La psicología diferencial aplicada a alumnos con bajo aprovechamiento académico
No full textThe investigation that is presented, gives answer to a problem that interferes in the development of the learning in the school. It has as general objective: to analyze the particularities of the students with low academic use in the Primary School “Cato” in the city of Sumbe. To give answer to the theoretical premises about the topic in question starting from a qualitative - quantitative methodology with the use of theoretical, empiric and statistical methods that allowed to arrive to the following results: the treatment to the individual differences in the students with low academic use in this school is insufficient for a good learning of the same ones; this allowed to reach conclusions and to propose recommendations.La investigación que se presenta, da respuesta a una problemática que interfiere en el desarrollo del aprendizaje en la escuela. Tiene como objetivo general: analizar las particularidades de los alumnos con bajo aprovechamiento académico en la Escuela Primaria “Cató” en la ciudad de Sumbe. Para dar respuesta al mismo se presentan las premisas teóricas acerca del tema en cuestión a partir de una metodología cualitativa- cuantitativa con la utilización de métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos que permitieron arribar a los siguientes resultados: el tratamiento a las diferencias individuales en los alumnos con bajo aprovechamiento académico en dicha escuela es insuficiente para un buen aprendizaje de los mismos; esto permitió llegar a conclusiones y proponer recomendaciones

No full textThis work hypothesizes that a vision of the editorial process from the marketing of experiences and not from the traditional publishing norms, is decisive in publishing success. It highlights that the author’s role should be an active part of the editorial process, and contribute from their experiences, vision and motivations. It also explains that the editor should not be left out of their specialty knowledge, but rather incorporate other knowledge such as design, graphic arts and marketing, etc., necessary to strengthen the editorial process. Author and editor must be part of a work team made up of all the parts (human resources) that make up the process. The work also analyzes the need to establish the norms, standards, characteristics and qualities that the final product must have before being delivered to the user. It situates the editorial design along three fundamental lines: functional-aesthetic, evident-little evident and conventional-rupture. It argues the elements that provide communicational, visual, aesthetic and modern support to the work, and that allow linking the new knowledge technologies applied to the editorial process with the sociocultural variables that await a quality editorial product. As a result, it is found that, by adding the aforementioned values to the editorial product, the quality of the product, the experience of the managers and the satisfaction of the users are increased.Este trabajo sostiene como hipótesis que una visión del proceso editorial desde el marketing de experiencias y no desde las normas de edición tradicionales, es determinante en el éxito editorial. Destaca que el rol del autor debería formar parte activa del proceso editorial, y aportar desde sus experiencias, visión y motivaciones. También, explica que el editor no debe quedarse al margen de sus conocimientos de especialidad, sino incorporar otros saberes como diseño, artes gráficas y marketing, etc., necesarios para robustecer el proceso editorial. Autor y editor deben formar parte de un equipo de trabajo conformado por todas las partes (recursos humanos) que conforman el proceso. El trabajo también analiza la necesidad de establecer las normatividades, estándares, características y cualidades que el producto final debe poseer antes de ser entregado al usuario. Sitúa el diseño editorial en tres líneas fundamentales: funcional-estético, evidente-poco evidente y convencional-ruptura. Argumenta los elementos que dan soporte comunicacional, visual, estético y moderno a la obra, y que permiten vincular las nuevas tecnologías del conocimiento aplicadas al proceso editorial con las variables socioculturales que aguardan por un producto editorial de calidad. Como resultado, se encuentra que, al añadir los valores antes mencionados al producto editorial, se incrementa la calidad del producto, la experiencia de los gestores y la satisfacción de los usuarios

A compilation of techniques that begins with the observation is presented from the moment the person enters the environment, when he takes a seat, the greeting, his first facial expression, his tone of voice; then ask her what her name is (invite her to look what meaning) is done entertaining for the evaluated and is a different strategy to the expected parameters even more if they are colleagues, and if they are not of our profession there will be classic questions during the interview itself, using the technique of Knowing Listening by Carl Rogers is very effective so the evaluated does not feel examined as it is a non-directive humanistic orientation technique, no criticisms. Personally we have structured it with a sequence giving my own work style based on our own techniques and methods learned in our professional training as psychologist and therapist.Considerando que el psicólogo como profesional debe ser estratégico en su labor, ello lo identificará como un especialista del área con recursos para enfrentar su función, con metodologías aprendidas durante su etapa universitaria, aunada con técnicas terapéuticas en su auto-formación; le permitirá ubicarse como un experto y será su mejor mensaje de presentación en calidad ante un contexto laboral competitivo. Con todo ello, en esta oportunidad a través del presente artículo se les presenta a los estimados lectores, especialmente a los colegas una secuencia de estrategias psicológicas no psicométricas que permiten evaluar e inclusive puede ser un predictor con indicadores personales. Se presenta una recopilación de técnicas que empieza por la observación desde el momento que la persona ingresa al ambiente, cuando toma asiento, el saludo, su primera expresión facial, su timbre y tono de voz; seguidamente al preguntarle cuál es su nombre (invitar a buscar su significado) dicho proceso se hace entretenido para el evaluado y es una estrategia diferente a los parámetros esperados más aún si son colegas, y si no son de nuestra profesión habrá preguntas clásicas durante la entrevista misma, el hacer uso de la técnica del Saber Escucha de Carl Rogers es muy efectiva así el evaluado no se siente examinado ya que es una técnica de orientación humanística no directiva, no hay críticas. Personalmente lo hemos estructurado con una secuencia dando a conocer nuestro estilo de trabajo basado en nuestras propias técnicas y métodos aprendidos en nuestra formación profesional de psicólogas y en terapia

Los elementos que componen el amor son dinámicos y su combinación da como resultado una forma o un estilo, que se traduce en un factor importante al momento de mantener una relación de pareja. Este trabajo tiene como propósito conocer el estado del arte de las variables asociadas a los estilos o formas de amar en la pareja. Gestión deportiva y nivel de desempeño docente en profesores de Educación Física
No full textThis research was made to define the relationship between the variables sports management and teaching performance in Physical Education teachers at UGEL 07 in Lima Metropolitana, 2019. It was developed within the quantitative approach, based on the correlational-descriptive design and cross section. The sample included 50 Physical Education teachers from the mentioned entity. The surveys and the data collection sheet allowed verifying that there is a relationship between the variables. It was concluded that there is a direct, linear and significant relationship between sports management and teaching performance. Furthermore, there is the same level of relationship between the organizational dimensions and collegial coordination. With these contributions, a strategy will be created that seeks to strengthen the sports management of teachers and better understand its implication in the pedagogical role.Esta investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre las variables gestión deportiva y el desempeño docente en profesores de Educación Física de la UGEL 07 de Lima Metropolitana, 2019. Se desarrolló dentro del enfoque cuantitativo, basado en el diseño correlacional-descriptivo y de corte trasversal. La muestra incluyó a 50 profesores de Educación Física de la entidad mencionada. Las encuestas y la ficha de recolección de datos permitieron comprobar que existe relación entre las variables. Se concluyó que existe relación directa, lineal y significativa entre gestión deportiva y desempeño docente. Además, existe el mismo nivel de relación entre las dimensiones: organizacional y coordinación colegiada. Con estos aportes, se creará una estrategia que busque fortalecer la gestión deportiva de los profesores y entender mejor su implicancia en el rol pedagógico
Relación entre estrés laboral y Síndrome de Burnout en conductores de taxi de la ciudad de Trujillo. Perú, 2019
No full textObjective: To determine the relationship between work stress and Burnout Syndrome in taxi drivers from the city of Trujillo in Peru in the months of may – june 2019. Material and Methods: An analytical – cross – sectional study was carried out on work stress and Burnout Syndrome in a population of 50 taxi drivers in the city of Trujillo in Peru. The technique applied was the survey. Work– related stress was measured through the "Stress Assessment Questionnaire" in its third version, while Burnout Syndrome through the "Maslach Burnout Inventory – General Survey" Questionnaire. Results: It was observed that the most frequent age group was between 27 and 38 years old, in addition 48 % of taxi drivers worked between 8 – 10 hours a day. A high stress level of 72 %, an average stress level of 16 % and a low stress level of 12 % of drivers were evident. In the dimensional analysis of Burnout Syndrome, it was observed that 70 % had a high level of emotional attrition, 66 % had a high level of cynicism and 44 % had a high level of work efficiency. Finally, it was statistically evident (p value = 0,014) relationship between work stress and Burnout Syndrome. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between work stress and Burnout Syndrome in taxi drivers.Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el estrés laboral y el Síndrome de Burnout en conductores de taxi de la ciudad de Trujillo en Perú en los meses de mayo – junio del 2019. Material y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio analítico – transversal sobre el estrés laboral y el Síndrome de Burnout en una población de 50 taxistas de la ciudad de Trujillo en Perú. La técnica aplicada fue la encuesta. El estrés laboral fue medido mediante el “Cuestionario para la Evaluación del Estrés” en su tercera versión, mientras que el Síndrome de Burnout a través del “Cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory – General Survey”. Resultados: Se observó que el grupo etario más frecuente estuvo comprendido entre los 27 a 38 años, además el 48 % de los conductores de taxi trabajaba entre 8 – 10 horas diarias. Fue evidente un nivel de estrés alto en un 72 %, un nivel de estrés medio en un 16 % y un nivel de estrés bajo en un 12 % de los conductores. En el análisis dimensional del Síndrome de Burnout se observó que el 70 % tuvo un alto nivel de desgaste emocional, el 66 % un alto nivel de cinismo y en un 44 % un nivel de eficiencia laboral alto. Finalmente, se evidenció estadísticamente (valor p = 0,014) relación entre estrés laboral y Síndrome de Burnout. Conclusión: Existe una relación significativa entre estrés laboral y Síndrome de Burnout en conductores de taxi
Proceso de embrionamiento y eclosión de Ascaris suum
No full textThe following photographic sequence of the embryo process of A. suum is presented, which was carried out after obtaining adult females extracted from the intestines of infected pigs slaughtered at a local slaughterhouse in the city of Trujillo, La Libertad, Peru. The eggs being extracted from the uterus of the females were decorticated with 0,1 N sodium hydroxide for 15 minutes and then washed with physiological saline and then placed in vials with sterile distilled water at 25 ° C, to follow the sequence embryo. The following images were taken in the Laboratory of Microbiology and Parasitology of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Cesar Vallejo University, using the Leica ICC50 microscope with integrated camera.Se presenta la siguiente secuencia fotográfica del proceso de embrionamiento de A. suum, la cual se llevó a cabo luego de la obtención de hembras adultas extraídas de los intestinos de cerdos infectados sacrificados en un matadero local de la ciudad de Trujillo, La Libertad, Perú. Los huevos al ser extraídos del útero de las hembras fueron decorticados con hidróxido de sodio al 0,1 N por 15 minutos para luego ser lavados con solución salina fisiológica y luego colocados en viales con agua destilada estéril a 25° C, para seguir la secuencia de embrionamiento. Las siguientes imágenes fueron tomadas en el Laboratorio de Microbiología y Parasitología de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud de la Universidad Cesar Vallejo, usando el microscopio Leica ICC50 con cámara integrada
Estrategias de marketing para el relanzamiento de la carrera profesional de Ingeniería Económica en el contexto socioeconómico
No full textIn the last calls for admission, applicants were interested in the career of Economic Engineering, but since 2016, it was no longer considered as an alternative at Señor de Sipán University. The objective of this research is to develop marketing strategies for the relaunch of the economic engineering professional career in the socio-economic context of 2019 in order to achieve a sustainable professional school, which provides a quality educational service and complies with meet local, regional and national demand. The Theory of consumer choice was worked on; marketing strategies such as relationship marketing, and marketing mix. The type of research used was explanatory and purposeful with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample was established with 1,157 students in the 5th year of secondary education from the main private and national educational centers of the departments of Lambayeque, Cajamarca, San Martín and Amazonas. From the results of the surveys, an unsatisfied demand of a range of 82 to 148 students per year was evidenced, who prefer to study at the Señor de Sipán University, this is because the study programs are differentiated by the spatial approach and sustainability that offers the curriculum, the quality of the infrastructure, the academic resources, the relevance of the functional map, the teaching-learning processes and the recognized teaching staff.En las últimas convocatorias de admisión, postulantes se presentaban interesados en la carrera de Ingeniería Económica, pero desde el 2016, dejó de considerarse como una alternativa en la universidad Señor de Sipán. En esta investigación se plantea como objetivo elaborar estrategias de marketing para el relanzamiento de la carrera profesional de ingeniería económica en el contexto socio económico del año 2019 con la finalidad de lograr una escuela profesional sostenible, que imparta un servicio educativo de calidad y que cumpla con satisfacer la demanda local, regional y nacional. Se trabajó la Teoría de la elección del consumidor; estrategias de marketing como el marketing Relacional, y marketing mix. El tipo de investigación utilizado fue el explicativo y propositivo con diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra se estableció con 1157 estudiantes del 5° año de educación secundaria de los principales centros educativos privados y nacionales de los departamentos de Lambayeque, Cajamarca, San Martín y Amazonas. De los resultados de las encuestas se evidenció una demanda insatisfecha de un rango de 82 a 148 estudiantes por año, que prefieren estudiar en la Universidad Señor de Sipán, esto se debe a que los programas de estudio son diferenciados por el enfoque espacial y de sostenibilidad que ofrece el currículo, la calidad de la infraestructura, los recursos académicos, la pertinencia del mapa funcional, de los procesos de enseñanzaaprendizaje y de la plana docente reconocida
Efecto antifúngico de la óleo-resina de Copaifera paupera comparada con fluconazol sobre Candida albicans: un estudio in vitro
No full textObjective: To evaluate the antifungal effectiveness of the oil – resin Copaifera paupera compared with fluconazol in Candida albicans. Material and Methods: It applied dilution techniques in solid milieu Tween 80 and diffusion in well by Kirby-Bauer’s technique in Agar Müeller-Hinton. It used strains ATCC 66027 of Candida albicans and the oil-resin of Copaifera paupera in concentration of 50 %, 25 % and 12,5 %. It established fluconazol (150 ug,) as positive control and Tween 80 as negative control. The hatching it made in 35 ± 2° C and the readings until 72 hours. Results: There weren’t halo’s formation of inhibition in Candida albicans strains in different dilutions of Copaifera paupera, Copaifera paupera + Tween 80 and Tween 80, in different from fluconazol with 150 ug it obtained one mean of 40 mm, its deviate with the mean of 1,56 mm and a range interquartile of 2 mm considering also the maximum and minimum value of 43 and 38 mm respectively. Conclusion: The Copaifera paupera is not effective as antifungal in Candida albicans, compared with fluconazol.Objetivo: Evaluar la eficacia antifúngica de la óleo-resina Copaifera paupera comparada con fluconazol sobre Candida albicans. Material y Métodos: Se aplicaron las técnicas de dilución en medio sólido Tween 80 y difusión en pocillo por técnica de Kirby-Bauer en Agar Müeller-Hinton. Se emplearon cepas ATCC 66027 de Candida albicans y la óleoresina de Copaifera paupera a concentraciones de 50 %, 25 % y 12,5 %. Se estableció fluconazol (150 ug) como control positivo y Tween 80 como control negativo. La incubación se hizo a 35 ± 2° C y las lecturas hasta las 72 horas. Resultados: No hubo formación de halos de inhibición en cepas de Candida albicans a diferentes diluciones de Copaifera paupera, Copaifera paupera + Tween 80 y Tween 80, a diferencia del fluconazol con 150 ug se obtuvo una media de 40 mm, su desviación respecto a la media de 1,56mm y un rango intercuartílico de 2 mm considerando también el valor máximo y mínimo de 43 y 38 mm respectivamente. Conclusión: La Copaifera paupera no es eficaz como antifúngico frente a Candida albicans comparado con fluconazol

No full textIn this work we will make it known that not all African mulattos, zambos, or descendants were excluded from colonial social life. They participated in society through the exercise of the arts of medicine, providing their services to heal both indigent people in the hospitals of San Bartolomé and San Andrés, and in private consultations with the ruling elite. They also established themselves as surgeons in the army during the anti-revolutionary campaigns of the late 18th century and were among the first to make their anatomical observations known by writing in the prestigious Peruvian Mercury of the Lovers of the Country Society.En este trabajo daremos a conocer que no todos los mulatos, zambos o descendientes africanos fueron excluidos de la vida social colonial. Ellos participaban en la sociedad a través del ejercicio de las artes de la medicina, prestando sus servicios para sanar tanto a personas indigentes en los hospitales de San Bartolomé y San Andrés, como en consultas particulares a la élite gobernante. Se establecieron también como cirujanos en el ejército durante las campañas antirrevolucionarias de fines del XVIII y se encontraron entre los primeros en dar a conocer sus observaciones anatómicas al escribir en el prestigioso Mercurio Peruano de las Sociedad Amantes del País
