No full textCooperation skills are needed in society today and in the future. Cooperation skill are also crucial to the success of social relations, especially in the society. Therefore, it is very important for students to learn these skills because these skills are not possessed child since birth, but the skills to be tought and given opportunities to practice. Cooperation skills is an important thing in life and superior democratic culture in addition to the attitude of responsibility, concern for others, open-mindedness, and creativity.
In an effort to improve the skills students will require cooperation on the selection and application of learning strategies that enable students to learn directly in practicing these skills. Strategies that allow students to practice skills learned directly or in cooperation is a group of cooperative learning strategies, where the students sat with other students in a heterogeneous group with a common goal.Cooperation skills are needed in society today and in the future. No full textOn the principle of marriage in Islam is monogamy. But in reality, due to various reasons, polygamy is still carried out. Polygamy in Islam is not an duty, but a choice. A husband permitted have polygamy should meet the requirements specified, one of which is having the ability to give a living. Requirement is also contained in UU No. 1 of 1974 Article 5 Paragraph (1) letter b. Then how to balance the law which is usually used judges court of religion, especially about the terms of the ability of the husband to give a living, for deciding the case of polygamy has been in accordance with Islamic law or not? This study wants to answer, the standard of whether the Court of Religion used to measure the ability of the husband in giving a living?On the principle of marriage in Islam is monogamy. HERMENEUTIKA M. ˋĀBED AL-JĀBIRĪ DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP HUKUM ISLAM: (Kasus Nasakh dan Nikah Mutˋah)
Full text linkAl-Jābirī’s hermeneutics and its implications for Islamic law is topic of this article. Framework thinking of al-Jābirī’s hermeneutics was constructed on the basis of two principles, al-faṣl and al-waṣl. Al-faṣl principle was applied by using three approaches; structural analysis, historical criticism, and ideological criticism, while the principle of al-waṣl using mathematical-intuition approach. He had applied that methodological construction in the interpretation of the Qur’an, as the source of all sources of Islamic law. The implication is reconstruction, and even deconstruction, of various theories and themes of Islamic law. Theoretically, one of which is about nasakh. For him, no nasakh in the Qur’an, except human’s understanding about law is changed. While thematically, one of which is mutˋah. PRINSIP SYURA’ DALAM KONSTITUSIONAL ISLAM
Full text linkThis topic examines concept “syura” (conference; negoisation) and how to implement “syura” to the context of constitutional state right now. Including the offending with rechstaat/ rule of law. Syura is defined as the main principle for solving the social, politic, and government problems. Syura is the way to give the opprtunity to the society who has an ablity to participate for making a decision which binds as well as in the law regulation and politic policy. But the implementation of syura althought the institutionalization of syura, no nash of Al-Qur’an that decribes about it. Prophed Muhammad SAW—that instituted and cultured syura—did not leave the specific pattern and the form. Beause of that, the moslems right now and to te next, the partern and the form of that implementation, are free to initiative. So it can be appropriated with the condition and the reality. An organization of educational institutions bothgovernment and private sector in issuing its products always require inputin the form of raw materials, capital, energy, technology, human resources(HR), and so forth. But the most urgent input is itself a human resource forsophisticated and complete as any other input if human resources are notworking then all the input there would be no meaning. The quality of humanresources is determined from the level of education the longer time spenton education, the higher ability or competence in doing the work, so thehigher the productivity of its work. No full textThe teacher certification is an official program to improve teacher’s quality as well as his/her social status. There are two ways of certification of teacher in working, namely by portfolio assessment and by professional education assessment. But the certification actually runs on seniority, not professionally. It results that many certified teachers will be soon retired. The fact shows that the certified teachers are not always professional ones and in turn does not always improve the educational quality.
