Psychiatric Social-Work Supervisors and Training-School Teachers’ Cooperation : A Questionnaire Survey
Get PDF実践力の高い精神保健福祉士を養成するために，精神保健福祉援助実習は重要な科目である。その中で特に重要となるのが，実習指導者と養成校教員の連携である。
そこで，本研究では，実習時に実習指導者と養成校教員がどのように連携しているかについて，連携の全体状況を把握することを目的とした。
分析の結果，実習生に不測の事態が生じた時は連携が行われているが，直接的に実習指導や実習教育に係る場面では，連携が十分に行われていない傾向が示唆された。Psychiatric social-work training and practice are important for equipping psychiatric social workers with excellent practical skills. More important is the cooperation between psychiatric social-work supervisors and training-school teachers. This study aimed to understand the nature of cooperation in practice, that is, how psychiatric social-work supervisors and training-school teachers cooperate. When, as a result of the analysis, a student apprentice encountered an unexpected situation, cooperation did take place. However, a tendency in which the two parties did not cooperate sufficiently was suggested by a situation that directly affects laboratory work and practice teaching.departmental bulletin pape
