Pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi guru SMA dalam pengembangan soal HOTS digital di sekolah wilayah Kecamatan Jonggol Kabupaten Bogor
Pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) masih menjadi tantangan bagi guru, khususnya dalam merancang instrumen penilaian yang relevan dan digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kompetensi guru SMA Plus Putra Melati dalam menyusun soal HOTS berbasis online menggunakan Google Formulir. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 21 guru selama satu hari dengan metode interaktif berupa diskusi, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. Evaluasi ketercapaian dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang menilai pemahaman konsep HOTS, kemampuan merancang indikator dan stimulus soal, serta integrasi ke media digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor sebesar 14% dengan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek perancangan stimulus soal. Namun, sebagian peserta masih memerlukan pendampingan dalam penerapan instrumen digital secara mandiri. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru, namun masih diperlukan perbaikan pada durasi pelatihan dan pendampingan pasca kegiatan agar transfer keterampilan berlangsung lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan
STRATEGI KETERCAPAIAN KETERWAKILAN PEREMPUAN DALAM PEMILIHAN LEGISLATIF KOTA TANJUNGPINANG PERIODE 2019-2024
Based on Law No. 7 of 2017 concerning Political Parties, and Law No. 10 of 2008 concerning General Elections which states that include at least 30% of women\u27s representation in legislative elections and in the management of political parties. In this case, the government has provided opportunities and efforts in fulfilling representation in women, but in fact there are still many factors related to women\u27s participation in politics which makes women\u27s positions less viewed in terms of politics so that with this regulation it is hoped that women can get their rights and also have enthusiasm in politics, especially in the legislature. In the Tanjungpinang City legislative election for the 2019 period, there were ten (10) political parties that succeeded in positioning female legislative candidates, so that the calculation of female DPRD members in the 2019-2024 period reached eleven (11) people with a total percentage of 36.67%. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the Strategy for Achieving Women\u27s Representation in the Tanjungpinang City Legislative Election for the 2019-2024 Period. then there is a strategy carried out by the winning political party and also of course there is a movement of strategies per individual or legislative candidates who apply their own strategies in the legislative elections. In fulfilling the representation of women during the legislative elections, there is a theory of political strategy proposed by Peter Schrorder. Where the theory is such as the theory of situation analysis, strategy control, strategy implementation, strategy formulation and strategy evaluation. From this theory, strategies and implementation will be obtained carried out by the winning political party in achieving the representation of women
Implementation of the Job Creation Law: Severance Pay from the Perspective of Pressman and Wildavsky\u27s Theory
This study examines the bureaucratic dynamics underlying the implementation of severance pay regulations under Indonesia’s Job Creation Law (Law No. 11 of 2020). The reform, designed to streamline labor policies and enhance flexibility, has raised significant debates concerning workers’ protection and the government’s administrative readiness. The research aims to analyze how bureaucratic communication, institutional capacity, and inter-agency coordination affect the effectiveness of the Job Loss Guarantee (Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan or JKP) scheme. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and observation of coordination meetings involving officials from the Ministry of Manpower, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, regional labor offices, and labor unions. Thematic analysis based on Pressman and Wildavsky’s (1973) policy implementation model was applied to assess communication flows, resource adequacy, and structural mechanisms. The findings reveal that fragmented communication, uneven institutional capacity, and weak coordination have hindered consistent policy implementation across regions. Insufficient digital infrastructure and inadequate policy socialization further reduced administrative efficiency and worker awareness. The study concludes that effective reform requires integrated digital communication systems, continuous capacity building, and participatory coordination frameworks. Strengthening bureaucratic communication and institutional readiness is essential for translating the regulatory intent of the Job Creation Law into tangible improvements in worker protection and welfare
SOSIALISASI PENGENALAN EMOSI BERBASIS FILM INSIDE OUT PADA SISWA SDN 010 BINTAN UTARA
Siswa yang berada pada tahap peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak menuju dewasa, akan mengalami terjadinya perubahan signifikan dalam aspek fisik, psikologis, dan sosial-emosional. Untuk mengembangkan kematangan emosi, siswa dituntut untuk mengenali emosi, mengungkapkan perasaan secara wajar, memahami berbagai macam emosi dan ekspresi emosi dari diri sendiri dan orang lain, serta mengungkapkan perasaan berdasarkan pertimbangan kontekstual. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi tentang mengenali emosi yang dimiliki kepada siswa SDN 010 Bintan Utara melalui media film Inside Out. Film Inside Out sendiri menceritakan sosok Riley yang memiliki 5 jenis emosi yang memiliki perannya masing-masing dalam mengungkapkan emosi yang dimiliki yaitu Joy (senang), Sadness (sedih), Fear (takut), Angry (marah) dan Disgusting (jijik/muak). Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan mengisi LKPD Termometer Emosi dengan melibatkan 38 siswa kelas 6. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 1 hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan siswa dapat mengenali 5 jenis emosi berdasarkan film Inside Out dan menuangkannya dalam LKPD Termometer emosi. Selain itu selama kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dari siswa maupun guru
KEGIATAN KOLABORASI KOMUNITAS: PENGECATAN MURAL DAN REVITALISASI TAMAN MENUJU LINGKUNGAN YANG LEBIH HIJAU
Taman kota memiliki peran strategis sebagai ruang publik yang berfungsi untuk interaksi sosial, rekreasi, serta peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Namun, banyak taman menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti kurangnya pemeliharaan dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya ruang hijau. Taman Mawar di Johor Bahru merupakan salah satu contoh yang mengalami permasalahan tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan fungsi sosial Taman Mawar melalui kegiatan kolaboratif yang menggabungkan seni mural dan restorasi taman. Secara khusus, tujuan kegiatan meliputi: (1) memperindah lingkungan taman melalui karya mural bertema lingkungan dan keberlanjutan; (2) memperbaiki dan menata ulang area taman agar lebih bersih, nyaman, dan ramah lingkungan; (3) menumbuhkan kesadaran serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga ruang publik; dan (4) memperkuat kolaborasi lintas negara antara mahasiswa Indonesia dan Malaysia dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Internasional 2025 ini mengusung tema “Bekerja dengan Masyarakat melalui Lukisan Mural dan Restorasi Taman.” Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif oleh mahasiswa Universitas Riau Kepulauan dan Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan Johor, dengan dukungan pemerintah daerah serta masyarakat setempat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, pembuatan mural bertema lingkungan dan keberlanjutan, penataan serta penghijauan taman, dan pelibatan aktif warga sekitar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mural mampu memperindah taman sekaligus berfungsi sebagai media edukasi lingkungan bagi pengunjung. Restorasi taman meningkatkan kebersihan, kenyamanan, dan kualitas ruang hijau. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak fisik, sosial, dan edukatif yang signifikan, serta memperkuat kolaborasi lintas lembaga dan negara. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pengabdian masyarakat dapat berkontribusi nyata terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs)
PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PjBL-STEM TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KOLOID
Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran PjBL-STEM terhadap hasil belajar koloid siswa kelas XI IPA. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan ialah quasi experimental design dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA di MAN 1 Banjarmasin tahun ajaran 2021/2022, terdiri dari 3 kelas. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data hasil belajar kognitif dikumpulkan melalui tes pilihan ganda sebanyak dua puluh nomor dengan lima pilihan jawaban dan dianalisis menggunakan uji mann whitney. Hasil uji mann whitney diperoleh nilai asymp. sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,035 < 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh model pembelajaran PjBL-STEM terhadap hasil belajar koloid siswa kelas XI IPA di MAN 1 Banjarmasin
SINTESIS BIOKARBON BATANG JAGUNG YANG DIDOPING NITROGEN SEBAGAI ELEKTRODA KAPASITOR ELEKTROKIMIA
Biokarbon dan unsur nitrogen untuk penyimpanan energi kapasitor eleketrokimia telah menjadi salah satu penelitian yang banyak dilakukan karena luas permuakaan yang tinggi dan konduktivitas yang tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini biokarbon aktif berhasil disintesis dengan metode pendekatan karbonisasi sederhana menggunakan batang jagung sebagai prekusor. Biokarbon kemudian didoping nitrogen (amonia atau urea) dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitansi spesifik. Biokarbon aktif batang jagung yang didoping dengan amonia dan urea memiliki luas permukaan berturut-turut sebesar 4,6919 m2 g-1 dan 3,7936 m2 g-1, dengan kapasitansi spesifik masing-masing pada penambahan amonia 8,89 F g-1 dan pada penambahan urea sebesar 6,02 F g-1. Biokarbon aktif batang jagung yang didoping amonia dan urea memiliki kinerja yang baik sebagai elektroda kapasitor elektrokimia
Study of Deformation Behavior of Retaining Walls at Sepakat Ii Parallel Road Project in Pontianak City
The development of urban planning and infrastructure such as roads, buildings, bridges, ports has increased in recent years in Pontianak City. One of them is the construction of Jalan Parallel Sepakat II which was carried out in early 2022, connecting Jalan Sepakat II to the Tanjungpura University Campus Complex. In the case in the field, the previously compacted embankment has decreased, so backfilling is carried out to adjust the planned elevation. Due to the unsafe existing condition factor, improvements were made that were supported by retaining wall modeling. In addition to the retaining wall modeling, the current planning in the field is also stabilized by using a pile and geotextile, in order to increase the bearing capacity of the soil and can minimize the decrease or deformation that occurs at the research location. In the process of analyzing the retaining wall, analysis is also carried out with the Plaxis Proffesional 8.6 program. The results obtained in the form of deformation numbers and safety factor results. From the conclusion, the factor of safety is obtained which is not safe so that it is feasible to be reinforced. However, some adjustments are needed to the design plan so that it can function properly in accordance with the intent and purpose of the reinforcement
Exploration of digital book learning media design for improving students\u27 mathematical literacy abilities with the design thinking method
This study aims to investigate solutions to the challenges students face in learning mathematics, particularly difficulties in understanding complex material that lead to decreased motivation and low mathematical literacy during the learning process. The research employs a design thinking approach, which comprises five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This study specifically focuses on the first three stages—empathizing, defining, and ideating—to identify the needs of both students and teachers and to develop appropriate solution concepts. The study population includes students from State Middle Schools (MTsN) 2 and 3 in Grobogan, with a sample size of 132 students, alongside six mathematics teachers. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed through Google Forms and supplemented by interviews. Effect of flipped classroom models with creative game activities on pupils\u27 mathematics achievement
This study examined the effect of the flipped classroom model and creative mathematics activities and games on mathematics achievement. Two equivalent 4th-grade students from a public school in Kırıkkale, Turkey, were randomly selected to create experimental and control groups. The experimental group consisted of 25 students, while the control group consisted of 27 students. Before the application, a mathematics achievement test prepared by the curriculum was applied to both groups, while Mathematics game videos following the curriculum were ready for the experimental group. Then, application studies were carried out with the experimental group for 4 weeks. Meanwhile, no intervention was made in the control group, and their traditional teaching continued. At the end of 4 weeks, the mathematics achievement test was re-administered to both groups, and the results were compared. While the difference between the experimental group\u27s pre- and posttest mean scores is 16,68, the difference between the control group\u27s pre and posttest mean scores is 6,37. As a result, it was concluded that creative games and activities combined with the flipped classroom model increased mathematics achievement. The study recommended designing creative activities with the flipped classroom model to increase success in other courses, such as mathematics
