Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Bima brebes shallot variety is shallot variety that is widely cultivated by farmers because it is easy to grow, in recent years farmers have experienced a 50% decrease in yield due to decreased soil frtility due to chemical fertilisers, to overcome this the use of chayote blotong and cow manure can be used for shallots, this study aimed to determine the growth of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) bima brebes varieties with seven different compositions of sugar cane blotong and cow manure. The method used was the research method of Randomized Group Design (RGD) consisting of 7 treatments, with the composition (soil: sugar cane blotong: manure) namely P0 (2:0:0), P1 (2:2:0), F (2:2.5:0.5), P3 (2:1:1), P4 (2:0.5:1.5), p5 (2:0:2), and P6 (1:1:1) analysed by variance analysis (ANOVA). The results of applying mixed manure had an effect on shallot plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of stalks, fresh weight of beetles, dry weight of beetles, number of bulbs, diameter of bulbs and measurement of root length, but had no significant effect on the number of seeds and greenness of leaves. Mixture of soil: sugarcane blotong: cow manure with P2 (2:1.5:0.5) was the best treatment and P5 (2:0:2) was the slowest treatment. The conclusion of this study shows that the combination of sugarcane blotong and cow manure on shallots can increase growth and production. It is recommended that further research be carried out in the field in order to obtain a more appropriate dose of shallots
STUDI KASUS: IMPLEMENTASI AROMATERAPI LAVENDER TERHADAP NYERI PADA IBU POST SECTIO CAESAREA
Tujuan: Sectio caesarea adalah tindakan pembedahan pada dinding abdomen dan uterus yang bertujuan untuk melakukan kelahiran anak. Setelah tindakan persalinan post SC selesai akan timbul efek nyeri pada luka pembedahan. Persepsi nyeri persalinan bisa ditangani secara farmakologis dan non farmakologis. Intervensi keperawatan yang dapat membantu menangani nyeri post SC adalah dengan memberikan aromaterapi lavender. Menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post sectio caesarea dengan menerapkan aromaterapi lavender. Metode: Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap 3 Ibu post sectio caesarea. Hasil: Hasil pengkajian pada 3 ibu diperoleh 4 diagnosis keperawatan, yaitu nyeri akut, gangguan integritas kulit, menyusui tidak efektif dan risiko infeksi. Analisis pengkajian pada ketiga pasien kelolaan, yaitu nyeri pada bagian luka operasi SC. Intervensi dan implementasi pada 3 ibu post SC dengan masalah nyeri akut adalah dengan manajemen nyeri. Salah satu intervensi yang memiliki efek samping yang minimal, yaitu penerapan aromaterapi lavender. Aromaterapi memberikan pengaruh relaksasi dan menjadikan sensasi nyeri pada ibu post SC dengan cara menciptakan pikiran ibu menjadi tenang dengan aromaterapi yang dihirup. Hasil evaluasi diperoleh masalah tingkat nyeri ibu post sectio caesarea mengalami penurunan dengan hasil diagnosis keperawatan nyeri akut teratasi sebagian. Simpulan: Implementasi aromaterapi lavender efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada ketiga ibu post sectio caesarea. Kata Kunci: Sectio caesarea, nyeri, aromaterapi lavende
Ketertarikan Berbagai Spesies Serangga pada Pan Trap di Lahan Kacang Panjang (Vigna sinensis L.) di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Long bean (Vigna sinensis) is a vegetable crop that is often attacked by various species of insect pests, causing a decrease in the quality and quantity of plants that cause economic losses for farmers. This paper aimed to determine the interest of insect species to color preference as an alternative control of insect pests. Observations were carried out on long bean plantations in three villages, namely Tanjung Seteko, Tanjung Pering, and Permata Baru villages located in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra by using purposive sampling with 3 replications observed after 12 hours of installing pan traps which were red, yellow, green, and blue in the field. From research conducted on long bean fields in Ogan Ilir Regency, several orders of insects were obtained, namely the orders Coleoptera, Diptera, Hemiptera, Hymenoptera, Lepidoptera, Collembola, Orthoptera, and Thysanoptera. The total number of individual insects obtained in all trays in the field amounted to 1.005 insects. The level of insect species diversity on long bean plantations in Tanjung Seteko, Tanjung Pering, and Permata Baru villages were medium, low, and low, respectively. Insect species found in the long bean plantations are more attracted to the yellow tray. Among the four colors of the tray, insect species are more attracted to the yellow tray because the yellow color resembles the color of their food. The use of a yellow pan trap can be one on the insect pest control in long bean fields and can be a tool in monitoring insects in the field

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Utilization of red dragon fruit peels in water kefir making was one kind of optimizing dragon fruit by-products in the diversification of probiotic functional drinks. This study aimed to determine the effect of the algae crystal starter concentration and fermentation time on the physical, chemical, and microbiological characteristics of red dragon fruit peels water kefir. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design and significantly different treatments were tested using a further test of 5% level of Honest Significant Difference. Parameters observed were total phenol, antioxidant activity, total titrated acid, total dissolved solids, pH, total lactic acid bacteria, total plate count and qualitative phytochemical screening. The results showed that the fermentation time significantly affected the total phenol value, antioxidant activity, total acid, dissolved solids, pH, and total lactic acid bacteria. Water kefir fermented with 10% starter concentration for 24 hours had the highest antioxidant activity expressed in %IC50. Meanwhile, fermented water kefir with 5% starter concentration for 12 hours showed the lowest antioxidant activity. A2B2 treatment was chosen as the best treatment with a total phenol value of 0.0969 mg/GAE mL, the lowest IC50 value 53.96%, total acid 0.21%, soluble solids 9.57ºBrix, pH 4.4, total lactic acid bacteria 7.27 log CFU /mL

This pathogen can infect at least 408 plant species worldwide. This field practice aims to determine the percentage level and intensity of attack and identify the cause of wilt disease in eggplant in Tanjung Pering Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province. The method used in this field practice is carried out by conducting a survey or direct observation in the field to calculate the percentage level and intensity of wilt disease attack on eggplant, then identification is carried out at the Phytopathology Laboratory of the Department of Pests and Plant Diseases, and infectious tests are carried out in experimental land to prove pathogens. cause of wilt disease in eggplant. The results of this field, the cause of wilt disease in eggplant in Tanjung Pering Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency is caused by the fungus Fusarium sp with an average percentage of wilt disease of 42.54% and an average intensity of wilt disease of 40.90% in the field
PENILAIAN RISIKO PERKEMBANGAN DEKUBITUS PADA PASIEN DI RUMAH SAKIT: LITERATURE REVIEW
Pendahuluan: Dekubitus merupakan kronis lokal pada daerah yang tertekan lama akibat adanya tekanan tersu-menerus dan gaya geser. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, maka penilaian risiko perkembangan dekubitus pada pasien di rumah sakit penting dilakukan untuk pencegahan dekubitus. Tujuan: Untuk menentukan penilaian risiko perkembangan dekubitus pada pasien di rumah sakit. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan systematic reviews dan pedoman (PRISMA). Metode pencarian literature-literature dengan electronic database seperti proquest, ebsco, google scholar, pubmed, science direct, CINAHL dan perpustakaan nasional yang dipublikasikan full text. Artikel dipilih yang relevan dengan tujuan penulisan literature review. Hasil: Penilaian data minimum dalam perkembangan dekubitus termasuk imobilitas, status kulit, perfusi, diabetes, kulit lembab, persepsi sensorik, nutrisi, dan penilaian nyeri. Pengkajian perkembangan dekubitus salah satunya bisa menggunakan skala Braden. Skala Braden menunjukkan keseimbangan antara sensitivitas dan spesifisitas sehingga instrument ini lebih baik untuk penilaian prediktif risiko dekubitus pada pasien Simpulan: Dekubitus pada pasien di rumah sakit dapat dicegah dengan melakukan penilaian risiko perkembangan dekubitus pada pasien dengan memperhatikan karakteristik pasien yang dirawat. Corn plants growing on peat often experience problems in terms of nutrient availability. This research aimed to determine the productivity performance of several New Superior Varieties (NSV) of corn on peatlands treated with ameliorant. The research method used Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the corn variety and the second factor is the type of ameliorant. The ameliorant used was sourced from agricultural waste, namely empty palm fruit bunch compost, chicken manure compost and rice husk biochar. Observations made included peatland characteristics, plant growth, corn production, and farming business analysis. The thickness of the peat ranges from 40-60 cm, classified as shallow peat with sapric peat maturity level. The results of the study showed that there was no interaction between the provision of ameliorant and corn plant varieties on the vegetative growth of corn plants. The highest cob length was obtained for Nasa 29 and Bima 20 Uri varieties. The hybrid corn varieties Nasa 29, Bima 2, and Bima 20 Uri were able to adapt and produce on peatlands, respectively 2.8 t/ha; 3.2 t/ha, and 3.3 t/ha. NSV of corn technology and peatland amelioration can increase farmers' income

The objective of this research was to determine the shelf life of microwavable-packaged fish crackers. The fish crackers microwave was packed with three various method which are polypropylene (PP), PP + silica gel, and nylon + vacuum. Estimation of shelf life was done by calculating the parameters of degradation of microwavable fish crackers with the reaction kinetics equation and processed using the Arrhenius equation. The quality parameter was moisture content. Quality parameters are measured every 5 days during 30 days of storage at 30oC. The results showed that the kinetics of changes in the water content of microwavable fish crackers packed in three packaging combinations following reaction order one(1) and order two(2). The shelf life of microwavable fish crackers packaged in PP was 27 days, PP+silica gel packs was 29 days, and nylon+vacuum packs was 31 days.
Model Pelaksanaan Pengarusutamaan Gender Dalam Program Keindahan, Kebersihan dan Ketertiban (K3) di Kota Lhokseumawe

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The text discusses the implementation model of the K3 Program in Lhokseumawe City, which focuses on beauty, cleanliness, and order. The program aimed to ensure equal participation from both men and women in development. However, social norms and gender inequality often marginalize women, preventing them from accessing and governing the K3 programs. The research method used is qualitative, employing a sociological empirical/juridical approach. Primary and secondary data were collected through interviews with selected individuals who represent the relevance of the research. The results reveal a model for implementing gender mainstreaming in the K3 Program, which includes direct and indirect supervision, providing equal opportunities for men and women, and program monitoring and evaluation. Challenges in implementing gender mainstreaming in Lhokseumawe City include a lack of concern among individuals, erosion of ethics and morals, and the absence of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Efforts made to address these challenges include creating a website on gender issues, involving women in all stages of the program, forming a women's community, and reviving abandoned clean-up activities. It is recommended that women be involved in the drafting of SOPs for the implementation of the K3 Program and Qanun orderliness

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of various doses and application times of the herbicide 2,4 D-Dimethyl amine to control weeds in peanut plants (Arachis hypogaea L.). This research used a Factorial Randomized Group Design (RAKF) which consisted of 2 (two) factors. The first factor is the herbicide application dose of 2.4 D with treatment levels including 1 l/ha (D1), 1.5 L/ha (D2), and 2 L/ha (D3). The second factor includes application time, including 21 days after planting (W1), 28 HST (W2), and 35 HST (W3). The results of the research showed that there were 14 broadleaf weeds and 3 grass species growing among the long bean plants. The dose and application time of the herbicide 2,4 D-dimethyl amine can control weeds after 8 weeks after application. Herbicide application does not affect the growth and yield of peanut plants. Of all the weed species identified, grass class weeds are the species that are difficult to control using the herbicide 2,4 D-dimethyl amine
