Meanwhile, pineapple peel waste that is not utilized will pile up into garbage even though it can be used as liquid organic fertilizer or compost. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of POC pineapple peel waste in increasing soil N, P, and K nutrients and latex production. The study used a split plot design with the main plot of weed clearing (without and with weeding) while the subplots were POC doses of 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4% (equivalent to 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40 ml POC). per liter of water). Watering is done with a frequency of once per week. The treatment was repeated three times. The experimental unit consisted of 30 mature rubber trees. Latex is collected weekly. The results showed that the POC of pineapple peel had a pH of 3.95; 0.05 % N; 0.027 % P and 0.19 % K. The initial soil pH value from 4.13 to 4.18 increased to around pH 5.0 after POC application for 4 weeks. Likewise, the total N content is about 0.26%; P-total 100 mg/kg and K-total 14 mg/kg. ANOVA results showed that the best treatment was a dose of 30 ml/liter with a latex production of 770 g/tree. Based on these observations, it can be concluded that the POC of pineapple waste has the potential to improve soil fertility and latex production. Weeding is important to reduce nutrient competition with rubber plants.

In eggplant cultivation, there are several obstacles that must be faced. This obstacle cannot be separated from the attack by plant pests. Plant damage caused by pests results in decreased production due to the growth and development phase of eggplant plants cannot grow and develop optimally. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of technical culture on the types of pests, population and intensity of pest attacks on purple eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) in Timbangan Village, Indralaya Utara District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used includes determining the land, determining sample plots and sample plants, as well as observing population numbers and intensity of pest attacks. The research was conducted in two eggplant fields with different plant ages. The population number and intensity of pest attacks were analyzed using the t test at the 5% confidence level. The pests found in eggplant are Spodoptera litura, Cheilomenes sexmaculata, and Atractomorpha crenulata. Statistical analysis shows that there are significant differences in the two fields due to different cultivation techniques

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The flood that occurred became a problem in Ibul Besar I Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Because of the flood it giving effect on crop and the cost of production of agriculture. The flood will impact on the land and the income of the farmers. This study aimed to (1) analyze the income of rice farmers before and after the flood, and (2) Analyze the impact of flooding on the income of rice farmers. This research was took place at Ibul Besar I Village. The research was accoured in July 2022. The research method used was a survey method. The results showed that (1) the average income received by farmers before the flood was 11,526,466.-IDR/lg/year while the average income of farmers after the flood was 9,886,800.-IDR/lg/year. The difference in income was 1,639,666.-IDR/lg/year, (3) The impact of flooding on farmers income in Ibul Besar I Village, it can be seen from five indicators, it was found that livelihood indicators are influential with a percentage of 68%. The farming indicator has no effect with a percentage of 38%. Productivity indicators have no effect with a percentage of 39%. The expense indicator has an effect with a percentage of 73%. Welfare indicators have an effect with a percentage of 67%

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Citrus plants Ogan Ilir Regency is one of the areas producing horticultural crops and fruits, including citrus fruits (Citrus sp). Citrus plants are attacked by pests caused by fruit flies (Bactrocera sp). The purpose of this study was to determine the population and abundance of fruit flies (Bactrocera sp) on citrus plants. Sampling was carried out randomly (random sampling) using a hanging bottle trap that was installed for 1x24 hours. The results of the field research showed that fruit flies on citrus plants in Timbangan Village, Palem Raya, and Tanjung Pering found one species, namely Bactrocera dorsalis The results of this observation showed a decrease in the population of B. dorsalis and in each sampling. The highest individual population was found in Palem Raya Village, while the lowest population was found in Tanjung Pering Village. The population of fruit flies in test 1 contained 569 fruit flies, in replicate 2 there were 350 fruit flies, and in replicate 3 there were 327 fruit flies. A total of 1,246 B. dorsalis in Timbangan, Palem Raya, and Tanjung Pering villages were trapped. The conclusion from this observation is that B. dorsalis is a species of fruit fly found in citrus plantations in the villages of Timbangan, Palem Raya, and Tanjung Pering and the average population is 415 fruit flies. The use of hanging bottle traps as traps is an effective solution in controlling individual populations of fruit flies on citrus plant

Liquid organic fertilizer is made from damaged or rotten fruit and from the skin of the fruit (banana, papaya, pineapple and a mixture of all three). This study aimed to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on the growth and yield of legumes (Soybeans, Peanuts and Green Beans). This research was conducted from July to October 2022. This study used a Complete Randomized Design with eight treatments including controls, namely A (recommended NPK fertilizer), B (POC of banana fruit residue), C (POC of pineapple fruit residue), D (POC sis of Papaya fruit), E (POC of banana + pineapple fruit residue), F (POC of banana + papaya fruit residue), G (POC of pineapple fruit residue + papaya) and H (remaining banana fruit + pineapple + papaya). The results showed that liquid organic fertilizer were not significantly different the recommended NPK fertilizer to all variables with out number of branches and productive branch of Soybeans and numbers of branches of Peanuts so hope that liquid organic fertilizer from Various Fruit Residues increase to Yield of Legume Crops (Soybeans, Peanuts and Green Beans)

This research aimed to determine the effect of addition palm sugar and vegetable creamer to the chemical and sensory characteristics of gambir coffee. This research used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (RALF) with 3 factors and was repeated 3 times. Treatment factors include the addition of palm sugar and vegetable creamer with concentrations (b/b) of 20g, namely 20% (4g), 40% (8g) and 60% (12g). Parameters observed included chemical characteristics (moisture content, ash content, total phenol, antioxidant activity, total sugar and pH) and sensory characteristics using a preference test, included color, aroma and taste. The results showed that the addition of palm sugar and vegetable creamer was significantly affected the ash content, total phenol, antioxidant activity, total sugar, pH, and taste on sensory parameters. Gambir coffee with the addition of palm sugar 40% (8g) and vegetable creamer 60% (12g)  was the best treatment with preference test (2.92 for color; 3 for aroma and 2.92 for taste). and chemical characteristics was in accordance with SNI standard for ground coffee, namely water content 5.82%; ash content 4.09%; total phenol 17.32 mgGAE/g; IC50 140.82 ppm; total sugar 11.70% and pH 8.17

This research uses the observation method, then the data that has been obtained is presented in the form of tables and figures. To determine the effect of swamp distance and groundwater level depth on the distribution of oil palm roots, a T-test was carried out with a real level of 5%. In addition, Pearson (r) correlation and linear regression between the values of soil physical properties and the distribution of oil palm roots per soil depth were carried out. The results showed that the groundwater level did not have a significant effect on the value of oil palm root distribution. The physical properties of the soil in the form of color, moisture content, and total pore space have a positive correlation with the distribution value of the oil palm roots. But the value of bulk density has a negative correlation with the value of the distribution of oil palm roots. In this study, it was also found that texture has a positive influence on the distribution value of oil palm roots at 30 cm deep but has a negative influence on the distribution value of oil palm roots at depths of 60cm and 90 cm. So, the level of groundwater does not have a significant effect on the distribution of oil palm roots. However, the physical properties of soils have diverse correlations

    DESAIN DAN PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI PENGUKURAN KEBUTUHAN NUTRISI (SiCALCA) PADA PASIEN KANKER ANAK

    Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, mendesain, dan melakukan uji coba metode pengukuran kebutuhan nutrisi berbasis android pada orang tua/keluarga pasien kanker anak. Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Research and Development. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling yang berjumlah 23 responden. Hasil: Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi berbasis android yaitu SiCALCA (Sistem Calories Cancer), pendesainan yang dilengkapi beberapa menu pilihan, uji coba aplikasi berupa hasil pengoperasian dari berbagai smartphone, dan hasil kuesioner penilaiaan aplikasi dari ke 7 indikator penilaian didapatkan skor 3 yaitu baik. Indikator penilaiaan tersebut meliputi kejelasan materi, kesesuaiaan isi dan tujuan, tampilan program menarik, bahasa dalam media sederhana dan mudah dipahami, komposisi warna, jenis, dan ukuran font, kejelasan petunjuk penggunaan, dan kemudahan menggunakan aplikasi. Simpulan: Aplikasi telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan peneliti, aplikasi SiCALCA berhasil dijalankan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Nutrisi, kanker anak, kebutuhan nutrisi, aplikasi android

    HUBUNGAN PENERAPAN FAMILY-CENTERED CARE TERHADAP DAMPAK HOSPITALISASI PADA ANAK USIA PRASEKOLAH DI RUANG PICU

    Tujuan: Mengetahui adanya hubungan penerapan Family-Centered Care terhadap DampakHospitalisasi Anak Usia Prasekolah di Ruang PICU RSD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode cross-sectional. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu orang tua anak usia 3-6 tahun yangdirawat di ruang PICU RSD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang sebanyak 32 responden.Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitianini berupa kuesioner Family-Centered Care dan Behavioral Checklist. Analisa datamenggunakan analisa univariat berupa distribusi frekuensi dan analisa bivariat dengan ujistatistikspearman rank.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Family-Centered Caredalam kategoribaik sebanyak 31 responden (96,875%), sedangkan Dampak Hospitalisasi mayoritas dalamkategori rendah sejumlah 25 orang (78,125%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanyahubungan antara variabel penerapan Family- Centered Care dan dampak hospitalisasi padaanak usia prasekolah di ruang PICU RSD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang.dengan p valuesebesar 0,014 (p < 0,05).Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel penerapan Family-CenteredCare dan dampak hospitalisasi pada anak usia prasekolah di ruang PICU RSD K.R.M.TWongsonegoro Semarang. Dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,429 yang masuk dalamkategori cukup kuat (kategori cukup kuat 0,26- 0,5).Kata kunci: Family-Centered Care, Hospitalisasi, Anak Prasekolah, PIC

    FAKTOR DETERMINAN YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN RESPONS LANSIA TERHADAP VAKSIN BOOSTER COVID-19

    Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor determinan yang berhubungan dengan respons lansia terhadap vaksin booster Covid-19. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain dan pendekatan cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Payaraman menggunakan probality sampling. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu Cluster Sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 95 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi, bivariat dengan chi-square, dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik dengan faktor prediksi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dan yang paling berhubungan dengan respons lansia terhadap vaksin booster Covid-19 yaitu usia dengan nilai p value 0.014 pada uji chi- square dan nilai akhir p value sebesar 0.009 pada uji regresi logistik multivariabel, sedangkan variabel yang paling tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan respons lansia terhadap vaksin booster Covid-19 ialah variabel norma subjektif dengan nilai p value 1.000. Penelitian ini menemukan usia sebagai faktor yang paling berhubungan karena lansia dengan usia 60-69 tahun beranggapan tidak lagi membutuhkan vaksin booster Covid-19 dan memiliki kekhawatiran akan efek sampingnya. Simpulan: Usia menjadi faktor penentu kematangan seseorang dalam berfikir, usia juga mempengaruhi afektif, kognitif, dan juga perubahan sikap. berhubungan dengan hal tersebut lansia dengan usia 60-69 tahun lebih banyak mengambil keputusan menolak, sedangkan lansia ≥ 70 tahun lebih banyak yang tidak menolak.
