PERAN MEDIASI PENERAPAN E-WALLET QR-CODE TERHADAP PERILAKU PENGGUNA
Life continues to evolve in a more modern direction along with technological advancements. Digital transformation plays a crucial role in influencing consumer behavior and societal habits. In Indonesia, the financial sector leads in technological development, particularly in payment methods. The advancement of financial technology in Indonesia indicates that society has adapted and developed innovations in this field. In response to this growth, Bank Indonesia has introduced a policy to implement a single QR code that can be used across various payment applications, known as the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS). In payment methods, the QR Code functions as a connector between users and transaction services. One of the benefits of non-cash payment technology is improving the payment ecosystem and enhancing payment service efficiency across sectors. The objective of this study is to examine the mediating role of QR-Code E-Wallets on User Behavior. This research utilizes SmartPLS version 3.2 as an analytical tool, with SEM methodology and a quantitative survey technique. The findings indicate that performance expectancy, social influence, and hedonic motivation significantly influence the intention to use QR wallets. Additionally, performance expectancy and social influence have a positive and significant impact on User Behavior, while hedonic motivation has a positive but not significant effect on User Behavior. Furthermore, QR-Wallet intention can mediate the influence of hedonic motivation, performance expectancy, and social influence on User Behavior
STRATEGI NAFKAH KOMUNITAS NELAYAN DALAM MENGHADAPI VARIABILITAS IKLIM
Coastal communities face challenges in carrying out their fishing activities due to climate variability. The negative impacts of climate variability hinder fishing communities from carrying out their daily routines. This research aims to provide a description of the fishing community\u27s exposure to climate variability and analyze the forms of livelihood strategies implemented by the fishing community in dealing with climate variability. This research was conducted in the coastal area, precisely in Gampong Lhok Lamteungoh, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar Regency. Data collection was carried out through direct interviews and observations in the area where the fishing community lived, which was selected using purposive sampling. The research results showed that serious impacts were found due to climate variability on the fishing community in Gampong Lhok Lamteungoh, including: high rainfall, exposure to extreme winds, uncertain fishing seasons and vulnerable settlements due to being prone to flooding. Several forms of climate variability are detrimental to fishing communities in carrying out their activities. Therefore, in order for the fishing community to be able to maintain its existence, several forms of livelihood strategies are needed. The fishing community has developed several forms of livelihood strategies that are developed within the community, namely: intensification and extensification, livelihood diversification, and migration. The research results show that developing this livelihood strategy is an alternative solution for fishing communities facing climate variability. It is hoped that the government can provide assistance and solutions for fishing communities, especially when climate variability hits them
Professional Development Of EFL Teachers in Implementing Deep Learning-Oriented Kurikulum Merdeka
This study investigates the professional development and support systems required to enhance junior high school EFL teachers’ readiness in implementing the deep learning-oriented Kurikulum Merdeka in Bintan Regency, Indonesia. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Findings indicate that while teachers demonstrated moderate to high readiness in effort, willingness, and capacity, sustaining deep learning practices was constrained by limited professional development opportunities, infrastructural challenges, and insufficient systemic support. Teachers identified the need for continuous practice-based professional development, access to digital resources, peer collaboration through MGMP (teacher working groups) and school-based learning communities, and structured mentoring programs. Systemic supports such as improved infrastructure, manageable class sizes, and context-sensitive policy implementation were also considered crucial. The study underscores the importance of aligning professional development initiatives with the real-world challenges faced by teachers in diverse educational contexts, ensuring that the implementation of curriculum reform is both sustainable and equitable
Revitalisasi Rawa Pening sebagai Strategi Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal berbasis Potensi Eceng Gondok
Rawa Pening di Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah, merupakan salah satu danau prioritas nasional yang mengalami kerusakan ekosistem akibat pertumbuhan Eceng gondok yang tidak terkendali. Eceng gondok selama ini dianggap sebagai gulma perairan karena menutupi permukaan air dan mengganggu kualitas lingkungan. Namun, di sisi lain, tanaman ini memiliki potensi besar jika dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk menyeimbangkan antara pelestarian lingkungan dan pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar Rawa Pening melalui pemanfaatan Eceng gondok sebagai sumber energi alternatif dan bahan baku produk ekonomi kreatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, pendampingan komunitas, serta studi literatur guna mendukung penguatan kapasitas masyarakat. Kegiatan ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif warga dalam membentuk komunitas pengrajin, produksi biogas, dan pengolahan Eceng gondok menjadi kerajinan tangan, pakan ternak, pupuk organik, serta media bioremediasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan penghasilan masyarakat. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga berdampak pada peningkatan solidaritas sosial serta pengurangan tekanan ekologis di kawasan danau. Dampak jangka panjang dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya model pengelolaan sumber daya alam berkelanjutan yang mampu mengintegrasikan aspek ekologi, ekonomi, dan sosial. Kesimpulannya, revitalisasi Rawa Pening tidak hanya memulihkan fungsi ekologis danau, tetapi juga membuka peluang besar bagi pengembangan ekonomi sirkular yang ramah lingkungan dan inklusif berbasis potensi lokal
REDUKSI EMISI PARTIKULAT DARI PELEBURAN LIMBAH PLASTIK: TINJAUAN TEKNOLOGI FILTRASI UDARA BERBASIS BAHAN ALAMI
Emisi gas dan partikel halus hasil dari proses peleburan limbah plastik dalam pembuatan paving block dapat memberikan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan manusia. Review penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai jenis emisi yang dihasilkan selama proses peleburan dan mengevaluasi teknologi filtrasi yang paling efektif dalam mereduksi polutan udara. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui studi literatur dari berbagai jurnal terkait emisi dari proses peleburan plastik serta teknologi filtrasi yang tersedia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa emisi utama mencakup senyawa organik volatil (VOC), dioksin, furan, karbon monoksida (CO), dan partikel halus (PM10 dan PM2.5). Berdasarkan analisis, kombinasi filter HEPA, karbon aktif, dan scrubber basah berbasis larutan alkali merupakan solusi optimal dalam mengurangi dampak emisi. EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI QUIZWHIZZER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR MAHASISWA
Rendahnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi menjadikan mahasiswa kurang termotivasi dalam perkuliahan, sehingga kemandirian belajar menjadi rendah. Penerapan aplikasi quizwhizzer merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas aplikasi quizwhizzer dalam peningkatan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Sampel penelitin ini adalah 26 mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia Universitas Jambi pada matakuliah praaktikum kimia anorganik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis quasi eksperimen dengan desain single-group pretest-posttest terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Data kemandirian belajar diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket pada sebelum dan sesudah penerapan aplikasi quizwhizzer. Aplikasi quizwhizzer yang diterapkan pada perkuliahan meliputi materi unsur alkali tanah, aluminium dan senyawanya, kimia besi, pembuatan garam mohr. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired samples t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemandirian belajar setelah penerapan sebesar 14,08. Peningkatan tersebut merupakan peningkatan yang signifikan setelah dilakukan uji paired samples t test dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan aplikasi quizwhizzer dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar khsususnya pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia Universitas Jambi kelas R-002 pada mata kuliah praktikum kimia anorganik
Empowering EFL Learners’ Pronunciation Skills through the Employment of ELSA Application
Abstract
The constant activation of effective mobile-assisted language learning applications is deemed a necessary step to respond to the dynamic changes in modern communicative learning enterprises. Previous researchers believed that with the accompaniment of sophisticated digital learning media, language learners can potentially transform into more proficient communicators as they have mastered a wide variety of useful language expressions and words to be efficiently integrated into their communication enterprises. This small-scale library study attempted to investigate the usefulness of the ELSA application in empowering EFL learners’ pronunciation skills. As pronunciation is an inseparable element related to the insistent development of communicative skills, the researcher initiated this investigation to encourage second language educators to be more open-minded and technologically literate in utilizing a vast range of relevant technological learning platforms to improve their learners’ speaking proficiency. To achieve the aforesaid study objective, the researcher employed a thematic analysis approach while analyzing the findings from 30 previous ELSA application journal articles. A thematic analysis approach helped the researcher to yield more accurate, robust, and relevant findings as identical findings were grouped into some main themes. The thematically-categorized findings disclosed that the ELSA application enhanced EFL learners’ pronunciation accuracy and pronunciation learning autonomy.

Simulation Study of Small-Scale Electricity Generation Plant Utilizing Flue Gas of Solid Garbage Waste Incineration as Energy Source
This study aims to get an overview of the operational parameters of a small-scale electrical generation plant that utilizes thermal energy included in the flue gases of garbage waste incineration. The organic Rankine cycle (ORC) thermodynamic system was performed to evaluate this system. The organic fluid was used as a heat transfer medium instead of water because it has a low boiling point so it does not require a lot of thermal energy to generate small-scale electric power. Hexane was used as the working fluid and Aspen Hysys was used as a tool to perform simulations. The plant is optimized through the operating temperature, working fluid flow rate, and pressure to obtain electrical output power that can be obtained. The simulation results show that flue gas at a temperature range of 300 to 350 0C can produce electric power in the ranges of 7.84 to 128.6 kW at a working pressure ranges of 2.5 to 7.5 bar, and working fluid flow rate of 3.600 to 10.100 kg/
New Viewpoint Era of Weather Monitoring: Arduino Based Portable Weather Station Design
Weather changes play a crucial role in key sectors in Indonesia, such as agriculture and fisheries. However, limited weather data in all regions is an obstacle. This research proposes an innovative Arduino-based weather monitoring instrument that is flexible, economical and increases data availability in Indonesia. The ergonomic and flexible design of the Portable Weather Station allows mobility without dependence on building structures. With real-time monitoring using sensors for temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed and wind direction, this tool provides comprehensive information. Field testing shows good operation. The diversity of sensor parameters and efficient design make the Portable Weather Station innovative. Optimizing energy use and integration of advanced technologies, such as remote monitoring and cloud data processing, are recommended. The benefits involve easy and accurate access to weather information, supporting vital sectors. With continuous monitoring and evaluation, the Portable Weather Station has the potential to be an effective solution in dynamic weather monitoring, advancing sectors such as agriculture, fisheries and environmental policy, and creating communities that are more resilient to climate and economic change
