THE EFFECT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, POSITIVE EMOTIONS, NEGATIVE EMOTIONS ON ENTREPRENEURIAL INTEREST MEDIATED BY SELF-EFFICACY FOR VOCATIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS
Entrepreneurial interest in vocational high school students is an important factor in preparing independent graduates who are ready to face the competitive world of work. However, various studies have shown that psychological aspects such as emotional intelligence, positive emotions, negative emotions, and self-efficacy are still less comprehensively explored. This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, positive emotions, and negative emotions on entrepreneurial interest with self-efficacy as a mediating variable in grade XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Giritontro. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey technique on 187 respondents, while data analysis was carried out through Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4. The results showed that emotional intelligence and positive emotions had a significant positive effect on self-efficacy, while negative emotions had a significant negative effect. Self-efficacy was also shown to have a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest and mediated the relationship between the three predictor variables. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening emotional regulation and self-efficacy in entrepreneurship learning in vocational high school
THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE–DRIVEN PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF JOB CRAFTING IN A MULTI-SECTOR STUDY ACROSS INDONESIA: DAMPAK MANAJEMEN KINERJA BERBASIS KECERDASAN BUATAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN: PERAN MEDIASI JOB CRAFTING DALAM STUDI MULTI-SEKTOR DI SELURUH INDONESIA
The rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in performance management systems has transformed how organizations evaluate and enhance employee performance. However, empirical evidence on how AI-driven performance management improves employee productivity across diverse industrial sectors remains limited, particularly in emerging economies such as Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of AI-driven performance management on employee productivity, with job crafting serving as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory survey design, data were collected from 170 employees across multiple industries in Indonesia that have implemented AI-based performance management systems. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that AI-driven performance management has a positive and significant direct effect on employee productivity. Additionally, AI-driven performance management significantly enhances job crafting behaviors, which in turn positively influence employee productivity. Mediation analysis confirms that job crafting partially mediates the relationship between AI-driven performance management and employee productivity. These findings suggest that the productivity-enhancing potential of AI-based performance management is strengthened when employees are enabled to proactively redesign their work. This study contributes to the literature on technology-driven human resource management and provides practical insights for organizations seeking to integrate AI systems with employee-centered work practices
PENERAPAN MODEL PBL DENGAN PENDEKATAN TaRL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DAN PARTISIPASI PESERTA DIDIK
This study aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of eleventh-grade students on matrices through the application of the Problem-Based Learning model with the Teaching at the Right Level approach. The method used was Classroom Action Research, which was implemented in two cycles. Each cycle included planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that in cycle 1, the average student score was 72.4, with a learning completion rate of 53.3%, which did not meet the Minimum Completion Criteria. The main obstacles faced were the imbalance of roles within the group, the lack of participation of low-ability students, and weak mentoring strategies. In cycle 2, after improvements were made through the provision of scaffolding, more structured group management, and task differentiation in the Student Worksheet, there was an increase in the average score to 81.2 with a learning completion rate of 86.7%. In addition, the classroom atmosphere became more collaborative and inclusive, and there was an increase in student confidence and involvement in the learning process. This integration concept can be tested on other materials to determine its effectivenes
EKSPERIMENTASI MODEL CORE DENGAN CRT TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH DITINJAU DARI SELF REGULATED LEARNING
This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the CORE learning model with the CRT approach on problem-solving abilities from a self-regulated learning perspective. This study was conducted as a quasi-experimental method with a 2×3 factorial design. The population included all eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Semin in the 2025/2026 academic year, with 32 students from classes VIII D and VIII A selected using cluster random sampling. Data were obtained through problem-solving ability tests, SRL questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using a two-way ANOVA with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that implementing the CORE learning model with the CRT approach improved problem-solving abilities, the level of self-regulated learning had a positive effect on problem-solving abilities, and the effect of the learning model on problem-solving abilities was independent of self-regulated learning, and vice versa. The CORE learning model with the CRT approach can be implemented and modified using technology-based learning media to improve problem-solving abilities
