    Analisis Performa Kendaraan Konversi Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) Menjadi Kendaraan Listrik

    The transition from Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles to electric-powered alternatives is recognized as a crucial initiative to support environmentally sustainable transportation systems and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This study focuses on assessing the performance and suitability of a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) as the primary drive mechanism in a vehicle retrofitted from an ICE-based system. A combination of literature analysis, field inspections, and technical evaluations was employed to examine several key parameters, including motor output, battery capacity and resilience, projected driving distance, and required charging time. Test results indicate that the PMSM produced a torque of 110 Nm and a power output of 70.45 PS—slightly lower than the original ICE engine’s torque of 118.6 Nm and 86 PS of power. The 15.85 kWh LiFePO₄ battery demonstrated exceptional energy efficiency at 98%, supporting a continuous operational time of 1.55 hours and a travel range of approximately 42.6 kilometers. Charging the battery to full capacity took about 1.29 hours. While a modest decline in power output was observed compared to the ICE system, the electric drivetrain exhibited high efficiency and consistent performance. These empirical findings serve as a valuable reference for advancing the implementation of effective and practical electric vehicle conversion technologies in future mobility solutions.Peralihan kendaraan bermotor dari sistem Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) ke sistem penggerak listrik merupakan strategi penting dalam mewujudkan transportasi yang lebih ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus mengurangi emisi karbon yang dihasilkan oleh sektor transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai sejauh mana efektivitas motor listrik tipe Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) ketika digunakan sebagai komponen utama penggerak pada kendaraan yang telah mengalami konversi dari mesin ICE. Proses penelitian dilakukan melalui kajian pustaka mendalam, observasi langsung di lapangan, serta analisis teknis terhadap berbagai aspek, seperti performa motor listrik, kapasitas dan daya tahan baterai, estimasi jarak tempuh, serta waktu pengisian ulang baterai. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa motor PMSM menghasilkan torsi sebesar 110 Nm dan tenaga 70,45 PS, yang sedikit lebih rendah dibandingkan spesifikasi mesin ICE awal yaitu 118,6 Nm dan 86 PS. Sementara itu, baterai jenis LiFePO₄ berkapasitas 15,85 kWh menunjukkan tingkat efisiensi energi sangat tinggi sebesar 98%, dengan durasi operasional maksimal mencapai 1,55 jam dan jarak tempuh sekitar 42,6 km. Pengisian penuh baterai membutuhkan waktu sekitar 1,29 jam. Walaupun terjadi penurunan performa dalam hal daya keluaran dibandingkan mesin konvensional, sistem penggerak listrik menunjukkan efisiensi tinggi serta kinerja yang andal dan stabil. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pengembangan teknologi konversi kendaraan listrik yang lebih efisien dan aplikatif, khususnya untuk diterapkan dalam konteks transportasi masa depan yang berkelanjutan

    Psikoedukasi Anti Bully Sebagai Upaya Preventif Tindak Perundungan Tingkat Sekolah Dasar

    Perilaku bullying atau perundungan adalah tindakan maladaptif yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak, sehingga perilaku  tersebut tidak bisa dianggap normal, karena akan memberikan dampak negatif kepada korban. Para korban perundungan akan merasa tertekan, tidak percaya diri, takut, khawatir, dan stress ketika datang ke sekolah. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk permasalahan yaitu dengan menawarkan kegiatan psikoedukasi anti bully di sekolah dasar yang berada di wilayah Kota Madiun dengan harapan bahwa mitra Abdimas ini memiliki pengetahuan tentang bullying dan dapat menghindari praktek bullying di sekolah. Abdimas ini akan dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, presentasi, modeling, role play, dan small group discussion atau diskusi kelompok. Metode ceramah dipilih karena metode ini akan membuka pemahaman para peserta kegiatan untuk lebih memahami makna bullying, jenis-jenis bullying, dampak bullying, serta bentuk-bentuk tindakan pencegahan bullying yang dapat dilakukan. Selanjutnya metode presentasi dan small group discussiong adalah motode kombinasi yang dipilih dengan pertimbangan kedua metode ini dapat merangsang keaktifan para peserta kegiatan dalam mendiskusikan beberapa permasalahn bullying yang terjadi di sekolah, serta mencari jalan keluar dalam memecahkan kasus-kasus tersebut

    TRANSFORMASI BATIK SEMBOGEM MELALUI PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI TEPAT GUNA DAN PENGEMBANGAN MOTIF BERBASIS FOLKLORE

    Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan daya saing UMKM Batik Sembogem di Magetan melalui integrasi teknologi tepat guna dan penguatan nilai budaya lokal. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi proses produksi yang tidak efisien, ketergantungan pada bahan kimia, keterbatasan variasi produk, serta belum optimalnya pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, rancang bangun teknologi (mesin peder dan website), pelatihan teknis, penerapan inovasi, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil pre- dan post- test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: penggunaan mesin peder (62,3 ke 86,7), pewarnaan alami (58,9 ke 84,1), diversifikasi produk (61,1 ke 88,5), pengembangan motif folklore (59,4 ke 82,6), dan pengelolaan website (55,7 ke 80,2). Program menghasilkan diversifikasi produk batik berupa kaos dan tas dengan motif berbasis cerita rakyat serta website sebagai kanal pemasaran daring. Dokumentasi narasi budaya juga telah disiapkan untuk pengajuan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Program ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dan budaya dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam pemberdayaan UMKM batik.     Increasing The Performance of Public Health Centers: Does Accountability Role as Moderating?

    By assessing the effectiveness of human resources and internal control as independent variables and accountability as moderating variables, this study attempts to investigate the elements that affect the performance of public health institutions.. The population in this study were all public health centers in the city of Pekanbaru; as many as 20 health centers were used as samples in this study. The research method was carried out with a survey conducted in February-March 2021. There were 120 respondents in this survey, including the Head of the PublicHealth Center, the Head of Administration, the Treasurer of Expenses, the Treasurer of Receipts, the Personnel Division, and the Service Sector. The results of numerous analyses show that accountability enhances the public health center\u27s effectiveness and has a favorable influence on the standard of internal control and human resources.     E-Finance: What Factors Affect Financial Staff\u27s Motivation to Utilize It?

    The objective of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the intention of financial staff in the SKPDs of Malang City government to adopt e-finance. This study combines elements from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) found in previous research. The survey method was utilized, with a sample of 155 respondents consisting of auditors employed in the financial department of Malang City\u27s government. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The study\u27s results indicate that constructs like perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control have a positive impact on behavioral intention. Additionally, behavioral intention positively correlates with the actual behavior of financial staff using e-finance. The study underscores the significance for e-finance providers and management to consider perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, behavioral intention, and the actual behavior of users

    The Influence of Financial Performance on Stock Returns in Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Years 2018-2022

    The study aims to determine the impact of financial leverage, profitability and the moderation effect of company  size on tax evasion. The population of this study is the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2022. There are 71 samples, selected using purposive sampling. The analysis in this study uses moderated regression analysis (MRA) to look at the influence of moderation of company size variables. Data collection through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. The results show that all the hypotheses built in this study are acceptable, that’s financial leverage and profitability have a positive and significant effect on tax evasion. Also, the moderation effect of company size has been shown to strengthen the influence on financial leverage and profitability against tax evasion

    Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbentuk sosialisasi dan pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dalam memanfaatkan digitalisasi untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan memajukan usahanya. Pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah yang kita kenal dengan UMKM yang terus meningkat tidak diimbangi dengan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memadai sehingga belum adanya pengembangan produk unggulan One Village One Product (OVOP). Dalam hal ini dinas terkait belum menjalankan komunikasi yang cukup baik dalam mensosialisasikan kebijakan dengan maksimal tentang UMKM. Disposisi dalam aspek implementasi program kewirausahaan dan UMKM telah berjalan baik karena dinas terkait di Kabupaten Karawang telah banyak melibatkan pihak lain disertai dengan kerangka program yang jelas dan terukur dalam upaya pembinaan dan memberikan legalitas terhadap para pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Karawang. Sumber daya dalam implemetasi kebijakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa program UMKM belum tercapai sesuai harapan masih terdapat permasalahan-permasalahan dalam menjalan aktivitasnya. Namun demikian, pengembangan UMKM masih berhadapan dengan kendala Pemasaran. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat perlu dilakukan untuk memecahkan permasalahan di atas. Bentuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan/workshop dan focus group discussion. Kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat menghasilkan yang memuaskan. Sementara itu, kegiatan focus group discussion diharapkan membantu pemangku kepentingan untuk menemukan solusi atas permasalahan dalam Pemasaran yang dihadapi UMKM di Desa Kalidungjaya Kabupaten Karawang

    The Importance Of Implementing Financial Reporting Based On Sak EMKM In Improving MSMES Performance

    One way to measure micro-small-medium enterprises’ (MSMEs) performance is by analyzing how they manage their financial reporting, that comply with the accounting standard for micro, small, medium entity (MSMEs), i.e. the Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Kecil Menengah (SAK EMKM). The standard performance was published in january 1, 2018. MSMEs in Madiun city area are one of MSME’s should implement this SAK. This research attempts to find the relationship between MSEMs financial management based on SAK EMKM and MSEMs performance. This study based on observation, survey, interview, and questionnaire. The questionnaire were distributed of 100 MSMEs owners in the City of Madiun, East Java, Indonesia. The analysis method use descriptive analysis and simple linier regresion. The results show that MSMEs owners believe that adherence to SAK-EMKM is very important for their business conducts.     The design of the corporate income tax simulation application system aims to provide an effective and efficient tool for companies in calculating income tax liabilities in accordance with applicable tax regulations. The research method used is to start identifying problems through literature studies related to corporate taxes and interviews with users. Then analyze the needs related to the required features, security, performance and ease of use. The development system used is the waterfall model method. The waterfall  model method is one of the software development models in the SDLC (Sequencial Development Life Cycle) model. Waterfall  models are often also called linear sequence models or classic life flows. Key features developed include an intuitive user interface, flexibility in handling companies of various sizes, and strict data security to protect sensitive financial information. With a comprehensive design and focusing on user needs, this application is expected to be a reliable solution in supporting corporate income tax management

    Analisis Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran pada Unit Komersialisasi Non-Transportasi (KNA) PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 7 Madiun

    PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) holds significant land assets and offers various service products in strategic locations. However, the Non-Transport Commercialization Unit (KNA) remains relatively underrecognized. To enhance its visibility and revenue, the KNA Unit needs to increase its engagement with potential partners and more effectively promote its services. This research aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies employed by the KNA Unit in Operational Area 7 Madiun. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach and insights from three field experts, the study identifies nine key elements in the KNA\u27s marketing communication strategy: advertising, online communication and social media, mobile communication, direct marketing, events and experiences, word of mouth, publicity and public relations, personal selling, and packaging. The findings indicate that the KNA Unit currently utilizes six of these nine elements. While these methods are effective, there is still potential for further improvement. Optimizing these strategies could significantly enhance engagement, increase visibility, and boost overall revenue. This research provides valuable insights for refining marketing approaches to achieve better outreach and commercial success.PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) memiliki aset lahan yang signifikan dan menawarkan berbagai produk layanan di lokasi strategis. Namun, Unit Komersialisasi Non-Transportasi (KNA) masih kurang dikenal. Untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan pendapatannya, Unit KNA perlu memperluas keterlibatan dengan mitra potensial dan lebih efektif mempromosikan layanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Unit KNA di Daerah Operasi 7 Madiun. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan wawasan dari tiga ahli lapangan, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sembilan elemen utama dalam strategi komunikasi pemasaran KNA: periklanan, komunikasi daring dan media sosial, komunikasi melalui perangkat seluler, pemasaran langsung, acara dan pengalaman, komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut, publisitas dan hubungan masyarakat, penjualan pribadi, serta pengemasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unit KNA saat ini menggunakan enam dari sembilan elemen tersebut. Meskipun metode yang digunakan sudah efektif, masih terdapat peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut. Optimalisasi strategi ini dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan, visibilitas, dan pendapatan keseluruhan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk menyempurnakan pendekatan pemasaran guna mencapai jangkauan dan keberhasilan komersial yang lebih baik
