    Penerapan Prinsip Universal Design For Learning (UDL) Dalam Kelas Inklusif Peluang Dan Tantangan Di Era Digital

     The application of the universal principle of design for learning (udl) in an inclusive class offers significant opportunities and challenges in the digital age. The study assesses the implementation of udl to meet the needs of various students in an inclusive educational environment. The methods used in this study are qualitative case studies, involving data analysis obtained from interviews and observation. Research results indicate that udl can improve accessibility of learning materials and enrich student learning experiences. However, challenges such as teacher training and proper adoption of technology remain obstacles to its application. These findings provide important insights for educators and policymakers in designing more inclusive learning strategies in the digital age. Universal design for learning (udl) offers a promising approach to creating an inclusive and flexible learning environment for all students.     Kebijakan untuk melaksanakan sistem Full Day School (FDS) di sekolah atau madrasah yang pernah dibuat oleh Kemendikbud RI sejak sepuluh tahun lalu diperkirakan akan kembali diprogramkan dalam masa yang akan datang. Ini merupakan respon terhadap berbagai realitas, tantangan dan tuntutan zaman. Jika diterapkan dengan serius, maka FDS berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Kajian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan gambaran tentang landasan serta arah kebijakan FDS pada aspek substantif. Pola penyusunan tematik dalam studi ini dilakukan dengan kajian literatur yang berhubungan dengan prinsip transformasi pendidikan Islam yang dikembangkan dalam sistem pendidikan penuh waktu (full day school). Termasuk bagaimana kurikulum yang diterapkan pada pelaksanaan FDS tersebut nantinya dapat di integrasikan dengan berbagai pendekatan yang religius dan Islami. Pola studi literatur dilaksanakan dalam kajian ini mengarah untuk mengkritisi (criticize), memberikan sandingan (compare), merangkum (summarize), dan menarik suatu kesimpulan (synthesize) atas tema kajian. Sebagai satu rencana strategis, program FDS diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah bagi para pelajar untuk tumbuh menjadi generasi muda yang cerdas, beriman, berakhlak mulia, dan berdaya saing. Dan dengan perencanaan yang komprehensif dan kerja sama yang baik, maka integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kurikulum FDS dapat ditransformasikan

    Implementasi Pendidikan Ramah Lingkungan Dalam Membentuk Karakter Siswa Di SMPN 1 Darul Aman Kabupaten Aceh Timur

    The purpose of this study is to describe the design, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of the implementation of environmentally friendly education in the formation of children's character and to explain the implementation model of environmentally friendly education in the formation of children's character at SMPN 1 Darul Aman. Then the method that the author uses uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of analysis descriptive research then in collecting data the authors use the instrument of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study include planning for environmentally friendly education programs in shaping the character of children at SMPN 1 Darul Aman starting with the formation of a school team, preparing a school environmental study, and preparing an environmental action plan that aims to shape the character of environmental care in students. The implementation of the program begins by providing socialization to all school residents guided by the implementation of environmentally sound policies, implementation of an environment-based curriculum, and the implementation of environmental activities. In addition, the implementation of the program is pursued through a habituation approach that creates habits or behavior for all school members in terms of automatic environmental care and maintenance and continues. Evaluation of environmentally friendly education programs in the formation of children's character at SMPN 1 Darul Aman can be seen from the attitudes and behavior of all school members in daily activities that have been carried out properly according to standards and plans that have been prepared and various programs so as to foster attitudes and daily behavior of residents the school has reflected the behavior of caring for the environment. Then the model or form of implementing environmentally friendly education in shaping the character of children at SMPN 1 Darul Aman is implemented in the form of active participation by all school members and has been going well and has provided benefits to school residents by creating a generation that cares about the environment. With this environmentally friendly education program, it is also hoped that students will be able to apply environmental care behavior in everyday life wherever they are as a form of embodiment of character or caring attitude towards the environment.     Cooperative learning through placemat to promote critical reading skill

    Cooperative Learning as an approach in the EFL classroom seems applicable and effective. However, learners' perception is essential to consider to adjust the application of this approach in the classroom to reach the learning objectives. Therefore, this research aimed to determine EFL learners' views toward using Cooperative Learning through Placemat to promote critical reading skills. This research used a qualitative design with 32 EFL learners from Tarbiyah and the Teacher Training Faculty of the Institute of Islamic Studies Langsa, Aceh, as the subject. A set of questionnaires and an interview were administered as the instrument to collect the data. In addition, this research found that EFL learners have a positive view regarding using Placemat as a medium in applying Cooperative Learning in English Foreign Language Classroom, especially in reading class.     This study aims to formulate efforts to revitalize the cultural heritage of the Dayak Ngaju through the development of the traditional Mandau weapon design incorporating the Djata motif. The Mandau weapon is an essential part of the cultural identity of the Dayak people, passed down from generation to generation. Amid the currents of modernization, efforts to preserve and revitalize local culture, including traditional weapon design, are necessary to prevent the loss of its cultural significance and philosophical values. This research examines the historical and aesthetic aspects of the Mandau, integrating the Djata motif as a symbol of protection and strength. The method includes an interview with a Mandau weapon craftsman, documentation, and a visual analysis of traditional Dayak motifs. The results indicate that the Djata motif in the Mandau design can strengthen cultural values and enrich the traditional art repertoire of Dayak Ngaju

    Social History of Islamic Education Before Prophethood (570-610 AD)

    The study of the social history of Islamic education before the Prophethood (570-610 AD) is very important to study in more depth. This is because these studies never stop being debated. The aim of this article is to understand 3 things: First, the Islamic education paradigm at that time. Second, the factors that influence it. Third, positive and negative implications for the ignorant society. The method used is library research with an article review approach based on Harold Laswell's theory. Data were collected using literature review procedures and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results found 3 things: First, there are 5 forms of paradigm: (1) Goal: education as the transmission of religious, social and cultural values ​​(2) Material: ancestral beliefs, tribal traditions, life skills, poetry (3) Method: informal through oral traditions and practices (4) Murshid: tribal leader and poet. (5) Students: Arab society. Second, internal factors: (1) Brave soul (2) Likes to give alms (3) Virtuous. The external factors: (1) Natural conditions (2) Social conditions (3) Cultural acculturation. Third, positive implications: (1) High sense of solidarity (2) Survival skills (3) Development of Arabic literature. Meanwhile, the negative implications: (1) Idolatry (2) Limited access to education (3) Racial, feudal and patriarchal character.     Personal Branding of Generation Z Through Jaipong Dance: A Case Study at Sanggar Seni Cahaya Kancana

    Generation Z faces increasing challenges in forming their sense of self. This study explores how traditional arts, particularly Jaipong dance, can serve as a medium for personal branding through informal learning. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected via observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of active members of Sanggar Seni Cahaya Kancana in Garut, West Java. The findings suggest that the studio serves as a social and cultural ecosystem where participants internalise cultural values, boost their self-confidence, and develop personal branding both offline and online. Specifically, participants demonstrated significant character development, gained community recognition, and used social media to amplify their cultural identities. The results support the integration of traditional art into youth identity formation by combining local heritage with digital expression.     Kurangnya implementasi konsep pembelajaran yang memerdekakan siswa menjadi alasan dalam penelitian ini. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk. mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dan dampak dari pembelajaran berdiferensiasi produk berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskripstif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan siswa kelas IV  dengan didasarkan oleh tujuan penelitian (purosive sampling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi produk dilaksanakan dengan menentukan kategori pemetaan siswa menggunakan asesmen diagnostik kognitif. Pembelajaran diferensiasi ini dilakukan dengan berbasis PBL di mana dengan mengikuti syntaks PBL. 2) Dampak positif: proses pembelajaran diikuti siswa dengan bersemangat dan lebih aktif. Siswa dapat mengasah kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pemecahan masalah. Siswa memiliki ruang bagi dirinya dan mampu mengeksplor diri. Siswa mengetahui cara bekerja sama.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perilaku people pleaser pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya perilaku tersebut dalam konteks hubungan sosial di lingkungan sekolah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan lima siswa kelas VIII-I SMP Negeri 2 Pamekasan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku people pleaser pada siswa muncul akibat tekanan sosial dari teman sebaya, keinginan untuk diterima, serta ketakutan terhadap penolakan sosial. Perilaku ini ditandai dengan kecenderungan menyenangkan orang lain, kesulitan menolak permintaan, dan mengabaikan kebutuhan pribadi.     Ideally, the judicial review of regulations by the Constitutional Court aims to ensure the conformity of regulations with the constitution and protect human rights. The Constitutional Court has the authority to test the constitutionality of regulations, but in practice, there are challenges such as procedural complexity and institutional independence. This study aims to compare the function of judicial review by the Constitutional Court in Indonesia, the United States, and Austria. This article is classified as a literature review using a normative legal study approach. The methodology employed is a comparative study. The research results show that although all three countries have regulatory review bodies, there are differences in the process and structure of the institutions. The Indonesian Constitutional Court has a broad role, while the U.S. Supreme Court focuses on specific regulations, and in Austria, the review is conducted by a specialized court with a narrower focus
