Interactive Learning Program in Character Building for Elementary School Students
The Interactive Learning Program in Character Building for Students should focus on increasing student engagement, equalizing the quality of teaching, developing social and emotional skills, enforcing positive discipline, and increasing parent and community participation. This activity method, namely using interactive, has proven to be effective in building student character because it is able to create a fun and meaningful learning atmosphere. By providing relevant experiences and touching the emotional aspects of students, this program helps them understand the importance of values such as honesty, discipline, and tolerance in everyday life. The results of this community service show that the Interactive Learning Program in Character Building for students of Elementary School 3 Katobengke has succeeded in increasing the understanding and application of character values among students. Through activities involving collaboration, simulation, and reflection, students not only understand character concepts such as responsibility, cooperation, and honesty, but also apply them in everyday life. The evaluation conducted showed positive changes in students' attitudes, both at school and at home, as well as an increase in their motivation to continue developing good character. This program has proven to be effective in shaping students' character comprehensively and sustainably
Empowerment of Female Farmers in Utilizing Household Waste as Eco Enzymes in Tumpatan Nibung Village
This community service program aims to enhance environmental awareness and promote sustainable organic waste management practices among members of the Kelompok Tani Sapindo in Desa Tumpatan Nibung through eco enzyme production training. Conducted in collaboration with local agricultural stakeholders, the program targeted farmers as key agents in adopting eco-friendly practices within rural communities. The activity introduced participants to the concept, benefits, and step-by-step procedures for producing eco enzymes using organic waste such as fruit and vegetable scraps. A combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions ensured that participants acquired both conceptual understanding and practical competence. As a result, farmers not only learned how to produce eco enzymes but also gained the capacity to apply them as natural fertilizers and pest repellents in their agricultural routines. This initiative is expected to support environmentally sustainable farming methods and cultivate a culture of waste-to-resource transformation within the community. The program received positive responses, emphasizing the importance of empowering rural communities with simple, cost-effective, and impactful green innovations
Improving Graphic Design Skills Based on CorelDRAW for Students of SMK Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo
The potential of social media, pamphlets, and posters and others is greatly influenced by graphic design skills. Graphic design plays a crucial role in the creative industry. Mastery of the CorelDRAW application significantly enhances student competence, especially for those in the multimedia field. One form of this effort is carried out through training activities at SMK Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo which aims to improve students' graphic design skills through the use of the CorelDRAW application.The training program involved intensive learning, hands-on practice, and project evaluation. A total of 30 multimedia students participated in this activity, which was conducted in four stages: Presentation session, Hands-on practice session, discussion session. The evaluation results showed that 85% of students demonstrated improvement in producing better and more aesthetic designs. This indicates a strong understanding of CorelDRAW features, particularly in mastering vectors, layout design, and object manipulation.Moreover, the training succeeded in fostering student creativity to produce innovative design works with strong appeal, which can compete in the creative industry. This community service initiative is expected to strengthen vocational competencies and better prepare students to face challenges in the global job market
Strengthening Digital Branding for Creative Economy Business Actors
The issue of digital branding is very relevant along with the development of innovative technology. Digital branding helps creative economy business actors to interact with customers to create loyalty. This creative economy business is called "Alya Florist" located on Jl. Wahab Chasbulloh, Tambakberas, Jombang which was founded by Romi Abdul Basith. The "Alya Florist" product offers flower buckets with a variety of colors and types of flowers, which can be adjusted to certain themes or events. The problem for novice creative business actors such as "Alya Florist" is the limited knowledge about the importance of digital branding for their business. The service team carried out initial observations at "Alya Florist" related to the obstacles faced by partners. Socialization of the importance of digital branding by presenting speakers from Digital Business lecturers. The implementation stage is mentoring, 1) Instagram content creation, 2) TikTok content creation, 3) Posting "Alya Florist" flower bucket products on a Face Book account. The results of socialization and mentoring are increased knowledge and skills in digital branding and increased performance of "Alya Florist" business owners as well as increased sales turnover of flower bucket product
Promoting Community Health and Fitness: A Collaborative Approach to Mass Aerobic Exercise as a Medium for Fitness Education at FORMASMA 2025
Number of lifestyle-related health problems, including obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes. To combat these trends, community-oriented recreational sports such as aerobic exercise offer a promising solution to enhance public health outcomes. FORMASMA (Festival Olahraga Masyarakat) 2025 serves as a valuable platform to promote health and wellness through accessible and large-scale community activities. Mass aerobic sessions, in particular, are known to improve heart health, physical coordination, and overall well-being, while also encouraging social engagement. The success of these efforts, however, relies heavily on comprehensive planning, collaboration across sectors, and long-term sustainability. This community service program is envisioned not merely as an isolated event but as part of a broader effort to instill healthy lifestyles into daily routines. By integrating aerobic exercise with health education, this initiative seeks to involve individuals across various age groups youth to seniors in a collective movement towards a healthier, more physically active community
The Influence of the Treffinger Model on Critical Thinking Skills in Indonesian History Subjects: -
This study aims to determine the effect of Treffinger learning on critical thinking skills, subject of Indonesian history class X at MAN 4 Pandeglang. Method used is quantitative quasi-experimental type using nonequivalent control group design. The study took from May to October 2024. Hypothesis two-party t-test with the independent sample t-test, the t-test value obtained was 4.05 ≠ t-table of 1.66 with significance level 0.05. Statistical "4.05> 1.66", H_(0 ) is rejected H_(a ) is accepted, concluding there is an effect of Treffinger model on critical thinking skills. Average posttest score for experimental class was 77.17, and control class was 70.00, indicating experimental class using the Treffinger model had a higher average score than the control class. Treffinger learning can be used as a reference in learning to be able to understand concepts, play an active role in learning, and develop thinking skills to improve critical thinking skills according to Ennis indicators
INTEGRATION OF LOCAL AND NATIONAL HISTORY AS A HOLISTIC APPROACH IN HISTORY LEARNING IN HIGH SCHOOL: INTEGRASI SEJARAH LOKAL DAN NASIONAL SEBAGAI PENDEKATAN HOLISTIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH DI SMA
History education at the high school level has a strategic role in building historical awareness, national identity, and student character. This article discusses the importance of integrating local and national history as a holistic approach to history learning to create relevant, meaningful, and inclusive learning. Using a descriptive qualitative method based on literature studies, this study identifies the role of local history as a complement to the national narrative, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation, such as curriculum limitations, lack of supporting resources, and lack of teacher training. The resource-based learning model and the environmental approach as a history laboratory are effective strategies in supporting this integration. The results of the study show that the integration of local and national history can enrich history learning, strengthen students' awareness of local and national identity, and support the development of critical and historical thinking skills. This integration not only improves the quality of history learning but also contributes to the formation of a critical, caring, and responsible young generation
ORGANIZING SPACE AND EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES: THE TOURISM CORRIDOR PROGRAM IN BALLAPARANG, MAKASSAR CITY
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the success of community empowerment and the impact of the tourism corridor program in Balla Parang Village. The data collection methods used were in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used consisted of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data sources for this study were from residents, tourism corridor program managers, UMKM actors, community leaders and community leaders in Balla Barang Village. The results of this study are that the tourism corridor program in Balla Parang Village has succeeded in empowering the community through active participation, strengthening social cohesion, and involving local culture. The success of the program is supported by targeted government policies, adequate infrastructure, active community participation, and collaboration with the private sector and local communities, thus providing a positive impact on increasing income, food security, social cohesion, and quality of life of the community

This research for influence transformational leadership on Innovative Work Behavior with Psychological Empowerment as a moderating. The research uses the Social Exchange Theory to explore these relationshi[. The object of this research is HV Tang Aia tourist attraction. This research have 45 responden. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling. This research used primary data from questionnaires via google form, with measurements 5-point Likert scale. The results showed that transformational leadership has positive and signifikan affects innovative work behavior. Psychological empowerment can moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior in employees
THE EFFECT OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND CONSUMER DISSATISFACTION ON WARDAH LIPSTICK BRAND SWITCHING BEHAVIOR IN PADANG STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Ketidakpuasan Konsumen terhadap Perilaku Peralihan Merek Lipstik Wardah pada Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang
The purpose of this study was to investigate how it affects the quality of the poduk and consumer dissatisfaction with the brand switch on Wardah lipsticks. This study uses a causal research design and quantitative methodology. The population of this study consisted of Padang State University students who had worn Wardah lipstick and switched brands. Sampling was 100 and the sampling method was purposive sampling. The findings of the study revealed that (1) there was a significant negative influence of product quality on the brand change of Wardah lipstick products in female students at Padang State University. (2) consumer dissatisfaction has a significant positive influence on the brand change of Wardah lipstick products in Padang State University students. (3) the significant influence between product quality and consumer dissatisfaction on the switch of Wardah Lipstick Brand to female students at Padang State Universit
