The Process of Empowering the Water User Farmers Association (P3A) in Purwodadi Village, Belitang Mulya District, Ogan Komering Regency, Ulu Timur: Proses Pemberdayaan Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air (P3A) di Desa Purwodadi Kecamatan Belitang Mulya Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur
Pemberdayaan Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air (P3A) di Desa Purwodadi, Kecamatan Belitang Mulya, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur merupakan bagian dari Program Percepatan Peningkatan Tata Guna Air Irigasi (P3-TGAI). Penelitian menggunakan Metode Kualitatif engan Penekatan Deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengkaji tahapan dalam proses pemberdayaan P3A, yang meliputi persiapan, assessment, perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi, dan terminasi. Proses ini melibatkan berbagai kegiatan seperti pembentukan kelompok P3A, pelatihan teknis penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan Detailed Engineering Design (DED), pengelolaan keuangan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi pertanian. Selain itu, dilakukan penguatan kapasitas petani melalui edukasi sistem irigasi, penggunaan pompa air dan sumur bor, serta penerapan inovasi pertanian seperti biosaka dan asap cair. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis partisipasi dalam pemberdayaan ini telah meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial anggota P3A, serta memperkuat kemandirian dalam pengelolaan jaringan irigasi. Dengan adanya proses yang sistematis, P3A diharapkan mampu mempertahankan keberlanjutan sistem tata guna air secara mandiri

Optimizing the analysis of learner needs is a crucial stage in the development of
artificial intelligence (AI)-based history learning videos. With proper analysis, the
development of learning videos can be adjusted to user needs, both in terms of
material, delivery methods, and AI-based interactive features. This article discusses
the role of needs analysis in the development of AI-based history learning videos,
including identifying user needs, mapping appropriate technology, and its impact on
the effectiveness of history learning. The methods used in this study include
interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study show that a
comprehensive needs analysis can increase the relevance, engagement, and
understanding of learners in AI-based learning. By understanding learners' needs in
depth, developers can create learning videos that are more effective, interesting,
and in line with technological developments

THE EFFECT OF FAMILY FUNCTIONING AND FRIENDSHIP QUALITY ON SELF-IDENTITY FORMATION IN LATE ADOLESCENTS WITH DUAL-EARNER PARENTS: Pengaruh Keberfungsian Keluarga dan Kualitas Pertemanan Terhadap Pembentukan Identitas Diri pada Remaja Akhir dengan Orang Tua Dual-Earner
The shift in modern family structures has led to a rise in dual-earner families, potentially influencing identity formation in late adolescents. This study aims to investigate the effects of family functioning and friendship quality on identity formation among late adolescents from dual-earner families. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 109 late adolescents aged 15–21 years in Surabaya whose parents work full-time. Instruments included the Family Assessment Device – General Functioning Scale, the Friendship Quality Scale, and the Dimensions of Identity Development Scale (DIDS). Data were collected via a Google Form and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that family functioning and friendship quality jointly had a significant effect on identity formation (F = 806.912; p < 0.05). However, individually, only friendship quality demonstrated a significant impact (p < 0.01), while family functioning did not (p > 0.05). These findings highlight the pivotal role of friendship quality in supporting identity exploration and commitment among late adolescents in the context of limited family interactions in dual-earner households

The development of teacher professionalism is a key element in improving the quality of education. In the context of an ever-evolving education system, teachers are required to possess competencies that are not only academic but also proficient interpersonal and pedagogical skills. This research examines various strategies and programs that can be implemented to support the development of teacher professionalism, including enhancing Professional Teacher Competencies, factors causing low teacher professionalism in Indonesia, the legal foundation of the teaching profession, and teacher professionalism in enhancing education, collaborative learning, and the use of technology in teaching.. Research results show that the development of teacher professionalism is very important to enhance their abilities in teaching and educating. Age, economic factors, and culture influence teachers' motivation. Improvements in facilities and policies that support the teaching profession are necessary to enhance the quality of education. Therefore, focusing on the development of policies and recognition of the teaching profession can strengthen education as a whole. The Effect of Google Slide Learning Media on the Chronological Thinking Ability of Grade XI Students of SMA Negeri 6 Kota Serang: Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Google Slide Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kronologis Siswa Kelas XI di SMA Negeri 6 Kota Serang
This study aims to determine the effect of Google Slide learning media on the chronological thinking ability of Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 6 Kota Serang. The method used in this research is a quantitative quasi-experimental method using a non-equivalent control group design. The research was conducted on two clasess, namely XI-A3 with 44 students as the experimental class, and XI-A2 with 42 students as the control class. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there is an effect of using Google Slide learning media on the chronological thinking ability of Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 6 Kota Serang. The hypothesis testing using the two-tailed t-test with the polled variance formula using Ms. Excel obtained a t-count value of 0.45 ≥ t-table value of 1.66 with a significance level of 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (2) The chronological thinking ability of students who use Google Slide learning media is higher than that of students who use Canva. The average post-test score of the experimental class is 76.93, and the control class is 70.05. This shows that the experimental class has a higher average than the control class. This is not separated from the advantages of Google Slides media which are interactive, easily accessible online, and support effective collaboration and visualization of learning materials. Google Slides also enable teachers to embed relevant images, videos, animations, and links, thereby increasing students' interest and understanding of lesson materials, especially in developing chronological thinking ability
THE INFLUENCE OF CIVIC EDUCATION SUBJECTS IN PREVENTING BULLYING BEHAVIOR IN CLASS X STUDENTA AT SMA NEGERI 3 BOJONEGORO: Pengaruh Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Dalam Mencegah Perilaku Bullying Pada Siswa Kelas X Di Sma Negeri 3 Bojonegoro
This study examines the influence of Civic Education in preventing bullying behavior among 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Bojonegoro. The background highlightsthe increasing cases of bullying in edecational environments and the strategic role of Civic Education in shaping students’ character through values like tolerance, empathy, and social responsibility. The research aims to determine the extent to which Civic Education impacts bullying prevention. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 36 students and analyzed using simple linear regression. Results indicate a singnificant negative correlation (t = -9.630, p = 0.000), showing that higher understanding of Civic Education reduces bullying tendencies. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Quiz Team learning paradigm is implemented and how it affects students engagement in the Pancasila Education course. The study was carried out using a descriptive method and a quantitative approach at MAN 2 Bojonegoro. Teachers and students in class X served as research subjects, and data was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the Quiz Team learning model is carried out in three phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the learning process, students were divided into small groups, encouraged to collaborate, and motivated through quizzes that stimulated their engagement. The findings demonstrate that using the Quiz Team concept increases student engagement, as evidenced by increased participation, enthusiasm, and responsibility during learning activities.
