Peran Kepuasan Nasabah Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Literasi Produk Keuangan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank Aceh Syariah
No full textThe purpose of this research is to examine the mediating influence of customer satisfaction on service quality and financial product literacy on customer loyalty at Bank Aceh Syariah. The sample in this study was 80 customers who were obtained using the Hair et al. formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents which were then analyzed using structural model equations or SEM-PLS. This research found that service quality and product literacy have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction and product literacy also have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. However, this result is inversely proportional to the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Research also finds that service quality through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. However, in contrast to service quality, the financial product literacy variable found a positive but not significant influence on customer loyalty. To gain customer loyalty, Bank Aceh Syariah is advised to improve service quality. What can be done is to provide a polite and friendly welcome, make the waiting room comfortable and provide fast and efficient service

No full textThis research aims to find out how Zakat on Shares is from an Islamic Economic Perspective? And what is the potential for Zakat on shares as a source of income for the community? The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results obtained are that in a review of Islamic economics, share zakat is one mechanism for implementing the principle of a more equitable distribution of wealth in society, while supporting sustainable economic development. Exploration of share zakat in Islamic economics is a relevant and important concept in the development of an economic system based on Islamic principles. The potential for share zakat in Indonesia has increased, but this increase is not commensurate with the number of investors and the population of Indonesia. One of the causes is the low level of understanding of share zakat among investors, so this education is a necessity. Share Zakat has great potential for the people. The more people who invest in sharia shares, the greater the potential for collecting zakat on shares, which includes providing a wider selection of sharia shares, supporting companies that comply with sharia principles, and holding educational programs for Muslims about investing in accordance with sharia

No full textAl-Qur'an is the most miracle of the Prophet Muhammad who has a various forms of miracles (wujÅ«h al-i'jÄz), one of them is the “Audio Miracle†or al-I'jÄz al-á¹¢autÄ«. Therefore, this research aims to present and analyze the discourse of i'jÄz al-SautÄ« in the Qur'an. To achieve this, researchers use a historical approach by studying the history of the revelation of the Qur'an and its transmission to humanity, then this research uses an analytical approach to several examples of verses containing i'jÄz al-SautÄ« in a contemporary perspective, and finally, the research uses an istinbÄá¹i approach, namely formulating a study in conclusion form. This research obtained several findings, First, I'jÄz al-SautÄ« is the most visible form of i'jÄz of the Qur'an, because it can be felt by all readers and listeners, not only limited to Arabs, but for all humans. Second, i'jÄz al-SautÄ« is an important form of i'jÄz which was initially conveyed from Allah to Jibril as. and then to the propet Rasulullah using the oral voice method (musyÄfahah). Third, among the secrets of the i'jÄz al-SautÄ« is the beautiful and detailed arrangement between the harmony of the sounds that provide comfort and tranquility for the soul and the harmony of the meaning contained therein. Examining The Modelling Skills of Grade 8 Students on The System of Linear Equation in Two Variables through Problem-Based Learning Model
Get PDFMathematical modeling is the process of solving a problem in the real world by simplifying it into mathematical form. Mathematical modeling skills are very useful for students in developing knowledge and deepening their concepts. In learning, this ability is needed in solving contextual problems. However, many students have difficulty in simplifying problems into mathematical models, especially in the material of the Two-Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV). Applying the Problem Based Learning model is one of the efforts to improve students' mathematical modeling skills. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses a Pre-Experimental Design type of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This study involved all VIII grade students in one of the schools in Aceh Besar. 31 students were selected as samples, and random sampling technique was used. . The instrument in this study was a test question on mathematical modeling ability. Furthermore, one-party t-test was used to analyze the data obtained. The results showed that the Problem Based Learning model improved students' mathematical modeling skills on SPLDV material. It is important for teachers to continue to hone students' modeling skills by getting students used to solving everyday problems using mathematical models so as to improve students' mathematical modeling skills. Improving students' modeling skills is one of the strategies to develop students' mathematical problem solving skills which are the foundation of meaningful learning
Analisis Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis : Eksperimen Model Pembelajaran Jucama Berbantuan MMS Berdasarkan Self-Confidence
Get PDFMathematics learning requires the ability to think at a high level, including the ability to think critically. However, in Indonesia, this ability still requires further development. This ability can be developed through the use of models that orient students to always be involved in submitting and solving problems, and using media that can support learning. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the ability to think critically taught by the JUCAMA model, the JUCAMA model using MMS and the expository model by considering the influence of self-confidence. The approach applied in this study was quantitative in the type of quasi-experiment and samples, namely 2 experimental classes and 1 control class, and using a two-way ANOVA test for data analysis. The findings of this study: (1) the application of the JUCAMA model contributes to the influence of students' ability to think critically, (2) the JUCAMA model using MMS assistance contributes to the influence of berfikir kritis skills, (3) self-confidence is able to influence students' ability to think critically, (4) there is no interaction between self-confidence and the JUCAMA model in influencing students' ability to think critically, (5) there is no interaction between the JUCAMA model using MMS assistance and self-confidence in influencing berfikir kritis skills

Get PDFThe existence of the Islamic boarding school education system in the modernization era is an effort and ability carried out by an Islamic boarding school to defend itself from the modernization era, in which many demands and needs of society have grown and developed. So Islamic boarding schools now have to adapt not only to the development of Islamic education but also to develop students in the world of education and non-education. At the Dar Faqih Qur'ani Islamic Boarding School which has been operating since 2021, this research tries to determine the efforts made by the Islamic boarding school to maintain the existence of an integrated Islamic boarding school education system in the era of modernization. To collect data in this research, qualitative descriptive methods were used, including observation, documentation and interviews. This research uses inductive data analysis techniques, namely analyzing data with a management model from specific to general, from which conclusions can be drawn about events that occurred at the research location. The results of this research explain that in the era of modernization, the Dar Faqih Qur'ani Islamic Boarding School in East Aceh in 2023 will have an integrated education system, namely, first: the Islamic boarding school education system at the Dar Faqih Integrated Islamic Boarding School in East Aceh, and second: the efforts made by the Dar Faqih Integrated Islamic Boarding School. Implementation of Islamic Education Management to Realize a Superior Education Institution

This study aims to analyze the impact of the integration of Islamic values in education management on the quality and sustainability of educational institutions. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews with institutional leaders, lecturers, students, and alumni. In addition, participatory observation and secondary data supported the findings from primary data. Data analysis was conducted using an inductive approach. The results showed that principles such as fairness, transparency, participation, and accountability play an important role in improving the quality of learning, student character, and the efficiency of resource management. So, this research confirms that there is a need for the relevance of the Islamic education management approach. Integration of Islamic values not only improves the quality of learning and academic achievement of students, but also strengthens the character, participation, and accountability of educational institutions. Correlation Between Emotional Intelligence and Students' Achievement in Learning English
No full textThis research explores the correlation between emotional intelligence and students' achievements in learning English. A correlation study was conducted on 34 students in Grade X of Pesantren Al-Amin Mompang Padang Lawas in the year 2023. Data were collected through a questionnaire and documentation of students' English achievement. Spearman Level Correlation calculated the correlation coefficient (Ï) to determine the relationship between the two variables. It was concluded that there was a positive correlation (Ï = 0.78) between emotional intelligence and students' achievement in learning English, indicating that emotional intelligence has a high influence on the achievement of students in learning English. The result of t-test (t-test = 0.78 > 0.52) accepted the hypothesis, which states there is a significant correlation between emotional intelligence and students' learning achievement in English

No full textThis study discusses the law of delaying the distribution of productive inheritance which is analyzed with the requirements of al-mashlahah al-mursalah using library research methods with descriptive qualitative analysis techniques to describe why the distribution of productive inheritance can be postponed and how to determine and distribute profits from asset management productive inheritance to each heir. The research results reveal that: 1). The distribution of productive inheritance is legal to postpone as long as it is agreed by all heirs because the benefits to be achieved in delaying the distribution do not conflict with texts and ijma', belonging to the two types of maqasid al-shari'ah which protect the heir's descendants from economic weaknesses and preserve assets. heirs to continue to be productive, benefit from the development of their wealth something real, and generally applicable that impacts the family as the important unit in society; 2). Profits from productive inheritance which belong to all heirs (owners of capital) are distributed to each heir in accordance with the amount of the level of each share according to fiqh al-mawaris. Postponement and development of productive inheritance is important to be agreed upon by the heirs for the benefit of the family's economic welfare
Polygamy and Child Adoption in Islamic Law: A Comparative Study of Thought Muhammad Quraish Shihab and Zakir Naik
Get PDFThis article discusses the divergent opinions of the applicability of Islamic law to child adoption and polygamy, which have caused scholarly controversy because of different interpretations among modern experts. Muslims find it difficult to comprehend and apply these two ideas in line with religious teachings because of this discrepancy. The research employs a qualitative methodology along with a comparative study technique and descriptive analysis to address this discontent. Information was gathered from a variety of primary and secondary sources, including Muhammad Quraish Shihab and Zakir Naik's books and speeches. The results show that Muhammad Quraish Shihab uses a contextual approach that prioritizes justice in polygamy and preserving the lineage of adopted children while still giving full safety. However, Zakir Naik maintains a strict textual perspective, rejects child adoption because it could obstruct the application of other Islamic precepts, and views polygamy as a shari'ah right that does not require societal adjustment
