    The English Teachers’ and Students’ Perception on the Differentiated Instruction

    Typically, teachers are expected to meet the diverse needs of students in the classroom through appropriate teaching strategies. Differentiated instruction (DI) is one such approach that aims to address students' diverse readiness levels, interests and learning profiles. However, the implementation of DI can be affected by how teachers and students perceive its implementation. The objectives of this study was to describe the English teachers’ perceptions and the students’ perception on the differentiated instruction. The research method was descriptive quantitative. The researcher used a questionnaire in collecting data. The respondents of this research were three English teachers and seventeen eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Banyuwangi. The researcher analyzed the data of questionnaires by using statistical analysis with this formula: P = n/N x 100%. The results of the study showed that the English teachers had a positive perception on the differentiated instruction. The result was 77,8%. The students also perceived differentiated instruction positively. It was 74,5%. Content and process differentiation received favorable ratings from both teachers and students. The findings suggest that differentiated instruction effectively supports student engagement and personalized learning. Future studies are recommended to include qualitative data to gain deeper insight into the students’ enggament and other factors affecting the teaching and learning process

    21st century education requires students to be able to develop various competenciew that not only include cognitive aspects, but also non-cognitive aspects such as attitudes, values and social skills. One inovative approach in developing assessment instruments is through the application of ecomath using Virtual Reality (VR) technology. Ecomath is packaged in market content presented in VR to stimulate students in learning mathematics. Problem based learning is used to boost students’ self-concept and problem solving abilities. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which describes the results of implementing lesson study with the stages of plan, do, and see. The instruments used in this research were tests and observations. The research results showed an increase in self-concept and the ability to express between concepts by up to 21% in 2 cycles. Furthermore, VR can be used to stimulate students in learning economics with PjBL to increase insight and knowledge in meaningful learning

    This study aims to describe the ethnomathematics of the floor pattern of the Genjah Gumiwang dance created by the Damar Art Community. This research is a qualitative  descriptive study with an ethnographic approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Observations were made on the movements of the Genjah Gumiwang dance, while interviews were conducted with the dance choreographer. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results indicate that the movements and floor patterns of the Genjah Gumiwang dance contain mathematical concepts: angles (acute angles, obtuse angles, straight angles, and right angles), flat shapes (trapezoids, parallelograms, and triangles), and transformation geometry (reflection). Furthermore, these results can be implemented in mathematics learning on relevant materials as a form of mathematical contextualization

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan jaringan komputer di lingkungan kafe dengan menerapkan metode DNS over HTTPS (DoH) dan mengatasi masalah ARP Spoofing, mengingat risiko seperti pencurian data dan gangguan yang dapat merugikan pengguna tanpa sepengetahuan mereka. Jaringan internet publik, termasuk yang ada di lingkungan kafe, sering kali menjadi target serangan yang mengancam integritas data, seperti ARP Spoofing yang memanipulasi tabel ARP untuk merusak komunikasi jaringan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan DoH, yang mengenkripsi permintaan DNS untuk melindungi informasi pengguna dari penyadapan dan manipulasi pihak tidak berwenang. Implementasi DoH bertujuan untuk memperkuat keamanan komunikasi DNS dengan mengamankan data yang dikirimkan antara komputer dan server DNS, serta mengurangi kerentanan terhadap serangan man in the middle (MITM) dan spoofing lainnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengevaluasi dan menawarkan solusi deteksi ARP Spoofing untuk memperkuat perlindungan jaringan dari serangan tersebut. Metode penelitian melibatkan simulasi topologi jaringan di kafe Kome Katamso Medan, menggunakan perangkat keras seperti Laptop Compaq CQ40 dan LAN Card, serta perangkat lunak seperti Ettercap-NG-0.7.3 untuk sniffing paket dan Netstumbler untuk pemantauan wifi. Hasil implementasi DoH menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keamanan komunikasi antara komputer dan server DNS, serta peningkatan kecepatan akses situs web. Enkripsi yang diterapkan oleh DoH terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi kerentanan terhadap serangan MITM dan spoofing lainnya, serta memastikan bahwa hanya pengguna dan server DNS yang dapat mengakses informasi DNS. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa penerapan DoH dan solusi deteksi ARP Spoofing secara signifikan meningkatkan keamanan jaringan di lingkungan kafe, memberikan perlindungan tambahan terhadap serangan yang dapat merusak integritas data

    Bahasa isyarat merupakan sarana komunikasi utama bagi penyandang tunarungu. Di Indonesia, salah satu sistem resmi yang digunakan adalah Sistem Isyarat Bahasa Indonesia (SIBI). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pendekatan klasifikasi huruf SIBI berbasis urutan frame landmark tangan yang diperoleh dari MediaPipe Hands. Data sekuensial hasil ekstraksi digunakan sebagai input model Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) untuk mengenali pola temporal dari pergerakan tangan. Tahapan penelitian meliputi akuisisi data, preprocessing, ekstraksi fitur, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model LSTM mampu mengklasifikasikan huruf SIBI dengan akurasi validasi lebih dari 95%. Evaluasi menggunakan precision, recall, dan F1-score menunjukkan kinerja yang stabil. Penelitian ini berpotensi menjadi dasar pengembangan aplikasi pengenalan bahasa isyarat yang responsif, efisien, dan inklusif

    Analisis Kinerja Multimodal Dense Neural Network untuk Deteksi Hipoksia Janin pada Dataset Tidak Seimbang

    This study aims to develop a Multimodal Dense Neural Network (MDNN) for detecting fetal hypoxia using an imbalanced Cardiotocography (CTG) dataset. The primary challenges in fetal hypoxia diagnosis include the imbalance between Normal, Suspect, and Hypoxia classes and the limited interpretability of conventional deep learning models. To address these issues, a robust preprocessing pipeline was designed, consisting of Physiological Clipping (50–200 bpm), Median Absolute Deviation (MAD) normalization, SMOTETomek balancing, and Gaussian noise augmentation. The MDNN architecture integrates two parallel branches: Fetal Heart Rate (FHR) signals and clinical parameters (pH, Apgar score, and base deficit), fused through a Dense Fusion Layer to generate compact multimodal representations. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed MDNN achieved 99.7% accuracy, 99.5% F1-score, and 0.993 AUC, outperforming CNN (84.6%), ResNet18 (82.3%), and MLP (87.5%). The confusion matrix showed good generalization capability with per-class accuracies of 69% (Normal), 56% (Suspect), and 67% (Hypoxia). SHAP feature importance analysis identified FHR pattern (0.45) and pH level (0.25) as the most influential features in classification. These findings confirm that the proposed MDNN is robust, computationally efficient, and clinically interpretable, making it a promising framework for real-time fetal hypoxia diagnosis in modern clinical environments

    Analisis Efektivitas Metode Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) dalam Sistem Manajemen Process Approval

    The approval management process plays an essential role in improving efficiency and accountability in organizational decision-making. PT Asta Berkah Autonomous, a company specializing in automation system development, faces challenges in transparency and efficiency due to manual approval procedures conducted through Google Forms and email. This study aims to design and implement a web-based approval management system integrated into the Asta Project application using the Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) method. The RACI method is applied to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder, ensuring a structured and transparent approval workflow. The system development process adopts the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, emphasizing iterative design and user involvement. System testing was conducted using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on ISO 9126 quality standards. The results demonstrate that the implementation of the RACI method enhances role clarity, process efficiency, and transparency among participants. The developed system successfully reduces submission time, simplifies approval tracking, and supports faster and more accurate decision-making. This implementation significantly contributes to improving productivity and governance of the approval process within PT Asta Berkah Autonomous. System testing using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on ISO 9126 quality standards. The results show that all system functions operated successfully (100% valid), with an average user satisfaction score of 84.44%, categorized as excellent. The application of the RACI method significantly improved efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the company’s approval process. Overall, the developed system contributes to digital transformation efforts and enhances corporate governance effectiveness

    Preservasi spermatozoa merupakan langkah penting dalam teknologi reproduksi ikan untuk mendukung program budi daya dan pelestarian spesies. Air kelapa muda memiliki komposisi elektrolit dan mineral yang mirip dengan cairan fisiologis, sehingga menjadi solusi pengencer alami yang potensial untuk pengawetan spermatozoa. Glukosa dalam madu berfungsi sebagai sumber energi untuk mempertahankan motilitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengenceran dengan air kelapa muda dan konsentrasi madu yang berbeda terhadap motilitas dan morfologi spermatozoa ikan nila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan. Jenis pengencer yang digunakan terdiri dari air kelapa muda dan madu dengan berbagai konsentrasi, yaitu 0%, 3%, 6%, dan 9%. Data yang diperoleh mencakup motilitas (%) dan morfologi kemudian dianalisis secara statistik dengan One-way ANOVA dan morfologi spermatozoa ikan nila. Nilai kepercayaan data adalah 95% dengan nilai P-value <0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pengenceran air kelapa muda dan madu dengan dosis 3% berpengaruh terhadap motilitas spermatozoa ikan nila selama 7 hari penyimpanan. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk pengawetan spermatozoa

    PENGARUH APLIKASI URIN SAPI SERTA JUMLAH RUAS TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN STEK KOPI ROBUSTA (Coffea canepohora L.)

    The cultivation of Coffea canephora (robusta coffee) in Indonesia has undergone substantial growth in recent years. Propagation of robusta coffee can be achieved through both vegetative and generative methods; however, vegetative propagation via stem cuttings is the most widely adopted technique among coffee farmers. The success of stem cutting propagation is influenced by various factors, including the number of nodes per cutting and the application of growth-stimulating substances such as cow urine. This study aimed to assess the effects of cow urine concentration and the number of stem nodes on the growth performance of robusta coffee cuttings. A factorial experiment was conducted using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor was cow urine concentration at three levels: 30% (U1), 45% (U2), and 60% (U3). The second factor was the number of nodes per cutting: 3 nodes (R1), 4 nodes (R2), and 5 nodes (R3), with each treatment combination replicated three times. The results demonstrated that the combination of 30% cow urine and four-node cuttings significantly enhanced the percentage of successful establishment. Moreover, the 30% cow urine treatment significantly improved shoot emergence rate, shoot length, and stem diameter. In contrast, the 60% concentration only showed a significant effect on leaf length

    MUTU FISIK MUTU KIMIA DAN ANTIBAKTERI SEDIAAN SABUN PADAT EKSTRAK AIR DAUN JATI (Tectona grandis L)

    Daun jati memiliki sifat antibakteri, sehingga ekstraknya digunakan sebagai bahan tambahan dalam pembuatan sabun. Untuk keamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan, air digunakan sebagai pelarut, menghindari risiko yang ditimbulkan oleh etanol yang mudah terbakar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mutu fisik, mutu kimia dan aktivitas antibakteri sabun padat ekstrak air daun jati. Ekstrak diperoleh melalui metode maserasi, hasil ekstrak dibagi menjadi dua yaitu ekstrak yang dipekatkan dan tidak dipekatkan. Uji mutu fisik meliputi uji organoleptis, homogenitas, tinggi busa dan kadar air. Uji mutu kimia meliputi uji pH dan alkali bebas. Uji aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode sumuran. Hasil organoleptis sabun padat dengan ekstrak daun jati yang dipekatkan (F1) dan sabun dengan ekstrak yang tidak dipekatkan (F2), F1 memiliki bentuk yang padat, tidak berbau dan berwarna hijau kecoklatan, F2 berwarna cream. Uji homogenitas F1 dan F2 didapatkan hasil homogen. Uji tinggi busa F1 dihasilkan 95 mm dan F2 96 mm. Uji kadar air F1 dihasilkan 7,57% dan F2 11,82%. Uji pH F1 dihasilkan F1 9,96 dan F2 9,86. Uji alkali bebas dihasilkan F1 0,0753% dan F2 0,0892%. Hasil antibakteri F1 sebesar 21,848 mm, F2 18,876 mm dan sabun tanpa ekstrak sebesar 17,030 mm. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya perbedaan aktivitas antibakteri dengan penambahan ekstrak air daun jati. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan mutu fisik dan mutu kimia sabun padat F1 dan F2 memenuhi standart SNI-3532-2021. Adanya aktivitas antibakteri sabun padat F1 dan F2 terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Terdapat beda antara aktivitas antibakteri sabun padat F1 dan F2 terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus
