A Report of an Interview Survey with Experts on the Expertise of University Volunteer Center Coordinators
Full text link本稿は，大学ボランティアセンターの教育機能の発揮条件に関する実証的研究の一環として実施したインタビュー調査の記録である。調査対象者はこの分野におけるパイオニアともいえる存在の一人である。本調査ではご自身の経験もふまえ，大学ボランティアセンターやその中核的担い手であるコーディネーターの専門性について語っていただいた。その内容の社会的価値の高さに鑑み，分析前のインタビュー記録を掲載する。This paper is a report of an interview survey conducted as part of an empirical study that examined the conditions under which university volunteer centers fulfill their educational functions. The participant was one of the pioneers in this field. He spoke about the expertise of university volunteer centers and their coordinators, who are, based on his own experience, the core players. The Thinking Principle Behind “Safety” (Anzen): Differentiation from Safety in the U.S. as Seen from the “On/Responsibility” System
Full text linkこれまで「安全」はsafetyの直訳語として当てはめられてきたが，その内実を考慮すると両者には相違が認められる。本稿では以下の3つの視点から，safetyと「安全」の関係が対照的な概念となっていることを指摘した。第一に，語彙自体が内包する意味，第二に，実践主体における認識は内在的か，あるいは外在的かという点，第三に，そこから喚起される責任の及ぶ範囲が無限になる（責任）か，有限になる（責務）か，という責任意識の在りかたである。以上の分析に基づき，そこに温（情）と恩（情）という二種類のオンを関連付けた「オン／責任」システムが，責任意識を発動させ，safetyから日本的な「安全」を差異化させている点を明らかにした。The word anzen in Japanese has been applied as a literal translation of the English word safety; however, differences between the two are noticed when their internal reality is taken into consideration. This study points out that the relationship between anzen and “security” is a contrasting concept from the following three perspectives. The first perspective to be noted is the meaning of the vocabulary itself. Second, the question whether the perception of the practicing entity is intrinsic or extrinsic must be taken into account. Third is whether or not the scope of responsibility evoked by the vocabulary is infinite (responsibility) or finite (duty). Based on the above analysis, this study aimed to clarify that the “on/responsibility” system, in which two types of words both pronounced as on in Japanese ― warmth (温：“paternalism”) and gratitude (恩：“sentiment”) ― are associated, triggers a sense of responsibility and differentiates Japanese anzen from the English safety.departmental bulletin pape
Introducing an analysis example of simultaneous purchasing behavior of consumer goods using ID-POS: Changes in consumer behavior regarding daily necessities brought about by stay-at-home consumption
Full text link新型コロナウィルスの拡大がもたらした巣ごもり需要は私達の消費行動を大きく変化させることとなった。購買機会毎に様々な商品を購入する消費者が増加した半面，消費行動の変化に関する実データを用いた実証研究はこれまでのところ殆ど行われていないのが現状である。本稿では日用雑貨，取り分け洗剤を分析対象とし，消費者の購買行動がコロナ前とコロナ禍でどのように変化したか，に関する分析を行った結果を報告する。特に製品の同時購買傾向に焦点を当て，巣ごもり消費により，どのような製品の組み合わせが良く購入されるようになったか，という視点から分析を行った結果を報告する。The demand for people to stay at home due to the spread of the novel coronavirus 2019 has significantly changed our consumption behaviors. Although the number of consumers who purchase a variety of products at each purchasing occasion has increased, there has been little empirical research using actual data regarding changes in consumption behavior. In this study, we report on the results of an analysis of how consumer purchasing behavior has changed from before and during the coronavirus pandemic, focusing on daily necessities ― and detergents in particular. In particular, we will focus on the tendency to purchase products at the same time, and report the results of our analysis from the perspective of what kind of product combinations have become more commonly purchased due to stay-at-home consumption.departmental bulletin pape
