Get PDF第2次世界大戦後に，学校教育法で幼稚園が，児童福祉法で保育所が制度化された1947年の時点で，幼児保育の指針にあたる法令は存在しなかった。新しい時代の保育は，幼稚園と保育所ともに一人一人の幼児を子どもの視座に立って受容的に理解する「幼児理解」という実践理念を軸に模索されたが，これに加えて厚生省児童局は，家庭保育に欠ける乳幼児のための保育所では，家庭保育の支援にケースワーク論を取り入れ，これを幼稚園と異なる保育所保育の独自性確立の鍵概念と考えた。厚生省児童局は『保育児童ケースワークの事例集』（1957～1959）を編纂し，児童局職員らが全国の保育所から寄せられた事例に「評」として助言することで，保育所におけるケースワークの理論と実践的方法論を示した。本論文では，この「評」分析から，乳幼児の個別理解とケースワークを用いた家庭支援により保育所の独自性が行政主導で築かれはじめたことを明らかにした。There was no official governmental guidance for Japanese nursery education in 1947, but the Ministry of Health and Welfare Children's Bureau was trying to determine and establish the nature of childcare in day nurseries at that time. After World War II, in both kindergartens and day nurseries, an effort was made to try to understand infants individually. Moreover, in day nurseries, in order to support child care at home, nursery teachers were attempting to incorporate a theory of casework. In “Case Studies of Casework for Infants in Nurseries”（a study published by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Children's Bureau, 1957～1959), officials of the Ministry of Health and Welfare Children's Bureau offered advice concerning individual casework studies written by nursery teachers. They developed a theory of and methods for casework in nurseries. Interrelationships between the Future Direction of Management Education in the United States and Active Learning: Implications for Higher Education in Japan
Get PDF本稿は，世界最大の経営学の学会であるAcademy of Managementにおいて開かれた，教授法に関する特別会議への参加で得た知見から，経営学の教授法が向かいつつある方向性について分析した。分析の結果から，米国において経営学教育が向かおうとする方向性と，アクティブラーニングという概念が推進する教授学習パラダイムの転換との間に，共通するモチーフの存在が浮上した。この関連性の意味するところを分析し，今後の日本の大学教育への含意を考察した。This article examines and analyzes the future direction of management education in the United States based on findings gathered from a Teaching and Learning Conference at the Academy of Management, the largest academic society in the world. The analysis reveals an underlying motif shared by both the future direction of U.S. management education and a paradigm change in teaching and learning effected through the promotion of active learning. The article examines the significance of the interrelationship between this latent motif and the paradigm change and discusses its implications for higher education in Japan.departmental bulletin pape
