The roles and challenges of consultation support specialists

ついて，先行する文献研究を行った。結果，サービス等利用計画作成における本人の主体性や意思
の尊重，継続サービス利用支援やモニタリングにおけるニーズ把握と計画変更を含む利用支援，社会資源の把握や支援チームの調整及びサービス管理責任者等の関係者との連携などが求められることがわかった。一方で，力不足や業務を兼任することで多忙となり十分な時間をかけたかかわりができないなどの課題があることが明らかとなった。
障害福祉サービス報酬の改定や相談支援従事者の研修等による相談支援の充実が図られていることに加え，精神障害にも対応した地域包括ケアシステムの構築に向けて，協議会の活用や地域移行・地域定着支援を担う一般相談支援事業による知見の蓄積などが有効であると考えられることが示唆された。The extant literature has described the roles and challenges of consultation support specialists who are responsible for the design of service utilization plans for people with disabilities. These experts must respect the independence and will of their clients in creating service utilization plans. They must understand social resources, coordinate support teams, cooperate with related parties such as service managers and amend plans accordingly. They must simultaneously address the need for continuous service support and monitoring as well as user support. Conversely, they must negotiate the lack of adequate authority or issues such as being busy or overworked and thus unable to engage adequately with assigned tasks.
The Community Independence Support Council aims to revise the disability welfare service remuneration and enhance consultation support by training consultation support workers. It further aims to build a comprehensive community care system that also responds to mental disorders. The general consultation support project is responsible for the utilization of plans, regional migrations, and the facilitation of regional settlements. Get PDF本研究では，カンボジアの農村部にある幼稚園や小学校において，科学教育の試みを実施した結果，研究協力者のアンケートや授業者の視点から，次のことがわかった。
幼稚園の子ども達には，「折り紙は手先が器用になり，今後農作業をする時など，日常生活への期待がされること」，「紙コップタワーを作る際に，小さな紙コップを積み上げて大きな山を作られることの理解」を，教え育てられることが示唆された。また，小学校の子ども達には，「折り紙は手先が器用になり，今後農作業をする時など，日常生活への期待がされること」，「糸電話を行う際に，糸を張ることで音が聞こえることの理解」を，教え育てられることが示唆された。さらに，現地の小学校教員は科学読物「不思議な糸電話」（カンボジア語訳付き）を，教材として活用していることがわかった。This field study on the execution of science education in the kindergarten and the elementary school in rural Cambodia elucidated the following outcomes:
From the perspective of research collaborators and teachers, kindergarten children could be taught origami for dexterity in their daily lives or for future chores such as farm work and could be taught to stack paper cups to understand that they could create a large paper cup tower through the stacking of small paper cups. Vacant Property Receivership in the US : A Comparative Analysis of Relevant State Laws
Get PDFアメリカでは，空き家問題への対応のため，多数の州で財産管理人制度を適用している。適用条件や管理人の職務・権限等に関して州の間で多様性が見られる。19 州及び1 市の制度を比較分析した結果を踏まえると，同制度には，①所有者の権利の制限やはく奪を伴うため，適用に関する判断の厳格さ，②訴訟形式をとるため，原告の適格性の明確さ，③所有者の権利と職務遂行のための財産管理人の権限とのバランス，④財産管理人の権限の明確さと，修繕費用などの資金調達と回収の措置，⑤公聴会での意見陳述の機会，自ら修繕を行うことの申立て，修繕後の買戻しの保証といった所有者の権利の確保などが求められると言える。Many states in the US introduced receivership to cope with vacant property issues. Details of receivership vary among states. A comparative analysis of relevant 19 state laws and 1 city ordinance reveals that receivership needs 1) cautious and strict application, 2) specification of petitioners, 3) balance between rights of owners and powers of receivers to pursue duties, 4) specification of receiver’s power, and provision of measures to finance for repair works and cost recovery, and 5) assurance of owner’s rights such as occasions to express opinions, petition to repair by himself/herself, and regain possession of the property.departmental bulletin pape
