological fertilizers. It is believed that the application of manure and biological fertilizer can improve physical, chemical, and biological properties. The provision of manure and biological fertilizers can increase plant productivity because they can be a stimulant in nutrient availability and improving soil physical properties. Several studies and literature on the application of manure and biological fertilizers on sandy soils have been carried out, either singly or in combination. This paper aims to compile the results of research on the application of manure and types of biological fertilizers applied to sandy soils so that a conclusion can be found that can be recommended by farmers in managing sandy soils
Sustainable Urban Farming: Budidaya Ikan Hias dan Ikan Rawa di Pekarangan Rumah

Result based on experience and literature review, if in the location has enough fresh water and the pH water is 7 for cultivation, it is possible to cultivate the Goldfish (Carasiuas auratus Linnaeus, 1758), starting from preparation for resulting broodstock, and then is spawning using fish pond or aquarium, maintaining the larva until it becomes harvest seeds according to the size, and the last is transporting it safely. But, if in the location has enough fresh water but the pH water under 7, so it is still possible to cultivate rasbora fish (Rasbora einthovenii Bleeker,1851), starting from preparation for resulting broodstock, and then is spawning using fish pond or aquarium, maintaining the larva until it becomes harvest seeds according to the size, and the last is transporting it safely

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).One of the problems in sub-optimal land at Madura is limited water which results in low sugarcane productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain soil moisture through the application of mycorrhizae and soil moisturizer. The aim of the study was to obtain a technology package for sugarcane cultivation on sub-optimal land in the Madura region, especially Bangkalan Regency. The experiment was carried out in Bangkalan, Madura on an irrigated dry land area from March to November 2015. The variety used was Bululawang. Soil moisturizer, namely acrylamide polymer in the form of dry granule with the size of L. Mycorrhizal fungus used was Glomus sp. The study was designed on a split plot design. The main plot was the application of organic matter compost 10 tonnes/ha and without the application of compost. Subplots consisted of 4 treatments, mycorrhizae 5 grams per 2 eyes budsett, soil moisturizer 20 kg/ha, a combination of mycorrhizae and soil moisturizer and without mycorrhizae and soil moisturizer (control). Each treatment was repeated three times. The results of the observations were analyzed using Analysis of Variance and continued with Least Significant Difference Test 5% (LSD 5%). The results of the experiment showed that the use of compost, mycorrhizae and soil moisturizer increased the number of tillers and stalks of sugarcane. The combination of compost, mycorrhizae and soil moisturizer could enhance number of tillers 36.99% and number of stalks 42.16% significantly different to control
Pengendalian Penyakit Edwardsiellosis Menggunakan Vaksin Alami pada Budidaya Ikan Patin (Pangasius pangasius)

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Catfish (Pangasius pangasius) is the leading freshwater consumption fish that is widely cultivated. Various efforts have been made to increase catfish production, one of which is the intensification of cultivation. However, catfish are very susceptible to Edwardsielliosis disease caused by the bacterium Edwarsiella tarda, so that it can cause death to fish. E. tarda infection can cause high enough mortality, causing a decrease in productivity in catfish and can cause losses for fish farmers. This study aims to identify edwarsiellosis disease with natural vaccines in catfish (P. pangasius) aquaculture. So the result of this study to treat edwardsiellosis is the administration of natural vaccines, although it is not as effective as treating extracellular with various methods that have been used to develop effective vaccines against edwardsiellosis. Microbiological testing was carried out on samples of kidney, liver, and brain organs taken at random from catfish infected with the bacterium Edwardiella tarda. So there is a need for natural vaccines, because vaccines have gradually become the main product in disease prevention in catfish (P. pangasius) aquaculture. So it can be concluded that catfish (P. pangasius) infected with edwardsiellosis disease can be treated using natural vaccines in catfish culture so that farmers do not experience losses and become an inhibiting factor for the success of catfish cultivation. It is hoped that the community or catfish cultivators can pay attention and carry out good and clean cultivation so that the fish that are cultivated do not become infected with edwardsiellosis disease
Minuman Fungsional Instan dengan Kombinasi Kopi Robusta (Coffea canephora), Ekstraksi Gambir (Uncaria gambir Roxb.) dan Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius L.)

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of increasing the concentration of gambir on the physical, chemical, and antioxydant activity of instant functional drinks from a combination of robusta coffee, gambir extract and ginseng. This study used a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the treatment of formulation of mixed instan powder of robusta coffee and ginseng : gambier extract (F) consisting of 6 levels of treatment and 3 repetitions. Each formulation is as follows; F1 = 97.5% instant powder of coffee-ginseng : 2.5% gambier extract, F2 = 95% instant powder of coffee-ginseng : 5% gambir extract, F3 = 92.5% instant powder of coffee-ginseng : 7.5% gambier extract, F4 = 90% instant powder of coffee-ginseng : 10% gambier extract, F5 = 87.5% instant powder of coffee-ginseng : 12.5% gambier extract, and F6 = 85% instant powder of coffee-ginseng : 15% extract gambier. The observed parameters are solubility rate, water content, pH value, antioxidant activity and caffeine analysis. The results showed that the formulation treatment of mixed instan powder of robusta coffee and ginseng : gambier extract significantly affected the solubility rate, water content, pH value, and antioxidant activity. The highest value for antioxidant activity (IC50) was 87.46 ppm. The lowest water content was 7.10%, the dissolution rate was 26.78 seconds, the highest pH value was at 5.68, and the caffeine content was 1.26%

(Amania, 2020) There are several important points in the amendment of Government Regulation Number 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management, namely from the original Environmental Permit that was changed become an environmental feasibility decision (Environmental Approval) which is a requirement in business licensing. As well as implementing regulations related to technical approvals for Fulfillment of Wastewater Quality Standards, Compliance with Emission Quality Standards, B3 Waste Management, and Analysis of Traffic Impacts. This study aims to find out how the implementation of environmental approvals in providing ease of licensing for companies that are just about to operate so that these regulations provide warnings and vigilance to business activities, especially those that have high risks to health, safety, and the environment. In this research, the writer uses descriptive analysis study method which is quantitative. The results of the study stated that the renewal of the Law on Environmental Management and its derivatives was influenced by various developments and changes that occurred in society, such as the influence of the era of democratization, industrialization, advances in science and technology and the increasing demand for welfare from various parties, so that information on environmental documents must be integrated into a risk-based Business Licensing (OSS RBA) in Government Regulation no. 22 of 2021, there are 3 for the main prerequisite in making a decision to grant a permit for a business and activity which explains in detail the prerequisites for environmental approval
