Questionnaire Survey on Nursing Care Views and Career Commitment of Elderly Care Facility Staff : Focusing on years of experience
Full text link本研究では，ある介護施設職員への質問紙調査から，職員の介護観やキャリア・コミットメントについて検討した。介護観について，探索的因子分析を行った結果，3因子構造であることが分かった。第1因子を「利用者・自分の行動への振り返り重視」，第2因子を「利用者の安心重視」，第3因子を「家族の意向・利用者の安全重視」と名付け，因子間相関を求めたところ，第2因子が第1因子，第3因子双方と相関関係が認められたが，第1因子・第3因子間に相関は認められなかった。また，キャリア・コミットメント得点は，性別，職域別による差は認められなかったが，医療・介護経験年数の長い群で有意に高い傾向にあることがわかった。Through a questionnaire survey, this study investigated views on nursing care and the career commitment of elderly care facility staff. Exploratory factor analysis indicated a three-factor structure of the staff’s views on nursing care: “Emphasis on reflection on user/self behavior,” “Emphasis on user safety,” and “Family Intentions/User Safety Emphasis.” We calculated the inter-factor correlations between these factors. This indicated a correlation between Factor 2 and Factors 1 and 3, but no correlation between Factors 1 and 3.
Furthermore, no significant differences in the career commitment scores based on gender or occupational category were observed. However, the group with extensive medical and nursing care experience tended to have significantly higher career commitment scores.departmental bulletin pape

On the Co-work of God and Man in the Theology of Martin Luther
Full text linkマルティン・ルターは，エラスムスの「自由意志論」を反駁した『奴隷的意志論について』（1525）において，歴史における神の先行する働きと，人間がそれに応じる仕方で協力するということを論じている。これは，この書物のみなならず，1523年に出版された『この世の権威について』においても論じられている。そのテーマは，必ずしもそれぞれの書物の主題ではないが，神と人間との関係を考察するとき非常に重要なテーマと言える。本論では，主にこの二冊の書物で展開される神と人間との働きの関係を明らかにし，その関係を神と人間との「共働」と捉え，そこにキリスト教倫理の基礎を見たい。またその過程の中で，その背後にルターの「信仰義認論」があることも明らかにされるであろう。Martin Luther discussed God’s previous work in history and corresponding human work as cooperation with Him when he rejected Erasmus’s free will theory in his book “De servo arbitrio” (“The Bondage of the Will”) (1525). He had also previously deliberated on this theme in his book “Von welltlicher uberkeytt wie weytt man yhr gehorsam schuldig sey” (1523). Although the assertion that man “cooperates” with God is not central in each book, it is nevertheless significant when considering the relationship between God and man. This notion is sometimes found in the history of Christianity and theology, however, interestingly, Luther discussed the same theme at the very starting point of Protestantism. Consequently, we herein endeavor to clarify this assertion as discussed primarily in these two books, and we refer to it as the “co-work of God and man.” It will also be clarified that this co-work is based on Luther’s theory of justification by faith. Therefore, we can conclude that the co-work of God and man constitutes the basis of Christian ethics.departmental bulletin pape
