Expansion of Out-of-region Movement in Rural Inner Mongolia and its Factors : From a Farmer’s Survey at the Jarud Banner in Tongliao,Inner Mongolia
As is well known, in China, the urbanization rate of the Chinese
population has been increasing year by year due to the effects of economic
development and industrialization since the implementation of the reform
and opening policy, especially since the 1990s. Young people in many rural
populations are moving to urban areas for higher education and
employment in commerce and industry.
This is a situation that is unavoidable to some extent in economic
development, but in rural areas, this migration phenomenon has led to a
decrease in the young labor force in rural areas and a decline in
agriculture, which has a large negative impact on rural economies. It is also
a fact that it has an influence on.
Under these circumstances, such movement behavior of farmers is
remarkable even in the rural areas of Jarud Banner, Tongliao City, Inner
Mongolia Autonomous Region, which was set as the survey area in this
paper.
Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed the current situation and factors of
the outflow of the rural labor force, focusing on the results of the farmer
survey in the rural areas of Inner Mongolia.departmental bulletin pape
Progress in Overseas Expansion of Japanese Food Service Industry and the Challenges They Face : Focusing on the Case of Saizeriya
In this paper, we have examined the potential for overseas expansion of
food service companies in Japan that are suffering from market contraction
and other factors. Specifically, I focused on Saizeriya from a group of major
food service companies that have been expanding their business relatively
steadily, and studied what specific factors have enabled them to expand
their business.
From the earnings analysis, it was found that Saizeriya has been
expanding its stores relatively steadily in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and
Southeast Asia. The reasons for this are as follows.(1)Store development
and profitability in Asia and future issues, (2) foodstuff procurement
strategy, and(3)labor management strategy.
In the following sections, we will examine how Saizeriya has used these
strategies to expand in the restaurant markets of China, Taiwan, Hong
Kong, and other countries, and discuss the key points of the overseas
strategies of Japanese restaurant companies.departmental bulletin pape
The Individual in Contemporary Society
What is the image of the individual in contemporary society?I examine
some streams of discussions on the individual. Keidanren emphasizes the
independent individual in post company society. Some intellectuals also
point out the tendency of appearance of independence of individuals in Neo-
Liberalistic situation. But there are another critics who insist the necessity
of the public person who takes up the role of State in communitarian
context.
Among liberal sociologists I discover the review of a book. There is the
scheme about the private and community. But I say the term community
is not enough to make clear the quality of individuals. Also the term
private is not same with the term individual.
From this perspective I analyze the sociological concepts of
Einzelmensch of Max Weber and Individuum of Frankfurt School.
I insist the dialectic between the individual and the private in conclusion.departmental bulletin pape
Evaluating Survey Research: Economics of Juvenile Delinquency
This study explores the literature which analyzes juvenile delinquency and reports
the findings. Individual data analysis is scarce in Japan, compared with research in
other countries, due to the data restrictions. Considerable evidence suggests that
juvenile delinquency is responsive to education and attractive legitimate labor-market
opportunities; however, it is insufficient to conclude that juvenile crime rates respond to
the severity of criminal sanctionsdepartmental bulletin pape
Relation between the technology and science.(2)
Until the end of the Medieval times, there were no connection between technology and
science. But, in the 12th century, the university began to be established in Europe.
In the early modern times, industry spreads, and increase of the power output and the
enlargement of the tool and the device begin. Scientific research began to be organized.
The experiment and observation in the scientific research became important. Thus, the
science approaches in the technology.
For the industrial revolution period, production capacity began to increase, and Science
developed rapidly. The scientific research of the technological problem in the field of
industry is carried out. Science considerably approach in the technology.
The invention of the mercury pump and the manufacture of the vacuum tubes led
to the discovery of X-rays and the electron beam, and the opening of the 20th century
technology and science comes.
The progress of technology provided the conditions and subject necessary for scientific
research. And the relations that the result of the scientific research is applied to the
technological problem are established. The first framework of modern science was formed
