PENGUATAN LITERASI SEJAK DINI DI WILAYAH MARITIM KEPULAUAN RIAU MELALUI INOVASI DAN DIGITALISASI DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH TANJUNGPINANG
Get PDFDalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka, pihak sekolah perlu memperhatikan beberapa hal diantaranya digitalisasi dan literasi. Meskipun telah mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka, tetapi pada beberapa sekolah masih mengalami berbagai permasalahan, diantaranya SD Muhammadiyah Tanjungpinang. Diantara permasalahannya adalah guru belum secara merata memahami kurikulum merdeka, digitalisasi yang belum optimal dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka, serta literasi siswa yang masih rendah. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk melakukan penguatan konsep dan implementasi kurikulum merdeka, serta penguatan digitalisasi dan literasi. PKM dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah Tanjungpinang dengan guru sebagai peserta kegiatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 8 bulan mulai dari Februari hingga November 2024. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan tahapan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman pada guru dalam kategori tinggi baik untuk topik implementasi kurikulum merdeka, maupun literasi membaca dan literasi keuangan. Setelah serangkaian kegiatan PKM ini, guru diharapkan selalu konsisten melaksanakan pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik, serta terus berinovasi dalam meningkatkan literasi siswa

In this study, the population was 100 employees of the Head Office of the Riaufiber Division of PT RAPP. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is sem. From the results of the study it was found that organizational culture and leadership affect morale and performance. Morale has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through morale. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through morale.Kinerja mengandung komponen kompetensi dan produktifitas hasil, maka hasil kinerja sangat tergantung pada tingkat kemampuan individu dalam pencapaiannya, terutama tujuan organisasi. Kinerja menekankan hasil dari fungsi-fungsi suatu pekerjaan atau apa yang keluar (out-come). Bila diperhatikan lebih lanjut apa yang terjadi dalam sebuah pekerjaan atau jabatan adalah suatu proses yang mengolah input menjadi output (hasil kerja). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sem. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja dan kinerja. Public Information Disclosure Communication Strategy at the Regional Liaison Agency of Banten Province
Get PDFThe study investigates the communication strategy of the Regional Liaison Agency (BPD) of Banten Province in implementing Public Information Disclosure (KIP) policies, motivated by its classification as an "informative" institution in 2021. Using Harold Lasswell\u27s communication theory, this descriptive qualitative research employs observation, interviews, and documentation analysis, analyzed through Miles and Huberman\u27s interactive techniques. The findings reveal that BPD\u27s strategy involves appointing Information and Documentation Management Officers (PPID) as communicators, segmenting messages according to KIP Law requirements, and tailoring media use to audience characteristics. BPD utilizes websites, social media, brochures, and public information desks to disseminate information, achieving effective outreach and audience engagement. Challenges include limited budget allocation, insufficient human resources, misperceptions about BPD\u27s role, and the agency\u27s location outside the Banten Province, which hinder communication efforts. The study concludes that while the implemented strategies are effective, addressing these barriers is essential for optimizing public service delivery and enhancing institutional accountability. Get PDFMaritime transportation plays a vital role in mobility within archipelagic regions, and Fast Patrol Boat are an efficient choice to meet the needs of defence and maritime patrol in Indonesia. The innovation of adding bilge keels to the vessel is expected to enhance the performance of fast patrol vessels. This study aims to identify and evaluate the motions of Fast Patrol Boat to understand their performance under various sea conditions. Fast Patrol Boat operating at high speeds require a responsive pitch motion, making them well-suited for safeguarding Indonesia\u27s archipelagic waters. The analysis results show that patrol Boat equipped with bilge keels perform better in terms of response and manoeuvrability, especially at high speeds, compared to vessels without bilge keels, although for other degrees of freedom such as heave and roll motions, there is no significant difference between the two types of vessels Transportasi laut memegang peranan penting dalam mobilitas diwilayah Kepulauan, dan kapal Patroli Cepat menjadi pilihan yang efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pertahanan dan patroli perairan Indonesia dengan inovasi penambahan lunas bilga pada kapal diharapkan dapat meningkatkan performa kapal patrol cepat. These weaknesses include the fact that manual systems are still used, which are not updated and are not responsive to regional conditions, changes, and technological developments. For this reason, it is necessary to accelerate services through the implementation of e-government. Starting from these problems, the aim of this research is to analyze the acceleration of government administration services at the Government and Border Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Islands Province through the implementation of e-government. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted on employees of the Government and Border Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Islands Province and obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with selected informants. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The goal of this study was to understand the preventive measures taken by Bawaslu to address campaign kick-off theft on social media. The research employed a qualitative method, describing the investigated phenomenon. It utilized a literature review approach, collecting relevant literature and using documentation data collection techniques, including gathering books, articles, and regulations related to digital campaign monitoring. The findings indicate that some political parties still engage in social media (Instagram) campaigns, and there is a lack of legal clarity regarding sanctions for election participants involved in campaign kick-off theft

Get PDFAbstract: This study aims to determine Good Governance in Community Empowerment of Bababulo Village, Majene Regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study state that based on the results of research and field observations in the aspects of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, it is concluded that good governance in empowering the Bababulo village community in Majene Regency shows maximum results. This is based on the three standard aspects that are indicators of good governance in community empowerment that can be fulfilled entirely. Although there are still some things that need to be addressed. But overall, the principles of good governance in empowering the Bababulo village community in Majene Regency can be said to be optimal. The limitation of this research is that it only focuses on analyzing the principles of good governance, the focal point of which is only three indicators of good governance principles, namely responsiveness, transparency, and accountability

Get PDFPelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di sekolah belum optimal karena banyak kendala yang dihadapi ketika mengimplementasikannya. Hasil survei kepada pendidik di SMPN Sekayam dan Entikong ditemukan bahwa kurikulum merdeka belum diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran. Pendidik masih terfokus pada penyelesaian materi pelajaran akibat masa pandemi COVID-19 selama lebih kurang 2 tahun ini. Dalam pembelajaran IPA belum dikembangkan kreativitas dan karakter yang mencerminkan pelajar Pancasila, berbudaya dan memiliki kompetensi masyarakat global. Tujuan diadakannya PKM ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan melatih pendidik dalam membuat modul ajar yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek untuk penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila serta mendeskripsikan respon pendidik IPA terhadap kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan ialah pelatihan dan pendampingan, yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Peserta pada kegiatan ini ialah 30 pendidik IPA pada Sub Rayon 7 dan 8 Kabupaten Sanggau. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner respon pendidik terhadap kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan diketahui bahwa pendidik IPA merasa sangat terbantu dalam meningkatkan keterampilan merancang modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka, mendorong untuk melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran, memudahkan untuk melatih peserta didik membuat proyek, membantu pendidik dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis proyek

Get PDFE-commerce has experienced rapid growth in recent years, one of which is Tokopedia and has a significant role in influencing purchasing decisions. The growth of e-commerce has made marketers strengthen their marketing strategies with Sales Promotion which can encourage consumers to make impulse buying decisions also influenced by Shopping Lifestyle and Positive Emotion plays a significant role as a mediator. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Sales Promotion and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulsive Buying which is influenced by Positive Emotion at Tokopedia. This research method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The questionnaire was distributed to 385 respondents using Purposive Sampling technique and processed using Structural Eqquation Modeling - Partial Least Squre with SmartPls software version 4.0.9. The results of this study indicate that Sales Promotion, Shopping Lifestyle, Impulsive Buying, and Positive Emotions affect each other.E-commerce telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir salah satunya Tokopedia dan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Pertumbuhan e-commerce membuat pemasar memperkuat strategi marketing mereka dengan Sales Promotion yang dapat mendorong konsumen untuk membuat keputusan pembelian impulsif juga dipengaruhi Shopping Lifestyle dan Positif Emotion berperan signifikan sebagai mediator. Implementing metacognitive strategies, problem-solving techniques, and learner autonomy are fundamental to successful intensive listening practices. Additionally, the study recognises the impact of native languages on language acquisition and considers educators\u27 diverse responsibilities in promoting oral proficiency. The Research has identified several promising areas for further investigation, including neurocognitive correlates, intercultural communication, motivation, and technology integration.
