Pengaruh Model Problem-Based Learning Terhadap Minat Belajar Matematika Siswa SD
No full textTujuan riset ini adalah untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa model Problem-Based Learning berpengaruh pada minat belajar matematika siswa di lingkungan SDN 200117 Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitain kuantitarif dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 35 siswa di Kelas V SD Negeri 200117 Padangsidimpuan. Data yang didapatkan dari riset ini diolah memakai teknik analisis uji t. Uji Paired Sampel T-Test merupakan jenis uji t yang dipakai dan diukur dengan bantuan aplikasi program SPSS 23.0. Penelitian ini memperoleh output berupa angka signifikansi sebesar 0,00 hasilnya lebih kecil dari nilai ? yaitu 0,05. Nilai tersebut mengandung makna adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari model Problem-Based Learning terhadap tingkat minat belajar matematika siswa. Pada proses pengujian hipotesis yang diberlakukan dengan memakai uji t, menunjukkan dengan jelas bahwa t hitung bernilai 47,031 dengan standar signifikansi (?) = 0,05 dan derajat kebebasan yaitu 33, selanjutnya nilai t tabel tercatat sebesar 0,344. Hasil uji statistic menunjukkan bahwa t hitung (47,031) lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (0,344) maka dengan demikian Ho di tolak dan otomatis penerimaan pada Ha, yang artinya menunjukkan bahwa model Problem-Based Learning terbukti memberikan pengaruh terhadap minat belajar matematika siswa. Pengujian ini secara statistik membuktikan bahwa minat belajar matematika siswa dipengaruhi secara positif oleh model Problem-Based Learning

No full textSalah satu ketentuan yang mengatur tentang kredit bermasalah di bank adalah ketentuan dari Bank Indonesia yang menyebutkan bahwa Non Performing Loan's (NPL's) tidak lebih dari 5% terhadap total baki debitnya. Ketentuan ini mengisyaratkan agar bisnis perbankan bisa tetap berjalan bahkan meningkat jika bank sebagai lembaga intermediasi mampu melaksanakan kegiatan perkreditan dengan menganut prinsip kehati-hatian (prudental principle).Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui survei. Metode survei dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada para responden yang terdiri dari para debitur yang mengajukan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) di PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. KCP Medan Cemara Asri. .Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dan analisis yang dilakukan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Peran Audit Operasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Efisiensi dan Efektivitas dalam pemberian KUR pada PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. KCP Medan Cemara Asri. Sedangkan pada Uji Signifikansi Parsial (Uji-t) mengungkapkan bahwa Peran Audit Operasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efisiensi dan Efektivitas Non Perfoming Loan pemberian KUR. Artinya adalah semakin tinggi pelaksanaan audit operasional dalam pemberian KUR yang dilakukan oleh Auditor Internal PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. KCP Medan Cemara Asri maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas non perfoming loan yang dilaksanakan
Pengaruh Gaya Hidup, Literasi Keuangan dan Pendapatan terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Pribadi Mahasiswa Penerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah IAIN Langsa
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, literasi keuangan dan pendapatan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa penerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar-Kuliah IAIN Langsa. Metode penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 100 mahasiswa. Nilai path koefisien jalur Gaya Hidup terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Pribadi sebesar -0,164 yaitu bernilai negatif dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar 2,778 > 1,65 dan nilai Pvalue sebesar 0,005 < 0,05 artinya Gaya Hidup berpengaruh terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan mahasiswa KIP-Kuliah IAIN Langsa. Nilai path koefisien jalur Literasi Keuangan terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Pribadi sebesar 0,405 yaitu bernilai positif dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar 4,851 > 1,65 dan nilai P value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya Literasi Keuangan berpengaruh terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan mahasiswa KIP Kuliah IAIN Langsa. Nilai path koefisien jalur Pendapatan terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Pribadi sebesar 0,408 yaitu bernilai positif dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar 4,934 > 1,65 dan nilai Pvalue sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, artinya Pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan mahasiswa KIP-Kuliah IAIN Langsa. Diharapkan bagi mahasiswa peneria KIP dapat menjadi bahan masukan agar mampu mengelola leuangan lebih baik lagi dan mempergunakan uang KIP untuk keperluan kuliah
Analisis Hukum Pidana terhadap Praktik Jual-Beli Rekening Bank dalam Transaksi Judi Online di Indonesia
No full textThe advancement of technology has triggered the emergence of various new crime modes, including online gambling, which utilizes bank accounts as a means of financial transactions. These accounts are often obtained through syndicates that purchase them from the public at high prices. This practice raises legal issues as there are no specific regulations governing the buying and selling of bank accounts for online gambling transactions. This study aims to analyze the legal framework for online gambling transactions in Indonesia, examine the criminal law perspective on the trade of bank accounts for such transactions, and assess the forms of criminal liability for the perpetrators. The research employs a normative juridical approach with conceptual and legislative analyses. The findings indicate that, to date, there are no specific regulations governing the trade of bank accounts or online gambling in Indonesia, despite both being illegal activities. Consequently, criminal liability for those involved in selling bank accounts cannot be firmly enforced due to the absence of clear legal provisions. Therefore, regulatory reforms are necessary to accommodate the evolving nature of technology-based crimes

This article is categorized as normative legal research using a statutory approach and a case approach. The methodology employed is descriptive analytical study. The study concludes that reports of domestic violence crimes filed after divorce remain legally valid, provided they meet the formal and material requirements as stipulated by applicable regulations. The military court's decision in this case highlights the importance of recognizing victims' rights to justice, regardless of marital status

No full textThis article aims to analyze the legality of the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) authority in prosecuting money laundering crimes (TPPU) derived from corruption offenses within Indonesia's criminal justice system. This study contributes to providing an understanding of the legal basis, scope of authority, and the juridical and practical implications of such authority on the effectiveness of corruption eradication and inter-agency coordination among law enforcement institutions. This article falls under qualitative library research. The methodology used is a normative juridical study with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The findings indicate that although the KPK has the authority to handle TPPU cases related to corruption offenses, there is an ongoing legal debate regarding overlapping authority with the Attorney General's Office, potentially leading to institutional conflicts within the criminal justice system. Therefore, regulatory strengthening and coordination mechanisms among institutions are necessary to ensure the effective enforcement of laws against corruption and TPPU
Attachment beyond the mother: Investigating the paternal role in building adolescents’ adversity quotient in urban Indonesian high schools
No full textThe dynamics of adolescent today were considered not to have reached the stage of formal operational cognitive development where adolescent should have been able to analyze problem solving and be able to find alternative solution to their problem, this dynamic is suspected because adolescent have an inability to deal with problem/difficulty, which cause them not to be tough enough and experience mental health issue. This research provides novelty as it analyze how the father's role in the building adolescent adversity quotient, where attachment is usually identified with maternal attachment. This study aims to investigating paternal attachment on building adolescent’s adversity quotient. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory method, as many as 398 high school student in Bogor City were sampled used random sampling, 398 respondent from 4 different high school were taken as sample (2 SMAN and 2 SMAS). Instrument used in this study are translated instrument into bahasa, 1) IPPA-R which has been revised by Gullone and Robinson (2005) with 28 item question and Cronbach's alpha of 0.882; 2) Adversity Quotient which has been adapted by Wang et al. (2022) with 24 item question and Cronbach's alpha of 0.682. The data obtained went through statistical testing used SPSS to obtain correlation, regression and comparison. The result revealed that adolescent characteristic, family characteristic and paternal attachment simultaneously have a significant effect of 8.0 percent on adversity quotient. This research can serve as a base for the development of paternal attachment and adolescent adversity improvement program in the community (family, school and government)
Reconstruction of Absolute Competence of Religious Courts in Criminal Cases of Domestic Violence in Indonesia
Get PDFThe authority of the religious courts in Indonesia in cases of domestic violence is limited to the civil sphere as grounds for divorce. Conversely, the District Court is responsible for resolving cases with criminal elements. This legal fragmentation prevents victims from obtaining comprehensive justice due to the lengthy and complex legal process. This research highlights the legal gap by analyzing the need for reconstruction of the absolute authority of the religious court to handle the criminal aspects of domestic violence cases. This research is a normative legal statutory and conceptual approach. Analysis of legal materials is done by qualitative methods. The results of this research are legal reconstruction offered in the form of expansion of the absolute competence of the religious court in handling the criminal aspects of domestic violence with the authority to provide protection orders to victims during the judicial process and impose criminal sanctions on perpetrators of domestic violence. The success of this reconstruction, based on the analysis of Soerjono Soekanto's theory of legal effectiveness, depends on harmonizing regulations, increasing law enforcement's competence, providing adequate facilities, increasing public legal literacy, and cultural transformation that supports justice and equality. This legal reconstruction contributes to the efficient resolution of domestic violence cases in line with the principles of judicial power, namely the achievement of simple, fast, and low-cost justice
Religious Moderation and Interfaith Harmony in Maqashid Sharia: An Analytical Study of Quranic Hermeneutics
Get PDFIdeally, religious moderation and communal harmony should serve as the cornerstone for building a harmonious social life, particularly in diverse societies. However, the reality reveals that interfaith conflicts and a lack of tolerance still often occur, driven by narrow and exclusive interpretations of religion. This phenomenon hinders the creation of peace and harmony within pluralistic communities. This article is based on qualitative research. The methodology employed is a content analysis of Quranic verses through a hermeneutic approach. The findings indicate that maqasid shariah provides a strong foundation for promoting religious moderation and communal harmony. Values such as justice, welfare, and the protection of individual rights embedded within maqasid shariah can serve as guidelines for creating a tolerant and harmonious society. The Quranic hermeneutic approach also aids in understanding the messages of moderation contextually, enabling practical solutions to the challenges of diversity in modern society
Procedures for Complete Systematic Land Registration on Land Ownership Rights in Karawang Regency
Get PDFThe Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program ideally provides legal certainty over land ownership, particularly in rapidly developing areas such as Karawang Regency. However, in reality, challenges remain in its implementation, such as the varying quality of services, which can hinder the achievement of the program's objectives. This study aims to examine the implementation of PTSL in providing legal certainty over land rights in Karawang Regency. The research employs a Normative Juridical method with a Descriptive Analytical approach. The findings indicate that the implementation of PTSL has been carried out in accordance with the provisions regarding the object, subject, basis of rights, processes, and financing. The program offers strategic benefits in supporting legal certainty, although its success largely depends on improving the quality of public services provided by relevant institutions
