    Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat nelayan di Desa Tira, Sampolawa, Buton Selatan, terkait pentingnya penggunaan alat tangkap tradisional yang ramah lingkungan serta mendukung ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang diterapkan bersifat partisipatif, di mana para nelayan dilibatkan secara aktif dalam sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai religius sebagai landasan moral dan spiritual dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Kegiatan ini mencakup lokakarya, penyuluhan, serta pelatihan praktis dalam penggunaan alat tangkap tradisional yang lebih selektif, seperti bubu, jaring insang, dan pancing, yang tidak merusak ekosistem laut. Selama kegiatan, penekanan diberikan pada prinsip amanah, maslahah, dan mizan untuk menghubungkan praktik ramah lingkungan dengan ajaran agama yang dianut oleh masyarakat. Pendampingan dan monitoring dilakukan setelah pelatihan untuk memastikan penerapan yang tepat dan berkelanjutan. Diharapkan hasilnya dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pelestarian ekosistem laut serta memperkuat ekonomi nelayan melalui penggunaan alat tangkap yang lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pengelolaan perikanan berbasis komunitas yang mengutamakan keberlanjutan alam dan kesejahteraan masyarakat

    Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, education in Indonesia needs to make adjustments so that the implementation of education can continue. One of the policies carried out by the government under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture was to implement the Emergency Curriculum (simplified Curriculum-2013). Over time, the government prepared a new curriculum prototype which has now been formalized as the Independent Curriculum. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) begins in stages in schools called “Sekolah Penggerak”. This research was conducted to find out how the planning and design stages of IKM were carried out by a Sekolah Penggerak in one of the schools in West Sumatra. Data obtained from observations and interviews conducted with informants who know and are involved in IKM. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it was found that the initial step taken by the school as a driving school was to form a Curriculum Development Team (TPK) which would later coordinate with the provincial TPK. Some of the activities that have been carried out by TPK schools were observed. The preparations that have been made to become a driving school are (1) conducting training for teachers, (2) forming a learning committee, (3) compiling the Curriculum of Education Unit Operational (KOSP), (4) preparing curriculum tools such as KSOP, Outcomes Learning (CP), Learning Objective Flow (ATP), teaching modules, and strategies for implementing project-based learning or projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. Apart from that, the things that schools have prepared in facing an independent curriculum are (1) studying and understanding the regulations regarding an independent curriculum, (2) coordinating with all teacher boards, and 3) adopting a level of complexity curriculum

    Effectiveness of the problem-based learning model to improve mathematical literacy of junior high school students

    Existing studies show that learning using problem-based learning teaching modules can significantly improve mathematical literacy in class VII students at SMPN 1 Kampar. A quasi-experimental design was used, with the research population consisting of VII-grade students of SMPN 01 Kampar. The research sample consisted of two classes: VII-B, the control class, and VII-A, the experimental class. The data analysis technique employed was a posttest analysis of the results from the mathematical literacy test, using the t-test to determine whether there was an increase in performance, as indicated by N-Gain data. The results of data analysis showed that the Independent Sample t-test obtained a significance value of 0.001, which means that there is a significant difference between the control class and the experimental class. The average value of N-Gain was 0.6722 for the experimental class, categorized as medium, and 0.2970 for the control class, also categorized as medium. Indicates that learning using the PBL model increases mathematical literacy higher than classes that do not use the PBL model. These findings reveal that there is an increase in mathematical literacy, thus indicating that the use of the PBL model helps improve mathematical literacy

    Design research on developing primary students’ conceptual understanding of area through visual-spatial activities

    This study examines how primary students develop a conceptual understanding of composite shapes, a topic that many learners find challenging beyond the routine use of formulas. The research was motivated by the persistent issue that instruction in the area in elementary classrooms is often procedural and does not sufficiently foster reasoning about spatial structure, decomposition, and measurement. This study employed a Design Research approach in a sixth-grade classroom (n = 6 students) to iteratively develop and test a Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) for the learning area of composite shapes through visual-spatial and puzzle-based activities. Data were collected through a pre-test, two instructional activities (Activity 1 and Activity 2), classroom observations, and a post-test. Data were analyzed qualitatively through retrospective analysis aligned, with HLT, supported by descriptive coding of students’ strategies, triangulation of written work, and teacher field notes. Findings indicate that students shifted from purely visual recognition toward more analytical strategies, such as partitioning, conservation, transitivity, and additivity, which emerged during instruction. The results suggest that structured visual-spatial tasks grounded in a realistic context effectively bridge abstract area concepts and classroom practice, informing future instructional design in elementary geometry

    Green Development through Modern Policy Redesign in the Disruptive Era within the Framework of Futuristic Transformation

    The rapid technological disruption and the growing urgency of environmental degradation have challenged governments to redesign their policies toward sustainability. In developing countries such as Indonesia, policy implementation for Green Development remains fragmented and often disconnected from institutional capacity and local realities. This study aims to analyze how modern policy redesign supports Green Development within the framework of futuristic transformation by integrating innovation, collaboration, and technology into local governance. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected from literature reviews, policy documents, and semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders in Gorontalo Regency, including government agencies, community organizations, and environmental groups. The research adopted a thematic synthesis approach supported by triangulation and ethical validation to ensure analytical credibility. The findings indicate that the success of Green Development relies not merely on regulatory frameworks but on adaptive governance that emphasizes participatory collaboration, technological innovation, and community empowerment. The creation of Integrated Policy Task Forces (IPTF) and digital monitoring tools such as e-Monev and SP4N LAPOR has enhanced transparency, cross-sector coordination, and real-time policy evaluation. Furthermore, social adaptation through eco-literacy programs and citizen participation has strengthened the sustainability culture at the local level. This study concludes that futuristic transformation in governance requires systemic redesign, combining institutional learning, digital inclusion, and collaborative networks to achieve long-term ecological and social resilience. The Gorontalo experience demonstrates that Green Development can serve as both a strategy and a governance paradigm that redefines how the state, society, and technology co-evolve toward sustainable futures

    Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Kelompok 30 Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji dilangsungkan di Desa Sebong Lagoi dengan tema “Daun Pepaya Senjata Hijau Lawan Hama” yang berfokus pada penyuluhan serta praktik pembuatan pestisida berbahan alami. Alasan diadakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengatasi isu yang dihadapi oleh petani yang masih bergantung pada pestisida kimia, yang berdampak buruk bagi tanah, tanaman, lingkungan, serta biaya produksi. Melalui pendekatan observasi, diskusi, dan praktik langsung, mahasiswa berperan sebagai penghubung untuk memperkenalkan pemanfaatan daun pepaya sebagai cara alternatif dalam mengendalikan hama secara ramah lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai pembuatan dan penggunaan pestisida nabati. Warga menunjukkan minat yang tinggi, ikut berperan aktif dalam praktik, dan mengungkapkan keinginan untuk menggunakan pestisida alami karena lebih terjangkau, mudah didapatkan, serta aman bagi lingkungan. Dengan cara ini, program ini tidak hanya menawarkan solusi terhadap masalah hama, tetapi juga membantu mewujudkan sistem pertanian yang berkelanjutan, sehat, dan ramah lingkungan, sekaligus memperkuat kontribusi nyata dari perguruan tinggi dalam memberdayakan masyarakat desa. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga selaras dengan tujuan Kuliah Kerja Nyata yaitu membangun masyarakat kepulauan melalui pemanfaatan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan nilai-nilai budaya, meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan serta kerja sama mahasiswa lintas disiplin, serta mencari solusi atas permasalahan pembangunan masyarakat desa secara berkelanjutan

    Many Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Riau Islands face obstacles in meeting product standardization, particularly related to production facilities that do not meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. This hinders their ability to export, despite government support to facilitate SMEs in licensing and development. This research is intended for explanatory or confirmatory purposes, namely to explain the causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research data analysis above, the following conclusions can be drawn from this study: Training, innovation, and motivation have a significant influence on product quality. Innovation does not significantly influence product quality. Training and innovation have a significant influence on product quality through the path coefficient results, while motivation does not have a significant influence on product quality through the path coefficient results

    The Importance of Disclosure and Transparency in Enhancing Firm Value: A Study on the LQ45 Index

    Firm value reflects investors perception of a company\u27s success, which is commonly associated with its stock price. This study aims to examine the effect of Sustainability Report Disclosure, Analyst Coverage and ESG Disclosure on Firm Value, with Firm Age serving as a moderating variable. The research employs a purposive sampling method, involving 12 companies listed in the LQ45 Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2023 period. The analytical techniques used include multiple linear regression and moderation analysis through the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method. The results of the multiple regression analysis indicate that Sustainability Report Disclosure and ESG Disclosure do not have a significant impact on Firm Value. Conversely, Analyst Coverage and Firm Age show a significant positive influence on Firm Value. Furthermore, the study finds that Sustainability Report Disclosure, Analyst Coverage, ESG Disclosure and Firm Age collectively have a significant simultaneous effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, the moderation analysis reveals that Firm Age does not moderate the relationship between either Sustainability Report Disclosure or ESG Disclosure on Firm Value. But, it does moderate the relationship between Analyst Coverage on Firm Value

    Pedampingan olimpiade penelitian siswa Indonesia (OPSI) model genre -based learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah siswa di Kota Bengkulu

    Rendahnya kemampuan menulis karya tulis ilmiah di kalangan siswa Kota Bengkulu yang mengikuti Olimpiade Penelitian Siswa Indonesia (OPSI) dan sebagian besar siswa kesulitan merumuskan latar belakang penelitian, menyusun rumusan masalah, menentukan metodologi, serta menggunakan bahasa akademik yang tepat. Kondisi ini menegaskan kebutuhan mendesak akan program pendampingan yang mampu membimbing siswa menulis penelitian secara sistematis, terstruktur, dan sesuai dengan kaidah akademik.Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis ilmiah siswa melalui pendekatan Genre Based Learning (GBL). Metode pengabdian menggunakan metode pendampingan model Genre Based Learning yang menekankan pada pembelajaran berbasis teks. Tahapan pengabdian kegiatan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis, identifikasi, interpretasi, dan menarik Kesimpulan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan menulis ilmiah siswa, struktur penulisan, dan penggunaan bahasa akademik. Siswa juga menunjukkan partisipasi lebih aktif, keberanian berdiskusi, dan kemauan mengkritisi data penelitian. Pemanfaatan teks mentor terbukti efektif membantu siswa memahami pola penulisan ilmiah, sedangkan kegiatan joint construction memberi kesempatan untuk memperoleh bimbingan langsung. Kendala teknis seperti keterbatasan jaringan internet pada sesi daring dapat diatasi melalui pertemuan tatap muka. Implementasi program ini siswa lebih siap menghadapi OPSI dengan laporan penelitian yang memenuhi standar akademik, sekaligus menumbuhkan motivasi dan rasa percaya diri

    Kesenjangan partisipasi politik antara laki-laki dan perempuan di Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan serius, meskipun regulasi terkait kuota 30% keterwakilan perempuan telah diberlakukan. Dalam praktik pemilihan umum, perempuan kerap kali harus menghadapi sistem politik yang maskulin, sehingga membutuhkan pendekatan tersendiri agar dapat diterima publik. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana Reni, seorang calon anggota legislatif perempuan, membangun personal branding dalam Pemilu DPRD Kota Tanjungpinang tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teori Tindakan Sosial dari Max Weber untuk menganalisis strategi yang digunakan. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa personal branding berperan penting dalam membentuk opini publik. Reni menerapkan berbagai strategi, seperti kunjungan langsung ke masyarakat, partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan kemasyarakatan, pemanfaatan media sosial, serta aksi nyata berupa pemberian bantuan kepada warga. Dengan strategi tersebut, ia berhasil kembali terpilih untuk periode keempat dan mencatat perolehan suara tertinggi di antara caleg perempuan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan politik perempuan dapat dicapai melalui integrasi antara pembentukan citra diri, tindakan nyata yang berkelanjutan, dan pola komunikasi politik yang merangkul seluruh lapisan masyarakat
