    PENDAMPINGAN PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES DI SMA KECAMATAN WAY JEPARA KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR

    This study aims to describe, reveal, and find the dominant factors of multiple intelligence-based learning management in improving learning achievement in the field of life skills. The focus of this research is on planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative design with a naturalistic approach and based on constructivism, which views reality as having multiple dimensions, data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The results of this study conclude that multiple intelligence-based learning management is very effective for fulfilling students' life skills, that each student can develop their respective types of intelligence in various ways, intelligence is not only limited to IQ, but there are other intelligences including linguistic intelligence, Mathematical logic, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. Learning management based on multiple intelligences begins with MIR (multiple intelligences research for each new student as the basis for preparing lesson plans. The learning implementation is preceded by apperception containing alpha zones in the form of special greetings, fun stories, ice breaking, or singing. The core activities consist of exploration, elaboration, and singing). confirmation, apperception exploration in the form of warmer, pre-teach, and scene setting, elaboration containing learning strategies and methods, while confirmation in the form of teacher and student questions and answers to determine lesson acceptance, Evaluation by means of authentic assessment which includes three domains of knowledge (cognitive) consisting of tests daily, UTS, UAS, annual test, attitude (affective) assessment of teachers, self, friends, and anecdotal records, assessment of skills (psychomotor) in the form of performance (performance), work (product), and making projects (project). The obstacle to learning management based on Multiple Intelligences is changing the paradigm a teacher, making lesson plans, choosing varied learning strategies, and conducting authentic student assessments

    Otonomi Khusus bagi Provinsi Papua pada dasarnya adalah pemberian kewenangan yang lebih luas bagi Provinsi Papua dan rakyat Papua untuk mengurus diri sendiri didalam kerangka Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Kewenangan yang lebih luas dalam arti, tanggungjawab yang lebih besar bagi Provinsi dan rakyat Papua untuk menyelenggarakan pemerintahan dan mengatur pemanfaatan kekayaan alam di Provinsi Papua bagi kemakmuran rakyat Papua. pembentukan dan pengaturan undang-undang otonomi khusus Papua tidak lain untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam kontek NKRI. Adapun penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan, bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-normatif dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deduktif kualitatif. Pelaksanaan otonomi khusus Papua tentu memiliki kendala dan juga beberapa permasalahan entah dalam pendidikan, sosial, ekonomi. Adanya langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pemerintah merupakan bentuk terobosan baru untuk meminimalisir munculnya masalah yang ada di dalam masyarakat Papua itu sendiri. Sehingga dengan adanya perbaikan dari pemerintah seperti optimalisasi keberpihakan pemerintah pusat dalam penyelenggaraan otonomi khusus Papua dalam bentuk kesetaraan keragaman, optimalisasi penyaluran dan pengawasan dana serta evaluasi pengeluaran anggaran, mempertajam kebijakan dan memperkuat kapasitas lembaga pemerintah. Harapannya bisa membawa otonomi khusus Papua menjadi lebih baik untuk kesejahteraan masyarakatnya

    Pandemi COVID-19 yang sudah berlangsung selama satu tahun lebih menyebabkan munculnya dampak yang diakibatkan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya dalam bidang kesejahteraan sosial yang dimana permasalahan tersebut dapat ditangani dengan ZIS online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui dampak COVID-19 di bidang Kesejahteraan Sosial, (2) Keefektifan ZIS online dalam menangani permasalahan Kesejahteraan Sosial. Metode penlitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) dampak dari COVID-19 adalah menurunnya pendapatan UMKM dan transportasi online, (2) Banyaknya buruh yang terkena PHK menjadi pengangguran dan tidak memiliki rumah, (3) ZIS online efektif menanggulangi permasalahan kesejahteraan sosial

    This article aims to describe the efforts to improve the ability to read the Al-Qur'an teachers in the New Normal Era at SD Negeri 3 Bandar Agung. The data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the teacher's ability to read Al-Qur'an could be improved through the application of the Al-Qur'an learning habit method with peer guidance, the use of in-formal educational institutions and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The positive contribution of this article can provide information to the wider community about the implementation of strategies to improve reading skills of the Qur'an that are suitable for a teacher

Posbakum is an institution that provides legal assistance services for people seeking justice who are economically unable to pay for advocate services facilitated by the state in every Religious Court/Shari'ah Court.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep pendidikan madrasah di dalam pesantren menurut K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustrakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah buku-buku tentang biografi K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari, buku karya K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari dan jurnal ilmiah. Kemudian data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa pemikiran yang ditawarkan oleh K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari yang identik dengan pengelolaan pendidikan madrasah di pesantren. Terdapat pada empat konsep : pertama, tujuan pendidikan adalah ibadah mengharap rida Allah Swt. untuk kebahagaian di dunia dan akhirat, mendidik calon ulama yang menguasiai pengetahuan umum (ulama intelektual) dan sarjana dalam bidang pengetahuan umum yang juga menguasai pengetahuan Islam (intelektual ulama). Kedua, Akhlak pendidik dan peserta didik. Ketiga, kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran  terkait pengetahuan agama dan pengetahuan umum/IPTEK, dengan metode wetonan dan sorogan, metode hapalan, muhawarat, dan metode mudhaharat.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan buat mengenali model kepemimpinan transformasional yang digunakan dalam penyusunan model kepemimpinan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah( MI). Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur kualitatif dengan melaksanakan penelitian kepustakaan.     This article aims to discuss matters related to 'urf as a method of determining Islamic economic law in economic activity. The research methodology in this article uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results showed that urf is something that is known and has become a community habit, either in the form of words or deeds. So that 'urf can be used as a method of determining Islamic economic law, including in economic transaction activities. Some examples of the application of 'urf in economic transactions today are buying and selling in modern shopping centers and online-based transactions without saying shighat (my words sell-I buy)

    This article aimsto examine the basic concepts and characteristics of Madrasah principals in private schools in Yogyakarta. The Data in this research was obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. Research resultshows that the basic concept of leadership consists of functions, traits, tasks, and the theory of the emergence of leadership and leadership characteristics. Not everyone has a leadership spirit (in the world of education), this is often found in educational institutions in Indonesia. Some theories say that leadership is hereditary, others say that leadership must go through experience and teaching first. This shows that the criteria for leadership are not based on intelligence and intelligence, but rather on the individual factors themselves. The contribution of this research to education in Indonesia is to give a new color to become an ideal leader

    This article aims to describe the impact and prevention of Covid 19 at MTs Bandar Agung. The data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the impact of Covid 19 caused temporary closure of schools so that the learning process used an online system which resulted in the learning process being not optimal. Covid19 prevention efforts are carried out through socialization and education to students about Covid 19 as well as regular spraying of disinfectants in classrooms and teacher offices. The positive contribution of this article can provide information to the wider community about the impact and prevention of Covid 19 in particular in the realm of educational institutions
