Domain and Structure in School Health Studies
Get PDFこれまでの学校保健学では，その領域と構造における内容として保健教育と保健管理という分け方が一般的であり，そこに学校保健組織活動が伴うという形で考えられてきた。しかし，子どもを取り巻く社会環境の変化の中で，健康安全の課題と特別な支援を要する子ども達に対する課題が喫緊の課題として出現してきた。そしてこれらの課題に対応するためにはヘルス・プロモーティング・スクールの構想が重要視され，学校保健学の中にも，これらの領域構造を意識した内容構成が整備される必要がある。In previous school health studies, it has been common to divide health education and health administration as contents of domain and structure, and it has been thought that school health organization activities are shaped accordingly. However, as a result of changes in the social environment surrounding children, issues on the health safety and problems of children who need special support have reached the forefront of discussion. To deal with these issues, the concept of a health-promoting school is considered to be important, and school health studies also need content re-evaluation with consideration of these domain structures.departmental bulletin pape
A Study on Vacant Property Banks : Cases of Three Municipalities in West Japan
Get PDF人口減少に直面している地方の多数の自治体では，空き家を活用し，新規住民の獲得のため，空き家を売却ないし賃貸したい所有者と，転入したい人をつなぐ空き家バンク事業を実施している。しかし，十分な成果を上げられている自治体は限られている。今回調査した西日本の3自治体（松江市，雲南市，神河町）の事例から，空き家バンクの課題・問題として，（1）登録物件の確保，（2）空き家提供者や自治体と利用者の希望のミスマッチ，（3）行政の関与の程度による相反する信頼性とリスク回避の度合い，（4）空き家の質的保証，⑤総合的な人口確保施策との連携，⑥民間不動産業者との連携などが挙げられる。Many municipalities suffering from population decrease operate vacant property banks that offer information on vacant properties to people seeking a living in rural areas. However, only a few banks receive enquiries from other areas as anticipated. A survey of Matsue City, Un-nan City, and Kamikawa Town in West Japan revealed that these banks face issues such as 1) lack of registration of vacant properties, 2) expectation mismatch between owners and users of vacant properties, 3) dilemma between reliability and risk avoidance for governments with respect to the extent of government intervention, 4) quality guarantees of vacant properties, and 5) necessity of a close linkage between the banks’ activities and overall migration policies.departmental bulletin pape

A History of Krakow and its Cultural Assets
Get PDFガリツィア地方のクラクフ市は，数奇な歴史をたどってきた。ラテン語を共通語とする中世ヨーロッパ世界の東端に位置しながらも，大学の街，ハンザ交易など遠隔地貿易の拠点として発展してきた。ドイツ騎士修道会，モスクワ公国，時代を経て，プロイセン，ロシア，オーストリアによるポーランド分割と国家の消滅，更には近現代ではナチズムと共産主義による弾圧と圧迫に苦しめられてきた。しかしながら，このような中にあっても，クラクフは，その中世以来の文化的な遺産と都市の経済的発展の経験，ローマとの繋がりによって，1989年東欧革命旗手の一人である教皇ヨハネ・パウロ2世の司牧の原点であり，数々の修道院や巡礼地となっている。このローマ教皇と現地の若者達との寛いだ関わりが世界青年の日（ワールド・ユースデイ）を生み，2016年7月には現教皇フランシスコも世界各地から集まった若者達と対話をし，まさに世界中の注目を集めた都市となっている。拙稿の趣旨は，中世以降のヨーロッパ各地との繋がりが貿易とこの街の振興を生み出してきただけでなく，20世紀の独裁体制にも屈しない文化遺産を基盤にした剛毅の人達を輩出してきたこと，さらにごく普通の人達の日常生活に言及することである。ともすれば，この街の歴史について語る時，ポーランドという国自体が地図上から姿を消し，圧政という暗闇に目を奪われがちになるかもしれないが，その暗闇に抵抗する光の方に焦点を当てようと試みる必要がある。This article intends to articulate the rich history of the cultural city of Krakow. This city is located at the eastern end of the Latin medieval world. Its characteristics are as follows: it is famous for Krakow University, established in the fourteenth century; economic prosperity was brought by long-distance trade; it was partly engaged in the Hanseatic League; and had links to various city-states in Italy. Some items like textiles, cloth, silk, and wine were brought into the city from all over Europe and even from the Far East. Another thing to note about the city is that it is culturally rich in the sense that printing, manuscripts, and book publishing developed, while guilds of hand-made craftsmen played a major role in the self-governance of the city. In the modern period, especially in the twentieth century, the city faced the terrors of Nazism and Communism. This article examines how major figures such as Pope John Paul II and the good habits and lifestyles of ordinary people helped the Polish people overcome these foes.departmental bulletin pape
