Peningkatan Kosa Kata Bahasa Inggris Dan Bahasa Arab Siswa Melalui Match Cards Games
No full textManusia sejak lahir berusaha untuk dapat berkomunikasi dengan lingkungannya. Oleh karena itu, lahirlah bahasa masyarakat tertentu tanpa harus musyawarah terlebih dahulu. Karena setiap masyarakat melahirkan bahasa untuk berkomunikasi di kalangan mereka, maka muncullah bahasa-bahasa yang beraneka ragam sesuai dengan keadaan masyarakat tertentu. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kosa kata Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Arab melalui ‘Match Cards Games' pada siswa Madrasah Ulumul Qur'an. Metode pelaksanaan ini dimulai dengan oberservasi keadaan dan kebutuhan siswa, rencana kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa dan dapat meningkatkan kosa kata Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Arab melalui ‘Match Cards Games'. Siswa perlu membaca dan praktik yang konsisten untuk meningkatkan kosa kata bahasa asing

No full textPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana eksistensi bimbingan konseling di sekolah dasar atau madrasah ibtidayah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitan kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan merupakan literature review atau studi kepustakaan yang umumnya mengenai hasil temuan yang diperoleh dari penelitian sebelumnya dan berbagai rujukan yang relevan sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi diperlukannya bimbingan dan konseling di SD/MI dapat didasari oleh perlunya penyelesaian terhadap masalah yang dialami oleh peserta didik di SD/MI. Eksistensi bimbingan konseling di sekolah dasar sangat penting dan perlu ada. Program ini membantu anak-anak mengembangkan kepribadian yang sehat, mengatasi masalah akademik dan sosial, serta memberikan dukungan emosional yang dibutuhkan. Analysis of Evidence Seizure in Money Laundering Crimes: Procedures, Legitimacy, and Its Impact on Legal Proceedings
Get PDFIdeally, the seizure of evidence in Money Laundering Crimes (TPPU) should be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to ensure the validity of evidence that can be used in legal proceedings. In reality, numerous issues arise regarding the regulation and procedures for evidence seizure, which often impact the validity of the evidence. This study aims to analyze the regulations and procedures for evidence seizure in TPPU cases and their implications for the validity of evidence in legal processes. This article is categorized as library research using a qualitative approach. The methodology employed is normative juridical analysis. The findings reveal that evidence seizure in TPPU cases is often not conducted in accordance with established procedures, thereby potentially undermining the validity of the evidence. The money laundering process, which consists of the placement, layering, and integration stages, frequently involves suspicious transactions that require stricter supervision
Etika Politik: Perspektif Mahasiswa Terhadap Perilaku Politik Pilkada Sumatera Utara Tahun 2018
Get PDFThe focus of this study is to determine the forms of deviation in political behavior of participants in the 2018 North Sumatra Regional Election in terms of Islamic political ethics, according to students of the Islamic Political Thought Study Program at Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU). This research approach is descriptive and qualitative. Data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews with five students of Islamic political thought who were selected purposefully. The results of the research revealed that students assessed that there were many irregularities in the political behavior of participants in the 2018 North Sumatra simultaneous regional elections. Indications revealed include the practice of money politics, bureaucratic politicization, threats and intimidation, and black campaigns. According to the students, this deviation in behavior contradicts the teachings of the Koran and Hadith, which serve as standards for all Muslims. Students studying Islamic political thought also believe that the deviations in behavior observed during the recent regional elections in North Sumatra are an obvious indication of the decline in religious values and the weakening of faith among both the political elite and society as a whole, which is increasingly embracing materialistic ideals. According to this perspective, this article affirms that political ethics directs the exercise of power in the state to align with democratic, honest, and ethical values
Tinjauan Hukum Pidana Islam terhadap Tindakan Tidak Melaporkan Transaksi Narkotika
Get PDFIdeally, reporting narcotics transactions is a moral and legal obligation to maintain the safety and welfare of the community. However, in practice, many individuals fail to report such actions, creating gaps in law enforcement and community protection efforts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Islamic Criminal Law perspective on the failure to report narcotics transactions and assess the extent to which Islamic principles such as Maṣlaḥah Mursalah, Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar, and Islamic ethics and morality are applicable. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach with library research and normative analysis. The study finds that the failure to report narcotics transactions contradicts the principle of Maṣlaḥah Mursalah, which prioritizes public interest and community safety. Additionally, such actions violate the principle of Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar, which calls for the prevention of wrongdoing. The research also reveals that this non-compliance is inconsistent with Islamic ethics and morality, which emphasize individual responsibility in promoting the common good and protecting the community from harm

Apakah toxic masculinity benar-benar ada dan mempengaruhi kinerja sumber daya manusia khususnya tenaga kerja laki-laki yang ada di wilayah kota Lhokseumawe terutama para pekerja atau karyawan yang bekerja pada Indomaret, inilah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari observasi dan wawancara peneliti ke beberpa lokasi usaha waralaba (indomaret) dibeberapa titik yang ada di Kota Lhokseumawe dengan menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan bentuk lapangan (field research) yang ingin menggambarkan realitas yang kompleks dan memperoleh pemahaman makna yang sering terjadi di sekitar kita. Bahwa laki-laki yang dahulunya identik dengan pekerjaan lapangan yang berkaitan dengan aktifitas fisik dan terik matahari sekarang mengalami pergeseran dikarenakan kebutuhan serta ketersediaan lapangan kerja.
 
Pembatalan Akta Hibah karena Melanggar Legitimate Portion dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata: Studi Putusan No. 17/Pdt.G/2021/PN Klb
No full textIdeally, the granting of a gift (hibah) should not violate the legitime portie, which is the mandatory portion of the heirs. However, in reality, as seen in Decision No. 17/Pdt.G/2021/PN Klb, the gift exceeded the permissible limit without the approval of the legitimate heirs. This study aims to analyze the legal provisions governing the legitime portie in the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and the impact of canceling the hibah deed on the inheritance of the deceased. This article is categorized as qualitative research with a normative legal approach. The methodology employed is descriptive analytical study. The findings conclude that the legal provisions in the Civil Code, particularly Article 914 paragraph (3), emphasize that a testator may not grant a gift or will that diminishes the legitime portie rights of direct-line heirs. Consequently, gifts that violate this provision, as demonstrated in Decision No. 17/Pdt.G/2021/PN Klb, can be annulled, and the assets previously granted must be returned to the inheritance pool to be fairly distributed in accordance with the rights of the legitimate heirs
Analisis Perbandingan Akad pada Platform Shopee dan Tokopedia dalam Sistem Penjualan Dropshipping
No full textIdeally, the dropshipping sales system implemented on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia should operate with clear transparency, avoid elements of gharar, and align with the principles of Islamic economic law. However, in practice, the application of contracts on both platforms still shows differences that affect the efficiency and effectiveness of transactions. This study aims to analyze the comparison of contracts applied on the Shopee and Tokopedia platforms in the dropshipping sales system and assess how well they align with the principles of Islamic law. This article is categorized as normative legal research based on qualitative methods, using a comparative study approach explained through descriptive analysis. The research findings conclude that the contracts applied on Shopee and Tokopedia, namely salam and wakalah contracts, meet the requirements of sales contracts in Islamic law while ensuring transparency, price certainty, and delivery time. Shopee shows an advantage in faster delivery times due to its advance payment system, while Tokopedia excels in effectiveness due to policies and features that support buyer security and trust, such as buyer protection and shipment tracking

Get PDFElections are a five-yearly democratic celebration that has a very important meaning in the life of the nation and state in Indonesia. The role of the community is very determining in the results of the 2024 election because with these results we, the Indonesian people, will show the world the quality of the implementation of democracy in this country. UMSB Law Faculty students in the form of the KALIBER (Kawal Pemilu Bersih) program are trying to play their role in guarding the 2024 elections in order to realize an election process that is clean and free from money politics. Through steps to provide information and educate the public about the dangers of money politics, as well as preventative efforts so that the public is not contaminated by these illegal practices in order to realize dignified elections. The aim of this program is to analyze the knowledge of prospective voters, both advanced voters and beginner voters, regarding the forms and methods of implementing money politics carried out by legislative candidates, election teams and election organizers. This research uses qualitative research methods of observation and interviews. The results of this research show that the KALIBER program can play an important role in realizing elections that are clean and free from money politics in order to realize dignified elections in 2024
Study of the Assimilation of Diphthongs in Bahasa through the Perspective of Optimality Theory
No full textThis study examines the phonetic changes that occur in the Indonesian language among Indonesian speakers. The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of Bahasa using the framework of Optimality Theory. The primary objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive description of the facts and give a theoretical framework for the alteration of phonemes in Bahasa. Additionally, it aims to examine how native speakers pronounce and utilise these phonemes in communication. Phonemic intervention gives rise to various issues, such as assimilation. One potential way to address this issue is the use of Optimality Theory. This study focuses on analysing the diphthong /ai/ in Bahasa Indonesia and its interaction with other phonemes using the framework of Optimality Theory. The study of optimality theory and assimilation in diphthongs enhances our comprehension in specific words of Bahasa Indonesia phonology. Additionally, evidence highlights the significant presence of implicit figures in recent advancements in Optimality Theory
