    Residu Nitrogen dan Fosfat di Sungai Panasen Hulu Daerah Aliran Sungai Tondano Kurun Waktu (2013-2020)

    Nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer residues in the upstream of Tondano watershed have the potential to enter Lake Tondano since the water body empties into Lake Tondano thus their residues that are not absorbed by plants will cause residual impacts in the waters of Lake Tondano. The purpose of this study was to monitor the concentration of nitrogen and phosphate residues in the upstream of the Tondano watershed for a period of 8 (eight) years (2013-2020). The method of research is field observations of agricultural activities and water quality sampling carried out using the composite sampling method in the Panasen River which is the outlet of the irrigation channel upstream of the Tondano watershed. Data analysis using Spectrophotometric Method and comparing with the Quality Standard according to PP. 22/2021 Appendix VI, Class II. Results were compared with the water quality standard according to Government Regulation No. 22/2021 Appendix VI, Class II. This research showed that concentration of nitrogen residue (nitrate) 0.069-0.966 mg/l meets the quality standard (quality standard for nitrate 10 mg/l); nitrite concentration 0.001-0.61 mg/l (Quality standard nitrite 0.06 mg/l); phosphate concentration 0.084 mg/l-1.21 mg / l (phosphate quality standard 0.2 mg / l) planting season in 2013-2020. The tendency of nitrogen and phosphate residues to increase in March, June and September is the time for fertilization

    Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk instrumen validasi substansi berbasis STEM sebagai sarana penilaian validitas oleh expert review di Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Unsri. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang dikombinasikan dengan evaluasi Formatif dari Tessmer. Tahap ADDIE terdiri atas analisis, desain, dan pengembangan sedangkan Tessmer hanya pada tahap expert review. Subjek penelitian ini adalah satu orang dosen ahli di bidang substansi berbasis STEM dari Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan validitas isi untuk menentukan kriteria valid berdasarkan penilaian kuantitatif oleh expert review. Instrumen Validasi yang dikembangkan merujuk pada pendekatan STEM oleh Amy Abbott dalam jurnal Chemical Connection: a Problem Based Learning for STEM Experience. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skor penilaian Aiken. Hasil pada tahap expert review untuk validasi isi didapatkan skor 0,968 dengan kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa instrumen validasi substansi berbasis STEM telah memenuhi kriteria valid

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).PPKM is a government program that regulates restrictions on community activities in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Since the beginning of the pandemic, Indonesia has begun to be unsettled by various sectors, one of which is the economic sector. Covid-19 hit the Indonesian economy very drastically, especially when the PPKM was implemented.  Many economic sectors are disrupted and unable to operate because they depend on each other, one of which is the agricultural sector.  The determination of the PPKM coincides with the Eid al-Adha, wherein during this period there will be an increase in the demand of livestock for qurban. This has an impact on the demand and supply of livestock due to restrictions on activities.  This study was conducted to determine the marketing strategy livestock for qurban during the PPKM period, using qualitative methods from descriptive data.  Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observing PT Mahir Farm Nusantara (MFN).  The results of the study present a discussion of the marketing strategy.  The strategy carried out by MFN is the implementation of the 4Ps (Product, Promotion, Price, and Place).  The product strategy is in the form of qurban distribution innovation, the promotion strategy is in the form of discounts, the price strategy is that every buyer has the opportunity to get a discount or cashback, and the place strategy is flexible in product delivery, so as to maintain and improve product quality.  With this innovation strategy, it can suppress the decline in total sales at PT Mahir Farm Nusantara during the PPKM period

Genetic Resources (SDG) of plants are part of germplasm that has a very important meaning in supporting plant breeding programs. This activity aims to collect local varieties of highland rice in North Sumatra and to find information on the advantages of these local varieties.The exploration activities of the upland rice varieties were carried out in April 2017 and the selection of locations was carried out in a planned manner with consideration of adjacent areas and a height of places above 700 mdpl. Exploration of local rice varieties in the highlands of North Sumatra shows very diverse types of local varieties both for irrigated land and upland rice and glutinous rice. The superior variety of local rice in the highlands of North Sumatra has a high yield potential that is not inferior to the national superior potential of rice especially for upland rice varieties

(Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-9 Tahun 2021, Palembang  20 Oktober 2021. pp. 451-458.  Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI). The relationship between the leadership style of telling and job satisfaction of Police members in the field of profession and security at the South Sumatra Regional Police has not been widely studied.  The study aimed to empirically find out how big the relationship is between the leadership style of telling and job satisfaction of Police members in the field of profession and security at the South Sumatra Regional Police. The research method used empirical juridical approach with the type of field research. The leadership style of telling is a leadership style where superiors carry out one-way communication, superiors formulate and define the roles of subordinates and the decisions making is entirely the responsibility of the superiors. Job satisfaction is a positive feeling felt by Police members as a result of the compatibility between the expectations and reality of work in the form of work, promotions, salaries, superiors, and co-workers.  The results of this study showed that there was a very significant positive relationship between the leadership style of telling and job satisfaction of Police members in the profession and security sector of the South Sumatra Regional Police (r = 0.3333; F = 9.223; p = 0.003 or p < 0.01). A significance value of 0.003 showed the significance at the 1% test level (p = 0.01).  So, the higher the leadership style of telling is, the lower the job satisfaction will be, and the lower the leadership style of telling is, the higher the job satisfaction will be. It is suggested that one of the most important things for a Police organization having a highly competitive ability be the handling of human resources either from the leadership style of telling or from job satisfaction

Bee visits to various plants can provide benefits for both parties, where bees get benefit from getting pollen and nectar as a source of food, while the infested plants get benefit from pollination assisted by bees. The purpose of research was to investigate bee species of Apidae family on various species of flowering plants in Pagaralam City. Surveys of Apidae bees have been carried out in three sub-districts of Pagar Alam City, South Sumatera, namely North Dempo District, South Pagaralam District and North Pagaralam District on 14 plant species spread over eight different villages. Observations were conducted from May to June 2021. Observations were carried out using scan sampling method (direct observation) and using insect net. At observation time, bees were taken using insect nets and put in a bottle vial for population count and identification purposes. Environmental parameters included temperature and humidity measured every time of observations, the morning air temperature (08.00-10.00) ranged from 21oC-27oC with air humidity of 73%-91%. It was found 4 species of bees belong to  the Apidae family namely A. dorsata, A. cerana, T. laeviceps, dan X. violace. Each of bee played a role as pollinators in various flowering plants observed

The method of the article was reviewing some literatures and then being developed for easy understanding. Pheromone had discovered more than five decades ago and continue to develop. The pheromone used usually as a mass trap or mating disruption. The pheromone used could press the natality of lepidoptera pests. Some pheromones which already been licensed in Indonesia such as fero-exi, fero-grayak, fero-PBPK, fero-lanas, fero-ostri. Until now the development of pheromone use still under development. In conclusion, the use of pheromone has an effective result on controlling Lepidoptera pests and until now, the use of pheromone is still under development

However, in fish farming, especially tilapia, with high stocking rates, it will result in environmental pollution, both from undigested feed and too much fish manure. One technique that can overcome this is using yumina and bumina. This cultivation technique combines vegetables with fish or fruits with fish. By doing this technique, it will not damage the environment due to the use of fish manure which is used as fertilizer for plants. Yumina-bumina is the right solution because it is environmentally friendly, water quality can also be improved with this technique, because a decrease in water quality will cause fish death. This paper aimed to determine the effect of survival and growth of red tilapia cultured using yumina, bumina, and without yumina and bumina cultivation systems. Based on the results of the journal with 3 treatments, the highest weight growth value of tilapia was in the treatment of tilapia cultivation using pakcoy, and eggplant with results of 27.5 g and 27.2 g, respectively. As for the control treatment, the result was 18.7 g. In addition to pakcoy and eggplant, the yumina and bumina techniques can use basil, kailan, and other plants to get optimal fish growth results. Thus, the growth of tilapia using yumina and bumina techniques resulted in higher growth than without using yumina and bumina, and obtained two advantages in cultivation, namely vegetables and fish or fruit and fish

The purpose of this observation aimed to determine what kind of species are present in melon plantations in Tanjung Seteko Village, Indralaya and their populations. Observations were carried out on melon plantations in Tanjung Seteko Village using diagonal pattern sampling. Sampling using a modified Steiner trap placed at the sampling point horizontally and carried out for 3 days from 07.00 to 18.00 WIB. The results showed that the fruitfly species in melon plantations in Tanjung Seteko Village was Bactrocera carambolae. The results showed that the presence of Bactrocera cucurbitae, which is commonly found in melon plantations in many countries such as Pakistan, India, and Hawaii, was not found in melon plantations in Tanjung Seteko Village, Indralaya. The results of this observation indicate a decrease in the fly population for each sampling. The number of fruitfly population sampling on day 1 there were 324 fruitflies, on day 2 there were 242 fruitflies, and on day 3 there were 170 fruitflies. The conclusion from this observation is that Bactrocera carambolae is a species of fruitfly found in melon plantations in Tanjung Seteko Village and the average population is 245 fruitflies

One of the efforts to increase the yield and quality of fruit is through cultivators. The research was carried out from June to September 2019 in farmers' gardens in the village of Tanjung Steko, North Indralaya Km 32, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This study used an experimental method with split plot design, namely pruning (P) as the main plot, P0 treatment without pruning, P1 with pruning, as subplots, namely the frequency of liquid fertilizer application (PPC) F1: 3 times, F2: 5times  and F3 : 7times giving PPC. Plant variables included plant length, number of primary branches, age of flowering, weight of plant fruit, weight of fruit per plot. The results showed that branch pruning on watermelon plants showed the highest yields and on the variables of height, number of branches, and fruit weight, while the best application of liquid fertilizer was given with a frequency of 7 times.
