Economic insurance measures for the right to maternity: the right to be an economic mother

If before motherhood was thought of as a “physiological” moment of humanity, a spontaneous and awaited act, today we are faced, either because of the advancement of technologies, or because of social changes, with a different perspective where that motherhood that was so often taken for granted, is repeatedly postponed or never undertaken. The problems of this new perspective are found in the economic and social difficulties in being able to decide to become parents, but above all in the lack of economic/social policies that collect these generational transformations in order to better design solutions that with the help of the insurance world can bring more certainty. Review the limits to guarantee the birth rate. The problems of this new perspective are found in the economic and social difficulties in being able to decide to become parents, but above all in the lack of economic/social policies that collect these generational transformations in order to better design solutions that with the help of the insurance world can bring more certainty.

The paper aims to offer a careful study of the pastoral novel Il monte Liceo written by the count Ludovico Savioli (1729-1804). Published for the first and only time in 1750 in Bologna, the work is now read as a mean of author’s self-fashoning in the context of the intellectual and literary culture of the mid-18th century as well as an example of the late reception of Iacopo Sannazaro’s Arcadia. The analysis of Savioli’s close imitation of his Renaissance model reveals also the many ways in which the young count was able to differentiate his own work

The article analyzes the evolution of eighteenth-century aesthetics through the examination of three pastoral works collected in the 1746 Venetian anthology Le tre Arcadie ovvero Accademie pastorali: Jacopo Sannazaro's Arcadia, Benedetto Menzini's Accademia Tusculana, and Michele Giuseppe Morei's Autunno tiburtino. The analysis of these three works demonstrates how Sannazaro's Arcadia as a literary model proved to be a flexible and enduring instrument for reflection on the aesthetic and political questions of the Eighteenth century at the heart of the Accademia. The "pastoral veil" offers authors the possibility of treating "the loftiest subjects" under apparently humble forms, confirming the universal validity of this literary paradigm in the eighteenth-century "Republic of Letters." This venetian anthology (1746) thus bears witness to the vitality of the pastoral prosimetric tradition and its capacity to adapt to the different evolutionary phases of taste and cultural demands of the nascent Enlightenment

The role and potential of green nudges as a normative tool for sustainability policies: bridging the gap between theory and practice

The research explores the potential of nudges as complementary tools to traditional regulatory instruments within the framework of sustainability goals. Nudges, grounded in behavioral economics, influence individual decisions through subtle adjustments to choice architecture, while preserving freedom of choice. Although nudges demonstrate effectiveness in guiding individual behaviors, their limitations make them insufficient for addressing the imperative goals of sustainability through a systematic approach. For this reason, their practical implementation requires a robust foundation to mitigate their limitations. In this research, Impact Assessment—particularly Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and the provisions of the European directive on EIA—is identified as a key platform for integrating green nudges. From this perspective, green nudges and EIA establish a complementary relationship: EIA's shortcomings are addressed through the use of nudging, while green nudges gain the regulatory tool necessary to enhance their effectiveness. This analysis embraces a fundamental duality, focusing on green nudges through two interconnected perspectives. First, green nudges are evaluated as essential tools in shaping specific types of impact assessments. Second, they are considered as outcomes, themselves influenced by the structure of these assessments, which in turn affect policymakers, stakeholders, and end-users who interact with or are impacted by these tools. Recognizing this duality is essential to enable a nuanced approach that highlights the need for context-dependent evaluations

A teaching method that allows for a different approach to literature is undoubtedly structured debate. The purpose of this article is to illustrate the salient aspects of the application of this method within the teaching-learning process of L2 Spanish, highlighting how linguistic-expressive, communicative-literary and transversal skills can be developed.Particular attention is dedicated to the various phases that structure the literary debate, considering that it is a comparison between learners who interpret a role assigned to them (for example a modernist author), to acquire a certain linguistic and emotional awareness.A further reflection concerns the possibility of the literary debate to contribute to the development of the whole person, to motivate him, since the analysis of the texts is not an end, but becomes viaticum for a sort of personal enrichment, which goes well beyond the literary competence

In this essay the author has revisited the literary tradition that is located upstream of one of the central images of the Ecloga secunda of Garcilaso de la Vega. The relationship with the Arcadia of Jacopo Sannazaro emerges in a game of mirrors where the Neapolitan author is only one of the protagonists, revealing the dense plot of readings and suggestions that operated in the Garcilaso’s poem
