No full textKüresel iletişim imkânlarının artması ile hızla gelişen uzaktan eğitim sitemi, COVID-19 küresel salgını sebebiyle daha da yaygınlaşmıştır. Yabancılara uzaktan eğitim yoluyla eş zamanlı (senkronize) Türkçe öğretimi gerek yurt içinde gerekse yurt dışında geniş bir coğrafyada sürdürülmektedir. Salgının aniden ortaya çıkması ile öğreticiler, gerekli hazırlıkları yapamadan uzaktan eğitime geçmek durumunda kalmışlardır. Başarılı bir uzaktan eğitim süreci teknolojik hazırlık, içerik hazırlığı ve pedagojik hazırlığın yeterli olmasına bağlıdır. Bu çalışmada Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak uzaktan eğitimle öğretiminde öğreticilerin materyal kullanımı ve teknolojik alt yapıya yönelik tutum ve görüşleri incelenmiştir. Açık ve kapalı uçlu sorulardan oluşan anket formu katılımcılara uygulanmış, elde edilen bulgular çalışmada değerlendirilmiştir. Uzaktan eğitim sürecinde materyal kullanımı ve alt yapıya bağlı sorunlar tespit edilerek sürecin iyileştirilmesine yönelik çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur
EDEBİYAT ESERLERİNDE MİLLÎ VE MANEVİ DEĞERLERE YAPILAN SALDIRILAR
No full textYakın dönem siyasal ve sosyal gelişmelerin yeterli bir analizi ve bu analize bağlı toplumsal ve siyasal gelişmeler değerlendirilemediği görülür. Edebiyatın bu gelişmelerdeki rolü yeterince tartışılmadığı için, kimi gelişmeler tam olarak anlatılamamaktadır. Bu bakımdan edebî eserleri dönemler ve anlayışlar çerçevesinde ele almak gerekmektedir. Toplumsal yozlaşma ve değişmeleri etkileyen edebiyat eserlerini ele alarak değerlendirmek, süreç hakkında daha doğru yaklaşım olacaktır. 1961 askerî darbesi, Türk siyasî hayatında olduğu kadar, toplumsal hayatımız üzerinde de çok önemli bir etkiye sahip olur. Birbirini takip eden siyasal gelişmeler, başta edebiyat ve kültür hayatına da etki ederek bunların toplumsal gelişmelere etkisi gözden geçirilmelidir. Özellikle Marksist anlayışa bağlı olan kimi sanatçıların eserlerinde değerlere acımasızca hücumların yapıldığı, bunların aşağılandığı ve hafife alındığı görülür. Özellikle din ve dine ait değerlere yapılan saldırılar, başta romanlar olmak üzere, bu dönemde kaleme alınan diğer eserlerde yaygın bir anlayış olarak karşımıza çıkar. Kimi sanatçılar bunu gayet normal bir tutum olarak görüp saldırılarının dozunu giderek artırır. Cinsellik ve bununla ilgili mahremiyet örtüsünün tamamen ortadan kaldırıldığı, yozlaşma ve bozulmanın bunlar aracılığı ile okuyucularda içselleştirilmesi için bütün yolların değerlendirildiği görülür. Her şeyden öte sanatçı olmanın bir sorumluluk gerektirdiği, toplumuna karşı bu sorumluluğa sahip olmayan kimi sanatçıların eserleri aracılığı ile derin toplumsal yaralar açtığı görülür
EXAMINING THE LEARNING OUTCOMES IN THE 12TH-GRADE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY REVOLUTION HISTORY AND KEMALISM CURRICULUM BASED ON THE REVISED BLOOM’S TAXONOMY
No full textThis research aimed to determine the level of the learning outcomes in the 12th-grade Republic of Turkey Revolution History and Kemalism Curriculum according to the Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy. The research used a qualitative research design and the document analysis method. The source of data of the research was the Secondary Education Republic of Turkey Revolution History and Kemalism Curriculum published by the Ministry of National Education in 2018. Existing research on Bloom’s Taxonomy and Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy was used to determine the taxonomic levels and sub-levels of the learning outcomes. A coding rubric was prepared by the researcher to determine the noun and verb forms of the learning outcomes in order to evaluate and classify 33 learning outcomes in the 2018 Secondary Education Republic of Turkey Revolution History and Kemalism Curriculum. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics. The findings were presented in tables with frequency and percentage values. According to the research results, among 33 learning outcomes, 29 fell into the conceptual knowledge category of the knowledge dimension and four fell into the factual knowledge category of the knowledge dimension. Looking at the distribution of 33 learning outcomes across the levels of the cognitive process dimension, 19 fell into the understanding level, 11 fell into the analysing level, and 3 fell into the evaluating level. No learning outcome fell into the procedural and metacognitive knowledge categories of the knowledge dimension and into the remembering, applying, and creating levels of the cognitive process dimension
TURKISH FOLK SONGS ACCOMPANIED BY SYMPHONY
No full textIn this study, by investigating the subject of Turkish folk songs accompanied by symphony; In the literature review, it was revealed that there is no previous academic study on this subject. It is clear that there should be a written source in addition to the performance regarding this subject, so this article is important in terms of contributing to the literature. Before we talk about symphonic arrangements, we need to have information about the first compilation and recording of Turkish folk songs. Symphonic arrangement of folk songs in Turkey started with the music revolution movement initiated by Atatürk after the foundation of the Republic. For the first time, the arrangements of our folk songs written by Turkish Fives were performed by symphony orchestras. Unfortunately, the symphonic arrangement works, which started to be made thanks to the Turkish Fives, had a long pause. Since the beginning of the 1990s, symphonic Turkish folk song arrangements; It has been reworked and continued by composers such as Turgay Erdener, Oğuzhan Balcı, Yusuf Yalçın, Murat Çelebi and Musa Göçmen. Since the arrangements in the Republican period had a complex harmonic structure, they did not attract much attention from the public. In addition, since the copyrights of many symphonically arranged Turkish folk songs belong to Western countries, the folk songs included in the concert programs remained very limited. COMPARISON OF ELÂZIĞ-HARPUT AND KERKUK FOLK SONGS IN TRT REPERTORY
No full textIn this study, the similar and different aspects of Elâzığ-Harput and Kirkuk folk songs in the TRT Repertoire were tried to be determined by comparing them. In this context, the mode, course, method and forms of 63 Kirkuk folk songs in the TRT repertoire and 85 Elâzığ-Harput folk songs in the TRT repertoire were examined. In addition, examinations were made in terms of modal structures, vocal widths, strong voices and musical characteristics of the common folk songs belonging to both regions. As a result of the examinations, it was found that the folk songs of the two regions differ in terms of mode, course, method and forms (p0.05). As a result, although there are differences in both regions, it is thought that it is important that similar folk songs are continued by societies from the same origin
THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTIONS ON KASHMIR AND CHAPTER VII OF THE UNITED NATIONS CHARTER
No full textThe peaceful solution of the Kashmir Dispute occupies an important place in its relations of Turkey with India subject to the rule of law as enshrined in the United Nations Charter. The territorial dispute on Kashmir as a matter of fact is a dispute on the interpretation of the Indian Independence Act of 1947, originating from Article 73 of the United Nations` Charter. If the past United Nations Security Council's resolutions on Kashmir are proven to be adopted as binding under Chapter VII, the peaceful solution of the Kashmir dispute can be achievable. The United Nations Security Council resolutions on Kashmir are open ended. The subsequent development of international law in regard to decolonization, made the principle of self-determination on the interpretation of Article 73 of the United Nations Charter as a peremptory norm by which resolutions on Kashmir in fact becomes binding under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter

No full textNutuk, edebi tür olmasının öncesinde ve temelinde devlet yöneticisinin beyanı, öğüdü niteliğine sahip olması dolayısıyla dil, kültür ve eğitim politikalarının da temelini oluşturan kurucu irade felsefesini barındırmaktadır. Nutuklar, devlet geleneğinin inşası ve muhafazası işlevini üstlenirken oluşum amacı ve içeriği itibariyle kurucu dil öğretim politikası metinleri olarak değerlendirilebilir. Zira nutuklar devlet yöneticisinin temsil ettiği topluluğa yönelik kendisini takdim bağlamı olarak değerlendirilmekle birlikte bir yönüyle de muhatabına yönelik telkinleri barındırmaktadır. Türk kültür tarihinin nutuklarında da bu muhatap herhangi bir topluluk ya da vatandaş değil doğrudan Türk milletidir. Türk milletini muhatap alan nutuklar millet temelli devlet yapılanması için de stratejik öneme sahip kodları barındırmaktadır. Belirtilen kodlar arasında Türkçe eğitimine dair kodlar da önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmada nutuk türünün dil politikası bağlamındaki işlevi dilbilimi ve eğitim bilimi bağlamında belirlenirken nutukların Türk eğitim tarihi içerisinde Türkçe eğitimi için taşıdığı önem ve işlev dilbilimsel yöntemlerle belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır
