This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of librarian communication in promoting the E-Library system to students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) Medan. The focus of this research is to understand how librarians convey information about the features, benefits, and procedures for using the E-Library, as well as to identify challenges encountered during the socialization process. This research employs a qualitative approach using the field research method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Head of the Library, library staff, and students who had participated in the E-Library socialization program. Additionally, non-participatory observation and documentation were utilized to complement the data obtained. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the effectiveness of librarian communication in promoting the E-Library is influenced by the communication methods employed, such as the use of visual media and a personalized approach in delivering information. Challenges faced include limited digital collections, technical issues with the E-Library system, and students' low digital literacy. To address these issues, it is recommended that the library increase regular digital literacy training, expand the digital collection through partnerships with publishers, and improve the stability of the E-Library system. By implementing these measures, students are expected to be more encouraged to optimally utilize the E Library as a credible and high-quality source of religious information

The Human Resource Development (HRD) program at the Ministry of Communication and Informatics through the Thematic Academy training program has a strategic goal of improving the competence and skills of national human resources in the ICT sector. This HR development policy is part of the government's efforts to support the acceleration of digital transformation. Data collection methods in this study involved surveys of 249 respondents. Descriptive analysis was conducted after data processing, validity testing, and reliability testing. The study results indicate that the performance achievement of the Thematic Academy program has exceeded the set target. However, based on the CIPP model evaluation, several aspects received a "sufficient" rating, namely context, process, and product. Meanwhile, only the input aspect received a "good" rating. Therefore, although this program has been running well, it is essential to pay attention to these aspects to further improve its quality
Integration of Religious Moderation into the Indonesian Islamic Religious Education Curriculum: Literature Review
This study intends to use content analysis to examine the Islamic Religious Education curriculum and the ways in which moderate religious ideals are incorporated. Incorporating principles like tawassuth (moderation), tasamuh (tolerance), i’tidal (justice), and muwathonah (patriotism) into Islamic Religious Education curricula is becoming more and more crucial in light of rising fears of student radicalism and intolerance. Employing a qualitative library research method, the study critically examines curriculum documents, including syllabi and lesson plans, along with academic literature on Islamic education and religious moderation. The findings reveal that while values of moderation are present in curriculum components particularly in learning objectives and teacher practices their representation tends to be implicit and uneven across different educational institutions. The role of teachers, hidden curriculum, and institutional support is found to significantly influence the internalization of these values. Furthermore, content analysis proves effective in diagnosing both the strengths and gaps in curriculum integration. According to the research, including religious moderation principles into the development and execution of curricula requires a more methodical and quantifiable strategy. This research contributes to strengthening Islamic education's role in fostering inclusive, tolerant, and peaceful learners in Indonesia's pluralistic societ

THE EFFECT OF DIORAMA MEDIA ON THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF PANCASILA EDUCATION FOR 3RD GRADE STUDENTS AT SD MUHAMMADIYAH 1 KEDUNGGALAR NGAWI
Education plays a central role in the development of students' character and knowledge. One of the subjects that significantly influences the shaping of national character is Pancasila Education. In the implementation of Pancasila education in elementary schools, engaging learning media is essential. The use of instructional media in the teaching and learning process contributes positively to the overall psychological development of children. Diorama media is a three dimensional miniature learning media designed to demonstrate and depict real forms visualized in the classroom. Diorama media can help explain learning processes that were previously abstract into more concrete forms. The design of this research is a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample for this reseach is also the 20 third-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Kedunggalar. Based on the research results and discussion, the paired sample t-test showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a significant difference between the students’ pretest and posttest scores. The pretest had an average (mean) score of 60.50, while the posttest average (mean) score was 86.50. The increase in the average scores between the two tests indicates an improvement in student performance. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of diorama media positively affects the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education for first-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Kedunggalar

INCLUSIVE LANGUAGE AND SOCIAL REPRESENTATION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM: A LITERATURE REVIEW FROM A DISABILITY SOCIOLOGY PERSPECTIVE: BAHASA INKLUSIF DAN REPRESENTASI SOSIAL DIFABEL DALAM KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN: TINJAUAN LITERATUR DARI PERSPEKTIF SOSIOLOGI DISABILITAS
Education has a central role in shaping a social perspective on diversity, including people with disabilities. However, many educational curricula still present a biased and unempowering representation of people with disabilities. This study aims to examine the inclusive language and social representation of people with disabilities in curriculum documents using a sociology approach to disability. This study was carried out through a qualitative method with a systematic literature review approach. Data sources include scientific articles, academic books, research reports, and policy documents collected from databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and DOAJ. The data collection technique was carried out by literature selection based on the keywords of inclusive language. The analysis was carried out thematically and narratively, using the framework of the disability social model, the concept of ableism, and a critical theory approach. The results show that the educational curriculum is still dominated by medical approaches and non-inclusive narratives that place people with disabilities as objects of mercy or burden. The language used tends to stigmatize, reinforce stereotypes, and create symbolic exclusion in the classroom. In addition, the involvement of people with disabilities in curriculum formulation is still very minimal. The conclusions of this study emphasize that equitable and inclusive education can only be achieved through paradigm shifts, the use of empowering language, and equal representation in all aspects of the educational curriculum

This research is a juridical-normative research. The data sources of this study are composed of primary and secondary data sources collected through literature studies. After accumulation, the data is analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis method. The findings of this study indicate that the process of impeachment of Vice Presidents in Indonesia is strictly regulated and very limited. The 1945 Constitution contains clear requirements, namely that there must be serious violations of the law and involve three institutions. This makes impeachment difficult to carry out without strong evidence. In the context of Siyasah Islamiyah, a leader can be impeached if he loses trust and justice, which emphasizes the importance of moral responsibility. Gibran's case shows a clash between legality and legitimacy, where even if he is officially elected, the process undermines the trust of the public
