No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh piutang murabahah, pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiayaan musyarakah baik secara parsial dan simultan terhadap laba bersih koperasi syariah di Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif data sekunder, dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program spss 2020. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial variabel piutang murabahah berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih. Variabel pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiayaan musyarakah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih

No full textIdeally, Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), which prohibits torture, inhuman treatment, or degrading punishment, reflects universal principles that align with the values of justice, dignity protection, and the prohibition of cruel acts in the Qur'an. However, in reality, the implementation of these values often faces challenges both in the global context and in the application of Islamic criminal law, both in classical and contemporary times. This study aims to analyze the relevance of Article 5 of the UDHR with the teachings of the Qur'an and examine the historical construction of Islamic criminal law in implementing these values. This article is classified as qualitative research based on library research, using a normative-historical approach. The methodology employed is content analysis. The study concludes two main points. First, there is significant relevance between Article 5 of the UDHR and the teachings of the Qur'an, particularly in the principles of human dignity protection, justice, and the prohibition of cruel acts. Second, the historical construction of Islamic criminal law shows that these principles have been gradually implemented in various contexts, from the time of the Prophet, the period of the Imams of the madhhab, to the modern era
Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Judi Online di Aceh Tenggara: Kendala dan Strategi Pemberantasan
No full textThis study aims to analyze the law enforcement against online gambling players in Aceh Tenggara Regency, particularly in the implementation of Qanun Aceh Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law. This research uses a case study approach with an empirical legal research method. Primary data is obtained through interviews and observations with law enforcement officers, offenders, and the public regarding online gambling, while secondary data is collected from document reviews, regulations, and related literature. The research findings indicate that law enforcement against online gambling offenders in Aceh Tenggara has been carried out by law enforcement agencies, but the results are still not optimal as online gambling practices continue to expand. The main challenges faced are the lack of public awareness, limited technological resources, and insufficient training and coordination among agencies, which require a more effective strategy to address these issues
Keadilan Restoratif sebagai Solusi Alternatif Penanganan Tindak Pidana di Era Digital
No full textThis study aims to analyze the application of restorative justice as an alternative solution in handling criminal offenses in the digital era, which is marked by increasingly complex forms of crime and their impact on victims. The contribution of this research lies in its effort to offer a more humanistic, participatory, and relevant approach to punishment in line with the dynamics of modern criminal law, particularly in addressing legal challenges in digital spaces. The methodology used is library research with a qualitative approach and normative legal study, by analyzing statutory regulations, legal theories, and related scholarly literature. The findings indicate that restorative justice can serve as an effective alternative to conventional sentencing for resolving digital-based criminal offenses, as it promotes peaceful resolution between offender and victim, restores social relations, and reduces the burden on the formal criminal justice system. However, the implementation of restorative justice still faces challenges such as low digital legal literacy, unprepared infrastructure, and the absence of standardized procedural guidelines
Exploring mood through emotional dimensions: A PANAS-based study and its implications for Islamic counseling programs
No full textEmotional regulation plays a vital role in supporting psychological well-being and academic success, particularly within Islamic educational environments. This study aims to examine the emotional dynamics of students in the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Program and to identify their implications for the development of culturally responsive counseling services. A descriptive quantitative approach was utilized, employing the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) to measure levels of Positive Affect (PA) and Negative Affect (NA) among students selected through purposive sampling over a three week period. The findings revealed that students consistently reported higher positive emotions, such as pride and enthusiasm, compared to negative emotions, such as worry and anger. Female students exhibited greater emotional variability than male students, with a higher tendency to experience both elevated positive affect and fluctuations in negative affect. These results emphasize the necessity of integrating Islamic values such as tawakkal (trust in God), patience, and gratitude into counseling interventions to enhance emotional resilience. The study recommends the adoption of data-driven emotional assessments to develop adaptive, gender-sensitive, and evidence-based counseling programs that foster holistic student development in Islamic educational settings
Meaning of life: An analysis of adolescents' perspectives broken home living with grandparents
No full textThe meaning of life among adolescents from broken-home families has received limited attention, especially those living with their grandparents, which presents unique challenges and opportunities for personal growth. This study explores the meaning of life among adolescents from broken-home families living with their grandparents. Through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, the research investigates the experiences of adolescents in finding meaning in their lives. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations in OKU Timur and Bandar Lampung. The study involved early and late adolescents aged 12-21 years who live with their grandparents due to parental divorce or absence. The research identified several factors influencing the meaning of life, including personal understanding, positive actions, relationship building, tri-value experiences, and religiosity. The findings reveal that adolescents develop various strategies to find meaning such as (1) building resilience, (2) adapting to change, (3) a sense of responsibility, (4) seeking social support, (5) strengthening spirituality, and (6) independence. They view life as a learning process, a struggle for independence, and an opportunity to make their grandparents happy. Despite facing challenges, they strive to maintain a positive attitude and focus on what they can control. Religiosity and religious beliefs are their primary source of strength. This study highlights the importance of emotional and spiritual support in helping adolescents overcome life's difficulties and build a positive, meaningful life
Kritik terhadap Dikotomi Ilmu dalam Islam: Upaya Menyelaraskan Pengetahuan Agama dan Umum di Era Modern
No full textKnowledge is a fundamental human necessity that enables individuals to navigate various challenges in life. However, throughout history, a dichotomy has often been drawn between religious knowledge and secular knowledge, leading to a conceptual division of science. This dichotomy has had a detrimental impact on the intellectual and scientific development of the Muslim world, contributing to its decline in science and technology in comparison to the West. This stands in stark contrast to the Islamic Golden Age, during which Islamic civilization served as a center of knowledge and a beacon for Europe, which was then in a period of intellectual stagnation. This study aims to critically examine the dichotomy of knowledge within Islamic thought and to explore integrative solutions for Islamic education in the modern era. Employing a qualitative method through library research, this study reveals that for Islamic education to meet the demands of an increasingly dynamic and globalized world, a balanced integration of religious and secular knowledge is essential. Thus, in addition to understanding religious principles, learners must also acquire practical knowledge and skills applicable to everyday life and relevant to the global labor market
Mapping Research on Securities Crowdfunding Sharia in Financing MSMEs: A Biblioshiny Approach
No full textSecurities Crowdfunding Syariah (SCF) adalah alat keuangan baru yang menyediakan pembiayaan inklusif bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Studi scientometrik ini menganalisis tren publikasi SCF Syariah dengan menggunakan jurnal-jurnal yang memiliki pengenal objek digital yang terdaftar di Dimension. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif, studi ini memeriksa tren kata kunci, penulis, dan jurnal dalam 37 publikasi dari Dimension, yang terakhir diperbarui pada 13 Oktober 2024. Alat R Biblioshiny dan VosViewer digunakan untuk memetakan tren scientometrik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun jumlah artikel terbaru tentang topik ini masih terbatas, Journal of Science and Technology Policy Management menjadi jurnal paling berpengaruh dengan berbagai kata kunci dan penulis yang beragam. Studi ini menawarkan wawasan tentang tren terkait kata kunci, jurnal, dan penulis yang relevan, membantu peneliti yang tertarik pada SCF. Meskipun penelitian sebelumnya telah membahas perkembangan SCF Islam di Indonesia, sedikit yang berfokus pada dampak digitalisasi terhadap akses pembiayaan UMKM. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan digitalisasi dalam layanan pembiayaan

No full textSengketa eksekusi jaminan fidusia dalam kasus kredit macet merupakan permasalahan yang kerap terjadi antara kreditur dan debitur. Persoalan ini muncul akibat perbedaan penafsiran terhadap pelaksanaan eksekusi jaminan fidusia, terutama terkait hak dan kewajiban masing-masing pihak serta prosedur hukum yang harus diikuti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab sengketa eksekusi jaminan fidusia, mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang tersedia, serta efektivitas perlindungan hukum bagi kreditur dan debitur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan analisis terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan terkait serta studi kasus putusan pengadilan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai implementasi eksekusi jaminan fidusia di Indonesia serta rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kepastian hukum dan keadilan bagi para pihak yang terlibat dalam sengketa kredit macet
Penyuluhan dan Edukasi Kesejahteraan Emosional Melalui Terapi SEFT Bagi Komunitas Wirit
No full textKesejahteraan emosional ibu-ibu di Desa Rimbang Sawang menjadi perhatian utama dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini, mengingat tantangan emosional yang mereka hadapi akibat kondisi sosial dan ekonomi yang sulit. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosional melalui penerapan terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT). Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan, praktik teknik SEFT, serta diskusi dan refleksi dengan 35 peserta ibu-ibu komunitas wirid berusia 28 hingga 60 tahun. Temuan penting dari hasil pengabdian menunjukkan penurunan signifikan dalam tingkat stres dan kecemasan peserta, dengan skor stres berkurang dari 7.2 menjadi 4.5 dan kecemasan dari 6.8 menjadi 4.3. Peningkatan juga terlihat dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan praktik SEFT, yang menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh manfaat praktis dari pelatihan. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dengan memberikan dampak positif pada kesejahteraan emosional ibu-ibu wirid dan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam menerapkan teknik SEFT. Hasil ini menegaskan efektivitas SEFT sebagai alat untuk mengelola stres dan memperbaiki kesejahteraan emosional dalam komunitas tersebut. Selanjutnya, disarankan untuk melanjutkan program ini dengan sesi lanjutan dan pembentukan kelompok dukungan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan manfaat yang diperoleh
