Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Sawi Hijau (Brassica juncea L.) Tumpang Sari Tanaman Chaya (Cnidocolus aconitifolius) dengan Ukuran Tajuk Berbeda

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Intercropping is planting pattern that cultivates more than one type of plant in a certain unit of time aimed at increasing productivity. This study was conducted to examine the size of the chaya plant crown and the density of mustard plants using an intercropping system in the area of chaya plants (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius) in order to obtain optimal production and growth results. This study was conducted using a split plot design with two factors. The first factor as the main plot of the cultivation system is 3 treatments, namely conventional / monoculture (K0), intercropping on chaya plants with a header diameter of 80 cm (K1), and intercropping on chaya plants with a crown diameter of 120 cm (K2). The second factor is the density or planting distance as a child plot with a planting distance of 15 x 15 cm (P1), and a planting distance of 15 x 20 cm (P2). The data that has been obtained is then analyzed by the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) method using the R-Studio application. The results showed that the cultivation of mustard greens (B. juncea L.) tosakan variety with intercropping patterns on conventional obtained the best results. But the 80 cm chaya plant canopy is not significantly different from conventional planting patterns so it can be said that the 80 cm chaya canopy is better than the 120 cm chaya plant canopy. The optimal planting distance is a planting distance of 15 x 15 cm because it is not significantly different from a planting distance of 15 x 20 cm in terms of the quality of the results obtained. In terms of quantity, a planting distance of 15 x 15 cm will produce more production results than a planting distance of 15 x 20 cm. So it can be concluded that the cultivation of mustard greens (B. juncea L.) varieties of intercropping chaya plants (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius) can be done on the chaya crown 80 cm and with a planting distance of 15x15 cm

This plant is very easy to cultivate because it has the ability to grow well in lowlands and highlands and is tolerant of temperatures below 10º C. The challenge in cultivating this plant becomes very complex due to pest and disease attacks. A disease of serious concern is leaf spot disease. This study aimed to test three kinds of biostimulant concoctions to overcome the problem of leaf spot disease in water gourd plants and their response to pest attacks. The observation method used in this research is the direct observation method in the field which is carried out by determining the land. After the land was determined, samples were taken randomly with 4 treatments as many as 10 replications. The four treatments were Beauveria bassiana in tannin (WB), seaweed extract (RL), seaweed extract+Beauveria bassiana in tannin (RL+Wb) and water control. Each treatment was replicated 10 times with a watering frequency of 1 x a week. Observations were made 5 times with a distance of 7 days between observations. The data collected were primary data in the form of direct observation of symptoms in the field and secondary data obtained from interviews with farmers. From the results of observations, it was found that the pathogen that causes leaf spot disease in water gourd plants comes from the fungi of the genus Curvularia. While pests known to attack water gourd plants are oteng-oteng (Aulacophora indica). The four treatments had a significant effect on pest and disease attacks, but the treatment using seaweed extract (RL) showed a significant reduction in attacks
PERBEDAAN MEDIA EDUKASI DOFORMI DAN VIDEO TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN REMAJA PUTRI TENTANG TABLET TAMBAH DARAH DALAM PENCEGAHAN ANEMIA
Tujuan: Remaja putri berisiko tinggi mengalami anemia akibat kehilangan zat besi secara signifikan pada siklus menstruasi. Anemia berdampak negatif pada penurunan konsentrasi belajar dan berlanjut pada masa kehamilan kelak. Pemerintah Indonesia membangun program untuk mengurangi prevalensi anemia melalui intensifikasi pemberian suplementasi tablet tambah darah. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang tablet tambah darah dalam mencegah anemia dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media edukasi DOFORMI dan video. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh media edukasi DOFORMI dan video terhadap pengetahuan remaja putri tentang tablet tambah darah dalam mencegah anemia. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy experiment dengan rancangan two group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 36 remaja putri yang terbagi dalam 2 kelompok terdiri dari siswi kelas 10 dan 11 SMA N 3 Prabumulih diambil dengan cara stratified random sampling. Hasil: Analisis statistik kedua kelompok dilakukan menggunakan uji paired t-test menunjukan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan remaja putri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan (p value 0,000). Hasil uji independent t-test menunjukan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara media edukasi DOFORMI dan video terhadap pengetahuan remaja putri tentang tablet tambah darah dalam pencegahan anemia (p value 0,239). Simpulan: Media edukasi DOFORMI dan video dapat digunakan sebagai media pendidikan kesehatan yang mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang tablet tambah darah dalam mencegah anemia. Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Management that can be done to reduce attacks from fruit flies is to use various traps such as the use of traps and aromas that are favored by fruit fly pests. The purpose of this study was to determine the species in papaya planting and determine the number of insect populations in Tanjung Pering Village, Permata Baru Village, and Timbangan Village, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The method used in this study is the nisbi method, which is a method of looking at the population of fruit fly types by using heavy traps. From the research that has been carried out, as many as 15 steiner traps were successfully installed on papaya planting land in three villages. With the samples obtained, population counting and species identification in fruit flies can be done. There were 5 traps installed in Tanjung Pering Village, 5 traps in Permata Baru Village, and 5 traps in Timbangan Village. The steiner traps set in all three villages showed a diverse number of populations. As for the identification process, the results of the inventory of fruit flies on papaya planting fields were identified as species Bactrocera carambolae and B. kandiensis. The fruit flies that have been identified have differences from morphological characters, including thoracic color, abdominal pattern or pattern, wing shape, to the color of the limbs. The conclusion of the survey conducted in 3 villages was the number of samplings with the highest population was obtained in Timbangan Village and the lowest population was obtained in Tanjung Pering Village. That's why, further research must be held on these fruit flies, so that farmers get the right solution to overcome the problem of fruit fly pests that attack papaya plantations in Ogan Ilir regency, South Sumatra

Floating cultivation in this study used a raft made of 10 bamboos with a size of 2x1 M. This study aimed to determine the effect of npk fertilizer application on the growth and yield of land kale plants in a floating manner. This research was carried out Embung on the campus of Sriwijaya Indralaya University, from May to July 2022. The study was prepared using a Randomized Group Design (RGD) with 4 treatments, each treatment was repeated 3 times and received 12 treatment units, each treatment unit had 3 plants, so that the total number of plants was 36 plants. P0= Control P1= 0.5 g NPK/polybag P2= 1 g NPK/polybag P3= 1.5 g NPK/polybag. Observed parameters include plant height, number of leaves, degree of leaf greenness, leaf area, fresh weight of the crown, fresh weight of the leaves, fresh weight of the roots, length of the roots, dry weight of the crown, dry weight of the leaves and dry weight of the roots. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the administration of the recommended dose of NPK fertilizer P2 = 1 g NPK/Polybag gave the best results compared to other dose treatments
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PENYINTAS KANKER PAYUDARA DI KOMUNITAS BANDUNG CANCER SOCIETY
Tujuan: Penyintas kanker payudara memiliki kualitas hidup rendah karena dampak jangka panjang dari terapi yang mereka jalani. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup penyintas kanker payudara di Komunitas Bandung Cancer Society. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi karakteristik klinis, aktivitas fisik harian, efikasi diri, dan kesejahteraan spiritual. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 80 orang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi penyintas kanker yang mencapai remisi, memiliki kondisi fisik dan psikis yang kuat, serta menghadiri kegiatan tatap muka oleh Komunitas Bandung Cancer Society. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya yakni International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES), Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT), dan WHOQOL-BREF. Analisis data melibatkan uji univariat dan Chi-Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden terdiagnosa pada stadium dini (68,8%) dan menjalani pengobatan kombinasi (86,3%), melakukan aktivitas fisik harian berat (60%), memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi (85%), serta memiliki kesejahteraan spiritual yang tinggi (52,5%), lalu ada sekitar 57,5% responden yang memiliki kualitas hidup baik. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa stadium kanker (p=0,004), riwayat pengobatan (p=0,020), efikasi diri (p=0,031), dan kesejahteraan spiritual (p=0,015) memiliki hubungan dengan kualitas hidup. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara stadium kanker, riwayat pengobatan, efikasi diri, dan kesejahteraan spiritual dengan kualitas hidup penyintas kanker payudara di Komunitas Bandung Cancer Society. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kegiatan yang menguatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya deteksi dini, diskusi, kelompok dukungan, dan pertemuan terkait spiritualitas pasca-pengobatan. This paper aimed to find out the morphology of fruit flies which attacked on chili, guava, and bitter gourd in North Indralaya District, South Sumatera, Indonesia. This observation conducted on chili, guava, and bitter gourd in North Indralaya District, South Sumatera, Indonesia by sampling method that taken by attractan trap which contain metil eugenol as active material. The result showed that found four species of fruit flies which attacked on chili, guava, and bitter gourd in North Indralaya Disctrict, South Sumatera, Indonesia that is B. carambolae, B. dorsalis, B. umbrosa, and B. papayae. The Fruit fly B. papayae only found in guava while three others found in every observed plant. All of fruit flies has different morphology, such as colors, thorax, and abdomen. B. umbrosa's wings was easiest to identify than three others because it has three transverse patterns. However, the most specific feature is the abdoment whom has in each species. Thus, there are several species of fruit flies that find in North Indralaya District as B. carambolae, B. umbrosa F., B. papayae, also B. dorsalis from various of corps like chili, guava, and bitter gourd. The purpose of this survey was to identify the symptoms of Setothosea Asigna attack and how to control it on oil palm plantations. The method used is by using the survey method, namely collecting data or information by taking direct samples at random. From the results of observations in the field, the results of the symptoms of the attack are clear. On the leaves observed, it is very visible leaves like burning. On the leaf blade there is an elongated hole. It is very clear that the impact that occurs on the leaves is that the strands are eroded from the bottom of the leaf to the top and this makes the leaves only leave the bones. In general, leaves that are attacked by Setothosea asigna are leaves that are getting old. As a result, oil palm plants cannot photosynthesize properly and the production of bunches is not optimal. In order to maximize the production of oil palm bunches, it is necessary to do intensive prevention and control of pests that attack oil palm plants, one of which is the caterpillar (Setothosea Asigna)
Pengaruh Pemberian Stimulan pada Tanaman Karet (Hevea brasiliensis)

This survey aimed to determine the effectiveness of giving stimulants to rubber plants (Hevea brasiliensis). The type of stimulant used is 30 ml of Ethrel and 60 ml of water then mix into a bowl, then stir until evenly distributed. Then apply the stimulant liquid to the tapping stream, smearing is done in the same direction, from top to bottom. The results of this survey indicate that giving stimulants can increase latex productivity in rubber plants. Rubber trees that have been given stimulants can produce more latex than rubber trees that are not given stimulants. A rubber tree given a stimulant will produce a full bowl of latex in less than a day. Meanwhile, rubber trees that are not given stimulants need 2-3 days to get one cup of latex. So the conclusion of this survey proves that the use of stimulants on rubber plants is much more effective than rubber that is not given stimulants. The use of stimulants must pay attention to the right dose, because excessive use of stimulants or not in accordance with the dose will cause diseases in rubber plants such as dry tapping grooves
