    HAMBATAN BELAJAR SISWA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI MA MA’ARIF 06 PASIR SAKTI LAMPUNG TIMUR

    This article aims to describe the barriers to student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at MA Maarif 06 Pasir Sakti, East Lampung. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with data sources of teachers, homeroom teachers, students and parents. The result of this determination is that there are several obstacles faced by students, teachers and parents in teaching and learning activities in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, namely the addition of internet quota costs, communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents is reduced and working hours which becomes unlimited for teachers because they have to communicate and coordinate with parents, other teachers, and principals. The positive contribution of the results of this study is the spread of information regarding the urgency of mastery of technology to support every activity carried out by humans, one of which is in the realm of education to be able to compete globally

    RELEVANSI PEMIKIRAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM HARUN NASUTION DENGAN PENDIDIKAN ERA MODERN DI INDONESIA

    This article aims to analyze Harun Nasution's thoughts on education and its relevance to the modern world, especially in Indonesia. The method used in this research is literature study where the author tries to find, compile and analyze various information through various related sources. The results of this study explain that according to Harun Nasution, the backwardness of Muslims in Indonesia is caused by the Islamic education system which only focuses on the teachings of worship and fiqh which have implications for Islamic teachings which are interpreted as narrow and rigid teachings so that reforms in the world of Islamic education are needed by paying attention four important things, namely: (1) the educational curriculum should be prepared by taking into account the moral aspects, development and growth of students' thought processes, (2) the use of educational methods should emphasize the cultivation of moral education so that good morals are formed in children in addition to the delivery of material, (3) educators should have various competencies and constantly improve their quality, (4) religious education should produce students or students who religious spirit, not just religious knowledge. The positive impact expected in this article emphasizes the importance of moral aspects to be instilled in students to answer the problem of moral decline that is increasingly prevalent in this modern era

    This article aims to find out the relevant strategies for use in science lessons, thematic books K-13 class IV theme 2 in MI / SD. The research method used is the library research approach. Data collection is carried out by examining various journals, books and documents both printed and electronic which are relevant to research studies. The results showed that the relevant learning strategies used were experiential learning strategies with experimental methods and field observations. This strategy provides a real picture because students are in direct contact with objects and nature during the learning process. The benefits of this study provide information related to relevant learning strategies for science lessons, thematic books K-13 class IV theme 2 in MI / SD

    This article aims to describe the development of authentic assessment of Islamic Religious Education subjects. Authentic assessment basically focuses on the balance between assessing the competence of attitudes, knowledge, and skills in accordance with the development of student characteristics. The type of research in this article uses qualitative research with field study methods. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles in carrying out authentic assessments lie in the very diverse characteristics of students that make it difficult for teachers to provide assessments, the limited time in conducting assessments related to student activity, there are several aspects that must be assessed thoroughly, and the instruments used are more than one. Teachers can follow up on these obstacles by planning and managing the learning process properly, participating in several training related to assessments based on the 2013 curriculum, seeking information and references related to authentic assessment, and developing self-creativity in order to find new ways to assess students. The positive contribution that is expected from this article is that authentic assessments can be developed in every educational institution to provide quality assessments and are not limited to the cognitive realm

    This article aims to describe the humanistic learning theory and its implications for learning Islamic Religious Education. Collecting research data using the documentation method, whether in technique, data in library research (library research). The object of study is an article that focuses on Abraham Maslow and Carl Rogers' Humanistic learning theory and its implementation in Islamic Education learning. The results of this study indicate that humanistic learning theory is a learning process that originates and ends in humans, everything rests on human values. The humanistic education system approach emphasizes the development of human dignity who makes choices and has beliefs. Learning is considered significant, if the learning material has relevance to student needs. Students who act as the main actors interpret the process of their own learning experience. The expected positive impact of this article is the appreciation of the wider community about the importance of humanizing humans in learning activities to achieve self-actualization of students

    This article aims to describe the history of the development of the Indonesian education curriculum from 1945 to the present. Curriculum improvements are carried out at least once every ten years. Because within the past ten years, it is very possible that there will be changes in various fields such as information, communication technology and science. The method used in this research is the documentation method as used in data collection techniques in library research (library research). The object of study in this article is focused on tracing the history of curriculum development in Indonesia from the beginning of independence to the present. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum in Indonesia has been developed twelve times, namely in 1947, 1952, 1964, 1968, 1973, 1975, 1984, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2006 and 2013. The positive contribution expected from this article is that the public is educated on the history of curriculum development in Indonesia and can be used as a basis for future curriculum development to create quality students who are ready to compete internationally

    This article aims to examine the psychology foundations of 21st century curriculum development, because the foundation of psychology is one of the principles in curriculum creation and development. The method used in this research is literature study, collecting, analyzing, processing and presenting books, journals and texts related to the research theme as reference material in the form of literature reports. The rapid development of science and technology and the existence of free market competition between countries has implications for life and of course for the world of education. It is important to conduct a review of the principles of curriculum development, namely the psychological principles of students. The result of this research is that curriculum development must be based not only on philosophy but also based on psychology. In the 21st century with the rapid development of information and communication technology and free competition between countries in all fields will affect the psychology of students, This must be considered by curriculum developers so that orientation is no longer centered on cognitive but more on psychomotor or skills. This is why the foundation of psychology is very important in conducting curriculum development. The positive impact expected in this article for the world of education is for curriculum developers to focus more on the needs of students in the 21st century so that they can compete with other countries

    This article aims to analyze the driving and inhibiting factors for increasing the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers after being given a certification allowance. The type of this research is Field Research, the data collection method uses interviews, documentation and observation, to check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and the data is analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the increase in professionalism of Islamic Education teachers through the certification program was satisfactory, but it had not gone as expected. The certification program which aims to improve teacher professionalism and welfare has not been implemented properly. This is evident from the research findings which reveal that certified PAI teachers have not met the professional teacher criteria as expected. It is hoped that the positive contribution of this article can become a reference for similar studies in the future, and can be a reference in order to achieve teacher professionalism through the certification program

    This article aims to describe the Judge's Consideration of the Determination of Marriage Dispensation at the Sukabumi City Religious Court in 2019. One of the requirements for marriage is the minimum age limit in accordance with Article 7 paragraph (1) of Law No. 16 of 2019 which states that "marriage is only permitted if men and women have reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years ". The method used is a qualitative approach method using a normative juridical research approach. This research examines the basis on what is used by the judge in granting permission for dispensation of marriage. The results of this study explain that the Judge uses PERMA Number 5 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Adjudicating Marriage Dispensation Applications as a basis in deciding and granting cases of marriage dispensation. There are several forms of determination regarding the dispensation of marriage in the Sukabumi religious court, including the dispensation given to prospective brides whose age is still below the minimum age to have a marriage, dispensations given to prospective grooms whose age is still below the minimum age to have a marriage, granting marriage dispensation to underage women who are already pregnant, refusing or not being granted a marriage dispensation request. The positive contribution expected from this article is the dedication of the community to the minimum age limit for marrying with the aim of forming a harmonious and quality family

    PERAN KO KURIKULER DAN EKSTRAKURIKULER TERHADAP UPAYA PENCAPAIAN KURIKULUM 2013

    This article aims to describe the role and concepts of co-curricular and extracurricular activities so that it is useful for achieving the goals of the 2013 curriculum. This 2013 curriculum has three important objectives, namely Strengthening Character Education, Strengthening Literacy Culture, and 21st Century Learning. This type of research is library research, research sources are found in the literature and sources, or the latest findings regarding the Curricular and Extracurricular activities as well as the 2013 Curriculum. The results of this research are that co-curricular and extracurricular activities play a major role in achieving the three aspects of learning contained in the curriculum 2013, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. These three aspects are very helpful in achieving the 2013 curriculum agenda, which consists of character strengthening, literacy culture and 21st century learning. Character strengthening can be achieved through religious extracurricular activities, Hisbul Wathan and BTQ, Kultum, work assignments, and intensive post-school guidance. Literacy culture can be achieved by reading guidance programs both reading the Al-Qur'an or spelling, one verse a day program. 21st century learning is pursued by extracurricular activities, namely tambourine activities, calligraphy and so on. The expected positive impact of this article is the dissemination of information about the urgency of co-curricular and extracurricular activities in an educational institution to achieve learning objectives in the 2013 curriculum
